If Dani or Ashley are on the drive thru they make you pull over to the side and say they will take your food out but they don’t, those two give In-N-Out a bad rep, but besides that… Going to In-N-Out is like traveling back in time to a place of kindness, simplicity and most of all deliciousness!! It doesn’t matter if it’s 10 minutes ‘till close, you will still be greeted with friendly service and your food will be hot and delicious!! Animal Style means they grill your patty with mustard and let me tell you, that alone is a game changer! It also means they sauté the onions and add cheese to the fries. Are we drooling yet?? Oh and it’s probably the only burger place that offers those delicious spicy little peppers which elevate the experience all the more! In Texas we like it hot and we like it Animal Style!! Giddy up to the best burgers in town!! Wooo!!

My boy’s hamburger meat was a little red on the inside. I advised the staff and they handled it professionally. Another patty was cooked and everything was good. Five stars for the way they handled the situation.

I got a double-double protein style, fries, and a drink. The sandwich was wrapped in a full leave of iceberg lettuce and was great! I asked for WELL DONE fries, and they came just like I asked. The drink was mixed well, so the drink was good. There are many flavors available. In n' Out never let's me down! Every worker was pleasant and friendly.

I will say this about the burger chain, they have consistency. I can't say that there was a time when the burgers aren't dressed and come out the same whenever I go. The burgers aren't ever super messy, but messy enough where I can enjoy that greasy madness thoroughly. I always get the double double, and it seems just about right for the patty-to-bun ratio. As always service seems respectful and easy to navigate without that difficulty you get with a lot of fast food chains.

My "I'm hungry but don't want to get it the car" go to! I'm a vegetarian and can still stuff my face here. Order the "grilled cheese with everything"... toasted buns, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and their special sauce. So cheap yet delicious!

First time here ever at in and out and the experience was great! We were informed that we can get these “dine in” trays for us to eat in the car and I thought that was very neat! The staffs were wonderful and very friendly and the food was 10/10. I got the “protein style” cheese burger, which was cheese burger wrapped with deliciously crisp and fresh lettuce.

Best In-N-Out Burger I have ever been too! They nailed our semi-complicated order and the food was delicious! I have been to several locations in other states and this one was best experience I have had yet.

Great burger and great service. For what you pay, In-N-Out definitely can't be beat. I had the Double Double with fries and both were super fresh tasting and made quickly. I'll definitely be coming back again next time I'm in the area.

I'm not gonna lie. Best, absolutely best burger I've ever had in a fast food environment. In fact...it ruined me for fast food here. I will never go to McDonald's or bk or Wendy's again. No. It's as if fast food heaven was given to me, and now I'm back in hell. Thanks. Not to mention the fries.....oh my tallywack....they take a potato and make your fries right there. Nothing is frozen. Processed?? No. Whole tomatoes sliced for your freshly made burger....um....it's fast food on steroids. It's fast food not fast. But fast enough. It's monumental to go. If you like burgers and fries, don't pass on am opportunity to go. There's a secret menu, if ya know, ya know....ask for them animal style. Or get animal sauce on your burger. Quick drive through with polite service. Being a vegetarian I enjoy their fresh cut potato fries! Update: super quick and friendly service at this In-N-Out Burger location. I was offered a water cup while I waited to pick up my to go order for a friend. Also, it was pleasantly surprising to find that inside a place that sells meat burgers, it does not smell very meaty (as someone who does not eat meat I had no problem waiting inside for my order).

As a Texan, i should be biased towards Whataburger, but i must admit, In-N-Out is my spot. It's best enjoyed fresh in store or in the car. The staff here is always over the top friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. You don't have to pick sides, both places can be your favorite!

6/27/25 Went on Friday, haven't eaten here in about a year. I was in the area for an errand. So I stop by to try them again, last I thought it was best burger. Now it's the same feeling they do disappoint. The food was great and the service was awesome the people there are always happy and friendly. There very clean.

Love these burgers and fries! I brought my parents from out of town for lunch before taking them to the airport. We all enjoyed perfectly cooked (James) and dressed (Sam) burgers, as well as the hottest tastiest fries (Ryan). The dining room was buzzing but everyone was happy and enjoying their meals. It was a bright clean place. The gal who took our order was sweet and friendly (Lyla, I think). BEST in and out burger place around.

In-N-Out is the best! My son had a school field trip to In-N-Out and they showed all of us how they make their food. The fries are from fresh potatoes and the meat are from Farmers that have their cows pasture-raised. There is a hidden menu most people don't know about ask for animal style on your hamburgers you could even ask for it on your fries it's the best! If you're vegetarian you can ask for the grilled cheese animal style my wife and son loves it.

We have eaten at in in out burger for years even before they came to Texas. As far as I am concerned you can’t get a quick burger, frys or shake that is better. The food is all so fresh! They don’t have 1000 things on the menu and I like that because it is simple and they have perfected what they do! In-n-Out burgers are great. Animal style is delicious. I appreciate that the fries are fresher and probably healthier than most other fast food fries, but I just wish they tasted a little better.

This location has a clean men's restroom. The food cannot compare to the deliciousness or size of a Whataburger, but it gets the job done. The off the menu animal fries are okay, he special sauce tastes like Thousand Island dressing, and the drive-thru is not a fast process.

