Great Mediterranean food restaurant, buffet style, fresh, large selection of salads, sides and meats. The desserts are very good too. The Prices are inclined for what is offered, but don't waste, you will be charged. Like the sign says; take what you want, but eat what you take. Loved It for the first time there. Also lots of parking available, but ther is construction right now in parking area to make it better.

Repeat visits twice in a row! OMG — the food was absolutely delicious! 😋 The service was impeccable, the environment spotless, and even the bathrooms were super clean. You can really tell they take pride in this place. Love, love, love it! 💕 I’ll definitely be back again!

And as expected food was great! Service was good but a quicker turnaround on cleaning up tables would’ve been great. The owner was so cordial in letting us know the specials and greeting us in. Overall good experience for first time Mediterranean buffet.

The best in terms of taste, quality, health, variety and pricing. I have been to Mediterranean countries and eaten there and this food served here is great. Everything is tasty. It is kid friendly too. Great variety of healthy and tasty salads. Love the different varieties of rice, could cous, veg and chicken soup, lamb shank, meatballs, fish, chicken, cauliflower, okra, potatoes, roasted bell peppers, fresh baked pita bread, pizza, etc. The list goes on. They also have an ice cream station, baklava, rice pudding, a jam biscuit, a semolina dessert, cut fruits. I love this place. Best for Mediterranean in Austin.

We had a very positive experience. This location opened up a few months ago (used to be outback stake house), it the closest to our house about 30 miles, we tried other locations around DFW metro area an like it very much. The food was Mouth-Watering yammy. You should try the watermelon mint lemon drink it's very refreshing for hot weather. The only thing can be better are the desserts. The place is very clean as well

In Austin, this is pretty much the only Mediterranean buffet place. Luckily it is a good one. The variety of food is apparent by walking through or down the buffet line to see all the different salads and meats that they have. The buffet also includes a drink and has some desserts in the back. I really enjoyed the gyro meat with the tabbouleh and the barbecue chicken. They even have some curry chicken which you can eat with some basmati rice which was a very good option as well. Will be coming back. Just for warning...When you leave...You definitely will be smelling like grilled meats and onions so keep that in mind. 😄

This was my first time at Dimassi’s in Round Rock. The buffet is fresh, healthy, and delicious with a large variety of salads, pastas, dips, rice, pita, meats, desserts, and beverages. I stuck to the plentiful vegetarian options, but I heard good things about the grilled meats too. The only critique I have is that the Karak Tea was not at the right temperature, and I would have liked to have fresh milk available to make chai with the Lipton Tea Bags offered (and not just the Coffee Mate Creamer). Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Restaurant was very clean and most of the food was great. The chicken and fish were not good and hopefully they improve that but everything else was really tasty and filling for the price point.

Plates are always clean, the beginning of the bar has really good salad.Always tossed great, always covered in sauce.Just perfectly. Chicken in the meat in any instance that I have gotten any serving from has been so tender, juicy. The sweet treats are something to melt for. All the refreshers and drinks are just perfectly devised with nice notes of flavors of what they are.The teas, the hot teas, the cold teas. Soda, fountain seems to always be perfectly carbonated. They even have a soft serve ice cream machine. The staff is amazing at their cooking. Note never left disappointed.

I love Cicis pizza. It’s great for what it is. A quick hot meal. Fresh pizza made constantly. You can ask for any kind of pizza they have the toppings for and they will make it. So if you don’t like the offerings ask for what you want to be freshly made no extra charge on the buffet. They make the best spinach pizza.

One of the best restaurants we've to in a while. As soon as I walked in i was greeted by an amazing staff member, I believe his name was Sam, pizza bar was full the whole time, salad bar was super fresh, restaurant was very clean. Great service, highly recommend if youre in the area.

Update just ate here again on 9/28/25 and was still fully satisfied all you can eat buffet $10 with water cup cant beat the price and you get way more than the moneys worth! IF you are on a budget go here!!!

Matt was welcoming and let us know if we need anything to just ask him. Through out our visit he asked us if we we needed anything several times. I actually came for the buffalo chicken pizza. The team quickly made one and it was delicious. I havent eaten Cicis in over 10 years. Im glad this location keeps up with the brand. Its closest location to me (Austin).

