Hands down one of the BEST meals I have gotten in a restaurant. I got the Ahi Poke appetizer and the sirloin and shrimp scampi. It was 15 out of 10! Kelly was amazing: very attentive, quick, and super sweet. Definitely recommend!

We had another wonderful Christmas Beer Dinner at the Round Rock, Texas BJ's thanks to Rob and his staff. We have a family of 10 and Rob made the night perfect. One of our family members is Celiac and Rob made sure her meal was gluten-free. Thank you Rob!

As bodybuilders, my husband and I like to enjoy our occasional “off plan meal” at BJ’s in Round Rock. Not only was Aidan on his second shift at this location, he serves the guests kindly, professional, with humor and respectfully by being attentive to their needs. If you have a chance to have him as your server, your day or evening will be 10/10! The broccoli on the other hand was moldy. As mentioned, as competitive athletes we choose steamed veggies as sides, and this broccoli was not up to par, and poses a food safety risk. We each have experience in the food industry as well, which makes this more concerning. My husband went to culinary school and I worked in a restaurants for years. This is concerning, and I hope gets addressed.

Good mornin everyone. I wanted to truly say how amazing my experience here was Saturday 11/18/2017. Me l, my wife and newborn son came here and the customer service was truly extroardinary! The young man skylar was knowledgeable in the menu, gave the best customer service I have ever received in my life. I always go into establishments polite, respectful, humble and patient because I used to work in the customer service industry and know how grueling it can be but this man here was nothing less than perfect. I hope that Top tier management from BJ’S reads this review and gives skylar a raise, promotion and a week of paid vacation! He truly deserves it! He made me and my wife feel so welcomed it was warm and authentic like we knew each other for years! I loved the food it was fresh hot and amazing! I love the atmosphere because the lighting is dim and great, it’s also so veteran friendly and has a great military discount (I’m U.S Army). I will be telling all my military brothers & sisters, business associates, friends & family of this place! Truly from the bottom of my heart I am thankful a place like this is around to eat. It is so family friendly! If your reading this review wondering if you should go here, let no doubt overtake you and eat here. I truly love this place and will be coming back ONLY to this location! Recently visited BJ's Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with their delectable vegetarian options. The Crispy Jalapeno Burger, customized with a veggie patty, was a flavorful delight, perfectly paired with crispy fries. The Nachos were generously topped with fresh veggies, sour cream, salsa, and a hearty scoop of guacamole, offering a perfect blend of textures and tastes. The Avocado Egg Rolls were the star of the show, with their unique flavor profile. To complement our meal, the Brewhouse Blonde, Hopstorm IPA, and Harvest Hefeweizen were refreshingly smooth and perfectly crafted. An impeccable dining experience that exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

BJs for lunch is always a great choice. We had a waiter in training, but the service was not bad. Food is always really good. My favorite item is the hot ham and cheese. The fries are some of the best. They are thin and crispy with a light coating. I recommend doing the Monday through Friday lunch specials. Our office staff has had most of them and have found the to be exceptional. The service has always been prompt. Great choice for lunch or dinner. I will have to try a drink here next.

It was a great time here first time customers ☺️ and it was pretty good I can't complain from the food to the service all the way to the drinks. We ordered the steak and rib plate with another steak plate. Steak was a little tough but nothing the dogs didn't enjoy the ribs were beyond amazing 🤤

We have visited several BJ’s restaurants, but this has been the best experience by far, all thanks to Luke. He was not only attentive and professional but also incredibly kind and personable. Luke went out of his way to make sure our entire family felt welcome, especially our kiddo. He took the time to engage with him, make him smile and feel special, which made our meal even more enjoyable. OMGOSH ALYSSA AND MATEO ARE FANTASTIC 🤠🤠🤠🤠 I sat at the bar so I could watch the start of the Texas A&M baseball game and I’m glad I did because Alyssa and Mateo not only provided an excellent service but they were very conversive and humorous and had fun laughs. I asked Mateo about the Great White Pizza. He highly recommended👍👍👍 The 6 inch was perfect because these are really thick pizzas with an equitable Amount of topping. Much to my surprise I had a great conversation with my server TJ. He is An avid car buff and we hit it off great. The Alfredo sauce was so delicious. I stated that to Matteo and he agreed and said he might prefer the Alfredo over the marinara sauce. I am so looking forward to returning. The atmosphere is great. The service is splendid. Boy has it changed. This used to be my favorite go-to restaurant. I used to brag about it and take everybody I know there. Family when they were visiting. Co-workers when we needed a hangout. My kids for a great steak dinner and gluten free pizza! It was one of the first dates I took my son to when he turned 16. The food has changed. The menu has changed. The service has changed. They have limited their gluten-free options as well. Too many changes. Tonight the service was extremely slow. It felt like the server went on vacation every time he came to the table and then left again. We had to send the food back because it was cross-contaminated. We ordered the loaded nachos with chicken and we found pieces of pork in it. The Frozen mango drink was weak. The best part of the dinner I would say was the dessert because they had a $2.29 special.... And it's one of the few places where I can find a gluten-free dessert 🍪 ! I am really hoping if we decide to go back again that we get better service. There is one server that was extremely attentive to his customers and his area was moving and shaking. I wish I knew his name. He reminds me of a young Eddie Murphy. If we go back again I would definitely sit in his area. I give him 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and he wasn't even our server tonight. Better luck next time 😉