Great food and service. However, something weird and Sus happened. A man in a black dress came in a rush out of the ladies bathroom a few minutes after my daughter and a couple other girls came out of there. I didn’t see him go in so it was very concerning and disturbing to me. I didn’t know what to do so I asked the young man at the front register about their policy or procedure when this happens and he said: “I don’t know, let me ask my manager…” he went and asked his manager and older man who didn’t want to come talk to me. Another young man, the one who took my order initially came and asked me if I needed help and I asked the same thing but he didn’t answer because a lady came interrupted with no good answers. She said that they don’t have a policy about that and that they don’t keep on eye of what happens. Unless something happened then they will call the police or report it. She seemed a little rushed as she talked over me May be she was busy or seemed bothered by my questions. There was a cop listening in the back and she didn’t say anything. I thought that may be this location is a little more woke or something. It’s sad how they want to wait until somethings actually happens to a girl by a man in a dress in the girls restroom for they to do something. Why not take more preventive action instead? We need to watch out y’all! 😬😰😥

The food was rushed it had good taste just was very sloppy in the service. I understand that it is a fast food and you want to get your employees working faster to help the customers but if you're going to work fast work efficiently and keep the quality. Look at all of the details in all of the stations, not just getting people in and getting people out. People want to enjoy the experience of going to an iconic restaurant with a very big name behind it. But when your food looks messy on the tray, it deters from the experience when the hamburger tastes okay, but half of it ends up on the tray, it ruins the experience. When you go to eat your fries and they're cold and don't have any salt or anything on them, it deters from the taste of having one thing that's hot the other thing that's cold. Service made you feel rushed to where you couldn't take in and ask questions. The milkshakes were excellent. Just have to work on getting more consistent and quality at the same time.

I really like that they are pretty fast with ordering and courteous. However I gave them a 4 because I dont like the fried. The fries are shoestring and bland. The shakes are good. The concept of in and out is because the menu is simple. Basically just burgers, fries, drinks and shakes which allows for faster service with a limited menu.😁💙

food is absolutely delicious but I ordered a salad that had raw onions on it, and i asked for some extra onions on the side in a cup. The lady working there said “okay, give me a second.” I sit in my car for about 15 minutes while she does whatever she’s doing back there, and when she comes back she does not, in fact, have any onions in her hand. She says “I apologize, but I can’t give you any onions on the side because they’re raw and i can’t give you raw onions.” Excuse me? does she think i’m so dumb that she can just be lazy and not want to give me extra onions and make up an imaginary food disease? What did she think was in the salad I was ordering? RAW ONIONS!!

Ok, so after my last disaster at another in and out, I was convinced to go back, but don't get the sauce. Just a regular burger, regular toppings. Waaaaayy, different experience. It's not a Texas size Whataburger, but it was much better. It smelled, felt and tasted like someone actually took pride in what they were making. Dude, I may never go back to Whataburger. Just keep that nasty sauce away from my burger and we'll be all right.

I used to be a huge fan before their expansion. They only had 2 locations, 1 in L.A., and one that just opened up in San Jose. CA, the meat tasted fresh and tasty back then, and once they expanded, the patty started to taste different for me, so I stopped eating here. I wanted to take my kids for the experience and they loved it, the patty is still not the same but the overall experience is great. I will always recommend the double with grilled onions, that is the best way to get my fill here. The fries were a bit cold so that took away from the eating experience, but they are still not processed fries and they are terribly busy even at 10 pm!!! Overall, you get a great quality meal for just under $10. How can you beat that? This place is no different from how the other locations are run, so you will always find consistency here, I definitely recommend coming here for a burger.

The hamburger was decent, not the best I have ever had, but better than the fries which were flavorless. The lemonade was good.

Hard to go wrong @ In'n'Out. I would tell you to ask about the secret menu (I know they have Chilli Cheese Fries). Not sure what else they are keeping to themselves. Today was very busy, but I love their system.

Highly disappointed with the service, which is has never happened in all the times I have frequented In and Out. Lezlie, was the person who "helped" us, when we walked in to the dining room. My husband didn't have a mask, as he had a busy day dropping the transmission of my truck, and forgot that he had washed his masks for work tomorrow morning. Lezlie politely informed us that we had to leave. I asked if she had a disposable one and she was quite condescending when she informed me that she did not. We go to the drive thru, Lezlie took pur drive thru oder and then asked if we wanted the food in a box to eat outside, but we declined since it was 11pm, windy, and chilly. We were still given our to go order in a box which I had to carry along with a full drink carrier. By the time we got home, my animal style burger was soggy and fries were ice cold. The dr. Pepper we ordered was some sort of watered down version of coke, and root beer tasted like they were out of syrup. Needless to say, what was supposed to be a quick, enjoyable dinner after a long day, turned into what will probably be our last visit to this store, as Lezlie could use some customer service skills. We are all humans just trying to make it in this crazy world, and if we were all just kind to one another, it would be a much better world.

Great service and clean restaurant. The double burger and fries are not what people pump them up to be. In all honesty, it is on par with McDonalds. For sure not Five Guys as compared. However, I love the company. They pay their Store Managers in excess of 100k and start their employees at or above 13 per hour. I love that they are helping fast food professionals actually make a living. I would visit again just to contribute to the company’s mission.

Worst customer service you can receive. They never made our order and no one apologized at all or offered us anything to compensate. So i just asked for my money back and thats all they did. You get better service at McDonald's. This happened Tuesday night after 10pm. Never come here at this time and day because youll meet this low quality staff

In-N-Out? More like In-N-Wait.: My visit to this In-N-Out was incredibly slow, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. I ordered a simple, single-patty burger and still waited 12 minutes for my food. With only two other customers inside, I expected to be "in and out" in a few minutes, as the name suggests. The service was not impressive, and the wait time was completely unacceptable. I voiced my opinion to the manager that the name was misleading based on my experience. The restaurant should not be called In-N-Out.