Dimassi's offers a wide variety of Mediterranean salads, sides, and hot dishes. I particularly enjoyed the hummus, couscous, tzatziki, garlic naan and dolmas. Don't skip out on the desserts. I enjoyed the baklava and rice pudding. Friendly suggestion, maybe offer Ka'ak Bi Tamer😉☺️

Its a very small location, not many game options. But the dining room is big. The selection for the food kept on coming and changing, so that was great. Pizzas came out very fresh, same with the dessert options. The only thing I would suggest would be,for the personnel on the register or who ever is in charge of cleaning, just to be mindful when theres empty tables around and wiped them down and have them ready for the next customer. There is plenty of times to socialize within yourselves when theres that free time but first make sure the dining room and fountain drink stations is cleaned up.

The food was flavorful with a huge variety everything from Mediterranean salads to fried chicken, pizza, and desserts like baklava and rice pudding. Drinks, tea, and even cone ice cream were unlimited, which was a hit with the kids! Unfortunately, the dining area was extremely hot and humid, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. The bathrooms were small, not very clean, and felt unsafe. If they improve the AC and restroom facilities, this could be a go-to buffet spot. For now, I’d say 3/5.

The buffet isn’t too pricey however we found the quality and the taste of the food to be just about OK. It’s definitely worth a visit however, I’m not sure this restaurant can be one of our go to when it comes to Mediterranean food.

I have eaten at Dimassi's for over 15 years at the 183 location. Being closer to my house we decided to give this location a try. They have locations in Houston as well. First off, want to start off by saying that the parking situation is kind of interesting. We parked on the south side of the building closest to the door where most people park on the north side of the building as the entrance faces 35. The first thing you notice is that the buffet is one long line and no open oven. At the 183 location it is a square with a sidebar attached with an open fire oven. Something we noticed was all of the tables are really close to each other compared to the 183 location. Especially the rough closest to the food line. At the 183 location nobody is close to the food. Everybody's at least double the distance from anybody getting themselves food, which is a stark difference. Because of the single line formation, people are waiting for extended periods of time while people are making choices instead of having the option to move around because the whole line queues up. With the whole line queued, it's basically a standstill. Unfortunately, a lot of the line items were also exhausted from the line or empty. Some of the staple items took as much as 10 minutes to replenish. You would watch people walk by certain sections of a food every 2 to 3 minutes. Looking for the item of desire without any luck. When the food was replenished it was in small increments and usually was exhausted once the line did move. Also notice the lamb shake is by request at this location instead of available on the buffet as it is on 183. The drinks were noticeably different from the 183 location. The rose water was less rose and more sweet. The mint lemonade was not minty and very sweet. The desert bar also was lackluster compared to the 183 location. All the baklava was not uniformed and half the normal size of the 183 location. I had to fond a normal size for comparison. Overall, the experience was very disappointing compared to the 183 location. The 183 location is very well polished off as it's been there for a long time. They have more staff more Cooks more floor help. I think the biggest pet peeve was the sun was beaming into the restaurant and there were no window blinds or any dressings to address it. And there's no tint on the window. So good heat also comes through with the blindness. If you have the means to drive to 183, do so. It will be better. If you are eating here for the first time, congratulations it's good food. I promise the service will get polished. *Too small, cramped *Lack of staple food on the line on time or in quantity *Odd parking *Blinding/heat windows *Feel like Dimassi's lite *Bread suffered.

I have been to their south location several times. Food is great and so is staff. They enforce rules on everyone wearing gloves. Here, no body was wearing gloves including staff who was also eating from buffet. I love the dessert namoura. It’s usually much softer at south location and I like that but here it was very hard and it felt stale. Yuck. Spicy humus tastes very bland. It’s not the case at south location. I am so disappointed. Giving three stars as the number of food choices is same as south location. Salads were nice and so was falafel and pita bread. But I won’t be going there again.

All the food is cold, looked pretty old, not fresh. None of the employees looked like they were actually trying to make sure the food is hot and fresh, it's not like we went at closing time but we came at 7, Monday night, so they should have been checking if things needed to be refilled. There is a good variety of food, however it is lacking a lot including freshness, and flavor. There is basically zero service at all, almost none, the staff would just randomly be staring, it seemed very unprofessional if I'm being honest. The food was bland, and cold, I didn't enjoy it at all. A lot of the food was empty, and the pita bread was so hard to eat. The atmosphere was okay, it was very clean, and looks nice. The south austin dimassis's is much better than this one. The only thing I really enjoyed was the cone ice cream. I probably won't be coming back here again.

Service was amazing.Employees were really nice and friendly only downside.I would say, is a lot of the tables are unbalanced messed up and loose. Wasn't a big option of pizzas and a lot of empty trays with no pizza or cold pizza.

