Came at 11pm Thursday night, every time I come there’s a very professional and polite gentleman working the window / speaker. They’re the reason I come here and not another mcdonald’s for my drinks & food. If anyone there deserves raises it’s the gentleman on night crew!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Worth the Extra Drive! Even though this location is a bit further than the one at 3101, it’s absolutely worth the drive every time. The staff here does such a great job—they’re professional, friendly, and efficient, making the drive-thru experience smooth and enjoyable. The place is also noticeably clean and well-managed, which says a lot about how seriously they take customer service and hygiene. Most importantly, they get the order right every single time—no mistakes, no hassle. If you’re tired of the frustration at other locations, I highly recommend making the trip to 999 on Almost. You’ll leave satisfied every time!
I went drive thru last night.. the Lady is always nice and smiling and beautiful lol. The fries 🍟 were hot 🔥 n perfect! 🤤 👌 The Soda as well.. lol I'll be back in a few days..
As I mentioned to one of the managers this was the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in the bathroom was extra clean you could almost eat off the floor I would definitely go out of my way to come to this McDonald's thanks guys you have made my short visit there a memorable one on a scale of 1 to 10 for this McDonald's I give it a 20. Honestly, everyone has always been super nice here. The food is fresh 95% of the time. Sometimes the fries taste like they were cooked in old oil, but not usually.
I have mostly positive experiences at McDonald’s and taking my daughter to the playland. There is always friendly staff and pretty good service. They do get some hoodlum kids in there That ride down the play equipment on trays And my daughter had two boys punch her in the place structure. It should be more monitored what children are allowed in the plate structure and staff should be monitoring it more
It says open 24hrs, but the drive through is closed at 430 in the morning
(12/12/2024, 11:30am approx) Mobile App order - There was one car before me and one after. Drive thru was not busy. Young lady at the 1st window was pleasant. The young man (different attire then the others) at the 2nd window tried to hand me the drink and bag at one time. Gave me no napkins nor did he offer me ketchup. I haven't noticed him before but he should go through some kind of training.
Good for a quick meal between tasks on a busy day. Food was hot and arrived quickly. New $6 meal deal made our visit economical. Wish their filet of fish was offered as a deal as well as the chicken and beef!
The play area hasn't been cleaned in quite awhile, I wouldn't let your children play in there, its pretty nasty
Horrible….this chain was built on family and kids. Took my 3 grandchildren and the play ground was closed, ok all caution signs are up as they were mopping and cleaning like it was closing since I sat there waiting to place an order & the menu signs were down. If it were not for 3 littles I would have left. Then they did not give me my sauces, one of the kids order was incorrect and 2 kids meals were missing the toys. Slow, indifferent and rude service. They cater more to the drive thru orders and dinners choosing to eat in beware.
Used to be a very good ran McDonald's but service doesn't exist anymore and they keep serving raw food. Clearly pulling food out of the fryer early to make their speed of service goals at the cost of the guest.
Absolutely horrible customer service, was standing at the front counter for over 15 minutes with all the workers completely ignoring the customers, to think they make $22 an hour to NOT be doing their job correctly
Normally a really good restaurant to stop at but it seems they were more interested of getting drive-thru orders out quicker than than dine-in. I had to cancel my order. Ask for a refund. They were taking too long
This was from my complaint filed I had placed a mobile order and picked it up through the drive-thru. After pulling over in the parking lot to hand my son his Happy Meal, I noticed that the chicken nuggets were missing. I immediately drove back around to the drive-thru to address the issue. A manager-in-training named Celeste handed me the chicken nuggets and quickly closed the window. Shortly after, another employee, Monica, returned with Celeste and asked if I needed anything else. While I was handing the food back to my son, I replied that I did not. At that point, Celeste told me to leave the drive-thru because they were “running on a timer.” I explained that I should not have had to return at all had my order been correct the first time. Celeste then instructed Monica to tell me that I had already received what I needed and to leave. When I asked for Celeste’s name, Monica refused to provide it, stating that she didn’t need to. I informed them that I would not leave until I received the name so I could file a complaint. Both Celeste and Monica closed the window on me. When the window was reopened, Monica claimed she did not know Celeste’s name because she was new, but confirmed that Celeste was a manager. Celeste then directed Juan to speak with me. At that point, I requested the names of everyone I interacted with and the phone number for filing a complaint. What concerns me most is that Celeste, as a manager-in-training, demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism, customer service skills, and empathy. Rather than de-escalating the situation, her behavior created unnecessary conflict and left both her coworkers and myself in a more frustrating position. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 20 years, I find it troubling that an employee in training for a management role would mishandle a situation so poorly. A manager should represent the company with professionalism, problem-solving ability, and courtesy—qualities that Celeste did not display. Promoting individuals without the proper skills or experience undermines both employee morale and customer trust.
Worst service ever . Did not bring my frape out I been waiting for 30 min. Very disappointed In service. They had a line backed up about 20 ppl did not do bring my order out . I'm sitting here getting pissed and no one's doing anything
Ordered from mobile app for counter pickup. Order included 2 fries (no salt) and to M&M Mcflurrys. There were multiple crew members, none of which greet you. Order took 20 minutes, and was incorrect. There was salt on the fries, but I did not have time, nor any more patience, to wait for them to fix it. Won't return.
Wouldn’t give me my mobile order through the drive through because I was on a motorcycle. They told me to wait until the lobby opened to get my food which would have been a 45 minute wait. I get that they don’t want motorcycles in the drive through, except this was my first time at this location and will be my last. Thank god the McDonald’s app has a refund option.
The play area and main dining room is closed during meal time hours and they close for 30/45 minutes while they wipe the tables and mop the floors. They don’t clean the play place itself though. If you are eating in the dining area they will let you know they are closing for cleaning and you’ll need to leave or move to the small eating area in front. There is nobody at the registers so if you need anything like a fork or ketchup go through the drive through and then come back inside. The drive thru is super fast and the cashiers at the drive through are nice. Just do not expect any service from a cashier or a manager inside the store.
