This is the only location that I go to because they can do a poached egg exactly like I like it. I don't eat fried or scramble eggs. I like that mgmt. goes to each table to see if everything is okay with your order and you as well. Excellent and friendly customer service. I always get the 55+ meals.

Last minute shift. Long line at another restaurant, so decided to go to IHOP. Walked in. Maître d' asked size of our party. We said 2. Maître d' said right this way as we walked to our booth seat. As we were just about to sit, the waitress introduced herself. Very pleasant. She handed us our menus. She quickly took our drink requests and brought them to the table very quickly. She was very helpful and even let us know of the special "All You Can Eat Pancakes", which was a better buy. I asked about Grits, but she said they are no longer on the menu. I then pointed to the menu to show her what I wanted from the picture because I did not know the name of the item. She verified what I wanted. I also added a side of hash browns. She repeated the entire order and quickly took it to the chef. I was able to go to the restroom. It was clean. I made it back to my seat. It was a very short wait before the food was brought to the table. Everything was hot and fresh. She even brought warm syrup. I prefer Butter Pecan Syrup and Blueberry Syrup. She quickly brought plenty of both syrups to the table. Everything tasted great. I have a large appetite, so the special "All You Can Eat Pancakes" was great. Each round of Pancakes is served by twos. I ended up ordering 3 rounds. By the time I finished my 5th of 6 Pancakes, I had no more room. At that time, the waitress brought the receipt. Great price for the amount of food. I asked the waitress for a To-go cup and container, and she quickly brought it. I then realized I needed 2 lids for my Syrups. She quickly brought them. Great food. Great service. This is 1 of the best IHOP experiences I have ever had.

Us night shift workers don’t have much options when it comes to eating out after work since all restaurants remain closed before 6am and after 11pm. My wife and I both had the omelette. They were delicious and serving size was very generous. Server Edith was friendly and service was very good.

IHOP is such a great restaurant if you enjoy breakfast food. I always get the chicken and waffles and let me tell you, it is delicious every time! The pancakes here are also very good, definitely in the top 3 pancakes I have ever consumed! I would recommend getting the chicken and waffles but if that isn’t your thing then they have wonderful pancakes and the biscuits look so amazing, I haven’t gotten the biscuits before but they look wonderful. Go here next time you want some great breakfast food!

Took my family to IHOP on I20 recently and was really very pleasantly surprised. Our server was Keiko and she was truly fantastic, well beyond what I expected. She was kind, friendly and attentive beyond my expectations. We will be back.

Lorena was truly amazing! Ughh so I asked for coffee, and I wanted French Vanilla creamer. I was informed that there wasn’t anymore, I took what she gave and when I had asked for me creamer I had (force of habit) asked for for French Vanilla creamer again In to which she walked around the restaurant and found a few from unoccupied tables and gave them to me. Truly wonderful like she really didn’t have to do that and she did. It’s stuff like that, the small stuff that she really did NOT have to do. That I truly appreciate. Haven't been here for a while. Everything was delicious. I was a little disappointed in the bill. It did seem a bit inflated. 😳 charging $4 for a large apple juice for a 4yr old child's little cup of juice for instance (pictured). 🤷‍♀️ I'm not much of a complaining person so it is what it is. We'll know better next time. Our server was great. Food was delicious.

We decided to come out to I-Hop tonight after a long day of work and running errands. We haven’t been in a while let alone this late (10 PM) with our youngest baby. We came right in an got immediate attention and were greeted and sat within seconds! Our drink order was taken and we were able to order asap! We had exceptional service and I just want to thank our waitress! She was so sweet , caring , professional and made sure all of our needs were met. The food was great and no mistakes were made! Update 10-24!! Same great service!!! General manager Monica and Melissa @ IHOP #1432 and her team have such high morale. When I entered I was greeted by the team with a smile I might add. I observed other team members walking by smiling. Jackie was my waitress. She was great! I ordered the steak tip meal. The steak is sauteed in onions and mushrooms. It comes with eggs, hash browns and 2 pancakes. Everything a growing boy needs to stay fluffy. Lol. The staff is made up of young and older team members. I get my vehicle serviced near this location. The next time I visit I will update my review with any new findings. Good job IHOP on this location. It appears as if you have a strong team and leadership!

