I went here based on a Google review and because I wanted to try a new burger place. The burger was good. Different way of making them. Chopped onions on it. Bread was slightly hard on the outside (like baked, not stale). Overall it was good. Go for it.

Pretty good burger place, when I saw the name patty shack I had to stop in. The staff was friendly and they made my food pretty quick. The burger is pretty large and tasted quite well. There was a lot of parking and overall I was very pleased. I would recommend you give it a try for yourself

Just had to try them with all the positive reviews. They did not disappoint! A double burger is more than you can fit in your mouth, and all the ingredients are fresh and delicious! It's a small place in a strip mall, just follow Google till you see the small sign. I'd go here over five guys every day of the week

Awesome burger joint with some interesting fries! Burger was delicious, fries were crispy and the shaved steak plate was hefty! Try the meatsauce to add another layer of goodness to whatever you order. Will be back!

What a wonderful little burger spot.been wanting to try it out,so we did.the staff were awesome.very informative about everything on the menu. I had the Triple cheeseburger and my girlfriend had the grilled chicken sandwich.both were fresh and delicious.the burgers were bigger then I expected.the Chicken sandwich was juicy and tender.we tried their fries which are a different twist on French fries.they were really good.they are called Side winder’s and they were delicious.we will be back again for different items on the menu.Thank you to the staff for a great experience.👍👍

Wow! Just tried this place... Hands down probably one of - if not the best - takeout burgers I've ever had! And the fries were amazing too (just wish they'd give you more of them). Everything made to order but still was very quick service. It's Five Guys prices, with better service, a superior burger, but less fries. I just hope the word gets out, because the place just opened but was kind of dead, and it's easy to miss if you don't know it's there. Update: Fish Fry was amazing too, and the coleslaw was delicious!

The food here is delicious and made with care! My coworker and I ate here while on our business trip. The host/cook could have spoken a bit louder and the place could use a small touch up for cleaning the eating area, but the taste and detail to the food outweighed all of that. Traveling for work often, this is probably within my top 3 places for burgers now!

Ordered a BLT and Single cheeseburger with their specialty fried potatoes.. pretty good. BLT was $6 but looked pretty good. Service was quick and friendly. Fries were unique.

Affordable, feels home made. Very interesting fries. I will have to go in person some day to try them fresh out of the fryer. I tried the chicken sandwich which was great. Juicy, generous portion of flavorful chicken. Veggies toppings were fresh. I tried the Patty sauce which was a thin thousand islands type sauce. The only issue is that delivery came from quite far away, so the bottom bun was quite soggy by the time I ate. I loved having bun options though. My boyfriend enjoyed his burger (pictured). At first he said it looked small, but then said the meat was pretty generous and was happy with the cheese. He didn't love the meat hot sauce because it had a little too much "cinammon" flavor. But I will say that it had a huge kick to it. More than I have had at several other diners and hots places.

I’ve been a frequent customer at Patty’s Shack, always opting for the non meat options. The same guy always serves me as if there are no other employees, and it’s rare to see anyone else except me and him. He’s always in the back room when I arrive, and while my food is being prepared, he disappears into the back room frequently. I find that kind of behavior rude. There are two large refrigerators for drinks , but they’re never filled and have maybe a dozen bottles are available instead of hundreds, and there’s a huge spot for bags of chips, but no chips are available. The place seems to be in a state of disarray, with minimal or no cleaning. However, the food is phenomenal the fish option for example is an actual pice of fried fish. The French fries are of a very unique design and are always and I mean always fresh and hot. Lastly, the soda machine is starting to lose its fizz. Needless to say over this place is a good find with good food. More sprucing up and I’ll definitely make the walk from work to eat here again.

The food was delicious. We had a regular burger combo, double burger combo and a chicken sandwich. The restaurant, however, was extremely dirty and uninviting. Not all the dispensers worked on the soda machine. The dining room was dirty, ketchup all over the floor, uneven tables and piles of dust everywhere. The staff member was nice but sat in the back during lulls instead of cleaning the dining room.

We went because reviewswerall. Good. I should have got out before I got in. First thing you see is the filthy door. Then every table was dirty. Floors were sticky. Pop coolers were dirty, ketchup dispenser was gross. Condiment area was unkempt.

Went here this past Wednesday with my fiancée for a burger. Walked in and there were no customers at all, but the guy behind the counter was cooking some food with his AirPod on in one ear. We stood there for several minutes before he even looked up, and when he did he didn’t even acknowledge us and went back to cooking and then came to help us minutes later. We ordered our food and then when it was ready, the guy didn’t even let us know it was ready or anything, he just put the food on the counter. It’s like he either didn’t like us or his job or both, not sure but he definitely had an attitude. And then somebody else walked in and he was friendly to them so I know he wasn’t having a bad day either. The food itself was good. I had a double cheeseburger with bacon and mozzarella sticks and my fiancée also had a burger with fries and those were good as well. I would definitely not come back here again because of how we were treated. There are way too many other burger places like Shake Shack, Five Guys, etc. to be getting treated with an attitude. 1 star for service and 5 stars for the food.

EDIT: New ownership, and a bunch of bad changes. They changed out their fantastic fries to your normal crinkle fries. They have eliminated plates entirely. Food simply isn't as impressive as it was before they were briefly shut down. I'll not be returning unless they bring back their old fries and plates. It's what set them apart. So sad. -------------------------------------- The burger is just as big as a 5 Guys burger, but less greasy and more delicious. The fries are super unique and crispy, just fantastic. Got a side of their meat hot sauce and it's super tasty as well. Folk working we're friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back.
