Their wings, chefs kiss! Their Pizza? Hmmm. Despite all of that, their staff is amazing. Respect, humble, and kind.

I order Grubhub occasionally, and once in a while the driver just doesn't deliver for whatever reason. Today was one of those times. The driver just didn't pick it up and marked it delivered. Cold pizza was about to be my destiny. Gianna called me to tell me what was up. I order in while I'm at work, so I couldn't just go get it myself. Gianna offered to keep it in the oven for me until the next driver showed, and our food came hotter than most deliveries. I truly appreciate Gianna and the team lookin out for me and my coworkers!

It smelled wonderful in the East Avenuue location and that wasn't even the beginning of the great customer service--which started with the phoned-in order. Great staff, very professional and personable. The pizza, "Fully Loaded" with pepperoni added, was delicious. The quality was obvious and the flavors summoned up every good summer memory we've ever had! Definitely the place to go for outstanding pizza.

Well had quite the experience at Perri's at the East Ave location . Came in with my friend and we each ordered the slice, boneless wings and a drink special for 12.99. All is good right?/ The pizza came and was great but no follow up by our waitress to make sure everything was good. Another waitress about 20 mins later sand asked if we needed anything . Just a box to take home out leftovers. She came back about 15 mins later with the boxes . Not sure what happened here -- maybe it was a shift change ?? -- but in any event not real good wait serviv=ce was provided , Maybe 2 out of 10. If I go back , my recommendation would be to eat at the inside tables by the bar ,, they tend to forget you if you are out by thr porch. I saw another party leave for the same reason -- lack of service. Food was great but ....

Perri’s is a great place to eat or drink or both. Attentive and friendly service; the ABSOLUTE best macaroni salad. The Jersey fries are seasoned perfectly and crisp - they are excellent. But, the tartar sauce for the fish fry is the thickest and most delicious I ever recall having. Thank you for a great dinner.

Perri's Pizzeria Pub is fantastic!! We've ordered for delivery several times and they're always timely with delivery! We've also dined in there a handful of times, and it's a great place to watch a game or just hangout with friends. The Pizza options are unique and great, (haven't found a pizza we don't enjoy) and the wings... incredible!! Highly recommend the Perri's Magic Sauce Wings and the Gold Sauce Wings!

Great food and the staff is super friendly and hard working. I went three times in one week and am not ashamed to say it! The slice combos always hit the spot, especially after the gym. (I was going to go anyway so might as well work out first.) Looking forward to my next visit and some Jersey fries!

We’ve gotten pizza and wings three or four times now. I have to say Perri’s has completely won me over! The pizza is very consistent and is delicious no matter what toppings you have. Other pizza places are inconsistent and you never know if your pizza is going to be good or not. Not the case at Perri’s. It’s always very tasty, and their wings are amazingly good as well. If I could give them more stars, I would! Keep up the quality and great work Perri’s!

We love the edition Perri's Pizzeria has been to our area in recent years. It is the only place we go to for our pizza or have cater our huge family parties. No matter how large the order is, the food is consistently excellent! The owner has been there every time we have dined inside at Perri's, always has been friendly to his patrons and going around making sure everyone is happy with their food and service, huge part of why we keep going back! I don't usually write reviews but this place goes above and beyond to make sure they're not just your "normal" pizzeria!

I have yet to have a bad experience at Perri's. I love all the different types of wing sauces, there is always something new to try. Their pizza slices are HUGE, you will not need to spring for two. I am a big fan of the amount of sauce they use on their pie, hits the spot. Lots of bang for your buck. They are one of the last establishments in town to give you a full 12 wings for $10. Add that to their daily drink specials and you can have a good time with out going broke. Staff is always super friendly and makes you feel welcome, especially Courtney and Tyler. Can't wait to stop by again!

This place delivers incredible value for money, I usually go for lunch. The slices are gigantic and less than $4 each. I often take the remainders of a single slice home to enjoy that evening. They usually have two or three special varieties each day, in addition to daily staples like the delicious buffalo chicken pizza. Other things to try are the chicken wing plates, which come with your choice of wing style (boneless, traditional, chicken thigh etc) and mac salad and fries. In addition to the great food the service is also outstanding, the staff are friendly and engaging. Would highly recommend.

