This was my first time at a Wingstop. Food was great and surprisingly affordable. But the best part was the service. Kai, the employee working the front, was really delightful and made the experience 10x better. Even if the food was awful (which it wasn't, it was delicious) I still would've been happy to spend my money there because of Kai's service.

When you have to wait an hour to get wings and there are angry people waiting for their food, you know there is something going on with this place. Either the owners decided not to hire enough people or something drastically wrong. Went in 4-5-24 Went in, and there were 5 people standing around. I was told that it would take an hour to order wings.Which was very nice that the person told me that before I ordered. I've been here so many times, and I've always had great service until now

We tried the Original Buffalo and Louisiana Dry Rub wings and they all tasted great. Wait times can be kinda long (anywhere from 15 - 30 mins), so if you're in a hurry maybe order online or call ahead? Haven't tried any of their sides, so I don't know how good they are. FYI, they'll let you sample any of the sauces ahead of time before you order. Kinda pricey for what you get.

Efficient in that they have tables and chairs at the end of the building to wait for your online order. However, nothing telling you that they will call you, or to check in at the counter beforehand. That is the improvement that would be helpful. Either get to this location right as your order is to be picked up, or sit and wait a bit.

The flavors are good, although sometimes if you get a repeat flavor it does not even taste like the prior time. It seems to be some inconsistency with their mix. Have placed several online orders that say they are completed only to get there to find out it's not completed and having to wait sometimes in additional 20 to 30 minutes. Food takes longer to be completed or prepared than advertised, so take that in mind if doing takeout here overall good flavors and would go back.

I'll make this review short and straight to the point. Me personally never ate at Wing Stop and not planning to (I'm more into healthy food not this garbage)... but my son, daughter & their friends like to eat here. Yesterday on my way home my daughter texted and asked me to buy her some chicken. So I ordered whet she texted and total was about $10 and some change. The cashier told me it should be ready in 25-30 min. What? That's a long waiting time!!! So I dropped wifey home and got back in 25 min... and my chicken was ready. Got home and I opened the box to see what was their chicken all about... and to my surprise all I saw was 8 small chicken crumble nuggets for a whopping $10. I know the inflation is up and economy is not all that great but c'mon at least serve customers with slightly bigger size chicken. I was very very disappointed with their sizes. Me personally I'll never support such a business and besides that they didn't look appetizing at all. Parking lot was littered with trash 2-3 clear cups, a couple napkins one bag all throughout. Inside was decent and somewhat clean. They only get the extra star for the cashier being nice. Food 1 star Price 1 star Service 2 stars (long waiting time)

We tried this location because it is slightly closer to us. Our order was done online for pick up: 9 boneless, 4 classic, fries and two drinks. The wings were consistent with flavor but were pathetically small! Wing Stop charges quite a bit for their food, but it is usually worth it. The boneless wings were almost like small bites compared to usual and therefore not worth it (photos didn't do it justice). We have never had this problem at the location on Sunrise and Cirby. In case this is the norm for this location, we do not plan to go back to this one on Fairway. They also do not have the fancier soda machine.

My wife loves wingstop. I particularly will not order it unless that is her pick for lunch or dinner. The 3 times we have ordered from this specific location, it has been an issue. Logan must work on his professionalism and the cooks need to make sure the chicken is throughly cooked; 7 out of 15 pieces were under cooked "couldn't eat it." It seems as if we were served fries from a previous order and attempted to charge me two dollars for sauce. Logan said that if I would have spent five dollars more I would have gotten sauce and a drink, but did not inform me of that while I was on the phone placing my order with him. I asked for napkins, but received harsh brown paper towels meant for heavy duty clean up. After informing Logan that I will write a review regarding my experience, he said, "so what people will order anyway." They also tried to charge me an extra $1.50 for all flats. The only thing good about my order was that the eight pieces of chicken 🍗 that I was able to eat was well seasoned.

Would leave ZERO stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting food and place was extremely filthy. Came here with my lady on a Friday afternoon, and almost every single table was piled up with garbage and leftovers. They have no trash cans, so the employees are supposed to come around and pick up the trash on the tables regularly, but this location lacked any sort of awareness or decency to do so. Additionally, the food was absolutely horrible. Wings were about 90%-10% ratio of breading to meat. Very dry and over seasoned. Do not recommend coming here!

Placed order online for this location at 4:14pm to be picked up at 5pm. Arrived and was ignored at counter for 10 minutes. Someone finally asked me if I was picking up and order. I said yes, he then walked off to "check on it" but never gave me an update until I asked him as he was talking to a different coworker. At that point he told me it would be 10 minute.

The wait is the worse. Weekend night you need to order ahead like 1 hour. They need to have a good cashier not the one who don't know how to run the system, wait is so bad like 1 hour or so

An employee by the name of Ella was completely rude about it and didn't want to remake it but after asking for the 3rd time she finally did. Then when I went to see if it was almost done she yelled at me that they aren't done yet I'm making them how you want! Never going back to this wingstop worst service I've ever experienced.

I ordered 15 bone in chicken wings on DoorDash. Got 15 boneless which are cheaper. Called wingstop. First time the guy said complain through DoorDash. I called back 5 times and on purpose no answer. Might be a small thing but experience and customer service are horrible
