What helpful kind staff! First of all- have been road tripping and eating garbage and am so grateful for healthy food that’s fast and fresh! The team working was all so friendly and concerned that we get what we like. We made an error in ordering and they made it right as if it were their responsibility. Over the top. So glad we stopped!

Love this place! The food is fresh and healthy; I never feel guilty indulging here! My wife has severe food allergies and the staff at CoreLife are ALWAYS accommodating when preparing her order separately to ensure there isn't any cross-contamination. The Henrietta store is one of my favorite places to dine after Sunday soccer!

Took my family out to Henrietta for an outing and wanted to try something new for the very first time. So we decided to try Core life. Wholesome foods fresh and healthy for the mind body and soul. We had lunch there and let me tell you something, the food was amazing and unbelievable. The staff was amazing and so friendly and the store is amazing. I will definitely be back and definitely become a regualr with all the options and healthy choices theu gave us to have. Definitely recommend this place to everyone to come try.

I love this place when I want a quick, healthy meal. Great vegan options as well as plenty for everyone. I pretty much always get the roasted ginger tofu grain bowl and it is delicious every time! My boyfriend is also a fan of the spicy chicken grain bowl.

I was taking my sister out to dinner for a sister night, when we were about to check out I realized I didn't put my wallet back in my purse from the day before. I told the cashier I wasn't able to pay for them and apologized for wasting the food and my on stupidity. As we were about to walk out of the door another employee stopped us and said we could still eat our salads. They were so nice about the situation and I can't thank the staff at Core enough for doing that for us! I always have great experiences there but this was above and beyond!

Great place to eat, the flavors in the food are tremendous. Its truly refreshing to have a healthy place to eat that is relatively inexpensive and is packed with flavor. I have been eating here for some time, and will continue for the forsee able future. Every time I bring a newbie with me, they are amazed by the experience and say they will return. Love it!

Always great food, and the atmosphere is great. The prices are a bit high, but worth it. The staff is usually awesome, although some experiences have been worse than others. For the most part, really nice place to go when you want a healthy and tasty meals. Only other gripe with it is that I ordered a naan bread with my bowl online and I didn’t get it 😔

I stopped in to grab a late lunch to go. The team was great - really friendly and helpful. The portion size was perfect and the food was tasty. While I got my order to go, the restaurant looked really clean. I'll definitely go again when I am in the area and looking for something healthy, tasty and quick.

UPDATE 1/3/2026: I am simply blown away by Mike the manager at this Jefferson Rd Rochester NY CoreLife and his managers. I left a private suggestion to management yesterday, and upper management called the store manager who just called me to discuss improvements. This store and company REALLY CARE about their customers. Just raised my points to all 5 stars. UPDATE 5/11/2024: My first rating of Service was 2, but since the company replied so nicely and refunded my meal, I upgraded it to a 3. Thank you CoreLife. My wife came here for our first visit. The building looked good. Clean and well kept. The service was fast and friendly. There were three ladies behind the counter when we came in. Jasmine, ann and a 3rd lady whose name we didn't catch. The food was so delicious and healthy feeling. Will definitely return.

I went in at 7pm on 6/23/2021 for the first time ever. The service was legitimately the best service I've had at ANY restaurant in years. They were so incredibly friendly, the man and two women talked to me and suggested items I might like and were very patient and enjoyable to talk to! I'm not a huge fan of selecting my ingredients but they helped me understand the food selections, what they thought was good, etc. I'm not sure of their names but they absolutely deserve recognition in SOME way because they got me talking to multiple people at work and in my friend group about how great this place was. This is exactly how restaurants can make a PERFECT first impression. The food was great, too! They suggested a buffalo chicken bowl and the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious! I will ABSOLUTELY be returning here with my friends because of this experience and plan to be a customer for a long time, please try this place out!