I was driving past Perri's and saw a customer leaving with a huge pizza. When I wanted a pizza a few weeks later, Perri's came to mind. When I went to pick it up, I was surprised to find a great pub with a pizza kitchen attached! Great vibe, friendly people, and plenty of room for socially distancing, plenty of TVs and good music. I will be back! Oh, and the pizza was good too!

We went to watch the Bills game and have some food and beer. It was packed and servers were in short supply, but they were friendly and prompt.

Stopped in to hang out with a friend for his birthday. Been here a few times now, and this was the first time I got food. A slice of pizza is HUGE and is a great value. Also got a couple glasses of wine. Service was amazing and atmosphere was chill. We were in there late in the evening and left at closing.

Best chicken tender & fries in the area, it's fairly expensive though, it should be 2-3 dollars less. Im not sure when chicken tenders became the same price as filet mignon. The slices are huge and worth the price. So far the staff has been extremely friendly. Fix the chicken price and this is an easy 10/10.

My friend and I frequent Perri's Pizzeria Pub. It does have a flavor of a sports bar, but the atmosphere is also geared towards families. I saw one family enjoy a game and enjoyed their meal. The wait staff are always friendly and courteous and prompt. My friend loves his pizza and they do make a good pie! I haven't had a bad time there yet. Many tvs to view whatever it is you want to watch. The last time we went, there wasn't any music playing, but a lot of football. Even though the place was packed we still had good service. We ordered a medium pizza and a chicken parmesan sandwich. It was delicious, the pizza was gone and half my sandwich (my friend can pack it away!). The sauce for my sandwich and pizza was good, a little sparse, but good. There are salads and of course pizza with just veggies are offered. Not easy to park cars on one side of the building and there are stairs to get into the place. I haven't thoroughly investigated how a wheelchair would enter, but I will update. I work with the disabled crowd and really look at inclusiveness of certain places that they can go into without having to go in the back way or through the kitchen.

Always love this place. No matter how packed the place is, we get good service and food is the same every time. By that that I mean consistently good crust and toppings are good (not spoiled, nor moldy). If you are a sports buff, there are at least 8 from where I am sitting! The pictures are bright and very good. There is also a mix of music playing. I haven't had a bad time in, say 6 times I'd say. There is another place I have had their pizza, the Henrietta store. So come and decompress the week, bring the boys, bring your friends and have a fun time.

The pizza is amazing especially when a shmuck like me calls and gets it free. Allergic to mushrooms sheesh yeah that's me. I owe you guys a lot and I'm sorry for scamming you. I've been to the Perri's that used to be on Lyell so decided to check this one out. The slices are extremely large, and forgetting this, I ordered two. The bar tender even tried warning me but I said "nah I'm good". I ended up giving a slice to a buddy once the two came out. I ended up getting the Perri supreme slice and it was delicious. I would say this place and Marks has some of the best type of stove pizza in the area. Try it and you won't be disappointed.

First time as a customer, picked up many doordash orders for others. Went an hour before happy hour but the deal was great on the pizza slice combo! Huge slice and choice of side with a bottle of soda for 9.75-12.72 depending which side. We chose boneless wings and it was $12.72 Also ordered the fries w/cheese and bacon and they were perfectly cheese'd and delicious! Will be back! So full from thr fries and boneless took the slice home for another meal!

I love going to Perri's on East Ave for a few drinks and some tasty food. This place is so much fun, it's usually open by 10am which works great for me and my buddies. When you feel like you've been at work all day and it's only 9:45 am, do yourself a favor and dip out for an early lunch. Our go to is their fiestada pizza, a tall glass of Jameson and a couple buckets of beers. There are always drinks or shots on offer, so if you're looking for a deal, go to Perri's. For those of you who don't know, the fiestada is an eight sided, personal "Mexican style" pizza. For me it's a comfort food. They used to be available in my school cafeteria, so it brings a little nostalgia to my mid morning happy hour. The bartenders are a hoot. These young ladies offer sassy banter and fast service. Whether its mid morning, lunch, happy hour, dinner time or a late snack, Perri's has something for you to enjoy. Stop by today!

