Pizza Supreme Being is highly praised for its sourdough crust and unique flavor combinations. Customers rave about the Heatwave slice and the deep dish square. The salads are also surprisingly good. Some found inconsistencies with slice availability.

Tip: Order full pies a day ahead of time. If it's your first time, try the plain cheese first to appreciate the sourdough crust.

It's pizza. And, while I am not a huge aficionado, my friends are And they enjoyed the pizza and the salad. I get the feeling this place will help put Sacramento on the map real soon. The people that worked there were the most welcoming and they were all smiles. Go support!
Stopped here late at night during a road trip. Some slices were sold out, but the three of slices pizza and a beer we tried were yummy. A great quick stop for us .
Incredibly good pizza, honestly it’s the best in Sacramento and I’ve tried dozens of places. Full pies, by the slice, specials are all ridiculously good. I tell everyone I can about this place. Salads are off the charts for a place like this, truly $$$ quality, better than some $20 down the street. Run, don’t walk to PSB.
I can’t tell you how much I was astonished by this place. I consider myself a big lover of pizza. I was hesitant to try this place. I ordered a pepperoni square and a wedge salad. There was a very happy accident and I received the daily slice special. It was a Japanese curry pizza with roasted potatoes and carrots. Know I don’t know about you, but I don’t think veggies on pizza is the epitome of the best pizza. But let me tell you that I was completely and utterly BLOWN AWAY! This was the most amazing pizza flavor profile o have ever eaten! All Hawaiian was very good as well! The wedge salad was huge! 2 people could have shared it easily. I highly recommend this restaurant.
I had heard about this place for the past year just and had wanted to try it but hadn't gotten around to it. I'm glad I did. Finally. This place is amazing. First of all the price is very fair. The crust was slightly crisp yet. Also soft and delicious. The sauce was great and just the right amount of cheese. This pizza is definitely better than the sum of its parts. It's hard to explain but it was just an amazingly delicious slice. I can't wait to go back. Very clean environment and friendly counter people. Nice neighborhood and fairly easy parking. Highly recommended.
Best pizza place in Sac. Been here a few times in last month. Beer and soda are kept cold. Thin sourdough crust, kinda crispy and chewy. Have indoor and shaded outdoor seating. Prices are reasonable. Maybe cheapest place in town.
The Heatwave slice is an absolute banger. The sweet heat is perfectly balanced. I’m usually a more traditionalist pizza guy but this slice made me think otherwise. If you haven’t tried honey on pizza now is your chance. Killer crust and a perfect consistency on the pizza all around.
Pizza Supreme Being... luv saying the name. Luv the pizza even more. Pizza Supreme Being is worthy of all the hype. The pizza dough is made from scratch and naturally leavened. No commercial yeast is used. It makes for a great tasting crust. The mozzarella is in/house hand pulled. They use fresh quality ingredients. This all makes for a darn tasty pizza pie. They sell whole pies and slices. I go for the slices. My faves are the pepperoni square $6.50 and pepperoni slice $4.50. The square is on focaccia and has double dose layers of pepperoni. They use Ezzo pepperoni, which has no fillers and taste darn delicious. They get a slight char and cupping when baked but without the oily mess. Lean, flavorful pepperoni. Pure pizza deliciousness. The menu also includes salads and soft serve ice cream. The place has outdoor seating and indoor seating. It's casual counter service. Another tidbit to note is that they do not accept cash. Card payment only.

Amazing sourdough pizza. Super crunchy crust. Nice and thin. Chewing crunchy at the same time. Everything you expect with a thin crust. Sourdough elevates it for sure.
Don’t sleep on Pizza Supreme Being. This is a top-notch team cheffing up extremely tasty bites. Get a slice, do not skip the salads and grab a glass of the Spaghetti Western wine - you can’t go wrong.
Looking for the best pizza crust in Sacramento? Look no further. The sourdough crust on the deep dish square is *chef’s kiss.* Also, their ranch is a must with the pizza. You do have to order full pies a day ahead of time, but they are worth the wait! Check them out for a slice during the day as well. You will not be disappointed.
The pizza is good. It’s kinda hard to find this style of pizza in Sacramento. Every pizza place in Sacramento tastes like a chain pizza restaurant but this place doesn’t. The crust is pretty unique. I got two cheese slices which totaled to $9. They were both delicious. There’s not a lot of seating so you can eavesdrop pretty easily on the people next to you. The guys working there seem chill but they’re not super bubbly which I don’t mind but they need to learn how to greet people walking in to the place. I expect that I will be eating here a lot. Parking was pretty easy. Overall good pizza 8.5/10
This is probably our favorite pizza place in town. For the style of pizza is probably the best in Sacramento. Service is always good. The atmosphere inside now they have a sitting area. It’s really great and of course the pizza is king. And now they have soft serve ice cream, what more could you want?!
I ordered 9 pizzas for a holiday event, and everything was amazing! The pizzas were delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to have everything ready right when they opened at 11am. I was really impressed with their service and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back for a slice or two!
Best pizza in Sacramento! The square pepperoni slices are the best although sometimes aren't warm enough (make sure to ask them to warm them up longer than normal). The regular slices are on a sourdough crust which is delicious! The staff are always professional and friendly. The interior is casual and modern but I wish that the seats were a little more comfortable. They're kinda like old fashioned fast food seats. They've got big tvs for watching sports and help-yourself water.

