This is our 3rd time at this restaurant but 1st review. It is the perfect place to get dessert with friends/family. Everything we’ve tried is delicious. For this visit, we tried the apple-y ever after, the cookie academy, NY cheesecake, and the peanut butter kid. Ariana was our server- she was great!

We had been wanting to try this place for a while now. Brendon is a phenomenal server and the service is quick and friendly. Lots of options to choose from on the menu. It's definitely an experience and you pay for that and the quality and presentation of each dish. Loved the decor and wall scene. We will absolutely be coming back.

I love coming to this place. Even though I am not a dessert person, I do crave for good sundaes occasionally and this is my go to place. Till now, I have tried their one scoop and two scoop sundaes, hot chocolate and root beer float. All fantastic. And I love their colorful and bold decor. Today, I tried the Death and Taxes One scoop sundae. Loved it! I don't know why I have never written a review about this place, but better late than never I guess! PS: Their portion size are huge, so bring someone with you or be prepared to take the left overs home, unless you have a really sweet tooth.

Nice experience. The staff were professional and friendly. The layout of the facility was nice and suitable for various types of occasions. There were many dessert options available. Deseret's are crafted right in front of you. Perfect experience for family and children.

Visited here today with friends for the first time— and it will not be the last! What a cute place! Bright and clean. Matt- our server was helpful, kind, and fun! Food was absolutely delicious and HUGE. He even provided containers so we could take our leftover ice cream and crepe home. I didn’t finish my coffee and he brought me a fresh cup to go! We’ll be back! A delightful experience and a special dessert.

What an experience! Someone recommended this place so we decided to try it out while we were in Rochester for an event, and boy am I glad we went! I've never been anywhere like this before and it was so so so worth it! It's like a higher end, yet fun, restaurant that does dessert, with chef style presentation. We ordered a license to split banana split with all vanilla ice cream, a macaron in Paris with crepe, a nutellin you nothing with crepe and a dolce and banana with crepe... We were all blown away at how delicious they were, great presentation and quality ingredients! The ice cream was a great quality, I tend to be a bit picky with ice cream and I have no complaints about theirs! I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the Rochester area, I don't think there are many places like this that exist. It definitely is a bit pricier than your typical dessert place but I can see why! Quality, quality, quality. One other thing worth mentioning, is the service was absolutely amazing! The woman who waited on us had stellar customer service and seemed truly happy to be helping us out! All in all we had an amazing experience and will for sure visit this place every time we go to Rochester! Highly recommend!

Fun little spot with woodsy vibes and whimsical ambiance. The host who greeted us was friendly and upbeat. Our server was helpful in selecting menu options suited for our tastes and was friendly. Portions were enormous and everything was delicious. The whole inside of this place smells like a freshly-made waffle cone, the ice cream is top quality, and the service is top notch. A fun adventure for a date or special occasion.

It was our first time and heard a lot about them and finally had the chance. We had almost everything from the menu lol just kidding. It was amazing to taste all those ice creams with waffle. They had such great combinations of crepes and waffles with ice cream, shakes, espresso, hot tea, milkshakes, sundaes, banana split, brownies and cookies and cake with ice cream, fruits and sauce. Dine in experience was top notch, the service was quick and the server was well aware of the product and also recommended some good options. This ice cream place from inside had wonderful interior decor for pictures. Well defined directions and very clean place. Highly recommend The Chocolate Dilemma, this place is on high end side for 6 people we paid $100 but again worth a experience and taste. Definitely going back again 🤩 enjoy

The food was creative, the staff was great and the atmosphere is magical. The only reason im taking off a star is because of the price. Even splitting a dessert was almost 30$ including tip. This is meant to be a rare expensive treat.