Great service and the food was delicious! Everything in the restaurant was clean and looked nice. The only item we didn’t like were the fried couscous mac & cheese balls. They were very bland and no flavor unless you dip them in the sauce provided and even then they were still mediocre. The 5 meat pizza was the delicious, will definitely get it again. And as always the pizookies were great.

My family dined here recently and I just had to leave a review because of our server Tristan. I don't usually do reviews, but Tristan was one of the greatest servers my family and I have ever had. We don't eat out much because our children are shy and get nervous when strangers are around. But much to my surprise they were actually talking TO Tristan. He was so kind and patient, and actually made our kids comfortable in public for once. The managers did an excellent job bringing this server on board. This is our family's new regular spot because of Tristan and we will be and coming back asking for him every time.

Such a fantastic place to eat out! For my first time experience at this location, or for BJ's in general, it was phenomenal! Alyssa was the server for me and my boyfriend and her service was top of the line. Super friendly and attentive. The food was just as amazing. The sharable nachos were the best I've had at any restaurant and the cherry glazed salmon was full of flavor. I'll definitely be coming back to BJ's for a similar experience and will definitely be creating an account.

Great experience, atmosphere is warm and intimate for how many tables there are, the music is excellent and adds to the vibes, and the food is delicious- I got the fryckle fries and mozzarella sticks? To die for! My partner got the kickin’ chicken sandwich and says “the sauce is excellent and the chicken was great, ended up eating a lot more than expected”. Demonte was fabulous, great presence and made everything super easy. It was very busy (but it’s Friday night and expected), so drinks took a little bit to be refilled but that’s perfectly fine for how many tables were in our server’s section, and food came out *very* quickly for how busy it was. We will be coming back :)

Great food, service was polite and friendly, just a little slow. We had a wide variety of food between the four of us, all of it was delicious. Atmosphere was great, background music was at the right level where we could still carry on a conversation. Highly recommend the Pizookie trio to share when you finish the meal!!

Fri-Sun they have a 15oz prime rib special that includes 2 sides, salad or soup, and a dessert. The steak had a lot of fat but was delicious. Only complaint was that the service was so fast the steak arrived at the same time as the salad so the veggies with the steak had gotten cold by the time I finished my salad. Also tried the broccoli soup in a sourdough bread bowl which was good and cheesy.

It is one of the best restaurants in Round Rock to try out some delicious food. I have ordered avocado egg rolls, fried Cousous mac and cheese balls, and BJ's dark beer. Ally's service was the best. She took care of everything well, and her smile was joyful, and she was so energetic. Must visit this restaurant for the best service.

The first experience was nice and positive, we went without reservation as it was impossible to order the table online but the staff was polite and fast. The food was fresh, looking good and right quantity as the drinks. Cesar salad can be improved though! Anyway the place is clean, not crowded, recommended to try!

We tried the Round Rock location of BJ's after several poor experiences at the Temple location. We had a much better experience at this location. We ate lunch on a Tuesday, and the restaurant was not crowded, but the food service was still very slow. It's not a place to grab a quick lunch. The food, overall, was good but pricey. The bone-in wing appetizer was $16, the thin tavern-cut pizza was almost $20, and the tri-tip wedge salad was $19. With three adults eating along with one kid's meal, the bill was almost $80 including soft drinks. That was with one of the adults having an appetizer for their meal. It's very pricey for lunch. We did order from the regular menu and didn't take advantage of one of the eight $12 daily deals options (Monday through Friday). The food was good... just be ready for an excessive wait on getting your food and a hefty price tag!

The garlic shrimp with Parmesan toast appetizer was delicious! The shrimp and sauce were some of the best food I’ve had! Our server DeMonte did a great job! He was personable, kind, and attentive! He was always checking on us and cleared our plates which is very appreciative! The atmosphere here is great along with food and service! Highly recommend checking out BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse.

