First jalapeño Sonic Burger in five years. Where is the moist juicy jalapeño laden burger I had become accustomed to? All things change in time. 😬 And each store is different. I’ll order extra steam and triple jalapeños next time😄 The franchise was clean. The Staff was helpful and pleasant.

It's a toss-up whether I get sauces I've paid for -- more often than not, I don't. Today I received a hamburger without a patty! Small frustrations, but they do add up over time. Never had any issues with servers, however, and food is usually delivered quickly.

Thought we'd give it a try after our not great last experience. Ordered 2 blasters. Pure ice cream with teeny tiny sprinkle of toppings on top only. How hard is it to throw toppings in ice cream and mix it up? Beyond lazy. Look there is not a lot of restaurants in Salado can't y'all just do the right thing. Give customers what they pay for? Take some pride people!!

In the past couple of years the service has gone down drastically. The last 3 times we’ve been it has been awful. Just now we had to repeat our order for one burger three times and say “no drink” 4 times. When the order came, the fries were cold. Times before we’ve had to change our order multiple times because they were out of menu items. Other times we have gotten home and had incomplete orders. Please get new management or train the employees.

Only reason i am rating a two and not a one is because the gentleman who took my order was actually nice even though he got my order wrong. However, this is the second time that i have gone to this sonic and ordered a french vanilla coffee and it be absolutely disgusting. The first time it tasted like burnt coffee and nothing more, and when i gave it a chance again yesterday it tasted like watered down coffee and I had to just throw it away. It is always a waste of money when i have tried this sonic location and i highly recommend not wasting your time lr money here.

Good service. Ridiculous prices for food portions. Certain part of my anatomy is larger than this pathetic breakfast burrito. And dosent cost $5.29 either.

I understand due to the weather yesterday they were slow as they were very packed. But waiting an hr for my food with no updates like “ sorry we are running behind “ and to be given someone else’s order with my receipt taped to it… and still have the lady read the order back to (I got 5 meals with drinks) yet only hand me ONE BAG !!! When I politely told her it wasn’t my complete order I started digging in the ONE bag… she then states oh that’s not your order I’ll be back… after waiting another 10 mins or soo… she comes back with my order, 2 bags that look like they been to hell and back, like if they were taken out from the recycling bin. She states they have no sodas what would I like, I stated lemonades and one sweet tea as the order originally had would be fine. I requested her for a drink carrier… she comes back and hands me all 5 drinks, I requested it again. Oh I’ll be back… checked the bags while I waited…. Fries were COLD! I went on the speaker stated I was still missing items and if I could get some fresh fries as the ones I just got were cold… the gentleman said oh of course…. 10 minutes later another lady comes out hands me my missing item (Chilli cheese tots) and one small bag with a lg fry that was only filled half way…. The tots were cold! After spending 1.5 hours waiting on my cold food and spending almost 70 bucks on it I finally got to go home! This is the worst experience I’ve had at this location!!!!!!

I never leave bad reviews. But I just drove so long. Used the last money I had for a bacon burger. Get back to hotel and it’s just meat and cheese? And it’s too late to go back. It says bacon burger on the receipt. Like….I’m sorry but what.

Ordered a simple combo meal took 15 plus minutes to get it burger was Luke warm ar best tots were the same. Screens don't work so u can't pay for the meal. Come on owners not that though fix your problems. Serve hot food. Ridiculous!!

This evening a young man by the name of Mason that drives a Chevrolet pickup with a Dominoes Pizza delivery sign decided to pull in with another young lady and cause chaos and harass the employees, myself and every other patron at the restaurant. He was revving his truck, climbing on the roof of the truck as well as the roof of the building and yelling. When the employee asked him to stop he began to scream at her. I told him to stop over compensating and stop harassing service workers. He began a tirade and refused to leave until given what he wanted. The employees gave him his order and he began speeding through the parking lot preventing other patrons from leaving, screaming and revving his truck. At this point I felt no other remedy than calling the police because I couldn’t exit and according to the employees, this is a normal occurrence and management doesn’t feel empowered to ban the young man. Your employees are are working hard and diligently and deserve a safe place to work without fear of reprisal for banning a threat to their safety. During this whole thing the employees handled it professionally but felt they had no power or option in the situation to have him removed. This isn’t ok at any workplace. They don’t just deserve a raise, they deserve hazard duty pay for keeping everyone safe. While this may be their first place to work, it should be building them for their future careers and Sonic would be lucky to continue to have them after such hostility. I’ll change this review when you ban the young man and put policies in place to protect your workers.

Service at the Salado store is poor at best. The food took way too long to get to us, and when it did, it was cold. We were also charged for an extra drink after one had a hole in it, and it took almost 3 minutes to get it out to us. As a current sonic employee, I am disappointed in the service we received, and I could point out many other issues. They need to find a way to resolve these issues and fast.

Ordered and paid for a m&m blast with extra m&ms. The m&m were only at the top. Not even mixed in. Definitely no extra m&ms. I always pay for extra since they never put them past the top but here it didn’t matter what I ordered. Regardless of paying more.