Place was dirty beyond belief the staff is a joke... Except for the head cook (middle age Hispanic man) that guy even though he barely speaks English he was basically running the entire kitchen and helping customers the best he could that guy needs a raise and a new fancy title

If you're looking for an all-you-can-eat experience where quantity laughs in the face of quality, CiCi’s Pizza is your promised land. For the price of a large latte, you get access to an endless parade of pizzas that taste like they were made by someone whose only qualification was “owns a microwave.” The Pizza: Imagine a cardboard box fell in love with ketchup and cheese. That’s the crust. The toppings? They’re there. Kinda. I once saw a pepperoni slide off the slice like it had somewhere better to be. But there’s a certain charm in biting into something and still not knowing what kind of pizza it is. The Pasta: It comes in two varieties: "mac" and "why is this here?" It’s soft. Not al dente. Not overcooked. Just... emotionally soft. Like it’s been through something. The Dessert Pizza: Strangely the MVP. Cinnamon rolls? Slap. Apple pizza? Confusing, but kind of a vibe. By the time you get to dessert, your standards are so low that a warm sugar glaze feels like fine dining. The Atmosphere: Bright lights, sticky floors, and the hum of teenage chaos. It’s a Chuck E. Cheese without the mouse and slightly more existential dread. You don’t go to CiCi’s for ambiance—you go because you lost a bet or you’re feeding 12 children with $20. Final Thoughts: CiCi’s is the culinary equivalent of a mullet: business in the front (pizza), party in the back (regret). But for the price? It’s unbeatable. You’ll leave full, confused, and strangely nostalgic. Would I go again? Yes. But only if I haven't eaten all day and want to hate myself just a little bit.

Never been in a Cici's before and decided to try it, it kind of reminded me of Golden Corral, if Golden Corral sold Pizza. The pizza they have is serviceable and okay, but you're only paying a little over $8 for the buffet. I think this is a good place for kids, they would take to it.

Mark Otte

This is a family friendly restaurant where children are welcome. No adult beverages are available. In keeping with this focus, the pizzas are certainly tasty but not exceptional. The approach is good value and variety for families. Cici's Pizza has a courteous and pleasant staff, modest prices and is clean and well run. Their Covid strategy is in place, with no self service at the buffet. The staff makes your salad for you, serves you the pizza you select, and also any desserts. You are allowed to get your own fountain drinks. We enjoyed two Adult buffet dinners and one fountain drink. Dinners included salad bar, pizza and dessert selections. All of these are all-you-can-eat plans. Total cost was under $18. I recommend this place for its target market, you get lots of food at a modest cost in a family setting where children in particular are welcome.

Review Title: Great Food, Poor Planning – Frustrating Experience Let me start with the good: the food is fantastic. No complaints there. Fresh, flavorful, and worth every bite. But the overall experience was ruined by one of the worst building layouts I’ve ever seen. The front door is practically on the I-35 feeder road, with no nearby parking. To even reach it, you’re forced to walk all the way around the building. There’s a door at the top of the handicap ramp—which could have easily served as the main entrance—but instead, they’ve slapped a sign on it directing you to keep going… all the way around. Seriously? Accessibility is an afterthought here, and that’s unacceptable, especially for a brand-new establishment. This could have been addressed during construction, but clearly wasn't a priority. Inside, the design continues to baffle. They clearly spent money on aesthetics—like the fancy white tile behind the food bar—but it amplifies noise like a gymnasium. Good luck having a normal conversation at your table. It’s chaotic and exhausting. Summary: Food: Amazing. Access: Ridiculous. Acoustics: Awful. Atmosphere: Loud and uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back. If they ever fix the entrance and do something about the noise, I’d reconsider. But right now, it feels like all the thought went into the food, and none into the experience of actually dining here.

