I’m new to the Salinas area and came across this boba shop. Cashier was very welcoming and service was quick! Ordered a “special drink” called “Dark Flower” on their menu and it was filled with a lot of toppings the espresso taste was a bit faint but it’ was still really yummy. The atmosphere was very cute and bright with plenty of seating. I will definitely visiting this spot regularly

My daughter loves their coffee flavored Boba, as well as the Taro (Poi), and Horchata. But they have like 40 different flavors, so you may d find d your own favorite. Definitely worth checking out.

Great customer service, I went in today was greeted with a smile. The lady at the register was patient, and courteous. Even as she was training, a team member, she still managed to provide great customer service. I ordered the crepes with strawberry and Nutella. They were delicious, I definitely recommend this place.

Workers were friendly, my drink was really good, the music that was playing put me in a good mood, and everything was clean. The holiday decorations are so cute and made my experience 10 times better.

The waffle took too long to be ready and the hazelnut gelato does not taste like hazelnut.The mango boba drink was great though!

Really good blended Thai tea and Taro with boba but have to ask for extra sweet otherwise the taste is diluted and not satisfactory.

Their drinks are always good. Today on our visit we waited about 30 minutes because they were desperately short-handed.

The food and drinks are pretty good although it was kind of awkward when ordering since the lady at the register was giving weird glares

They seem to always NEVER have the bubble waffles. They should just take them down from the menu at this point.

I like the drinks but they never seem to get my order right. As a person who is lactose intolerant it very important they get it right and I want to say 6/10 times they give me the wrong order. Also when I bring it up they give me major attitude. I like going here but if imma keep getting stomach aches and nausea it’s not worth it. Seeing as how the drinks aren’t cheap either, I think I deserve to get what I asked for. And don’t get me started on the bugs flying around the frozen yogurt which makes it super unappetizing.

They took so long to make my drinks. The last 2 times I've been there my drinks have tasted really watered down. Not worth $5

Stores says that they are opened at 10am but is never actually opened at this time. They should change the Google site and the signs to 11am instead.

Now I see them not care when they hand them out and most of the time forget to add the extra whipped cream that I asked. This whole place is very unsanitary to theres flies flying everywhere and they never bother to clean the floor.

Ordered 2 vanilla bean ice blends....no flavor whatsoever...worst drinks I've ever received there....must have been a new person. Didn't taste it til I got home, they don't answer the phone to see if they can make me new ones

Bobas good but the employees do not meet the guest service standards at all.

Customer service was okay, but the tables and chairs were sticky and when we got the drinks we could barely drink them. The boba was all clumped together and the teas were very watered down

I loved this place & i go often I went today they got a new employee & he got my order wrong when I told him about it he said he had repeated me my order which he didn’t i wanted my drink done right & he said I had to wait because there was orders ahead of me but why should I wait when he got my order wrong😤 & I wanted a refund and he refused verry poor costumer service.If the manager sees this he needs to get FIERD I don’t his name because he refused to give me his name.

Worst experience I’ve been waiting for 30 min and no sign I have now gone to a store and bathroom and they haven’t even started they just talk and the people here have been wispering how there not making it ....it’s sucha shame the co worker are litterly going to the back and dissipereng instead of making the drinks hopefully you guys fix this🤦‍♀️

Usually my favorite place to get boba becsuse of how well blended the ice is, not so much on my recent purchase. Blended boba was me trying to swallow uncomfortably large ice chunks not blend well into the milk tea that i ended up with flavorless ice. Sorry but.. I ordered blended boba not a raspado ...

Walked in Tuesday 11/8/18 around 12PM and saw one customer waiting for their crepe (I'm assuming) since there were 2 employees making crepes (one looked to be training). Was looking at the menu to find what to order and waiting for them to finish and acknowledge me/greet me. Waited a few minutes and one of them finally walked up to me and said they were actually closed. I was confused and just shrugged it off and left as I did not see any sign stating hours. Later looked online it said they open at 10AM... sooooo 🤷‍♀️ Also past few times I've gone their boba tastes like water. 🤮

Place used to be decent when it was initially opend but its really gone down the dumps. Tables and floors are always dirty. They only have like 8 ice cream flavors and they are always melty looking. Dont get any of the tea flavors over ice they are horrible.

I go get crepes at least every two days. The first few times they were good but after a couple of times they are either burnt, cold, or dry. It seems to me like they leave then on the hot plate for longer time than necessary for them to dry up. They also ALWAYS get my order wrong. I ask for no bananas and EVERYTIME I get banana slices.
