Totally unsanitary cashier using gloves while he's taking people money and handling plates and the person that was serving the food was doing the drive-thru with the same glove. She was doing the drive-thru taking money and then serving plates with the same gloves on. I then made her take her gloves off to make my plate cuz I told her I didn't want any germs on my plate. Wasn't trying to be funny but that was just kind of disgusting that she thought it was okay to serve people like that. Please in these restaurants people is using their hard-earned money. I have some consideration and be a little considerate of others. Cleanliness is next to godliness

I recently visited the Panda Express drive-thru and received the wrong order, which contained an ingredient I’m allergic to. After calling the location, I was told I could get a remake the next day. However, when I followed up, I was given the runaround, and the manager never returned my calls. When I visited the location in person, I was told that a remake wasn’t possible without a receipt, which was never provided. I never received what I paid for, and this experience was extremely disappointing and concerning, especially regarding allergy safety. I’m hoping for better service and accountability in the future.

Waited over an hour past the designated pick up time to get my food. There were multiple people there to get pick up orders and we all had to wait for every walk in order to be processed for the staff to even look our way. The food that was given to me was ice cold unsurprisingly. If you really want Panda Express go to a different one

Why does the drivethru line take quite literally 40 mins to get through with 3 cars??!! Last week I placed an online order for 8:15, wasn’t ready till 9:05!?!? Crazy work

placed a order at 8:15pm it was to be ready ar 8:42pm, i arrived at 8:50pm and my order wasnt ready till 9:37pm. There was an older lady running the entire counter, she done well within being the only person dealing with walk ins and online order pick ups. Unfortunately ALL online orders were supper behind. After almost a hour of standing waiting for my order a younger lady came out of nowhere and decided to start to help the lady that was running the counter. Least to say I was supper irritated it took almost an hour after arriving in store to get my order, once I got it I wanted to just get home so my children could eat and their grandmother could go home being she had to sray extra time because are dinner wasnt ready when It should have been. I went to prepare my families plates, opened the containers of food from are family meal and they were not even full. leaving us to not even have enough rice for all of us the food was cold, i spent $44.63 and it was definitely NOT WORTH the time or MONEY!!

Would give a negative score if I could. Rudest staff ever. Won’t even acknowledge your presence when you stand right on front. Headquarters needs to send people in for training. Left after waiting a ridiculous time.

As a delivery driver the orders should be made in the order that they were received yet there was a bunch of people coming in and get their orders made right away. I waited in the store for 40 minutes for 3 items to be made thats not including the 20 minutes before I even made it to the store that the order was placed.

Went through drive through and got the plate combo. Got home and one had one meat and a boat load of dry noodles. I had to work and couldn’t go back so I tried calling, no answer.

Ordered my food a whole hour in advance and it still wasn’t ready. This is the third time they’ve done this. There were other customers who came in after me who got their food. I didn’t order any complex order. Just chow mein with grilled teriyaki and broccoli beef and it still wasn’t ready. On top of that the food portions are small. I will go else where for my dinners now, thanks. :)

Went to the drive thru. Asked to wait one minute. Ended up waiting 7 minutes. Anyways I placed my order and got to the window. Tell me why the 2 employees were talking to each other and the dude was taking his sweet time loading up my food while he was taking to his coworker. Buddy I’m busy and I have places to be so next time hurry up and give the customer their food. Won’t be coming back to this location again hope yall suffer.

Ordered two honey walnut shrimp Bowls one bowl is only half full after up charging ordered three two piece veggie wraps which should have came up to six bucks she basically forced me to order a medium entree which is only six veggie rolls which should obviously be six bucks but she charged me $8.70 one of my bowls is literally half the size of the other one like come on man now what am I supposed to do waste my time to go back up there? I won't be going back

Ordered 2 bowls of beef with broccoli. Huge undercooked broccoli pieces with 3 extra small pieces of meat. This was after waiting 25 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be finished. Absolutely unacceptable. Might as well of just put all broccoli in. Barely any sauce either. Asked for soy sauce too which I got none of. So yay dinner is dry rice and hard broccoli.

Drive thru very simple. They messed up. I had to go back through the drive through to have the order remade. They had a big time attitude. Food taste horrible and wasn’t even room temperature! I really would recommend this place of business.they refused too take accountability!

What a joke…. For 10$ you can get all veggies and no meat. I went through the drive thru and got mushroom chicken & beef and broccoli. Drove off down the road and opened it and headed right back. I told the girl there was no beef and she said our beef and broccoli is 80% broccoli and 20% meat… she proceeded to give me a little cup on the side which still had a lot of broccoli in it. Like do I need more broccoli. Plus why even keep arguing lady, you know darn well you wouldn’t have been happy opening that box up. Even the mushroom chicken was all zucchini and mushrooms mostly. I got a toddlers portion of meat bites. Definitely won’t be back seeing as I was still hungry and had to buy dinner again somewhere else. Not sure what you have to pay to actually get some meat with your order … in the second pic I show the few scraps of beef I was so blessed to get. Waste of money.