After not going to Ihop for over a year because of bad service. My granddaughter, a friend, and I were there on Sunday. I love that this time there wasn't a huge waiting line so that was a good start. Secondly, we ordered our drinks and the waitress dropped them right on the corner of our table, gettimg the chair next to me wet, my ourse and my feet. Keep in mind the restaurant was not busy, yet, so I'm not sure if she was nervous or just careless. We continued to order, after ordering the waitress brought us the order that went to another table, not ours food, so that had gotten weird already. Just to many things back to back happening so our breakfast conversation was very uncomfortable and we had to cautious every time the waitress got near our table. Food was good, we ordered the sirloin tips, eggs, bacon, pancakes, and a waffle. All was good but I washed they offered a different way of ordering the sirloin tips, besides well done. Overall, I might go back, specially if my granddaughter insist on having pancakes. 😁

Very good breakfast. I very much recommend coming here they have a wide variety of food and a very great welcoming environment for all families to enjoy.

Its been a It's been a while since I visited this location. First time trying the T bone, to my surprise it was good it had flavor and was soft. I like the french toast but they have changed the toast in all the IHOP they only serve the big piece of toast. I was hoping that they were still serving the small toast, for some reason I find them tastier. I really like the Strawberry lemonade.

Food was standard for an IHOP. Nothing amazing, but not bad. Our waitress was so sweet. I ordered a Dr. Pepper, and she searched for awhile to try and find more for the machine before she told me they were out. I wish I remembered her name! It was a late when we went, and she took good care of us. I would return to this location!

this is by far the busiest IHOP I have ever been to although it is the closest one within range to my house I’d rather travel further distance to find something less busy. Unfortunately the waiter we had or server. kept messing up the order, but that can happen with so busy. But one thing they should do is before they put the plate down on the table ask and make sure if it even belongs to that table? because she put a whole plate down on my table and when I realize it wasn’t my food, I had already touched the plate and I know how certain people are with other people handling other people too unless you are the worker but she directly gave it to the table across from us and apologize without them, knowing but enough for the bad stuff I recommend whatever this is called in the picture it’s super sweet, but it’s satisfied my pregnancy craving

We went here after we had a terrible experience at the GP IHOP. From the minute we walked in, every employee was very kind and attentive. We had prompt service and our waitress Gabby was great!!

Been going here most Wednesdays for the past 7 years. Friendly service, plus there's an older couple that has been coming just as long and we've gotten to know each other well.

IHOP is always a treat. We enjoyed strawberry pancakes and scrambled eggs. The bathrooms and floors under the tables could use a good scrubbing.

We went at 9am on Sunday. There was no wait. We were seated immediately and our waitress came right over send introduced herself, asked how we were doing and got our beverages. The food came out without a long wait. It was hot and everything was as ordered. She was attentive and checked on us. Food and service was great. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking. Bathroom was clean. I would come here again.

This IHOP location is a solid 3 star food quality with a 5 star service experience. Hence the 4 star rating: OVERALL: if you understand you come to IHOP for the diner experience with loved ones and understand you are paying for that experience, and accept that the food and its basic quality is and added plus and not gourmet, then you should be fine. FOOD: burgers were ok, my kids didn’t mind them. The double blueberry pancakes (4 pancakes, topped with “extra” blueberry sauce and whipped cream) however, were a perfect storm between dry and perhaps stale pancakes topped with a sparingly amount of blueberry sauce. Attempting to fix the taste with some syrup didn’t really help. These $11-12 pancakes are really worth $6-7, if at much. SERVICE: amazing service. Even when one of my kids had a small tantrum and cried out for about 5-10 seconds. Provided us with extra crayons and was always checking in on us. Perhaps the only slight was we were brought the receipt before we were sort of done, which you get the hint they want you out soon. Anyway, minor blemish, doesn’t take away from the service.

I'm a huge fan of Hash Browns, but I do not recommend eating them in IHOP. They are on the soggier side rather than crunchy, but if you love them on the soft side, then order it! Also, I don't recommend the "Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Pancake", it tastes more like a crumbly bread brownie rather than a pancake. I love chocolate, but these pancakes weren't what I was expecting. The Plain Pancakes were more satisfying and delicious. I will advise you to pick the other pancakes offered in the menu. In the end, the remaining food, such as the bacon, eggs, french fries, and such, are delicious and filling! I highly recommend coming for a fast and great meal! 🥞

We went to IHOP with the family and the experience was mixed. One of the pancakes was raw on the inside, which was disappointing. Also, my chicken sandwich wasn’t good—it lacked flavor and didn’t seem very fresh. On the other hand, the waitress gave excellent service: very attentive and friendly throughout our visit. My kids really enjoyed their food, so that was a positive point. Overall, there are things that need improvement in the kitchen, but the great service and family-friendly atmosphere made the visit not entirely bad.