A cozy atmosphere, White Rabbit has a lot to offer and appreciate. Perfect for a variety of celebratory occasions, the little details in the restaurant bring charming character to the space. Dessert names on the menu were entertaining, with titles such as "death and taxes," "wake the fudge up", "first draft," "Apple Username" and others. Menus are available on paper as well as online. They have menu selections for gluten free, low sugar, and kid friendly foods. There are limited non dairy and vegetarian options. Desserts are a little pricy considering their serving size but my group found sharing dishes in pairs worked well. Our food came with a very short wait and were placed with great attention to detail. When one of us allergic to hazelnuts accidentally ordered a hazelnut dish, the staff was exceptionally accommodating- replacing it at no extra charge. If you like simply crepes, the White Rabbit is the place for you!

I have been twice to this place and absolutely love the desserts and ambience. It is definately expensive but the ice-creams are of great quality! There is this server called Samantha who is super nice. She offered a few cups for my son to play with, and that kept him occupied. She did that just so that I could eat happy. What I hated was the only thing about another server. Didn't bother to ask his name...he was a short guy. Extremely arrogant. I am shocked how someone like this can be in the customer service. Clear discrimination. If I don't go back to this place, it would clearly be because of him!

A great spot for dessert for an occasion! Lots of options. The portions are very big!!! We should have shared. The ice cream is made in house and was the best part of anything we got. Our server Brendan was friendly and happy. Our only drawback was the pricing, even as a niche dessert experience, it still seemed a little higher than it should have been.

So, I'm not sure what the "dessert experience" refers to. I had a date night here and this was our first visit. It's a good thing we are married because the music was so loud that I could not hear the conversation with my husband. He had the chocolate banana, waffle, with peanut butter ice cream and I had as the picture depicted a slice of their red velvet cake with vanilla bean ice cream. I had some of my husband's ice cream. It was supposed to be peanut butter, but tasted very plain to me. His waffle was supposed to be chocolate chip peanut butter to compliment the chocolate covered bananas and it also tasted very plain. The best way to describe the red velvet cake was dry wax. The cake itself was so dry and the frosting throughout had no flavor and the texture of hard wax. It was awful. More than half got sent back. The young lady that was our server was fantastic. She was very nice and sweet. She was friendly and had a smile on her face and even though she was running around like a chicken with no head, she was still laughing and smiling and conversing with her customers. As far as ambiance, I can only surmise that they are referring to the decor and the beautifully painted walls that help you feel like you are stepping through a storybook. Be prepared. This place is not cheap, our tab including tip was almost $65.00.

Saw this place and instantly got excited for the “experience”. The decor and atmosphere met that excitement level. Prices were a little high but I figured I’d be pleasantly surprised by the presentation. Not so much and I ended up being disappointed. The brownie was sickening too sweet and didn’t have a good taste. I was supposed to have candied pralines and I only tasted 2-little bits. My party all had milkshakes and they were not impressed either.

Awesome atmosphere and lovely staff. Pricing was astronomical for mediocre food and smaller than expected portions. I naively thought that for $15-18+/dessert that we would be getting family style massive servings. Instead was met with an odd temperature cheesecake and an absurd heap of canned apple pie topping. The atmosphere was so nice and cute themed. The server was very kind and upbeat. But I really can’t believe the prices, even in the age of inflation, were that high! Our party had three desserts (crepe, cheesecake, and brownie) and a kids ice team and it came to over $80. I didn’t foot the bill, but still want to let folks know- it’s not a super sized dessert for the price. If the food was exquisite, absolutely, price would be justified. But unfortunately this fell flat for me and I’m so sad. Seemed like a universal feeling too within our party.

I've been there for the first time. I was impressed with the reviews and photos. I ordered nutella banana crepe (without ice cream) and it was good but not good value for money. I ended up paying more than $20 for it alone. I have also tried be there or be square. Ice cream was good but the brownie was too sweet for my taste. Overall ambiance was good and its a good hangout place for dessert.