I had the chicken parmigiana and the chicken could have been better and not rubbery. I tried a friend's bone in wings and was pretty tasty. I would try again.

Went for lunch and while it wasn’t super packed the food came out slow. Great attentive customer service from Shivan. Half off pizza on Mondays. Good beer choices in the Gold medal flight. Boneless wings weren’t dried out. Tavern cut pepperoni pizza was oily but tasty. Hickory brisket and bacon burger was cooked and plated perfectly. Fries were a little too salty. Overall a satisfying lunch.

This is a very good chain restaurant that pretty much has it all together. Nice decor, excellent menu, pretty good service, especially considering that it's mother's day. In addition, BJ'S has it's own line of in house beers; very nice. There were a few minor issues causing loss of one star in this visit. One member of our party (of 9), found a dead worm in her broccoli. The manager met with us and comped part of the meal. But still, an attentive kitchen staff could have caught it. Also a minor error on our bill, which the wait staff caught. Plus the wait staff didn't ask everyone if we wanted dessert. My meal was good, though the salmon could have been fresher. On the other hand, our meals were all served at the same time after only a short wait. We will be back.

This was the worst service we have ever had there. I talked the place up to my daughter while we were shopping and then we got there and had to wait about 10 minutes for a table in a restaurant that was not full. Once we were seated we waited almost another 10 minutes and no one came to even take our drink order. I finally went back to the host stand and the manager was there and came to take our drink and appetizers order. The table next to us left because the service was so poor. Smh because the food is really good with many choices.

We went on Veterans Day. The ambiance is nice and the server, Brandon was great. However, the food was so-so. We ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken and the baked ziti. It was a little chilly so we also ordered coffee. I honestly took a few sips of the. coffee and had to stop. It was that bad. We may probably go back BUT only on Veterans Day.

Service was excellent, food was ok. Got a chicken sandwich and fries, fries was cold, ask for hot fries and the 2nd plate of fries came out the same as the original. Not eaten. Wife's pizza came out lukewarm.

Normally a fan of their pizza, left a little disappointed this time. Missing toppings, very little sauce, and undercooked. We also arrived during happy hour and when I asked the host about it, he said "there is no happy hour today" only to find out from our server after we had ordered that there is happy hour, we just would have had to sit in the bar, which we wouldn't have been opposed to had we been told when we asked.

The food was mild to decent with the pazookie being the stand out of our meal. What saved the entire over all experience was our waiter Ray. He was amazing, friendly, funny and professional. I’d only come back for the dessert and for his service. If you come to BJ’s ask for Ray!

Really small portions. Had the fish and chips and it was 4 thin little pieces of fish and maybe a handful of fries. No cocktail sauce so asked for horseradish. The server called it creamy horseradish but it was as bland as you can imagine. Not very busy at 6pm on a Tuesday, and what seemed to be plenty of staff, but they spent a lot of time milling around the front counter with each other and service was slow.

Gonna be completely honest, our waitress Alyssa was VERY rude. her tone when taking orders, the little comments she makes, and we were there for a fundraiser, and she was talking to a table right behind us when they asked why it was so busy, and she responded with “it is a highschool fundraiser, it is a SLAP IN THE FACE to us” very unprofessional and rude. This needs to change. I’m sorry. But the food and drinks . Delicious! Just change the attitude.

This is a nice location with a good atmosphere, but the food and service were not the best. We came in to celebrate a birthday and brought our baby since we don’t have any family to leave her with. The first thing our server said was that he already knew our baby was going to make a mess. He was kind of getting in her face and talking at her which made her cry. So then she was fussy the entire meal. We had the salmon and the tri tip. One of my sides was a salad and after eating a few pieces I notice a bug in it! Our server swore and took the plate away. He said the manager would make it right. We never heard from the manager and no one came to apologize, but in the end they took 50% off my meal. It wasn’t a great birthday meal and the food wasn’t the best. We were super disappointed because we had heard good things about BJ’s. Maybe it was just an off night, but we won’t be coming back to this location.

Our waitress was really nice and attended us well, but the food is terrible everyone at our table didn’t eat. The food was cold and low quality with expensive pricing. I highly recommend you don’t eat here! You Will leave disappointed

The protein bowl was bland despite an array of ingredients. The ribs were eh, not particularly tender. The butterfinger pizookie was yummy.