10/13/2025 I ordered a breakfast pizza from the location on east ave and upon looking at the pizza it looked to me as the main ingredient "egg" was missing. In addition, they added pizza sauce, when it is not supposed to have any. My son went inside and told the girl, the girl brought the pizza to the cook to verify and they said it had egg. Let me mention that she looked at the pizza before bringing it back to the cook. So the fact that she couldn't tell herself from looking it's already bad. The cook told her that it was under the cheese. We started eating giving them the benefit of the doubt and of course we still couldn't tell where the egg was. Mind you that scrambled eggs are yellow and the cheese is white. We called them back she asked what is the problem and offered a 50% discount on the next order. First impression is what counts and they blew this one. I have never been disappointed at the stone rd location. Update: Mike Perri reached out and spoke to My son and I. He was excelent at addressing our concern, experience and future business. As a result I have updated the review to 5 stars and will continue to do business with stone rd location or other locations with the exception of east ave.

I just went in to get a take out pizza on a Thursday. On Thursdays a large one-topping pizza is $8.99 for carry out and that's a great deal. The pizza was also very good. this pizza shop is built inside of a pub as well which looks like a pretty decent place to have a beer although I have not had one here.

I love the food and drinks, I only wish that when I sit down at a booth with my wife and daughter that a server would come over on their own rather than me having to chase her down. I think a sign suggesting to go to the counter before sitting would solve the issue.

I have had their big slice and the wings. Both were tasty. The big slice is pretty large. Wing sauce was plenty hot. Wings were cooked good.

Food was delicious. We sat at the bar and got great service. Prices weren't bad at all. We got a 1 topping pizza and 12 wings for less than $20. Nothing was bad about the experience. However nothing stood out and earned that extra star so ... 4 star it is

It was my first time at this place. I've had fresher $5 large slices at other Perri's locations, but this place is great overall. It has a great casual bar environment to hang with friends and $5 large pizza slices. What more could you want from a casual pub restaurant?! I'd definitely return here again.

First time ordering. Easy to use app for ordering. Pizza was prepared quickly and ready for pick up 20 minutes before estimated time. Thin crust is very good. Too much cheese for my liking but I’ll try ordering half as much cheese next time.

First time here to eat in. Service was a bit slow at first but improved once girls behind bar stopped socializing. Food here is average, not bad not great. The red headed bartender is a big plus lol. Nice place to stop for a beer and a snack .

I come on Saturday nights and the pizza is usually perfect but the past couple weeks pizza still good just not as good as it has been idk what’s changed still great place

On occasion I stop in during my luch break to grab a giant slice. These slices are more than filling and delicious. The staff is awesome very curtious amd attentive. Today I got one of their specialty slices called the Popeye, it had chicken bacon and spinach, which was great. Crust was not thick but was nice and crisp and toppings were plentiful. Ive had their pepperoni slice and buffalo slice before and no matter what you go with there is no disappointment.

Food was pretty good, the mozzarella moons were a little overdone. The wait for the food was okay, but one gentleman at our party had his order forgotten, and waited for quite a while.

I love Perris! One of my favorite pizza places. Love their boneless wings too. Wish they had faster service. On the multiple times I’ve ordered, I’ve waited longer than I was told. The customer service could be very improved- staff not very attentive. I will continue to give my business as I do like the food.

Have gotten the super slice deal a couple of times now, and even though it's a great deal. I just find their crust too thick and chewy. Great flavor, but not for me.