This was the first time I went to Core Life. There was a very nice customer who let me use her coupon to get a free bowl. I got the Korean Barbecue bowl. It wasn't my favorite but I can't wait to try something else. There are a lot of selections of food. I had the mandarin cardamon juice. That was delicious! Will definitely be back. The only thing I don't like is that they put the pickup deliveries all on one shelf where anyone can take it. You don't have to give your name just take the bag where anyone can pick it up.

I order from this place almost weekly since I work right down the street. Today I ordered lunch and went to pick it up. However, they didn't have my smoothie ready. They said they would make it right away which I was fine with. The cashier noticed that I was pregnant and could probably tell how I was getting very hungry and fatigued. He kindly offered me a free thing of soup to have while I was waiting without me even saying anything. I was super impressed and appreicated the caring service!

This locations management and crew are top notch. The customer experience is amazing. Food quality is off the charts. The manager is amazing as well as the staff. Everyone is happy, upbeat, and helpful. This is really one of the beat run establishments I have ever seen in my life. I eat here 3-5 times a week.

I moved out of the area before I had a chance to try this place, so I was very pleased to have a chance to lunch here. I have a lot of dietary restrictions, but was able to find great options. I was especially excited that so many of the sauces and dressings were also compatible with my dietary needs! No corn syrups or starches, no random "vegetable oils," no odd gums or preservatives. I will definitely go back. (Small drawback, but totally valid: real food costs more.)

My daughter treated me to my first CoreLife meal. Love the freshness, choices, flavor. Gluten free and healthy that doesn't taste bland. I have visited often and they never disappoint. Today's employees were super friendly, helpful and great at their jobs! Thanks again🍜

This was my first visit to Core Life and it will not be my last. I have seen this but never stopped before. I stopped in an ordered a salad. Honestly, the menu was a bit overwhelming at first but if you’re used to Naan-Tastic, Subway, or Rebel Pi like restaurants then it’s the same. You start with your base and build from there. I absolutely love that all they offer are soups and salads. This will be my go to lunch stop when I’m in Henrietta moving forward. Was tasty and getting in and out was easy.

My 15 year old daughter's new favorite restaurant! We went today for the first time and we both loved what we ordered. The line moves fast and the food is delicious! A much better option than fast food places. We'll definitely be back.

I love the Friendly staff. It's a clean environment. A nice selection of food/bowls. The juice bar is my favorite. Beet lemonade is my fave. Kid friendly(my 18month old can be vocal and messy) The staff happily cleaned up a juice spill when my daughter splashed a Big cup all over me. 🙈 I continue to love this place.

It's nice to have healthy options for lunch. Service is very efficient and your food is made in an assembly line type setup. Some of the meals are very low in calorie, at around 200-300 per meal. However a few dishes are not low in calories. At least the nutritional info is clearly posted. I ordered the lowest calorie soup on the menu - it tasted healthy too; I wouldn't order it again. Would like to see what some of the 400-600 calorie meals taste like.

Salads and drinks are solid. I got the Thai chicken, wife had the steak and 13yo had the Kail Caesar. All were really good and felt healthy.

This was the first time I tried this place and I was very much impressed. They had lots and lots of options for salads. The quality of greens used was very good. The dressings were awesome that gave a distinct flavor to the salad. The only negative was that the quantity of protein (tofu in my case) used for my salad was very less. I expected more for the price that I was paying. But overall great place would definitely go there again.

I enjoy their food and the choices. They have grain bowls, green bowls, broth bowls and do it yourself bowls. Generally fresh foods. Gets busy at the height of the lunch hour but the workers do a great job of shuttling people through the assembly line. Only problem is the prices are a bit high but it's no secret that it costs more money to eat healthy food in the USA.

Always love Core Life. Pretty consistent, although my BBQ chicken salad this time had too much "sweet" sauce on it. I will have to tell them to tone it down next time. Like that they have outdoor seating, even though it overlooks the parking lot, but who cares.... it's like European dining!

I just had lunch here for the first time today. I had the southwest chicken bowl. They were out of avocados which was disappointing but the dish was still pretty good. The chicken was a tad bit dry but other than that it was fine. They have a pretty big selection of choices as well.