We visited this restaurant for the first and definitely the last time. The entire experience was disappointing, from the pricing to the food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Pricing & Policies • What a way to lose customers: not only by overcharging them, but also by refusing to let them take their scraps home. Instead, they charge per pound, for your leftovers, often more than what you would eat in the buffet itself. We didn't want to throw food out or leave them on the table like everyone else. • The cost was shockingly high: over $115 total, (over $10 for tip, which no one deserved or earned, over $8 tax and over $25 for our leftover scarps), for three people. For the quality we received, this was nowhere near worth it. • We ended up paying an extra $25 just to take home our leftover scraps, including a small cup of broth. This policy is unreasonable and exploitative. The funny part is, my husband left a tip, though I don’t understand why. There was absolutely no service, it was entirely self-service. No one cleared the tables, and customer service was nonexistent. Food Quality • Some dishes were edible, but many were oily, bland, or tasted artificial. • Several items didn’t taste authentic at all. You could tell the chicken came from frozen, rubbery and not fresh, tough to cut, and unpleasant to eat. • The pizza was stale and sat out for over 30 minutes without being refreshed. By the time new pizzas were finally brought out, everyone was already full. • Desserts were disappointing: the rose water flavor was unpleasant, and the chocolate ice cream tasted watered down and fake. Cleanliness • When we arrived, the table next to us still had dirty dishes on it that were never cleared. Later, another group left, and their table also remained untouched. Throughout the more than 45 minutes we were there, multiple tables sat dirty with plates and utensils left behind, staff should have been monitoring and cleaning them regularly. • The lack of attention to cleanliness makes the environment feel neglected and unprofessional. Customer Service • There is essentially no customer service. So, don’t expect staff coming to ask you anything. The process is: walk in, grab a plate, serve yourself, and pay on the way out. • No one checked in, asked how things were going, or offered assistance. • Every time we got up, the host was sitting down across from the host desk on her phone and when she decided to eat, no one was at the host desk. The atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. While staff do have the right to eat and rest, doing so during a full house on a Saturday sends the wrong message. Guests should be greeted, asked how everything is, or whether it’s their first time visiting. Instead, staff being on their phones, and no customer service was offered. This gives the impression that customers are not a priority. Maybe I grew up in a different era, with respect. Overall Experience • The food left us feeling unwell, extremely oily dishes, it caused us severe phlegm and stomach pain. • The taste was not authentic, and the quality was far below expectations for the price. • The combination of overpriced food, poor service, lack of cleanliness, and unfair leftover charges made this visit extremely disappointing. Final Thoughts This restaurant is overpriced, lacks cleanliness, offers poor service, and serves food that doesn’t taste fresh or authentic. Charging customers extra for scraps is the final insult. We were shocked and disappointed by the entire experience. For us, this was the first and last visit — we will not be returning. NOTE: They probably didn’t take the plastic container into consideration. I measured the leftover food once we arrived home, and the amount was very different from how they weigh it, but their method I'm sure over charged. The receipt shows to go, it was leftovers.

When i go to cicis the one thing i really look for is verity. That is the one thing this place didnt have. They have spots for about 6 pizzas only use 3. On top of that it’s all old. I think i seen one fresh pizza come out the 30 mins i was there

The interior of this restaurant is so bright, it reminds me of a stadium. It is not cozy at all . Check out my pics and that will sum up the food. Notice how they place huge chunks of onions in the pans to make them look full. The Greek salad had Roma tomatoes cut in thirds. The spicy hummus was overwhelmed by a paprika/Chile blend that was inedible. The soups were bland. The grilled eggplant was dry and unseasoned. The desert consisted of an instant banana pudding, rice pudding like baby poo, dry semolina cakes, and thin baklava that was simply not good. The only thing I enjoyed was the roasted chicken thighs. The karak tea had potential, but there was only a sip left in the container. The front hostess was on her phone most of the time, and people occasionally came out from the kitchen to tend the buffet. All this for $24.98 a person. No way! We will not be back. One more thing. They post that they charge $9.99 per lb for excessive food wasting, but what does one do if the food sucks?

One of the worst cities that me and my family have ever been to. New Pizza tasted old/stale, new batch of brownies were not even warm so probably had them sitting out beforehand. Very slow to get new pizza out and ready, just a overall disappointment.

Saddest cicis experience of my life. I remember cicis as a kid, full of life and fun. The fun zone is full of scammy claw machines and not one type of arcade game. The food was shell of its former glory. Only five pizzas were there when we arrived, five shriveled shells. While we sat there not one new pizza was added and the desserts were from eons past. After this journey to round rock to find cheesy pizza goodness I now find it may be my last.

It's okay if you want to feed your kids garbage. Um, uh, the pasta was chewy and gummy. The sauce had no flavor for the pasta. There's not much of an option for the salad bar, though. The salad was fresh and it was good. I'm not gonna deny that the Pizza. My husband said, was okay, if you know you want to bring your kids like I. Agree. Um, uh, but seriously, don't don't waste your money. It was $27 for 2 of us, and it was garbage.