Perris pizza is pretty tasty stuff, also very cheap. 3 stars seems harsh but I have a reason. The reason being inconsistencies. The buffalo chicken is their best pizza and usually always the same, But the other pies are always a gamble. Sometimes the dough is well proofed and the pizza is fluffy all the way thru. Sometimes it is dense and gummy. Other times its thin and burnt in certain spots. Sometimes its thin amd gummy. My next inconsistency that always bothers me is the toppings. Sometimes they lump all the veggie toppings together in one spot instead of evenly spreading them around, creating watery uncooked wet spots on the pie. My third complaint is the slice size inconsistency. If ur a grown man who makes pizzas everyday you should be able to cut the slices evenly every time. No exceptions. Take a little pride in your work. Lastly, today i ordered a sweet heat slice that was advertised as having cherry peppers as a topping. When i got my slice, it had bannana peppers on it instead. Either change the item description or send someone to get cherry peppers from the wegmans across the street. In conclusion: tighten up the the inconsistencies and this place is easily 5 stars. Any restaurant that provides food this cheap in this economy has my respect, but i still gotta call it how it is.

UPDATE: Sadly I was disappointed last night. I ordered the, BST pizza. Had to wait so I sat at the bar. I had a couple drinks. Bartender was distracted by her friends. Drinks were perfect & since they had hockey on I decided to eat a couple slices there while ahead a drink and watch the game. Pizza was badly burned. The charcoal taste offset the toppings so it was pretty bad. I wasn't going to complain because I didn't feel like dealing with it. Pizza came out in good time though. Reduced all my star ratings based on this visit. Didn't know they existed because there's not a lot of good signage. I was pleasantly surprised it just how perfectly the pizza was cooked. I've tried a lot of places around North Winton Village and most of them burn the crust and just don't have a lot of good flavor like they have old ingredients. The crust on this was golden on the underside. The flavor was strong but not overpowering.

It's very hit or miss. Any order through phone or online and your pizza or wings will be cold from sitting on the counter. Might even be an undercooked pizza. Best advice is walk in order and sit at the bar, 90% of the time they'll bring it to you right when it's done.

Good menu selection, but very typical for a pizza business. The pizza could use a little more sauce, but the portions are large and topped well. The fried wings are very basic like you might find at many other pizza shops. Everything is Ok, just not great.

I had dinner there last Saturday (5/13/17) with a party of 5. We went on the recommendation of my parents who have dined there a few times. Everyone was really pleased with the food and the server was very nice and professional. The reason for the 2 stars is due to lack of customer service. When my calzone came out I noticed it had olives in it when I ordered sausage and mushrooms. It turned out that I got another table's order and they got mine. Since olives is sort of an acquired taste I had to send it back. The server apologized several times and promised my calzone would be out in less than 10 minutes since we were in a hurry to leave and catch a show that we had tickets to. I was pretty disappointed that a manager never came out to apologize for the screw up and no one offered to adjust the bill and take it off the check. I couldn't eat with my party and only had enough time to take two bites before we had to box it up and get to the show. A more customer oriented restaurant would have had someone come out to the table and apologize for the mistake or at least take the item off the bill. I know the manager was aware of the mistake because our server said she had to tell her manager what happened to "rush" my order. Pretty disappointing.... everyone in my party agreed- Perri's definitely should not have had me pay for their mistake- and a customer shouldn't have to ask for a bill adjustment in that situation- it should be automatic!

Pizza is decent, never an issue there. Been several times and wait staff inside are just terrible. Figured it was just a fluke but have rude staff or other issues each time I've been (three times since August). Staff ignore you at the counter and/or are rude when you try and use coupons (which were postal mailed to me by Perri's themselves). I know it's a busy place with the inside dining customers but this place isn't worth the drive for [pickup] pizza when there are other alternatives around.

Ehh, I prefer other Perri's over this one. Most of the staff is nice, but everytime I go in I feel forgotten, I ordered a single slice today and the girl said 8 minutes. I waited 20 minutes, just not as good as some of the other Perri's in Rochester.

