A gem for vegans! Pushkin's Gluten Free Bakers is one of a kind. The creations are delicious, beautiful and safe for the gluten free peoples. They are vegan, gluten free and amazing! These are much better than they even sound Textures and flavors were exceptional. They also offer drinks and vegan sandwiches. 100% recommend!

Pushkin’s Bakery is pure stoke in pastry form. Rolling up was easy, plenty of parking, smooth as a clean paddle out… Except for that one Porsche hogging two spots. Bro, even my kids can stay inside the lines better than that. But whatever, I dropped in past that nonsense and straight into flavor paradise. The baked goods? Total waves of goodness. Croissants that crash over you like buttery barrels, bread that’s softer than surf wax on a summer morning, and desserts so good they should come with a warning label… Honestly, it’s probably a blessing I don’t live closer.. otherwise, I’d wipe out my wallet on a daily basis. Distance keeps me safe, but also makes every visit feel like catching the perfect set wave. Pushkin’s isn’t just a bakery, it’s a full-on ride. 10 out of 10 fully recommend.

The staff is so friendly and explained all the ingredients in the sandwiches and pastries. We ordered some sandwiches. Then went back in to get some pastries chocolate chip cookie, No Names, Awesome and Apple cake

All of the vegan and gluten free desserts! It's a safe place for me to get stuff for my family ❤️. Only thing about pushkins that isn't great is that there's no seating inside, you gotta park in the food coop and that's a challenge, and there's always someone asking for money on the corner. Sometimes with their babies. None of that is pushkins fault but it does take from the experience.

This place was busy so make sure to get their early. I think the prices are really reasonable. My favorite thing ever was the blueberry coffee cake and the mudpie cookie. All the deserts were good for one serving (although I know it's actually supposed to be more than one) the pumpkin bread was really good to.

We had an incredible experience at Pushkin’s Bakery! They have so many gluten free, dairy free and vegan options, and everything we tried was delicious. We loved their #3 breakfast sandwich (see photo!) and got a handful of scones, muffins, breads, and cupcakes. All of the baked goods tasted so fresh and you could have fooled me that they’re gluten free! The staff was also exceptionally friendly. We will definitely stop here every time we’re in Sacramento!

This place is absolutely delicious! I cannot wait to come back to try the other vegan/vegetarian sandos. Their freshly baked gluten-free bread is amazing! After a nice meal, we were able to walk around and shop because their location is perfectly situated beside Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op. If you are also craving some coffee or tea, Temple Coffee Roasters is only a minute walk away.

Opened as a result of Danny Turner’s own Food-sensitivities Pushkin’s Bakery has expanded from a single Chocolate Chip Cookie in 2013 to three locations, Olga Turner’s taking on a growing need for better quality Pastries excluding wheat, gluten, and dairy. Sold in Sacramento, Arden, Roseville plus more than a dozen grocery stores it is at the original on 29th Street that guests will find friendly service plus fair prices covering Cookies, Cakes, Breads, Muffins and their famous “No Name” that eats like the buttery center of a Cinnamon Roll. Visited around 2pm Saturday, a good assortment of products still available, suffice it to say that Russian Tea Balls, essentially Mexican Wedding Cookies, lose nothing missing Flour while Crinkles and Mudpies are essentially the same save for a layer of Powdered Sugar. Smart to stick with items easily made Gluten-free, this writer admittedly harboring no allergies, Pushkin’s Oatmeal Cream Pie Cookie fares beautifully with a lot of bright aromatics and flexibility around just enough filling.

Gluten free, dairy free and some items vegan! It is a very small space that only one or two people can come in while the rest wait in line. One cashier to help bag and pay. We tried the roll, the cinnamon blueberry coffee cake, the cinnamon roll, peanut butter vegan cupcake & the no name. The winners were all! Not hard to fall in love with well made products. Wasn’t too keen on how my cupcake was packaged because it fell apart by the time I got home. Online you can see what items are present daily as it changes. There was a sell for the cinnamon blueberry coffee cake as I’m guessing it was the last day it was on the menu. Great service. There is a perk if you sign up as a frequent buyer.

It's hard to find vegan pastries. I've tried many items on their menu, and they are very good. This time, I tried sandwich 3, and it was good. I'm not fond of the location in cold weather because there is only outdoor seating with 2 tables. Still, there are good options.

The mud pie cookie was pretty good. Flat, but big and very sweet for $3.50. Kind of like an oversized chocolate macaron in texture (airy). Nothing else in the case called to me. The lemon bars didn't seem big enough for that price point. The space was pretty small. It's not their fault the weather is cold, but it isn't that inviting of a space for dine-in. I'd maybe try the carrot cupcake in the future for takeaway. Service was fast.