It was an interesting take on eating healthy. The atmosphere was modern with a taste of rustic seating. The experience is very Chipotle like in terms of ordering your food. I'm not a vegetarian but the food was okay. Sorta bland for me but decent altogether. The veggie broth I had was flavorful enough. My friends with me had small issue though. Their quinoa wasn't cooked thoroughly and was impossible to eat their dish without risking hurting your teeth. They ended up getting another dish which was better so at least.

The food was ok but the drinks better. The vegetables brussel sprouts needed to be cooked more. Wish it was a little less all cooked the same. But offer to do slightly to taste

They have healthy salads as well as grain and noodle bowls. The restaurant is clean and the staff is nice. A little pricey but well worth it.

Love the food choices! I keep coming back for the fantastic Chicken BBQ Ranch bowl. Yum! My only complaint about this location is its lack of cleanliness. Tables, floors, walls, and the bathroom are consistently yuck. I’m typically here when it’s quiet and have to sit beside cobwebs at a dirty table. Make your place great by keeping it cleaner. Please?

Corelife definitely doesn’t disappoint! They have great options and staff is very friendly. I’ve only ever tried their warm bowls, and they are so flavorful and fresh! My only complaint is that since a different person is making your food each time, there is a bit of variety in how much you get. Sometimes you can end up with a little less than usual. But overall, flavors are very good and it’s definitely a satisfying meal!

Great food! Everything was delicious. It is a little pricey but that's to be expected. My only complaint was most of the tables weren't wiped down and the floor was sticky by the fountain drink dispensers. I wouldn't let that deter you, the food was very good

Disgusting. Please don’t serve extremely rare to the point of raw steak to customers who definitely did NOT request this. Literally inedible. Update: I was given a refund and a voucher. I still eat here but I have to make sure to ask for my steak *fully* cooked.

This place is a fantastic concept with really good, high quality food, but it's hard for me to leave a high rating because of the staff. Everyone is super friendly, but they tend to work at a very slow pace, meaning that during the lunch rush it's easy to spend upwards of 45 minutes to an hour waiting for your food. Its excellent, healthy food, but seems poorly managed.

Overall i thought it was very average. I got the normal size bowl instead of the large because I wasn't sure on portion sizes. When they started getting out the mini-tongs to add my shredded carrots I knew I was in trouble. Lol It really felt like they were putting a tablespoon of each topping. The size ended up being okay, I was full but not stuffed although I still felt cheated on the toppings. If you go to 3 other places in the same plaza they overload you. The flavor was okay, although the sauce. (chili ginger) was way too light and added nothing to the bowl. The toppings did seem fresh and had a nice crunch. One other thing I would say is that I 'always' tip at these places, but the staff barely said two words to me and I, for some reason, had trouble navigating the PoS and running my card so I really wasn't sure how to tip. When it looked like I might not the person at the register just got the button and walked away. I might be willing to try it again, but with Naantastic and Pi Craft right there I'm not sure why I would.

Food is really good. Everything is healthy and fairly low calorie. Probably the best place in Henrietta to get soup and salad. Unfortunately the staff quality has decreased over the years. I always make sure to double-check my order because it's wrong about a third of the time. They recently introduced "tacos", and they're absolutely terrible.

Well, first time here and despite my son's endorsement I felt a little let down. Perhaps I don't consume enough "health food" to know but I would assume that the dazzling offerings on the menu would at least have some flavor. The steak was merely cooked (not seasoned in any way), the broth was bland and lukewarm at best, and the kale... Still, the place is clean and the service was fast. Oh, and the lemonade was tasty (best thing on the menu)

I wish I was a fan of their food but I am not. The soup/broth is lukewarm no matter hit hit they try to make it. The flavors are ok nothing special. The rice bowls are good with some flavor. Once again I think that perhaps I am not their ideal customer. Yeah I like to eat and sometimes even a bit healthy. But if I want healthy I think The owl House Md the red fern are better choices.