Normally the slices are huge and cooked perfectly. Today not so much . Slices lot smaller then normal and the pizza is so overcooked I can barley cut it with a knife. So disappointed 😞

The girl from the bar helped us initially when picking up my order. I was 10 minutes late from the time given for pickup after ordering on their site. One would assume their order would be ready by that point. Wrong! At first it appeared that she couldn’t find my order but then she did. She goes to the back and I could see her talking to the guy preparing. He’d forgot to make the wings. “It’ll be a few minutes, he’s just preparing the wings” annoyed, but fine. I sit down and wait, and wait. They were more focused on closing, keep in mind, my order that was placed at 8:20 was suppose to be ready at 9. I sit and wait, I kid you not, I’m still waiting on these wings as we get closer to 10 PM!! I see them bring out some fresh boxes of wings, I think, “that’s gotta be ours” WRONG! Our wings had been sitting there for about 20 minutes! We were sitting there waiting until I finically got up to ask. It was 9:45 by the time I walked out. Pizza was cold by that point, and had to throw in the oven to reheat. I wanted to try something new, but there’s a first and last time for everything. The pizza (Bee Sting) I will say was pretty good after waiting an additional 15 minutes to reheat in the oven. 😒

First time there. Website says 12 wings and two sides. Only received 6 wings and two sides for a price other places give at least 10 wings. No drink refills. Will stick to my tried and true, The Distillery where the staff is friendly. Will not Return. Fries were good.

Ordered two large pepperoni and sausage with 2 liter special and a dozen wings. Pizza was burnt on the crust, dark brown underneath and doughy on top. Pizza oven set way too high. Wings were great though. Once bitten, twice shy. Will not be back.

It sucked all around. The food was burnt and had no flavor. I don't know what others say about it being so great, but I didn't think so. I was a waiter for 44 years and I know restaurants and food. They're lucky I gave them 2 stars. I didn't say anything at the time my party was there because I wasn't the one paying for our food. Sorry but not sorry.

What kind of pizza place takes 20 minutes to heat up a slice and if you call ahead of time even if you want to pay with card over the phone they won't heat your slice up for you. What a joke. I guess you only get good service if you are a regular at their bar. I guess 7-Eleven gets my business and to be honest their slice might not be as big but it's hot and didn't take my entire lunch break to wait for it... *Edit* after reading some other reviews it all makes sense now. These are the same people (buisness) that were mocking BLM (Black lives matter) during the protest, I'm actually grateful now that I didn't give these people my money

Stopped by here with some friends. First thing we noticed was all the wet dripping condensation on the duct pipes running on the sealing. They had large wet water puddles on the floor in different areas of the establishment. One area had a caution wet floor sign. The other areas did not.We heard they had huge slices of pizza and wanted to give it a try. So we decided to stay and sat down.No one came over to our table. So we walked over to the register area to order. We decided on what we wanted . Told the lady at the counter our order. We were then told we had to sit back down to order and they would be over.So we went back to the table and sat down. After awhile we had our order taken. We all decided to get slices of pizza. The pizza slices came out. They were huge. They had a very thick heavy crust. It was to much dough for my liking.I wasn't a fan. My friend has been here before and said the crusts usually aren't that thick.Overall I'm not sure if I recommend this place or not. Pictures are slices of the chicken wing and pepperoni. I didn't take pictures to post of the huge wet puddles of water & dripping condensation on the ceiling ducting/pipes. If the crust on the pizza wasn't so thick on the slices then the pizza would have been better.

Don’t waste your money! I ordered a sheet pizza & 24 wings for my wings I ordered mild for 12 & garlic parm for 12. I ordered blue cheese for my dipping sauce. They made all 24 of my chicken wings buffalo blue cheese which doesn’t even look appetizing & is not what I ordered. The woman working the counter didn’t make any attempt to correct the mistake but told me I had to email her manager to get a refund. This place will definitely not get any further business from me. I didn’t even ask for a refund I just wanted the wings to be the correct flavor, instead of fixing it I have to play email tag with the hopes they will refund me. Waste of money as I will not be eating the wings.

