I frequent this location i would say at least once a week. Shannon is there most of the time. I found out today she is the assistant manager and that tracks because she is great at her job. I thanked her for all her hard work this year and told her how much I appreciate her. She is the definition of great customer service with a smile. She is always smiling and speaks with you at the window but doesn't force a conversation if you are not in the mood. I'm really not a people person but she always finds a way to make conversation enjoyable. Thanks again for all your hard work this year. The only thing I'm not a fan of is that I can't order delivery from like Uber or grubhub. I hope that's something yall are considering in the future.

Noa and Isabel are the ultimate dynamic duo!!! Not only to they remember my name every visit they also remember my dogs names which means the world to me🔥🔥🔥. They are warm and welcoming every visit and when I’m not sure what I want they always come through with an awesome suggestion. I have been to other Dutchbros locations, but none of them compare to the location on E Palm Valley in Round Rock Texas.

I was having a really rough morning, but I needed a pick-me-up coffee, so I stopped by Dutch Bros. When I pulled up, the young lady who greeted me said, “You are so beautiful.” I immediately burst into tears. She gently asked if I was okay, and I told her I was just having a tough day. After taking a moment to gather myself, I gave her my order. She then told me my drink was on the house — which, of course, made me cry even more (lol). When I pulled up to the window, another young lady greeted me with the warmest smile. She noticed my tears and asked if I was alright, then handed me my drink and said, “I hope your day gets better — I’ll be praying for you.” As I drove away, wiping away tears, I looked down at my cup and saw the words “We Love You” written on it. 🥹 I didn’t get their names, but to those two amazing ladies — thank you, thank you, thank you! You truly turned my day around and reminded me that kindness still exists. Dutch Bros, your team went above and beyond, and you’ve earned a forever customer. 💙☕

Every time I roll through Dutch Bros and see Cali working, I know it’s going to be a good day. She brings the best energy — super friendly, upbeat, and always makes you feel like you’re her favorite customer. Whether it’s remembering your go-to order or just throwing out good vibes, Cali goes above and beyond. Her smile is contagious, and she somehow makes your coffee taste even better with her positivity.

I moved from SC to TX a little under 2 years ago and after my first experience here, I had to keep coming back. Without a doubt, Shannon and Ashley are the biggest reasons I still come back. The entire crew that works at this location deserves so much recognition and respect for the service they provide. It’s a bonus that they make damn good drinks too

Their energy drinks taste phenomenal and are very refreshing while their coffee and shakes are cold, sweet, and delicious. I have a usual there but whenever I decide to switch it up It’s always a great choice and I always love the drinks that I choose! 10/10!! Or ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time here and I loved everything about my experience. They have staff standing outside of the drive thru to take your order and answer any questions you have. The staff here have such a welcoming demeanor and provide fantastic service. Be sure to ask for a pup cup, which is whipped cream and a dog treat. I ordered the hazelnut truffle mocha which was AMAZING! Get it with oat milk, you won't regret it.

First time trying the coffee here and I think it was good. Yes, to familiarize with I want to order, I took some time going through the drink menu before getting there and that really helped. Inside the store, unlike other coffee shops that has table and wooden chairs and sofas, Dutch Bros store only has bench tables/chairs; in addition, the place kind of reminded me of a Jiffy lube stores that has garage door in both ends. Very interesting and I wonder whether how often people orders and have the drinks inside the store. Anyway, I played safe and ordered a medium hot "Kicker" which consists of espresso, half and half and Irish cream. Not bad.

Never been to a Dutch Bros and had rude people take my order until now. I was going unknowing that they took their fall drinks down which had been my go to for the past few times I’ve been. So I’m in the drive thru looking at the menu on my phone and the lady comes to greet me I say hi Goodmorning but she doesn’t hear me and when she doesn’t hear me speak back to her she catches and attitude immediately. Repeating herself 3 times “what can I get for you” as if I’m deaf. I respond and say “one second please I’m trying to look at the menu.” She rolls her eyes and says okay and walks away takes the peoples order behind me and comes back and takes the order. I pull up to the window and instead of the normal friendly Dutch bros workers there’s an attitude. My order was put in wrong and when she reads it to me I ask her to repeat it and of course she rolls her eyes and practically yells it out at me. Safe to say the coffee was good but I’ll just go to summer moon or Starbucks to get my mornings started.

I love Dutch because you can be creative with any drink This Dutch location is close to me sadly I stooped coming to this specific one because everyone working in this location specifically the young girlsss 😢 make me feel uncomfortable and unwanted they always look at me like I’m someone that they should hate I get very emotional sometimes I don’t understand but what can I do right !!!! I’m nice I wouldn’t do anything just stop going period good luck on everything and be nicer to me I’m just a living bean 💔