I'm rating this location specifically, the food was good. The reason for the 3 stars is that it was my first time to CoreLife and the ordering experience was a bit like the Soup Nazi (Seinfeld fans will know what I mean). You better know what you want otherwise the pressure mounts. We made the mistake of asking for something non-standard and it really through them for a loop. The salad was good but the soup was a bit bland.

I have ordered from here three times thus far and I have to say I love the food. The ambiance and staff is nice. However, every single time I try to order online my food takes far longer than expected. It would be an perfect work break lunch or fast food alternative if it didn’t take so long.

Their salads are not bad, but make sure to order the dressing on the side. I got the cranberry vinaigrette with my salad and forgot to ask to have in on the side and it was absolutely drenched in it. Could not eat it because it was so sweet. Again, my fault. Their juices are amazing.

The furniture was uncomfortable. The drinks were all an acquired taste. The salad was just ok. The teriyaki stake was great. My wife was very happy with her soup bowl. The cost for a salad and soup was equivalent to eating at a stake house. 2 drinks and a salad and a soup. Almost 50 dollars.

Decent healthy food, mostly grains and greens with a wide variety of proteins. A little expensive as of recently but what place isn't? Biggest complaint is the wait times: You can usually expect to stand in line for 15-25 minutes!

Let me start by saying the service is always fantastic which is why I am giving this location 3 stars. The staff is friendly, engaging and they know the menu. However the past 2 times I have been to this location the rice has been crunchy as well as the chicken. Other locations don't seem to have this problem. I had used the Contact Us tab on their website once before (still haven't received a response) and again today. Again, I am always impressed with the staff but lately the food has not been up to par. Definitely disappointed.

It is a good place to eat if you trying to eat healthy. The different tea are pretty good.

Refered my boss to the Henrietta location. She order the Korean barbecue pork bowl. When she came back, and eating it, she said "it's really good, but I guess they don't really put meat on it, is it just the flavor of it?" I looked at it, not 1 piece of meat. It was on the receipt...so they literally forgot the main ingredient. She said it was good, but they just forgot the meat...seriously??? Makes me look bad. I'm disappointed for her. Can this be fixed???

Great quality food, however service was full of unprofessional attitudes. Make sure you watch what they are doing or they may leave out ingredients. You would have thought I insulted the workers when I asked where my chicken was for my chicken Cobb salad. Update: We tried using the online ordering system in hopes of avoiding the poor service. When we picked up our order, we were sad to find our chicken caesar salad chickenless. They kindly gave us chicken when we asked, but we should not have had to ask. Unfortunately this was our last strike for this business.

I tried the wraps, two different types, and with both I felt like I was having a Romaine lettuce wrap (cost saving, of course). All other ingredients are tasty and fresh, but I could barely taste them because they add just a little of the other really good stuff.

Went today for lunch with a friend. This has always been my go-to place because you used to be able to make your meal super healthy. Now, it seems that more and more items are becoming processed. There used to be options with veggies.... spicy or plain, now the only option is spicy. Pickled or plain now just pickled. The roasted veggies have sauces on there that are way more complex that they used to be. The soups are probably even more processed. Granted it’s always busy so maybe I’m in the minority. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s becoming just like other fast food places. Started out with 5 stars. Within the last 4 months it’s plummeted.

Granted it’s been awhile since I’ve been eating here regularly (2.5 years), it hasn’t changed for the better. The new concepts are cool but ultimately it doesn’t hit different anymore. Customer service is subpar; I feel like when I worked here it was a different vibe — a small family if you will. I tried the sweet potatoes today and they were gross. Plus the “regular” size bowl is such a small portion size lol - not sure if I just didn’t notice it before or if it was just today

I come to this location frequently and usually have no problems with my order, but my latest order was a complete mess. I'm not sure if it was because I ordered close to closing time and it was rushed but I am very disappointed. I tried settling for a healthy meal instead of the regular fast garbage that I get while I'm out and still ended up getting garbage somehow. I just have to completely stop eating out all together.