There is another bj down the street, I would drive thr extra 10 min. I been too this location multiple times thinking the service was a one off. No everytime the service team has been horrible. Dont come back to the table, food stays in the back, forgetfulness, messes up orders, incomplete orders, waiters dont understand the system they use, or the yndint know the menu. Food is ok when it comes out on time, my tortilla soup is always missing avacado, melting ice cream on the pazookie only because the food isn't brought out when its ready. Atmosphere the location looks like every bjs. After trying this location over 7 times I won't be coming back.

Had a terrible experience here. My husband's medium steak had blood running out of it. They took it back and the second time it was extra tough. I ordered a pizza that was basically a big chunk of bread following by a sprinkle of a topping. The server offered the house made rootbeer. I did not like it at all. Our dessert, the hot cookie with ice cream on top, the cookie wasn't cooked. It was cookie dough followed by a cooked cookie trim. We will not return.

Waited 20 minutes for ice cold food. There seemed to be a shortage on staff members. Manager couldn’t be bothered to even ask why food was being sent back. My family and I will not be returning. My advise, avoid this place like the plague

I believe his name is Zach, but he is a waiter here and cut off my black and Hispanic friend after 1 drink. then referred to them as the "chocolate one" and "red cheeks" To his managers who also reiterated the insane terms used to describe my friends. Mind you the bar tenders made a point to let us know that the two white guys out of the group were more than welcome to keep drinking. "we were told the chocolate one was being loud" "red cheeks over here has black tattoos and is acting crazy" - BJs manager I hope Zach has to wait tables forever.

Let’s start by saying our order took about 45 minutes to an hour to be served! Then two of the orders the food was not up to par! It was told to the server and she said you can order something else if you want okay I said. So I ordered another order and everybody else was done with their dinner and still was waiting for my order for another 30 minutes or so ! I just finally gave up and I got a hold of waitress and told her it’s okay just bring my ticket! She said okay and was given credit for inconvenience on the two orders! But really I should’ve gotten credit for the whole order due to the inconvenience and lack of service and will be the last time I will visit this place!

I was disappointed with the dining experience here at BJs Round Rock. We were made to wait for more than 30 mins for our dessert while the tables near us were catered to without any delay. My 5 year old was almost in tears. My time is precious and wouldn't go to any place that doesn't value customer's time. I usually tip 20% of the bill. It was the first time yesterday that I tipped just 12%

Dear BJs Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent order placed through Uber Eats. Given that we are currently in a busy season of work, we relied on your restaurant for a quality meal, but unfortunately, what we received fell far short of expectations. We ordered potstickers and chips but were disappointed to find only about 15 chips included. The potstickers were carelessly dumped into the box with a small amount of lettuce on top. Additionally, we did not receive the sauces that were advertised with the meal. While we will address this with Uber Eats, we believe it’s important for you to know that this experience reflects poorly on your restaurant. If BJs values customer satisfaction, a credit or refund would be a reasonable way to rectify this situation. It’s frustrating to feel that orders placed through delivery services receive less attention. I urge you to take pride in your food preparation and presentation, regardless of the order's origin. last night me and 2 other friends came to BJs we got here at 8pm we called headed of time to make sure they had certain items in the menu which they did. we sat for 30 minutes to get our drinks and could not find our waiter (ezequiel). a couple that came after us received their drinks and appetizer before we got our drinks. we had to call another waitress for our drinks and ask where our waiter was and to find out how much longer for my soup and my friends dessert. we were here for a total of 90 minutes… the restaurant was not busy for it to take that long.. a manager was suppose to talk to me and my friends about what happened and did not come. i’m very disappointed for the experience we had.

Terrible experience. We ended up walking out when our spinach artichoke dip was finally served, only for the bowl to be half way filled, burned on the sides, and the top looked like it had been nuked a few times and had a plastic texture. I picked it up to see if would move even a little bit and it didn't. Chips were scarce too. Took forever for our waitress to even greet us after being seated, at this point we already knew what we wanted and ordered appetizers and food, and my daughter's dessert for her bday. Took another several minutes to get out waters. And even longer to get our appetizer. And that point, we knew nothing good would come from this visit and walked out. Let our waitress know too on our way out. We only ordered water and didn't touch our dip. They weren't overly crowded, whoever served our dip didn't apologize for the wait. We were there for 45 mins total. Highly disappointed. We won't be returning to this location. We will take our business to the Mopac location.

