I love pasta and this was my first time at this location. There was no wait time and the staff was great ! Idk if it was because I was hungry but the food tasted better than other Old Spaghetti locations we have visited. My hubby got the chicken parm and I got a new seasonal dish. I forgot the name but it was delicious 😋
Took my family of 5 1/2 (my wife is pregnant with our 3rd son) and even though it was Valentine's Day they allowed us to make reservations days ahead which I highly recommend as it was super busy. It's a huge restaurant so there is a lot of seating. We were in a large open dining hall and die to some of the large parties and parents not watching their children it was loud and a little annoying with kids running around. It's was very busy so we did wait for about 10 minutes or so for a waiter to approach us but they were quick to apologize. The drinks are awesome and the food is delicious and the portions equate to the price. Overall we loved it and will definitely return!!

We went here during a very busy time of year m, it is downtown very near the Mission Inn light festival. We were able to get reservations day of, we're seated right on time, and the service was great. Everything came out fairly quickly. Everything was delicious!!!
Really nice restaurant inside, service was prompt.. All the dishes seemed good wish there was a few more salads and appetizers to choose from. But in all good!

Beautiful place went with a group of 20. Sadly they cram 3 other groups of 20 in tables a foot away. Too noise to talk, service great, one lady doing it all, food was good also. Lots of empty tables around us and place not that busy in other areas for a Monday, yes would go back to eat again
I ordered some chicken Alfredo. My wife got some spaghetti, and I got some other bread. And I got to tell you It was so delicious and they have very good customer service. Good waitresses. And real clean, please.I will be back there again.Keep up the good work spaghetti factory.Let's go dodgers
The Food was Excellent. I was very surprised by the portions, I was not able to finish. The restaurant was clean, service was good and the restrooms were nice and clean. I will be back.
A bit expensive but such amazing food. Our waitress Bailee was super friendly and attentive. We chose what she suggested and it was quite delicious. The serving is rather too much. All the entrees came with soup/ salad, loaf of bread and butter and finally some ice cream (choice of their house specialty or vanilla). It was good. Their Italian soda is a must try. I loved the mushroom ravioli- too good! Bailee told us the restaurant used to be a citrus processing plant, hence the different/ weird smell. Mind you, the restaurant is huge, I’m glad we made the reservation on a Friday night. All in all we’ll be going there again.

The food here is consistently good. I’ve been a few times and always leave happy. The ingredients taste fresh, and the presentation is thoughtful. The staff clearly takes pride in their work. I especially love the seasonal specials—they’re creative and well-balanced. It's a great place for casual meals or special occasions. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
💥UPDATE: 3/16/2025💥 We made our way back! I am updating my previous review. Maybe it was what I ordered that wasn't so hot but this time around I could taste the difference. Our server was the best. She was very attentive. She checked on us every five minutes (no exaggeration). Her personality was sweet, she was upbeat and knowledgeable about the menu. Everything we ordered tasted great! I'm not sure if there is a new chef or if the ingredients changed but the taste was great! Our food tasted as if grandma was in the kitchen cooking herself! I can't wait to heat my leftovers up for dinner. I wasn't impressed with the service nor food.
Beautiful service in the bar section, The bartenders are so efficient on their job. It was my pleasure to meet bartender Janna so helpful and very informative, She definitely knows how to keep everything in order. Thank you so much. The food was delicious! I ordered the Sicilian Meatball, the famous baked lasagna, spinach dip, and some sweet drinks! Masterpiece shake, cotton candy limeade and Italian cream soda. Man I haven't been to a Old Spaghetti Factory in decades until today. I grew up in SoCal, but moved away forever ago and haven't seen any near home. While hanging out this week Downtown Riverside I met up with my brother who lives nearby for some lunch. We arrived right at opening so parking was a breeze and we were seated right away which was great. The lobby are was nice and loved the colored seating areas. Our waitress greeted us right away and took our drink order. She gave us time to look over the menu since as I said it had been forever since I'd been. I quickly settled on the Chicken Marsala that my niece recommended. Our meals came with a salad as well. I was starving so I was anxious for it all to arrive. In the mean time our server brought us some yummy bread to enjoy. Our food arrived quickly and it looked amazing. The portion size was large and I couldn't wait to dig in. The flavors were on point, sauce yummy and both the pasta and chicken prepared perfectly. To my pleasant surprise at the end of our meal there was spumoni . I didn't see that was included in meal. It was the perfect amount for an after lunch dessert. Service was friendly and efficient. I didn't have to ask for a single thing the entire meal.

The service was great. Grace was an excellent waitress. The food was good. Nothing wrong with it, but really expensive for pasta. I had linguine with white clam sauce. It wasn't really a clam sauce. It was sticky like alfredo instead of brothy. Not my favorite. My husband had the lobster ravioli. $25 for 6 flat ravioli. Meh. They tasted fine. My friend had the chicken broccoli alfredo. She said Marie Calendar's is better. I don't think we'd go back again. The restaurant is right... there are things included with that pasta. And it wasn't bad. It was perfectly fine food.
It was My first time visiting this place. I've driven past this restaurant so many years I was wondering what it was like inside. I was expecting much more that I got. First off I will say this. The place is beautiful. It's all about the atmosphere and service from a scale of 1 to 10. I give the food about a strong six or seven because of the blandness of the food and the temperature at which it is served. I spent $49 for two person lunch which came with three coarse meal which was a great price. I expected more of an authentic flavor considering the atmosphere, but it was disappointing to say the least. The sauce was bland and was not to my expectations. Not trying to sound like a food Snob, but come on! I've had better cafeteria food to be truthful. I ordered ravioli as the main course. I really enjoyed the atmosphere they made up for the disappointing food that was served. The menu was limited. I was expecting more choices considering the vast amounts of things that An Italian restaurant can provide.

Talk about nasty. Food was overcooked and flavorless. We had meatlovers and also the lasagna... there was 0 flavor... the waitress came in literally 20 minute intervals. Pasta was sticking together. And meat sauce was cold. Party of 6 was soooo dissatisfied didn't even offer to take it off the bill. Only offer to microwave our dinners manager was rude! Which tells me they must get a lot of complaints. that she didn't wanna hear it. Don't waste your time and money here go to the one in SD or new port beach is way better.
First they give your reserved table to another group. Then we get seated at a table outside of the main dining area. The table had no salt, pepper, or parmesan cheese. All of those traditional spices are needed for the food. There was no mention of missing elements for common dining seasoning s from the waiter. Not at all a good experience.
The Service was good. The wait time was acceptable. But the food was horrible!!! Bad bad bad. Everything tasted like reheated frozen food. Even the desert tasted like it came out of a box. I came here with my husband in 2020 and we did not like the food. Fast forward 2023, we decided to give this restaurant a second chance, but we were as disappointed as the first time. We are definitely not coming back.