A friend and I had lunch today for her birthday, we arrived about 11:45, wasn't very busy, I had received a card for 50% off wraps and was looking forward to trying one. I had been to Corelife serveral times since it opened, both Henrietta and Greece locations, today it was Henrietta. We both ordered the chicken caesar and as the staff member began to prepare it, I happened to say ' the wrap is gluten free, correct? He said unfortunately not, so instead we ordered the bowl. I am confused because the whole focus of the eatery was healthly and gluten free, except for the bread. What happened to change this and why was that not mentioned on the website? Also, although it wasn't busy, the music was so loud, even though we were right next each other, it wasn't possible to carry on a conversation which is main reason for sharing lunch. I am giving 2 stars even though I wasn't at all impressed and doubt I will return since I have been gluten intolerant for last 8-10 years.

I love the food here. However the last few times I have been here the line takes forever. I was told by the young lady behind the counter that she had to take care of online orders leaving those of us in person waiting. I am a hairdresser and like to pay for my lunches with cash so I can’t order online. Last night anout six of us were waiting in line for ten minutes not moving while the staff filled online orders. I left and went to chic fil a instead. Also I miss the bread.

I used to come here a lot. The food is great! It is unbearable how slow the staff moves. Also, they put higher priority on the online orders which is super frustrating when you’re up next. If I come in and there are more than two people in line I just leave. I have walked out two times in the past two weeks. Again the food is great!

Management team abhorrent!!! I used to stand by “corelife” and recommend them regularly to anyone on campus but after today, I’m not sure I ever want to interact with them again. I called the restaurant inquiring about any open positions and the gentleman who answered the phone very rudely yelled at me for calling during lunch hours and hung up in my face. As a full time college student, I was simply searching for a job in the area and thought “corelife”would be perfect since I love to eat there so much. I even noticed there was a lack of women staffed and thought it would be a nice opportunity to change that. I am in awe at the blatant disregard for simple decency and respect that was just displayed on behalf of this business. I highly implore this location to reassess its staff and representation.

I love the food here, used to love coming here before, but as of late I've been coming on the weekends, so I don't know what it's like during the week, but the weekend crew seems to be high and lost all the time when taking orders. Most of the dishes are dirty, today we were served with to go cups because they couldn't find clean dishes. Grill cook is great, but has a beard and doesn't wear a hairnet to cover it. The place itself, all the tables, are generally dirty now. This place was really great in the beginning now it's just becoming kind of trashy with the service. Needs new management to get this place back to being one of the best places to eat at

Like some of the other reviews, my 2 stars are also a result of my experiences as of late. The food is delicious and the restrictive diets options are perfect for lunches with multiple people. However, we order frequently, and our orders have been wrong so many times lately, that the amount spent is just not panning out to be worth it. Last week our salad was wrong and they graciously refunded the cost of the salad and told us to replace our order. Which was great, until we went to replace the order online and we had to spend above a certain amount to have the order delivered and tip again (the additional amounts were not refunded). Today, the order was received incorrectly and Alexandra kept repeating that she was going above and beyond, but wasn't actually doing anything. To reiterate this, the phone call was disconnected and she never called back. She also kept faulting Door Dash and their website, rather than just taking ownership of the mistakes made. To insist that you are going above and beyond for your customers but not doing anything to resolve the mistakes does not prove the point trying to be made. She also insisted that the order was correct because my receipt on the bag was matched to the receipt they have in store. Disregarding the fact that my order is marked as a favorite online and reflects what I ordered as not matching their receipts. Seeing as how I spent $20 to get an incorrect $9 order, I think going above and beyond would have been redoing my order and redelivering it on their behalf.

