Used the app to order carry out two different times this week and it was hot, fresh and ready. Had the grilled cheese with steak. Highly recommend. Especially with a side of the chipotle dipping sauce

Pita Pit is such a wonderful spot to eat at! I eat there several times a week, because they have hot grain bowls and smoothies. They have vegetarian and meat options. I highly recommend you give them a try. Super nice service as well 👍🏻🥰

After picking up my daughter from college, she said she was hungry and I agreed that I was starving after being at the gym and she suggested Pita Pit since the food is always fresh & healthy, yet filling. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by the employees and Sue helped me narrow my choice and we both choose the Chicken Pesto Pita. Stella was helping to get them prepared and as usual they were stuffed with fresh ingredients. I also ordered the Mango smoothie and it was absolutely delicious.

Edit: Thank you very much sue for reaching out with your courteous offer. I understand things happen, and I will definitely be back in. Love other pita locations, but this one specifically is awful. The staff are very lost. I got the Athens greek grilled cheese and it looks like someone balled it up and stuffed it in the bag, when I tried to get it out it feel apart because it was barley cooked.

Love this place. A Rochester/Henrietta staple for many years. All were super-friendly, including Shania who helped me decide. Rocked a Chicken Caesar pita which was packed full and filled me up. Delicious. Highly recommend!

Just me. By myself. Home not feeling well for days. Had to get out. Went to Urgent Care. Found this Pita Pit. OMG: walked in, very friendly greeting. EVERYTHING sounded so good, so I just ordered the first thing in on the menu. Super Greek with Schrug Pita. Stupendous!!!!! So flavorful. Perfectly packed, served fast and fresh. Also the whole place was so clean. 10/10

Loved the food! It was too good for the price I had regular size Black Bean rice bowl! It was really tasty! I could choose n number of toppings, cheeses and sauces which was a bonus! Loved it!

Nice spot to grab something fresh and healthy to eat! The hummus is great! Excellent texture and nice flavors. The gyro pita I had hit the spot! Lots of veggies to choose from. The falafel was different from what I had had in the past at Greek restaurants but with the slightly larger bits of chickpeas etc they were actually very good! I'll definitely be back 😀

I got a Falafel bowl and the workers let me make it however I wanted to. I got Falafel because I am vegan, but was sad to see that they cooked the Falafel on the same surface as all of the meats. I normally would ask for them to make it again but I was in a rush. Would love to see if they could have a separate area for cooking all vegetarian items. But the food was still good. Probably would just get a hummus bowl next time then to avoid the cross-contamination

Haven't been to pita pit in so long! So we stopped by for lunch. The menu has some great new choices. I'm happy to see that you can even make it into a salad or a bowl. I tried the baja chicken bacon ranch, sounded like it would be bursting with flavor but ended up being kind of bland. Might have forgotten to put the ranch on, it was super busy but staff were very friendly and pleasant! I would definitely try the jalapeno ranch dressing next time!!!

The Pita Pit is always a treat for us when visiting Rochester. The food is always fresh and tastes delicious. The variety and options are great too, building my own rice bowl always has me leaving feeling very full. My only complaint is when bringing the family here; four rice bowls or four pitas can be very expensive for a lunch.

Totally meh. Food was OK, but not a good value, even with coupon. (Pita Gourmet is way better.) Speaking of coupon, even though I mentioned it before and during the order, the cashier did not take it off my order. Good thing I noticed it and a manager ended up giving me cash for the value of the coupon. Said there is really no way to code the coupon in the register, company HQ is far away and is not responsive to fixing issue.