On Sunday Febuaray 22nd, at 8 pm, two of my friends and I decided to go to BJs for a quick drink and pizookie. We love BJ's and love a server named Emily; this time, Emily was not there, so we had a younger man named Ezekiel. This was genuinely one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant, and this is coming from a server and manager at a restaurant. It took Ezekiel about 10 minutes to come and greet our table, and when he did, he was almost robotic, no kindness, no willingness to make any sort of conversation, which I understand first hand making conversations is not his job, however when you're working for tips you want your customers to feel welcomed, not embarrassed for trying to order a drink. I decided to get a soda, while my friends got a skinny marg, and a strawberry lemon drop. Since it took a minute for us to get greeted, we ordered the trio pizzokie along with a cup of chicken tortilla soup when we ordered our drinks. When we arrived at the restuant there were about 3 active tables, while the rest were paid out and chatting, the restaurant was NOT busy whatsoever, and still had hours until closing time. It took almost 20 minutes to get our drinks; we had to wave a poor waitress down to inform her we hadn't seen our server, nor had we gotten our drinks yet. In those 20 minutes, two to three tables had been seated, received their drinks and appetizers, before we even had water on our table. Once our drinks arrived, it was clear the alcoholic beverages had been sitting out for a while, The way the inclusions were looking. We also asked for lemons, which we never received. Our server never once apologized for the wait, absolutely embarrassing. It took another 40 minutes for the soup & dessert to arrive, which is absolutely unacceptable. We waved down yet another waitress before any food items arrived because, once again, as three servers, we know waiting 30 minutes for a COOKIE and CUP of soup is absurd. The waitress (not our server, as she was much kinder) informed us our server was "getting everything ready right now, and a manager would be on the way to speak with us." She was wrong. The food items took another 10-15 minutes to arrive, the ice cream was already melting, and all the silverware was either unpolished or still soaking wet from the dishpit. Our server immediately tried to put the blame on someone else by saying, "Someone stole mine," which we all know is a lie. We were on the lookout the entire time for our food; nobody in the restaurant brought out any items that were the same as the ones we ordered, and even IF someone was to "steal" his ticket, it would not take almost an hour to remake a cookie that I know is premade. The manager also never came to try to make any of this right, which is why I'm writing this review right now. This establishment was truly a joke last night, along with their management. As a manager & server myself, please find new jobs as you're making the rest of us look bad. P.S. to our waiter, we usually tip lovely, however, you are the first server I have ever wanted to stiff in my entire life. Ask Emily for advice.

This was our first time at this restaurant and we were very disappointed. The waiter was clearly overwhelmed by the number of tables he was serving and could not multi-task. Everything was a wait. Long wait to order drinks; long wait to receive drinks; long wait to order food; long wait for food, etc. In fact, our entrees were delivered to the table one at a time and we had a wait in between each of them. Our guests ordered nachos and deep dish pepperoni pizza. The nachos were mostly chips with sparse ingredients on top. The pizza was lacking pepperoni. My spouse ordered the brisket and bacon burger and I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. We asked for the burgers to be done to medium temp and I asked for a side of mayo. The burgers came well done and I had to remind the waiter that I had requested mayo (and wait again). The French fries were dry and without much flavor. The restaurant was noisy and the tables were packed closely together. We would not recommend and we will not be back.

This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I tried ordering an item clearly marked all day, yet the server told me I couldn’t because it was after 4 pm. I showed her the menu, and instead of acknowledging it, she acted annoyed and said she’d “have to check,” then never came back with an answer. When my food finally arrived, it was burnt. By the time the server returned, it was too late for a replacement because everything had already taken far too long. My husband’s tri tip was rubbery, unappetizing, and served without sauce. Then the pizookie showed up cold. When I told the manager, her only response was, “She’s new,” with no apology or responsibility taken at all. Poor food, poor service, and poor management. This was a bad experience, period.

First time dinning here, let me tell you about my terrible experience. Our server Tristan was very distracted or too busy to handle too many tables. First of all we got serve drinks with no straws ask our server at least 3 times before we got some straws. I ask for lemon for my tea, I never got lemon for my tea. Anyways ask for a Tri Tip Sirloin they said they were out of it so I went with salmon, I ask for no broccoli. I want rice and smashed potatoes. What do I get brócoli it was disgusting black and raw cold . The salmon was cold and dry. I ask for lemons to add to my salmon 3 times I got them at the end when I was already eating. So far a pretty bad experience. Not coming back.

Horrible service the host was really friendly but we waited for about 10 min and no one asked to take our drink's or appetizers etc so i thanked the host and went up the street to Olive garden waiter's were all just standing around talking. Should've went with our first choice Olive garden never will be back to Bls !!!!!my daughter was so excited looking at the appetizers and desserts. Its crazy how fast how friendly the staff at olive garden was.. I Made sure to call BJ's .....and told her to thank her team for The 1 star they were about receive!!!!!! I will say this she did offer to make things right but i told her I wanted nothing except to tell her how bad her team did.
