WOW! Who would have thought one of the BEST espresso martini I’ve had would be here!!! Now open till 10:00 on the weekend. Wonderful staff! Cookies and pastries are great. Looking forward to trying the food!
Since there aren't many options available for coffee after 4-PM in Sac....Decided to check out WTC got here 20 min before closing the service and the Cortado ☕️ was GREAT!! Nice chill vibes 👍
My first time here and I was very pleased with the location, service, shop and coffee. There was no wait time, the shop was very clean, and the barista was very friendly and asked the right questions to make sure we ordered the correct drink. The Capuchino and Macha were right on point. It will probably be one of my-go-to next time I am around DOCO.
Very very tasty coffee and drinks. Love the vibe of this place. Would definitely come back again. I got their sparkling lemonade, cold brew, and lattes and they were all very very tasty.
Already love this new location in mid-town. Just as welcoming as the other there locations and first in Sacramento. Positioned on a corner, there is street parking available. Two sides of the shop have lots of widows toward the corner which brightens the inside. People and weather watching is also ideal through those windows. Got the oatmeal here which I really like. The serving sizes, like most places, continue to shrink a bit, but still a solid amount to hit the spot. The flavor is still wonderful with raisins embedded with blueberries and honey adorning the top. Seems this location is a hit as it has steadily been busy with take out and dine in orders. Win!
my group's orders all came out wonderful without a long wait despite it being packed. modern decor and interior, all ingredients are claimed to be sourced locally. their decaf is equally as flavorful as their regular brews. I wish they'd expand the menu more into teas though.
Great coffee, wonderful staff and a cool spot to hangout or do a little work from. Stopped by twice this past week to check out this new coffee shop. Across both visits I got a Cortado to stay and a black coffee to go. Both were delicious and high quality. There is a decent amount of seating, just be prepared to be close to others which might be an adjustment after the past few years. It led to a great conversation for me. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient in their service. In an area with a lot of different coffee shops, it was worth a visit and I'll be back in the future.
They have an amazing selection for pastries if your a fan. Additionally, they now serve wine at this location. Wi-Fi password provided in the pictures for your convenience. If you’re a tea person, check out their large selection. Just ask them for their tea list. Definitely recommend them if your looking for a great study spot or just simply a place to catch up on your reading at.
First time here, I will come back if I have the chance! Barista was so kind and helpful! I enjoyed their (in house) honey lavendar latte, which was flavorful, floral without being too sweet. Well balanced rich roasted beans. Breakfast sandwich came out piping hot (compliment), chibatta perfectly toasted and very fresh, bacon thick and perfectly fried. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole breakfast and experience. I recommend checking it out.
First time here! Excellent flavor selection, great service, and delicious coffee. I tried the cold brew and was delightfully surprised by the balanced taste (not too bitter.)
World Traveler coffee is a delightful destination for coffee enthusiasts. Their pastries are freshly baked and pair perfectly with their rich and flavorful cappuccinos. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The baristas are skilled and friendly, ensuring that each cup is crafted with care. Whether you're a coffee connoisseur or simply looking for a cozy spot to relax, World Traveler coffee is a must-visit.
Great first experience. Immediately honed in on the Mexican mocha and asked about food items and was recommended the lox bagel. Good and coffee was top notch. Definitely coming back for sure!

One of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had served by the sweetest man. Francisco was a delight and did a wonderful job of representing the company, filling us in on how the coffee is roasted here locally and just generally being a delight. Beautiful shop, perfect cup, my husband and I will definitely be back.
I ordered their avocado toast with the side salad and a caramel macchiato. The caramel macchiato was delicious and it came with some adorable leaf art. The baristas were so polite and sociable my friend and I had a wonderful time here.
Can't recommend this spot enough. The coffee is good - but the people are what truly make this a worthwhile haunt. Hannah in particular is a breath of fresh air, attentive and kind. 10/10 recommend the coffee cake.
This is my favorite local coffee spot - folks that work there are kind and willing to support patrons with different ideas around drinks and snacks. Sometimes the pastry case is thin, but the food from the kitchen is always tasty. Love this coffee shop! The Cortado (Gibraltar) consistently hits the spot!

Don't often write reviews. But had to report a delightful experience last week at MIdtown WTCR on 24th st. Baristas friendly and attentive. Decaf Cap actually was very flavorful (I can only drink decaf for health reasons, so it's a welcome surprise when it's actually tasty). But a big shout out to whomever their baker(s) is/are. I love a good scone, but so used to scones that are just thick, tasteless lumps of baked dough at local cafés. But they nailed this tricky pastry. Light and flaky and delicious. The Barista, who as I was leaving specifically asked how I liked the scone (mindreader!), said - after I raved - they don't often make them. Too bad, but does inspire me to go back and give their other pastries a try!
Came by for a quick bite! Two of us ordered: -Breakfast sandwich with bacon (2) $12.50 each: food is good. A bit on the bland side. Felt like it was missing something -Small Honey Lavender Latte $6 -Large Cold brew $6: strong cold brew. Nice and smooth -Pies $6 each: good desserts for a sweet tooth! A bit of seating available. Street parking only.

Great place to hang out or meet someone for a cup of coffee. Their mochas, lattes, etc.., are really good. Their coffee is decent but not excellent; better than Pete's or Starbucks but not Boulevard Coffee or Coffee Quintessence. The atmosphere is top notch and super comfy. I have to give a 4 out of 5 due to the coffee by itself. If you are a coffee company, the taste of your coffee is priority.

EDIT: Went back and wifi kept cutting out every hour. Made my work frustrating. Espresso was good. 1st VISIT: Friendly staff. Great space to work on your laptop. $10 for a drink and a bread. Thai tea is made with powder. Cinnamon muffin was stale or dry. The bathroom for customers was pretty filthy.

I understand keeping the door open on a nice day, but on a cold windy day like today the door being open brought bugs inside and it was freezing. I love the coffee here, but when it’s freezing in the general areas I can’t even study. Additionally some girls working are great, while others seem very inpatient when you’re ordering - even without a line. Waiting for some consistency.

I'm immunocompromised, so I wear a mask to protect myself from getting even more sick. The second I stepped in, I noticed the staff staring at me, and the energy was just... off. I tried to brush it off, but when I got up to order, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude. I placed my order, and the woman behind the counter snapped, “I can’t hear you.” I raised my voice and repeated myself, and again—“I still can’t hear you.” I hesitated, but ended up pulling down my mask just so she could understand me. She laughed and rolled her eyes. I honestly felt unsafe doing that, especially while I’m already vulnerable. There was zero empathy, no effort to meet me halfway—just this dismissive attitude like I was a problem. The whole thing left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I wouldn’t go back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who’s immunocompromised or just expects basic human decency from staff.
