If you want a cold chicken sandwich and old sliced cheese that is hardened and falling apart then this is the place for you. Very disappointed since meals cost over $10 now for fast food that no one cares enough about to serve food warm and fresh. I get its fast food but this is extremely disappointing especially when I had to switch out my Hawaiian bun for sour dough because they didn't have it and now I am going to use my own cheese and toaster oven to heat up my food that cost $10 mind you. This is awful.

The food wasn't bad, but they forgot cheese sauce in my classic sandwich. I already ordered our i would have left after seeing how bad of shape the restaurant is in. The drink machine has spider webs on it and mold on it and counter where all the sauce is nasty. There are molding tiles throughout the ceiling and vents that are all rusty and flaking off, there was lights out in fixtures also. This place really needs to be sit down and completely gutted and deep cleaned. The men's restroom sink coming off the wall, the piping on the toilet, was even corroded up very badly. I recommend people go far away from this place just for their safety.

Food was sloppy. There was no line for the drive thru. My burger was still cold and pink in the middle. Fries were extra salty. I got there at 9:40pm y'all don't close til 11pm so I don't understand the poor quality.

Royse City Arby's going to kill someone serving raw meat! Got 3 roast beef cheddar and French dip , all of them raw meat! Never going to any Arbys again!

Wemt Arby's last night to get food stood and waited 10 mins before someone finally came and took my order. They had 2 employees laying down rather than taking my order

Came at 6pm the service was awful. I usually have a good experience, but today there were to women working and they didn’t seem to want to be here. Was barley talking on the speaker and making it difficult to order a very simple order. I hope they bring back the kind people who usually are working here. They were very rude and didn’t say a single word. They didn’t even give us a drink holder for our four drinks & they shut the window really quick as well. Over all a very bad experience. Why are you mad that we are purchasing from the establishment? Should customers shop somewhere else?

If I could I would give zero stars. This was supposed to be my kids meals. They couldn’t eat any of it. Nuggets were hard, brunt. The fries were like rocks! The sandwich bread was hard and old. I kept calling but the phone is disconnected. This was on Sunday ! I’ve been calling for three days now. Horrible customer service, don’t waste your time coming here. I’ve waste my money, time, and waste of food. 👎

This Arby's location has gone very down hill fast! Used to be very good food, proper portions of meat and well stocked. Now you get Way less meat (they "have the meats" but at this location you are lucky to get any at all). They are out of Arby's Sauce often "due to manager ordering wrong again". See pictures of our Arby's Beef 'N Chedders with only two slices of beef and Arby's Buffalo Chicken Slider with half a chicken tender (very small). The Roast Beef Slider has the exact same two slices of beef as both of our Beef 'n Chedders! Love Arby's food, but when paying for the bigger sandwich and get less meat, it is horrible. Do not recommend going to this location!

Served old, cold stale food. Huge disappointment. I wondered why my order came out so quick. Now I know why. Polite cashier is the only reason I gave it a star at all. Unfortunately will never come back to this location.

Immeasurably underwhelmed. This is the smokehouse brisket sandwich, or at least what I ordered and my receipt said. . This was undoubtedly the worst sandwich I've had in the last several years. As you can see from the picture evidence, this is merely a couple slices of what I can only assume to be canned meat. Haphazardly squirted on fake cheese that only served to dampen the already moist bread that tastes like soggy onions. It's pretty cute how they almost attempted to brown the bun and failed miserably. I contemplated throwing the entire meal in the dumpster, unfortunately for me, I was starving. In order satisfy my hunger, I proceeded to tear half of the bun and place the small amount of canned meat onto one side. Luckily, the poorly placed cheese made it easier to get it on the edible side. I only had a few bites but it only took one to realize it was completely devoid of actual flavor. I can honestly say I feel like I've been robbed of my $10, I wouldn't reccomend this location to anybody, period.
