Fabulous shrimp teriyaki. I've never received so many pieces of shrimp in one plate/bowl (compared to the other popular Asian eatery in the food court). The shrimp, veggies, and rice, were deliciously fresh and tasty. This will definitely be my go-to when I visit the mall.

To be honest the food is real good their service is amazing they're very polite although they speak Spanish not many people my under but they are also trying to better there English.The atmosphere is okay sometimes it gets pretty loud

It's delicious. Greasy, but yummy and I like that they make it when you order it! Piping hot teriyaki chicken with soba noodles were sweet and delicious!

My friends and I used to come here either just for the food or on the way to the movies. This place is amazing, definitely the best Sarku chain that I have been to and I have been to three. They have sriracha which not every chain has, unfortunately. Get the Double Chicken and Shrimp Teriyaki!

The food is really good here. If this is your first time eating here I recommend getting the teriyaki chicken double meat with extra sauce. Trust me you won’t regret it.

I was very surprised with the quality of the food for a restaurant in the mall. I've eaten there a few times now, and each time the food has been delicious. The Chicken Teriyaki is what I usually have, and I think it's some of the best I've ever had. I also enjoyed some of the sushi that they had available.

The dumplings and spring rolls are pretty good and at a decent price, but the sushi was absolutely terrible. Never understand what "fishy" sushi was until this place. I could only power through two pieces before I decided to just throw it away.

The food was slimy and not seasoned well, my boyfriend and I got about five bites in and we both felt sick instantly. The "california" roll looks nothing like the photos and tastes worse than gas station sushi. For $30, not worth it. You're better off going literally anywhere else in the mall.

Disgusting. Never understood the long lines. Food is dry and flavorless not enough sriracha or soy sauce can help it. Mostly a non Asian customer base so they don't have as much standards. Not worth the money!

The food here has really gone down. The vegetables where hard not steamed but hard and tasted like dirt The rice was hard and super salty berly gave us any chicken. Man this is such a disappointment this used to be go to place. Dumplings arrived with a wierd smell .

This used to be my favorite place to pick up food. Though I was greatly disappointed in my last visit. They weren't busy, and their was just one person behind me. I ordered the Terri chicken with half rice and half noodles with veggies (and asked for 3 extra sides of chicken and also an order of tempura shrimp) after driving all the way back home, and open the plate to find barely a normal order of chicken and they never even gave me the tempura shrimp I paid for too. And to try and call to advise them forget it, they never answer! So here I was disappointed and also now felt ripped off for paying for items i never received..

So everyday I go to the gym I get the normal plate with white rice and chicken it has always been nice, but today I go and they have "Scales" to start weighing the food I guess. I got my food and yup as I figured starting to skimp the portions It was so funny to see the scales out in public. Nothing against the cooks it's always good but Its funny the prices go up but the portions go down. Gonna learn how to make it my self it was nice knowing ya. I'm sure who I saw was the owner with his phone doing calculations lol sad

God forbid they made a mistake to your order or you request additional of something you paid extra for... they get rude and loud about it. The food is not worth their humiliation!!! Many times these grown "men" act like teenaged looking ridiculous. Bad impressions.

If you purchase extra meat they will give you the same amount of meat as they would if you didn’t buy extra such a rip off they are so stingy panda serves better
