Excellent Customer Service and food was very tasteful. The manager treated us as respectful customers with courtesy. Even gave us free drinks since we had to wait for one of our dishes to be cooked. Even brought our food to our car. Great service. Great Team.

I love eating at Panda and it’s my first time eating at this location. Service was outstanding and the area of dining clean. My favorite entree is the walnut shrimp bowl and cream cheese rangoon. Everything was great!
We eat here frequently and are never disappointed. I have several favorite dishes, but everything I have ordered has been enjoyable.
I pick up Panda Express at least once a week. The food is great and the service is excellent! Cruz and Snow are amazing employees! They always greet you with a smile, get your order quick, double check if you need anything else. Friendly, fast and efficient are not enough words to describe these guys. They go above and beyond in customer service! If Panda would choose employees of the year it would be these two! Thank you so much.

Always enjoy their food. Always friendly, inside and drive-thru. In fact, in years of going to this location, I don't believe I have ever had an issue with food or service. Must try their fairly new apple rolls.... worth it!
This place rocks, excellent food of all varieties, as well as delicious selections, their veggies rolls are excellent, i mean in my opinion, but I have to eat healthy, and Panda Express is just that place, I definitely suffest you at least try this restaurant
Gotta say I've had better experiences here than at other panda locations. Food was fresh, it was a big order and they nailed it. Wait was to be expected. Guy that brought it out to my car had a sense of humor about it. As an "essential " worker myself I can appreciate the ability to still joke with your customers for sure. This last year hasnt made it easy.
Cooking is better here than most Pandas we’ve been to. It’s our 1st time here so not sure if their cooking’s consistent. But we highly enjoyed for our Sunday lunch today. Orange chicken had those crispy edges that most Pandas don’t and not overly-saucef. Beef with broccoli also wasn’t overly-sauced and had tender beef. even the steamed rice was cooked right. Tried their blac pepper steak and found it a bit too spicy for my taste but my husband enjoyed it. Nice clean & spacious interior that looks smaller from outside. Friendly & polite employees. We’ll be cominy back.
They gave me a lot of food for just about $11. It's a perfect place to stop when you don't have dinner prepared at the end of your day and you need to fill up on some good food. Plenty of the sides had vegetables so you can get a nice healthy balanced meal as well, I ordered the beef and broccoli which had lots of big stalks of broccoli which I appreciated. Everything was very tasty.

I’m not sure if there was a change in management or what, but they are finally doing it right! We had bad experiences in the past but we love this chain so we would keep giving it a try. The most recent times we have gone to visit, dine in or drive through, have been great! There is a young man there who gave me exceptional service. He had a positive and helpful attitude with everyone who came in. Can’t remember his name now but he’s a younger Hispanic male. He deserves appreciation! It’s so hard to find good service nowadays even with fast food. I’m glad it’s turned around! 😊
I have visted this location 3 times over the past few months and I must say that the quality and consistency in the food and service is Steller! It is a very clean establishment. The staff all have high energy, they work as a team and are extremely pleasant when engaging with customers. I personally would like to make mention and give recognition to Snow he has the Service and Hospitality down packed. I can say by far the best customer service one could ask for when visiting this location. He exudes very pleasant and impactful leadership and is exactly what your company should look for in addition to your upper level management team. Thank you for a great experience Snow and Fellow Teammates!