Placed an online order today. Was told order would be ready in 15 minutes. Went to Henrietta location 20 minutes later. Ended up waiting 30 minutes after I arrived for a smoothie. Absolutely ridiculous. Not sure why the software says 15 minutes when that doesn’t reflect the amount of orders the staff needs to get through. Was almost late for a work meeting as a result. If I’d asked for a refund instead of waiting, it wouldn’t have gone through. I’ve attempted that before.

Okay so as someone who used to work for corelife in 2019 .. I’m not happy to say that I’m disappointed in the food that I got. I ordered pickup and when I got back to work and opened my salad bowl I was disappointed because looking at this meat I can’t eat it . I know u can eat beef this way but seriously ? Undercooking the heck out of it shouldn’t even be an option unless requested. I ordered naan bread and Mac and cheese too but those were good as always .. just disappointed I had to throw out my salad . Even the blood from the meat ran onto the egg as u can see .

What a disaster this place has become. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat however, look at the mess they have at the service area. When I get a chance to order, the girl gave me an attitude and said, do you even want the avocado with a Cobb salad? It’s not even close to ripe. I will not be back

Ordered at 10:48 for an 11:30 lunch pick up and my order wasn’t ready until 12:20. There were multiple people who ordered ahead and have been waiting here for over an hour- it really defeats the purpose of online orders. When I did receive my order, almost an hour late, the wrap didn’t have dressing on it and it was missing the soup.

I went out with my family and ate the Spicy ahi tuna bowl and immediately felt nauseous and bloated afterwards. At this point I could call it food poisoning. Despite the food looking great, the aftermath was not worth the buy. Will not recommend eating there :/

food is usually good but i always, and i mean ALWAYS wait at least 15-20 mins EXTRA for every mobile order. even if the restaurant is completely dead. however my biggest issue with this place is the men’s restroom, it has not been cleaned in at least 10 days since i was last here. the same stains on the walls, toilet, and sink area. it’s honestly the most disgusting public restroom i have seen in years. clearly the management doesn’t care for the health and well-being of their customers. if your night shift employees don’t clean the restroom as part of their close down duties, then it falls to management. i’m writing this as i stand and wait for my mobile order that i put in over 45 minutes ago. not a single staff member has even made eye contact with me. this will be my last time ever coming to this location.

SERIOUS CORELIFE PROBLEM!!! My mom ordered 3 salad bowls, some with chicken, others steak… within an hour or two we were all vomiting. Mouth salivating, nauseous, etc. My mom called and the worker tried telling us we could have the flu and they use heat lamps so couldn’t be their problem. Absolutely ridiculous. DONT EAT HERE!! | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea

The food is way to spicy without having any notice on the menu. There needs to be a rating🌶 , 🌶🌶 , 🌶🌶🌶 next to spicy menu items so future customers know. Also the brussel sprouts were undercooked. And the food gave us food poisoning too. Will never eat here again

I use to go here all the time and order the large salad bowls with chicken. Now they hardly put any chicken in the salad. If anything I got more spinach in my large bowl than anything else. I’m not happy at all. I definitely didn’t get my money worth.

First time here probably never going back. Ordered a steak wrap. The entire thing was lettuce and “purple rice” whatever that is came in hungry and leaving hungry there was only 3 pieces of steak in my wrap not enough dressing the whole thing tasted like lettuce. Chipotle is a better option not worth the 11 dollars.

Our order was half hr late. Special instructions stated "Allergies to ALL peppers, even seasoning", and the salad came with black pepper on it. This person could not eat their meal. If pepper is standard on your chicken, a call should have been made to the contact number provided on the order. This is an allergy as stated in the special instructions box…. In addition to that we ordered and paid for a “Big Bowl” Tuna poke rice bowl, it came and the bowl was only 1/4 full (not big at all). The bread was just thrown at the bottom of the bag, laying in some kind of sauce that was also spilled on the bottom of the bag. This is the 2nd time I ordered from CoreLife for the office, the first time was not a good experience at all and I said I would never order from there again, but I am about 2nd chances. We will not order Office and or meeting lunches from CoreLife again.