It had been a long time since I had Perri's, so I decided to give them a shot. I ordered through GrubHub and got the Family Combo, which is a large cheese pizza and 24 wings. I got a single topping on the pizza, which was sausage. With the combo, delivery, taxes, tip, and a $6 off coupon the total came to $46 (which I was not too unhappy with). I'm not going to mention anything about the delivery because Perri's had nothing to do with that. What I will discuss is the actual food. First the pizza itself. As you can see in the pictures the pie looks pretty dang appetizing. The standout here is the crust, which I thought was quite good. I asked for it well-done and Perri's came through. They also used plenty of mozzarella cheese, which is also a plus. Unfortunately, the sauce and the sausage tasted like a whole lot of nothing. Very bland, not much to complement honestly. For reference I ordered the pizza with their traditional red sauce. I was charged almost $3 for the one topping, and honestly wish I hadn't got it because it was so blah. Finally is the wings. Since I used the GrubHub app I wasn't able to select 2 flavors, so I got all 24 wings in their Garlic Parmesan sauce. Unfortunately, like so many other places, the flavor was incredibly weak. While they smelled quite good, unfortunately the taste was very disappointing. Garlic Parm wings should have a strong garlic flavor complemented by plenty of parmesan. While I could taste hints of the parmesan, the garlic was practically non-existent. On the plus side, the chicken wings were cooked very well, so points for that. On a whole, I would say I'm not dissatisfied with my order, but I'm not satisfied either. Based on the weak flavor of the pizza and even weaker flavor of the wings, I cannot recommend Perri's Pizza. Not everything was bad, so I'm not giving them a single star...however I also don't feel the order was three-star worthy. I'm glad I tried them, because now I know to stay away. If you want higher quality pizza and wings, I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Food is good, but same as other perris. Nothing special. Don’t recommend ordering ahead online as I ordered for 6 and waited over 30 min after for my food until it was finally ready after many other walk in customers ordered and received their similar orders.

If you are a bar, then you are a bar, and your people would know what the drink prices are... But you have sit down tables and people that don't know drink prices. So if you are a bar know your prices. If you are a restaurant try to have someone say "hello", ask for drinks and give a menu within the first 30minutes of sitting down! Not to mention a table that comes in after you gets service before you because no one is tracking anything. Still waiting for that menu. Food is good, service is a disgrace... No disgrace is too nice a word. I don't have a word to describe service.

I go in there from time to time, and usually everything from service to food is good.. stopped late last night, around 1045 pm hoping to have just a drink after a long day of work. As soon as I walk in the bartender stops and just stares at me.. I go “are u guys closing” and she says “ugh yeah..” in the most disrespectful way. Very rude.. there were 5 ppl at the bar with full drinks and a large party in the dining room.. I did not feel welcomed at all.. the bartender was very rude and clearly did not want anymore customers even though they were clearly not closed .. prob won’t go back

We ordered delivery with Grubhub, food was still hot when it got here but we got one incorrect calzone with the order and both insides were severely undercooked and full of raw dough.

Their food is awesome! But I am here to tell you it is the slowest place ever. I won't go back because I just don't have the patience for it! Went in, sat down, eventually sent my son to the bar for some menus lol. Then I almost left before the food came because I was just like forget it. Awful.

The bartender was very rude I was picking up a delivery for door dash. I told the bartender who I was picking the food up for. She said it's not ready yet give me ten minutes. I waited for awhile. Finally when the customer food was ready she just hand me the box and didn't say anything 😒😒

ALWAYS overcooked, burned chicken fingers, wings that have been sauced and redropped, for way too long and unedible, a slice that was BLACK on the bottom (zero excuse, one customer 2 employees,) and being charged for a topping the never happened (you had my phone number and could have called to say you were out of sausage so I could have picked another topping) All that in take out. Or waiting for almost an hour to be recognized as a sitting customer....worst place in town, consistently bad. Rating of zero! Will never go again to a once great place.

Amazing Pizza and Wings. Cannot say enough how amazing the Pizza is. There are few places that do a sheet pizza as well as they do. This said, I will never order here again. You ever order the same thing over and over, week after week. Trust me the pizza and wings are good enough you can do this. Then you realize they charge different every time. some times 3 dollars, some time 10 bucks. All I get for the answer was "my manager requires me to ring it in that way". Mark's is half is good, but the price is consistent.

Went there on a Friday night around 6 o'clock and not to many customers were there. Sat down at a table and waited for a server to come over. 15 minutes later and no one came over to our table to see what we we needed for drinks and food. So we got up and left as the bartenders and servers watch us walk out the door and said nothing. Oh well went to Jeremiah's and had a great time. Place was packed and the service and drinks/food was great.

