Please bring Brussel sprouts back, they were so delicious 🙏 Worth every penny, the portions are perfect, my boyfriend actually eats the entire bowl and he rarely eats that much! The food always leaves me feeling so good and healthy, they have a fountain drink, berry patch, has a little apple cider vinegar in it and its so sweet with a little punch and I highly recommend if you wanna treat yourself, go here 100/10

I've been to Bolay twice now. A year ago, we were leaving a flag football tournament and Googled places close by to eat lunch. It was great. Now, a year later, we are in town for another tournament. I said that if that place, Bolay, was still in town, I'd definitely go again. We ate today. The food was really good, felt like it was healthy, and the staff was nice.

Food is amazing, so many bold flavors. Lots of healthy options but if you’re not careful with all the sauces your meal can easily be over 1000 calories. The sweet potato noodles alone are over 200 calories.

Never stepped into a Bolay and after getting tired of the usual fast food fare, stopped in here for lunch. Got a really decently packed bowl WITH SALMON, for $15! The Basil Pesto sauce was awesome and the taste of the salad overall was fantastic. Definitely coming back for lunch more often ✌️

Today my wife took me to Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen at Wellington for the first time. I was impressed and I liked it a lot. Their name says it all, its fresh is healthy and its delicious! Excellent food and customer service. They have enough team members staffed each shift to where they can provide excellent quality with a smile! This will replace Chipotle as my go to quick meal.

*** Fresh Food & A+ Customer Service *** It was my first time at this location. The food was fresh, and the customer service was excellent. They’ve got some great vegan options that taste great. The tofu with the ginger sauce is my favorite. The restaurant was exceptionally clean as well as the restroom. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5 stars!

Portions were generous, price was totally fair for the quality and amount of food, and I left feeling energized instead of stuffed. Bolay Wellington has officially claimed the top spot on my favorite healthy-ish (but still insanely delicious) dinner rotation. I'm already counting down the days until I go back. If you haven't tried this location yet, do yourself a favor and run -- don't walk -- there. You can thank me later!

This place is my go-to for all meals lately, and I visit multiple times per week. I had a really bad low blood sugar issue yesterday and I passed out while paying. I cannot express how helpful everyone was! Offering to call for medical help, bringing drinks and snacks to raise my blood sugar in the future and checking in with me consistently after helping me to a table to eat. What a wonderful experience in a time of need!

I can’t say enough great things about Bolay - Wellington. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and high quality every single time I visit. You can really taste the difference in the ingredients — everything feels clean, well-seasoned, and thoughtfully prepared. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the customer service. The team is friendly, efficient, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The manager, Anthony goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience. He’s incredibly accommodating and genuinely willing to make things right if any issues come up, which says a lot about how much they care about their customers. If you’re in Wellington and looking for a spot that delivers both amazing tasting and healthy food with outstanding service. It is without a doubt my favorite place in town!

Bolay has been my favorite restaurant until recently. My last 3 visits have been so dissapointing with sweet pots not cooked through and the chicken is mostly fat. They don't have goat cheese anymo…

Used to go here all the time. Last 2 times I've been there the black rice was hard. Same situation everytime, no black rice ready when I go to order. They pull it out from under the heat lamp and its almost as if they gave me uncooked rice. Went there again tonight for the first time in months and same thing, hard black rice. Like it wasn't even cooked for more than 5 minutes, not exaggerating. Wth is going on here. Only at this location. Love bolay but tired of getting uncooked black rice. Ruined my whole meal as everything gets covered in the rice, and for a almost $16.00 bowl thats just ridiculous. Post edit... changing from 1 star to 3 stars. The store has contacted me already to make things right and advised me they will address the hard rice issue, hopefully this doesn't keep happening. I am changing my review to a higher rating solely on the fact of how they actually addressed my concern promptly. Mistakes happen. Hopefully more qc goes into the rice lol.

Terrifying to think if I would have swallowed that metal piece of wire I found in my food at this Wellington Bolay location. I contacted the establishment and reported it to Manager on duty. Occurred 11/12/25 @ 13:02pm

I love eating at Bolay, but tonight I had a very scary moment. As I was enjoying my food I felt something in my mouth I spit out my food in my napkin and what do I find a twisted metal wire! That scared the shit out of me. So be careful when eating at Bolay.

Order placed at 7.22pm. Delivery time 8.12pm. Apparently someone else called Paul walked in and asked for the pick up for Paul. The Deliveroo driver arrived, waited for 10 minutes then left as there was no food. Bolay redid the order without telling us and we called at 8.50 to ask what happened to be told sorry but we gave the food to someone else - but we reordered and it will be with you at 9.15. Then the gentleman at the restaurant said "if it were up to me I would give you a refund but I am not allowed to". Poor indeed.

The food here has gone downhill over time and it’s now in the basement. The meat is full of veins and poorly prepared. The portions are tiny and the care put into putting together your order is non existent. Would not recommend. Price is not worth the quality or portion.
