I have to say this is my 3rd-4th time coming here and the customer service is the best. The food and drinks are always top tier. I love that the staff are always friendly. Give that staff a raise. Again whatever you guys are doing, don’t stop. This will forever be our coffee stop.
Everyone is nice here. A great start to my 3rd shift, and a nice cap to a rough morning. Servers are excited about the menu and encourage me to try different things, (which I love) .... And they have STICKERS! 💖

Definitely one of my favorite dutch bros locations. The workers there are really nice too, every time I've gone there and they are always taking orders or at window, which is standard, but I've never had an issue with them! They're very helpful and kind.
I pulled up after a really bad morning, clearly going through something, and the server recognized I was going through it, asked if she could do anything to help and gave me my coffee for free. My coffee was excellent per usual too, but thank you, to the barista who showed kindness and empathy. I love Dutch but the people there make the experience. I’m a forever customer.
I came through the drive-through this morning and ordered a coffee and two waffles. One for my coworker and one for myself. Let’s just say they made the afternoon so much better!! thank you so much for this sweet treat.

VERY FAST & FRIENDLY SERVICE, WOULD HAVE GIVEN ATMOSPHERE 5🌟 AS WELL, BUT THERE ARE SO VERRRRY FEW PARKING SPACES TO THE POINT THAT IF THEY ARE EVEN MODERATELY BUSY, YOUR BASICALLY FORCED TO HIT THE DRIVE THRU , THANKFULLY THEIR DRIVE THRU SERVICE IS MUCH MUCH FASTER THAN SEVERAL OTHERS I'VE VISITED (BERRY ST IN FT WORTH RT BY TCU UNIVERSITY BEING THR WOOOOORST) MY DRINKS WERE PERFECT AND THE SERVICE W A SMILE WAS TOP NOTCH HERE THOUGH AT THIS LOCATION!!! 👍👍👍 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I absolutely love coming to this dutch bros after a long day at work! I always get good service here in a very timely manner. The employees are always super kind and they even get my complicated orders correct!
I love this whole entire crew. They know who i am now so everytime i pull up i never have to wait. To me that's top tier service. I hope everyone on that crew gets everything they deserve. That's some awesome customer service that i wish was worldwide

I absolutely love this location. I can't tell you how happy I was when they opened. They're literally across the street from my job and I will most times drive to this location as opposed to the Golden Triangle one (even if it is closer to my house). I can't speak about this location or the staff highly enough. Keep up the great work <3

EDIT: this location has really upped their game and the team they have now is much more warm and friendly. This is now our go-to location. My husband adores the kid that calls him “boss”. This location takes foreverrrrrr, they don’t pay attention to who got there first when there’s two lines, and they’re not very friendly..but honestly the main reason I’m leaving them 2 stars is because I bring my dog to get a pup cup and he is always so excited and friendly and they never acknowledge him and it hurts his feelings!

0 for 2 on mobile app ordering 20 minutes ahead of time and arriving to find out they hadn't even started making the order due to their being understaffed and the drive-through line being 8-10 cars long. So, I then sit around for 10+ more minutes waiting for them to make the order-ahead drinks I had ordered 20 minutes prior through the app. They sorely need more bar..er broista's in the morning. Dutch Bros needs to get more managers up there to help in the morning. Drinks are good, the one or two broistas that have been there each time are trying, but it's too much for 1-2 staff.
I love this location only because I can order drinks and they don’t bombard me to conversation… but the past two days have been disappointing. I’ve gotten my orders wrong twice and when informed drinks should not be black not green tea, or size is wrong, I feel bad about it and end up paying extra for the correct size and still keeping a drink I don’t need. I shouldn’t have paid for the correct drink size but I also do genuinely feel bad if my order was not put in correctly and it’s obvious that the barista is in distress. I get that they’re very busy in the morning, and they definitely need an extra pair of hand to help them out… I just think they should be more patient with themselves and not rush because it does mess up orders.

The spectrum of inconsistency that this store is on is INSANE. How do you not know how to construct your own drinks? I order a Dutch Love Rebel EVERY time I come through and it varies on how good or bad it is. One time it ended up being the best drink I’ve consumed, then the past few times it’s been the worst thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. It’s just raspberry and cupcake syrup with a raspberry soft top- how hard is that? How does a customer know your drinks better than yall do? Get it together.
Yeah, I tried Dutch Bros in Roanoke, Texas, for the first time today and honestly, I don’t understand the hype. The coffee tasted just like regular coffee, nothing special, and it’s extremely overpriced. I ordered everything sugar-free, and while it wasn’t terrible, it definitely wasn’t worth paying nearly $10. What really turned me off was the tip tablet. I believe tipping should always be a personal choice, not something pushed in front of you at checkout. It feels more like pressure than appreciation, and I don’t respect that kind of business practice. Overall, it’s overhyped, overpriced, and that tip-screen situation was the cherry on top. I don’t see myself coming back.
I usually enjoy coming to this Dutch Bros location, but my visit this past Wednesday around 10:30–10:40 AM was genuinely disappointing. The customer service was honestly terrible. When I pulled up to the window,— the employees were too busy joking around with each other. I understand people can have off days, but even simpl acknowledging me would’ve gone a long way.What really upset me was one of the workers spraying her coworker with a water nozzle, and it ended up splashing onto me and into my car. No one noticed, no one said sorry, and the window was left open the entire time. I left feeling completely ignored and disrespected. I even said “thank you” before driving off, and not one person said anything back. The vibe was absolutely not it. I came in excited to start my morning on a high note, but being around the energy of the staff that day genuinely lowered my vibration. It felt careless, unprofessional, and off-putting. T whole experience made me feel like I wasn’t even valued as a customer. I’ve had great experiences here before, so this was really disappointing. I hope management takes the time to address this with the team that was working Wednesday morning.