An experience is what they're serving and that's all they are serving. The place is nice, but the menu cover is an AI generated image, which basically set the standard. We sat down and it took 10 minutes to be greeted followed by another 10 for drinks to finally be brought. It wasn't very busy either. The food was also sub-par. For the price you pay, you would expect something exceptional, but the menu is full of nutella and novelty trends. Small portions are fine for desserts, but the plate did not reflect the price. I had a brownie dish with ice cream, drizzled with syrups and some kind of nuts, which decorated the enormous plate and my ice cream was half melted away when it got to me. Flavor-wise, it was very average, and an amateur can make better at home. Also, if you thought having servers sing for your birthday was bad, they blast 'happy birthday' over the speakers for the entire dining room.

This location has been on my list for a while and I was excited to try some amazing deserts. I was sadly disappointed. I got 2 slices of pie (apple and cheesecake) to go. With tax and tip the amount came to $36+. I think it was $16 per slice for an average size slice - about 2" wide at the edge. I know they say they use premium ingredients, but the cheesecake was like a mediocre grocery store desert. It didn't taste like NY cheesecake or homemade. It wasn't dense or creamy and didn't seemed to have been baked like a true NY cheesecake. I was excited about the strawberry topping, but that was the only garnish other than a sprinkle of powdered sugar and the thin drizzle mostly landed on the bottom of the container. Maybe sliced strawberries, whipped cream, a cholocate or cookie garnish? Same with the apple pie and caramel. The apples were so overspiced that it was hard to taste the apples and it overpowered the little bit of carmel drizzle. It tasted like there was something more than cinnamon. Allspice maybe? The crust wasn't a traditional crust. It was almost more of a dry cake with the texture of a frycake. I guess I'm a traditionalist when it comes to apple pie. I don't think I've ever had apple pie with powdered sugar sprinkled on top. The decor was beautiful, the menu sounded amazing, and the service was great. But not for the price. Maybe the prices help pay for the decor? I had expected amazing, over-the-top desert and felt like I ended up with generic slices of pie. There are amazing bakeries in the area - give a small, local place your business and maybe get something "decadent". (Photos of my deserts - I know they are blurry. I'm a terrible food photographer!)

This place seriously lacks coordination. I visited the restaurant today evening along with my wife and my infant kid in a stroller. As we arrived at the waiting area, the first staff person said from a distance that he'd be right with us. Suddenly, a second staff person came to the counter and told us there would be a 25-minute wait. We were a bit confused, but we agreed to the wait. She took our contact details, but after that, she asked us to leave the restaurant and wait in the parking lot. It was raining outside, and given that we had an infant with us, I found that quite rude and inconvenient. What was most unfair was that there were other customers in the waiting area, but we were the only ones asked to leave. At that moment, I decided to leave the restaurant and not come back. I have been a regular customer here for the last three years because I really liked the food and the ambience at this place, but you just lost a customer today. Thanks for ruining our Saturday evening dessert plans. P.S.: Based on the SMS alert, the waiting time was actually 10 minutes, so I don't know why this person said it would be 25 minutes. It's like she really wanted us to leave the restaurant.

The waiter was a white male and he served us on 1/10 at around 8 PM. There were only like 4 people yet he was slow and forgot to get us water. The ice cream also melted too quickly so we just drank soup with the crepe.

Update on 10/6/25, so your response its that you make daily batches of icecream, belgian chocolate sauce and premium desserts but nothing premium about your dry and stale cakes. Why not bake cakes in house too? 1st time here. $15 for a slice of cake that was so so dry and it tasted like its been left uncovered in a fridge for days. You would think that for a place so expensive you would get cake baked fresh at least the day before, nope im sure they sit in the refrigerator untill its sold days later. It was the red velvet cake with just sauce and for what i see in other reviews dry cake its an issue and they dont care to fix it as they still serve it old and dry. Sad you go to cheaper places and the cakes are moist and flavorful for half the price. The milkshake was ok but needed more icecream, the consistency was more of a chocolate milk but the taste was great.Server was great. Music a little too loud. Pretty decorated inside. Not worth the price.