This store closes at 8pm. This information is easy to find...on the door...on the web. If you call their manager (assuredly an excellent businessman), he will tell you "Yep. We're here til 8pm." Yet, when I arrived there a few evenings ago (on a Saturday, mind you) at 7:50pm, the store was locked up with a bevy of workers aside. Getting one worker's attention, he came to the door and informed me and my dining buddy that "we decided to close early." The manager was inside the entire time looking at the ground like he'd lost a contact...afraid to meet the gaze of a disgruntled customer. So just be aware: 1) CoreLife Eatery doesn't close at 8pm 2) Good food is not worth dealing with poor management. We wound up going to Chipotle, had mid-tier service, but still ended up with food in our belly. Thanks, Chipotle.

I'd give them higher stars but today they changed their Mac and cheese from gluten free to gluten-rich without posting anything or sharing any information about it and now my celiac friend is super sick. They just made the switch, so if you're celiac or can't tolerate gluten, be warned !!!

Can’t rate the food because we didn’t get anything. Waited in “line” (there was one person in front of us) for over 20 minutes. Three people behind the counter only one seemed to be working and they were doing online orders and ignoring us waiting. Finally one of the other guys came over and told him to help the people waiting in line before doing yet another online order. We were very rudely asked for our order to be told they don’t have what we wanted left. So we left and ended up going to Naantastic next door which was amazing and we were served and cashed out within 3 minutes. Moral of the story just go somewhere else

I went there tonight and got my normal order for a broth bowl. When I went to sit down and eat it, the broth was completely cold. I went up to the counter and the guy working basically told me I was lying and that the pot wouldn’t be steaming and that my broth wasn’t cold. He proceeded to give me a lid and told me that if I was in a hurry, I should put the lid on carefully because it might pop since the broth is hot. The broth was cold and the worker was very rude and assumed I was lying. This is unfortunate because I come here quite often. I will not return to this location.

I don’t normally leave reviews and I HATE to do this because CoreLife used to be one of my favorite places to get a healthy meal. I went into the Henrietta location today and made my own salad. Within an hour of eating it I was so sick, running to the bathroom, and have had a stomach ache for the rest of the day. This is now the second time I’ve been sick immediately after eating my salad. I don’t think that the majority of the staff cares about food safety. There were two male workers there that seemed to have their stuff together and care, but the other two female workers on the line were rude and careless.

Sorry, but I'm just want to share my honest experience. Bad customer service. They need to hire professional employees who know their job and not employees that day dreaming while on the clock or making customers waiting and staring at them. Employees should have the skill to tell if customers are waiting to be served. Plus it should also be a teamwork; if someone were busy or literally day dreaming, other employees should be aware and should take action to help one another or remind one another there are customers waiting and not just day dreaming together or do nothing. That is a basic skill every employees who serve customers should know. If they were busy, that is fine but they should let the customers know they will be right back, and not making them wait and confused. Anyway this place lost a business. I just went to other restaurant nearby which have much better customer service. You have to change and improve to survive in this food industry.

Store manager is very unprofessional made a purchase day prior they were out of mostly everything because they did not prepare stuff because they were closing early. Understandable but if I order extra of stuff refund it don't say you put extra. Then did quality survey and manager calls me talking crap and telling me never to come back

Food is great but I frequently find myself waiting an hour for my food whenever I place a mobile order. If youre walking in for an order its fine but for the love of God DO NOT MOBILE ORDER! They do not respect your time whatsoever here.

They'll prioritize mobile orders over the people waiting in line in their store, but at the same time won't have my mobile order ready in any semblance of on time.

I placed a pickup order on Tuesday, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning after the experience I had. While my food was ready on time, I got home only to discover bugs in it. After checking the reviews, I realized I wasn’t the only one who had experienced this issue. I really hope they improve their cleaning and sanitization practices—especially since, as another review pointed out, how are there flies/bugs in the middle of winter?
