For a quick, Chinese food fix, Golden Dragon is a good place to go. The staff is nice and their menu is pretty standard. I had the cashew chicken, which was tasty and plentiful. My BF has the honey walnut shrimp which was very good. This place is a little pricey, but I would still recommend it.

Stopped by and had a pleasant experience overall. The dining area is very clean but the food could be better (some dishes were a touch bland and could use more seasoning). The staff were a bit inattentive they forgot our utensils at first but server was polite. Decent value, and I’d come back to try a few other items.

For Chinese American take out type food, the atmosphere of the restaurant feels nicer. They have the rattan lamp shades, and fairy lights, you know the feel. The general chicken here is the most popular item and it is well fried and tastes really good. Walnut shrimp is better than the typical takeout chain we all know. The only concern is the higher pricing (around 15-18 for dinner combo) but I know that everything is pricier in this economy. The fried rice here is pretty good. Chow mein is kinda mediocre. Salad is okay but wish it is a bigger portion.

The food itself was good. However, I asked for the sauce to be on the side because I didn’t want it on my rice or chow mein. My request was ignored and the waitress avoided me because she knew that I had mad a special request. I probably wouldn’t be back because they seemed unbothered that my order was wrong.

I really want to express my dissatisfaction with the extra $4 charge for adding garlic to the beef chow mein order. Garlic isn't meat or shrimp. I looked at your menu and extra meat was $3 more, but $4 for adding garlic? I don't think you used half a pound of garlic. Anywhere else, a charge of $1.50 for these toppings is reasonable.

This place use to have great food years ago. No lunch specials. Prices are high

Mediocre American Chinese food. The chicken was tough and chewy. The egg rolls were stuffed with what tastes like fermented vegetables, making them far too savory. And the cream cheese wonton didn't come with any sauce. If you want this sort of food, you're much better off going to Panda Express, and saving quite a bit of money.

To start, I’ve dined and had great food here before but man oh man the portion size I received for the honey walnut shrimp was pitiful to say the least. The price for this dish is DEFINITELY NOT worth it if your getting it delivered. It’ll be a while before I order here again.

The food was bland, the rice was hard! I could see why they give out large portions now. They also could be using MSG because I felt horrible after eating it. Ordered through Door Dash. I requested utensils and condiments and I got nothing. No soy sauce, no hot sauce, not even utensils! I supposed they must've thought I was a cave woman or something and to just use my hands to eat. Tried to give it to the dog and even the dog did not eat it. I do not recommend this place.

I've been a more than frequent customer of GD since 1983 and after retiring from DMV headquarters but visited again yesterday and I have to be nice (in words) the most awful expectation of my order...skinny shrimp noodles(5 baby shrimp total) & excessively dry cream cheese wontons...enough to break a tooth and I literally had to cut the ends off the deep fried wraps. Awful. Obviously NOT the cook we've all been used to...F+ to the cook; A+ to the hostess...chances are this will be my last visit for this once iconic establishment in my history while frequently a customer at DMV...I won't show pics; I choose not to shame my view of Golden Dragon anymore than my words.

This place was recommended to me by a good friend, however, this was a big disappointment. I order a pick up order of two wonton soup and one chicken chow mein. The chow mein was very dry and the soup was gross it had so many tiny insects. I thought the little particles were from seasoning NOT insects LMAO. The worst part is that I ate some of the soup because I was feeling very sick, and when I was going for seconds the insects were all in the soup. The health department needs to pay them a visit this is so sad I drove 30 minutes to get their food just to feel grossed out and disappointed .

The employees were very rude and lied about the menu to get more money. When I first walked in the girl in the front whispered to green hat guy. I asked for a dinner combo and the green hat guy said they didn’t have combos. I looked at the menu and pointed to the combos and he said that I had to buy everything separately. He insisted that they did not have combos. The girl and the guy pictured are who I dealt with. This was my first time coming into the restaurant. They were not welcoming.

Parking tight, overpriced, waited on us quickly and bought our drinks out quickly but as for the food it took a long, long, long time to be served and all the magic of the Chinese food and flavors that once was and what bought me to this business is gone. The prices are to high for the quality. I wish we would have gone to panda Express instead. My complains on the food vary from tough and cold to etc.etc. Plus 4 out of a party of 7 got stomach ache and diarrhea immediately. The bill came with the 20 some% tip included ! Items and prices from the online menu are no longer served or honoured and items from the menu that they hand you that are included in the meals are also no longer included. Big disappointment ,will not be returning. One star for the polite server.