I was charged 2 times for my food because no receipt printed the first time. I called over and over again to talk to different people to explain the situation and leave a message for the manager. After a few days I was finally was able to talk to the manager and she reassured me that it would be figured out and told me that she would call me back the next day. I called the next day and a few days after but I never heard from her again. It is so unprofessional to not call someone back when you say you are going to. Please do better.

Just went there and waited an extra 20 minutes after my wings were cooked until I got my slices. When I mentioned that my wings were sitting on the counter so long. The employee responded "You'll just have to wait longer" then when I got my food I hear her muttering to herself "You just shouldn't order here anymore if you can't wait" Terrible customer service and terrible ownership of responsibility. Won't be returning.

After messing up our delivery order (when my girlfriend called the store 3 times after delivering), they said that they had tried to deliver and call and had the wrong number. Since we had already paid, we tried to get a new order sent out. The manager was not very professional and said they would get it out when they had a chance since they were busy. We received our order and it was obvious that they had just reheated our pizza and boneless wings in the oven. This was our first time ordering and we will not be ordering again.

They open at 10am but don’t have slices of pizza until 10:45,the manager is clearly not doing his/ her job

Today I walked into this location and was immediately harassed by the red headed bartender(Kira).She vocalized to surrounding guests that she would like me to leave because she had seats saved for people that she knew instead. I’ve never had the pleasure to even meet this girl but she seemed like she may have been on drugs or having a bad day and took out whatever animosity she had on THIS unsuspecting bar guests. Love the food but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Walked in (4 people at the bar and a table of 2) and the bartender quickly acknowledged us by saying we could sit anywhere we'd like. My lady and I sat in the very middle of the dining room. At a high top table, 2 tables away from the other seated patrons. The waitress covering the "tables" continued to take care of the other table of 2, and walk by multiple times without even acknowledging our existance. The bartender could also see that we didn't even have drinks. After 34 minutes of being ghosts in this establishment, we decided to go elsewhere. The place looked nice and the food smelled good...

About a month ago I ordered a pepperoni calzone from Perri’s and it was absolutely disgusting. Not properly cooked, and they just stuff pepperoni in it without separating it. I complained to a manager and he said he would give me the value of the order as a credit, but when I tried to use the credit it wasn’t there. Terrible business with terrible food. I’ll never go there again.

I went to pick up my food at 9:40pm on 3/2/26 and three staff stood in the kitchen talking to eachother ignoring me and making eye contact with me since they were in the view of the register where I can see them and I had to wait for 4 minutes to be greeted I was the only customer in line so it wasn't busy and they close at 10pm so no one was working once someone walked up to me she didn't say hi I assume her name was Lena S or Kira M then my food order said IDK on it since they didn't ask for my name they were unprofessional and I won't be coming back.

Just ordered the country sweet pizza and it was so spicy it was not even edible. I don't know what they put on that but it was NOT normal country sweet sauce.

Menu only lists option for 15 boneless wings, kitchen charges you for all 15 but only gives 10 on takeout orders. Make it make sense.

I love Perry’s, but the one on East Ave is really slacking compared to the Perry’s on Lyell ok huge difference. No matter how many people are in there, you always end up waiting a long time for your food. It also usually smells like something’s burning in the kitchen. I still recommend Perry’s overall, but this location needs to step it up.

Super disappointing experience. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, well-done. The crust was well-done, but the cheese wasn't browned at all. The crust was also really thick, doughy, and soggy. It was swimming in sauce, and when we tried to separate slices, the sauce and cheese slid right off, and several slices even ripped under the weight of the sauce/cheese soup. Then after trying to reassemble a slice and managing a bite, it didn't taste like much of anything. Just mush.

Maybe it's just this location, but it is the first time I have ever ordered wings from Perris where it didn't come in a perris box with their name on the blue cheese. I ordered from grub hub and not only did it take the driver an hour and half to get to me after picking up, but it was not in a tamper proof packaging. Wings were cold and dry. Didn't intend to eat anyway due to packaging and time waiting! Don't recommend!