Standard slices are great, and the odd time I have a special it usually knocks my socks off - lap cheong slice blew me away when they suggested I try it out. That I can still get me a slice and a drink and a generous tip for less than $10 is a miracle. Miracle place!

Coming from Chicago it has been an impossible task trying to find good pizza, and let me tell you... This place certainly scratches the itch. If it's your first time make sure to try the plain cheese first. It is so simple yet so perfect. The sourdough crust really makes the pie shine.
Apparently this place is pretty popular and its not a bad lunch option as long as you beat the crowd. As far as the pizza goes, its not bad. Its also not the greatest pizza I ever had and the price isn't too bad either.
Fun little pizza shop with unconventional yet delicious flavors. I decided to try the heatwave and it did not disappoint! The flavor combo of the jalapenos, bacon, and drizzled hot honey on top were amazing and unforgettable. The sourdough crust is a pretty great change from traditional pizza crust. I can't wait to go back and try the classic!
A simple no frills storefront. There were a few TVs showing sports which was cool. Sadly they were sold out of the squares but the normal slices weren't bad at all. Two slices, a soda and a side of ranch for about $14.
Great pizza. It's pretty flat and extremely chewy in a good way. I prefer fluffier with more sauce, but I still loved this one. $32 for a whole pie. Giant size. We are still eating it the next day. Salads are good too. Lap cheong detroit slice was a great value.

Recently expanding their footprint just steps from the California State Capitol Pizza Supreme Being looks like many slice shops throughout America, the décor an afterthought and a concise menu which allows Food to take center stage from 11am until 8:30pm daily. Less busy on weekends when many government-centered businesses shutter, seating both inside and out less than half full, guests are invited to choose slices or whole pies featuring owner Ben Roberts’s signature Sourdough Crust. Bright blue tiles with Televisions showing the NFL, mere moments wait between ordering and tucking in, Pizza Supreme Being’s slices fold well with a brisk crackle but pleasant pliability while Housemade are soft at the center of a gently crisp rim. Already sold out of Pepperoni slices at 2:00pm, and not particularly interested in Roberts’s much-discussed Hawaiian featuring Spam, “Squares” unfortunately eat less like a Sicilian and more like Focaccia topped with Sauce plus a ton of Pep that offers good value but a complete lack of finesse.
My boy Al called this a bomb pizza spot so I marked it and made it a destination. We arrived early afternoon on a Saturday, had no issues ordering and getting served. The bathroom is a bit of a maze but seems to be maintained. I got two slices of the Hawaiian which overall served up some heat with the jalapenos. That part I enjoyed, but I found the crust to be tasteless, chewy and needing more flavor. My friend got a square pepperoni and barely touched it and overall the three of us left disappointed. The neighborhood seems to love it and while I enjoyed the vibes inside the shop, I just didn't think the pie was that tasty. It's okay ⭐⭐⭐

Lets get right to it.for a non New York Pizza I give it a 3 I would recommend to order well done.. the pizza had the shape and look of a traditional new york slice but with some west coast flaws.. being the flop out the box the pizza flop was crazy.. cheese was thick and hard, some times would slide right off the slice leaving just dough and sauce.. the cheese is also thick be careful can choke.. and last off very greasy, now alil grease never hurt anyone but when it's dripping everywhere then we need to talk. I have heard good things of this place and coming from EG being close to a 30min drive in the rain no I wouldn't go again.. if I was close in area I might give a try again but for now it is what it is. Bought a regular pie half cheese half pep out the door 38 bucks.
Im not sure what the problem was. We wanted 2 cheese slices but we're told they were out. Ok. We get a pie. People behind us order slices and fet...slices. we ask again for slices and again, no. Happens twice! Clearly they do have slices (this was not people picking up orders, they wre behind us). Our pie comes, its ..odd. we are hungry and ask please for plates? Staff wanders off. We eat. 20 minutes later still no plates, pizza made by a pigeon? There's only cheese on part, its weird but..we ate it ok Wed like to go. Box? Staff literally gets it and brings to wrong table. Drugs? Carbon monoxide? Hard to tell. We give the rest to pan handler out front and leave.
Asked if I ordered an entire pizza could I select the toppings. Counter guy said yes…I selected salami, sausage and mushrooms on just half. He had to ask the manager if he could put mushrooms on half. He came back and said yes. When he rang up the pizza—-he said $59.00. The three topping pizza was $32.00 on the menu. I told him I only wanted one pizza. He said yep—that will be $59.00 for it. I said are you charging me $37.00 to put mushrooms on half of that one pizza I ordered. He said—whatever it came out to—yep $59.00. The manager approached and said you don’t just walk up the the counter and order whatever toppings you want. I told the manager I asked if I could select my toppings if I purchased an entire pizza. And $32.00 was the cost of the pizza with sausage on it. He got very snippy and said you have to pay to select your own toppings. I asked him if he could break down the price for me because I was shocked at the price he quoted. He stared at me and said. $59.00 do you want it or not. I told him he was right!!! I was definitely in the wrong establishment spending my hard earned money. That manager was acting like he was doing me a favor by selling me a pizza. Absolutely no customer service skills!! This customer will never go back. I wouldn’t want to wreck his day by ordering an entire pizza. I also learned NEVER go in there when they open. They sell their leftover pizza from the day before when they first open. I realized why NONE of their cooked products can be seen from the front counter. They don’t want the customer to see what piece you are paying for until you have already paid. Can you think of another pizza place that keeps their pizza out of the customer’s view.