It was late and some of the food looked a bit dry but they offered to make fresh dishes. Very nice service and good portions
The food was really good at this Panda for the most part, nothing bad or horrible. We tried String Bean Chicken (Excellent. great proportions of green beans Chicken breast sauce & onion with all of it spot on. ). Mushroom Chicken (Good not great. Sauce smooth, thick, tasty with plenty of salt & savory flavor. Not enough mushroom then added zucchini to fill the gap. Both veg are good though. Very small pieces of meat that were too few but good). Fried Rice (Below Average. It was good, but is it truly fried rice or just boiled with some color added?). Steamed White Rice (Great. Sort of chewy like sushi rice). Chocolate Chip Cookies (average. Texture okay but flavor lacking). Part of the reason I took a star was that there was nothing anywhere that said "Drive through Only" which will turn out to be the case.. Also because the kids meal is only a couple of bucks less than the adult meal but the servings were tiny at least on this trip.. They do include the cookie & a soft drink. I entered the restaurant, tried to get someones attention, walked back & fourth then finally outright said "Where do you want me to wait?" to an employee filling food boxes. She said "We are only doing drive through." I said "thank you". It was odd because I had seen many people in & out with food orders from inside the restaurant. It turns out they were Uber, Doordash etc. So food delivery. I go outside & it was 7pm. Now the drive through line was all the way around the restaurant to the street. So I ordered online. The account took longer to set up than I would have liked. But I had my food & was leaving the parking lot within 10 minutes of ordering!
Edit, glad that Covid Era has ended confused business hours and lobby policies. This location never quite returned to its pre covid quality, which I would've rated 5 stars. They've got higher turnover and it shows. Often, there's bits of black, crispy charbroiled "leftovers" in the food because they aren't properly cleaning, scraping, or rinsing cooking equipment between batches. Nothing has made me ill, but 1 of my primary methods of choosing an entree is seeing which has the least amount of grit that shouldn't be there. The drive through is very popular. Those people are braver than me. I wouldn't order from here without seeing the food first. Service can be slow sometimes due to either not keeping food in the bin or newer employees getting lost in the order codes they have to note on the containers. Nothing has made me ill and flavor and cooking, aside from the grit, is standard Panda. 4 stars for food and service if I rate what I eat, less if I rated the stuff I'd avoid from the grit. Lobby is closed, no dine in service OR to-go orders. This location used to be fine, but if they don't want customers, I'll oblige and go elsewhere.
I love the Food. Especially the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Teriyaki Chicken. However, I notice a consistent little off attitude from the employees at most locations. When I do go there, it is usually at a random location.
Best Panda Express I've ever been to in four states. Seriously, this one was super clean, very quick, friendly service. The food was fresh and very tasty with everything available. Nothing looked old or crusty. There was plenty of fresh tasting tea available as well as soft drinks. The manager was friendly and helpful, seemed even handed and fair with the employees. The restrooms were very clean and stocked too. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in Rockwall.
I went there 3-times to eat. Tough when you don’t eat meat but eat seafood. Sizzling Shrimp is good minus the greens. Very hard. I wanted a side of broccoli, which they don’t sell. And the side of Super Greens weren’t greens to me. I’d have to buy a meat bowl to get broccoli.

i really love this place alot but the service is so annoying somtimes. everytime i come through the drive through i order a Plate of just chow mein and they always wanna talk back and try to get me to get a bowl instead if i wanted a bowl i would say i want a bowl when i order a plate of chow mein just say ok and move on with my order and because they want to debate with me over my order they almost always get my order wrong tonight i ordered my normal plate of chow mein the girl debates with me then i order a BIGGER plate with my items but she only gives me a regular plate because she was to busy arguing with me over the size of the chow mein i wanted she got my other order wrong and its consistent almost every time i go there and its getting frustrating at this point as an employee when i say i want a plate of chow mein just take the order say ok and move on i already know you have bowls of chow mein so if i want a bowl ill order a bowl take my order down the way i say it so you dont keep messing up the rest of my order thanks
This used to be my favorite, Panda Express however over the last two years it seems like every time I go there they don’t have what’s on the menu and they ask you to wait 15 to 20 minutes for something that should be ready. When the Chinese people ran the store, they always had everything and everything was always steaming. Hot and good. Please fix my store back the way it was. Thank you
I've tried this place 6 times and one thing is very clear, if they aren't busy they have no problem giving you food that has obviously been warming for hours. When it's busy and they're forced to make new batches it's pretty good. Management should be ashamed of selling old food.
I takeout from this location 2-3 times a month. On this visit though, I ordered a bowl of mushroom chicken. The bowl literally had NOT ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN. Unbelievable. The vegetables were also undercooked. Someone got in tooooo much of a hurry. Like the saying goes..... they will FU through the drive threw

Food was completely burnt. I can’t tell if they’re not washing the pans in between cooking but all three items I got smell and taste burnt. The chow menu has actual black spots in pieces of it. Tried calling to speak to management with no answer.

We decided on the family meal of 3 entrees and 2 sides. They wanted to charge an additional $4 for the Shanghai Beef so we decided on the other beef entree (not many to choose from). We had to wait an additional 15 minutes on the beef to be cooked. When they finally brought it to the car, they did not apologize for the wait. Customer service is lacking here and I will never be back....Oh and the chow mein side was like plastic noodles, it was disgusting. Everything else was pretty tasty.

The people are always nice here but the main problem is the freshness of the food ill either catch it and have them remake it or I dont catch it cause they mix the old food with the fresh food which should not be a thing, and barely realize it when I get home
There is always this one chick at the location who gives me bad vibes and just has an attitude , I’m not sure if she’s Hispanic or what race she is but she is a young girl I don’t think she evens understands when I speak Spanish . Or if she just chooses to be ignorant. I once asked if I could like have a sample so my husband could see if he wanted a whole plate of a seasonal type of chicken and she had a big attitude about it 🫥 food is always very dry to me here the chow mein doesn’t have enough vegetables or sauce . It’s like you reheated ramen noodles over and over again and all the water has been way past evaporated
If you ever decide to purchase food at this restaurant, watch your debit card and check your receipt. A server at this restaurant stole money from my debit card yesterday (07/07/2024). She put a charge on my debit card for something I didn’t buy. So please check your receipt carefully before you leave the restaurant.
I have never left a review on a food place before because I understand it’s not necessarily anyone’s fault and it’s minimum wage yk? But I’m paying 16 bucks for a plate and every time I go to this location something’s wrong. It’s the only location I ever have problems with. They always manage to get my order wrong when it’s printed right on the receipt and when I repeat it back to them. And then other times the food tastes bad. I ordered today and there is no flavor at all in any of it? Not to mention no red hot peppers in the kung pao chicken. I’m just always disappointed. I just wanna eat good after being tired all day. :(
Asked server if she can add more lo mein and she gave me an attitude saying "that's our portion size". And the protein portions were worse I think their in competition with Chipotle with who can serve less food.
How this place stays in business, is absolutely beyond me… I went to this particular location when I got off work today, 3 o’clock, so not a busy hour. They were literally out of everything. I asked the young man working why there was no food and he said that the cook was on break and that it would be about 20 minutes before they had anything prepared. That’s completely unacceptable. I drove across the corner to Van’s Chinese and am very pleased. Oddly enough, I went to a Dallas location of Panda Express this past Sunday and the chicken was so overly salted that I had to toss it in the bin once I got home. I was disappointed and contacted the corporate office, via email. I told them that food is too costly these days to be putting in the trash. No response from them. Needless to say, I’ll never go back to Panda Express again.
We love panda! However this time was absolutely horrible. We ordered on the app at 6:10 since we had so many orders. It said our food would be ready at 6:30 so we showed up at 6:40 and our food wasn’t done. We ask about it and they couldn’t find our order. Even after showing the email confirmation “they couldn’t find the order” she was arguing with me and I told her they already charged my account. I then showed her on the panda app and she has no idea even how to look at the order on the app. She continues to say they don’t have it and after 10 minutes of arguing with me and showing all the evidence my order magically appeared on their system almost an hour after ordering. I am extremely annoyed at the whole situation!
Placed an order this evening online. Once it was delivered by DoorDash. We realized that the chicken on both dishes was raw and the Lo mein was also not fully cooked. We called the store, the person that answered said it was up to DoorDash on whether we got a new order or a refund. That someone would call us back. An hour has passed and no one has called back and Panda Express doesn’t want to take responsibility. Granted they are the ones that cooked the food. Not door dash. An hour later (8:10pm) we called back and spoke to the same person named James. Who claimed to be the manager and had no other manager on duty. He said that he called door dash and door dash would calm us within 3 hours. I explained that the food is raw and was cooked by them. We need a meal tonight. Not in 3 hours. He said sorry but it’s up to door dash not Panda Express and they take no responsibility for the food being raw. He said they steady remade the food, I said that’s great but we have no edible food. He said we have to wait 3 hours for door dash to call. Extremely poor service.
I ordered food delivery from them. The delivery guy left some order by the wall. I found the wall 15 minutes later, but the order wasn't there.
This morning to eat this panda I was on my way to work. When I was going to eat I realized that they hadn't put the fork on. I managed to eat at ease But they didn't fry the chicken well either. disappointed
Ordered from this location by mistake and it will be the last time! I ordered an extra large side of mushroom chicken and it came in the same tiny box as the 3 meat! I paid over $10 for 3 bites?! And I can’t get a response from customer service! What horrible service! It was a special treat for us to eat out, and we didn’t even get our full meals!

I order a bowel with chow main with mushroom chicken I also order orange chicken with fired rice. My chow main was dry stuck together. My fired rice look like regular white rice. The food is becoming awful whom ever is cooking it. I trashed every thing . A waste of my money.