IHOP HAS LITERALLY LOST THEIR FREAKING MINDS. NEW YORK CHEESECAKE PANCAKES WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS TWO SAUSAGE TWO BACONS AND A COFFEE AND MY WIFE HAD CHICKEN AND WAFFLES AND WITH THE TOTAL CAME UP I KID YOU NOT $47 AT IHOP THAT'S CRAZY THIS MEAL USED TO CALL SAYS NO MORE THAN 27 BUCKS THIS IS CRAZY.

My family and I came Thursday night and had a wonderful experience only because of one of the employees Ciaralynn. she had amazing service and always had a smile on her face she made sure we were well taken care of! This store is always out of certain food or condiments! I also ordered an omelette and the omelette was warm almost cold that the cheese on top did not melt. When it was time to check out I asked for a manager it took the manager approximately 10 mins to come see what the issue was about. HORRIBLE!

I'm going to go out on a long to say the waitress was new, or maybe she was sleepy. Bless her heart she got 75% of the order wrong, she couldn't get the tickets right, and finally gave up and said "Just go up to the front. They'll get you right".

Don't come very often, but on this & the last visit, the waitresses were super nice and attentive. Last time I came, it was around 1 am (I work nights) and I forget that younger people come here in various stages of drunkness. They were short staffed (like the rest of the world), busy and there were at least 6 plates under the warming lights, waiting to go out. Even with a lively young crowd, I was waited on quickly & my order taken. I ordered the Spicy Poblano omelet with toast and really enjoyed it. It had lots of good roast beef in it and was surprisingly flavorful. Like really good. Checkout was quick. Tipped my waitress VERY well and she didn't seem to notice that she got far more than 20%. Fast forward to now, ordered the Spicey Poblano omelet again, with hash browns. I asked that the hash browns be crispy on both sides - they were more like soft baked hash browns. The omelet was disappointing this time. Hardly roast beef in it and absolutely not as tasty. Really disappointed because I got up at 05:30 to eat that, looking so forward to it. Coffee is always plentiful and good - a bonus. Waitress so very nice and attentive this time as well. Restaurant basically empty, so food came out very quickly. By the way, the Spicey Poblano omelet, coffee, plus extra serrano peppers ($1.50 for like 8 thin slices) cost me a bit over $20.

Very disappointed. We visit this location 3 time. The service was always substandard. Food quality varied. Servers talking loud and arguing that could be heard in the dinning room. Long wait on food. Management not in control. Not happy. Not going back.

Girl at the counter was rude and continued asking everyone she checked out for a tip then I ordered the breakfast crepes the one with egg and bacon and stuff in it and I received 4 folded soggy just plain crepes nothing with them I paid $13 for food that is just bread because I was charged for the other that I ordered

We go regularly to different IHops, and ppl and service is always good. Unfortunately this time, 7/02/25 at 10:45am was awful. A family of three entered in front of us, and sat at the waiting area as we did too. We were a party of 4. There was no one at the podium so we waited sitting down. Then after 3 mins a party of 2 showed up and went to the podium, then the hostess appeared. The hostess just saw the two ppl and tried to sat them, but we and the other party before us tried to tell her that we got there first. We didn't get no luck. The party of three after seeing this left because of this. We stand up, then the manager Melissa, appeared to sit the next party so if we have not speak up she was gonna sit someone else. So the main point is that the manager should teach the hostess to ask who was next if she sees a lot of ppl waiting. Plus manager had an attitude, she seems like she was mad or tired idk butanager always have to be smiling trying to help every customer. I am a manager at a restaurant and I can tell you that is the first thing we need to do greet with a smile every single customer. Service at the table was GREAT! JOSE WAS AWESOME! AND HE KNOWS HOW TO TREAT PPL. I BET HE COULD BE A GOOD EXAMPLE.

Well I'll tell you , don't try and do a To Go order, they won't take them online or over the phone. You have to physically drive to the store, order in person, then sit there and wait for them to make it. Whoever runs this store has no concept of customer service at all. And then when you do the order in person, the order still comes out wrong. Things like this are why I really do not go to Ihop anymore. The food is not that good, the service sucks and the leadership doesn't know what they are doing. They actresses was polite and did her job well, it was not her fault. Just bad leadership.

I ordered a Veg Omelette. When she brought it to our table it looked like is had fallen of the plate and put back in it. The omelette was shoved to one corner of the plate and mushrooms scattered all over the dirty looking plate and a short hair on it. The waitress went to the office to get the manager but he never showed up! We go there almost every week sometimes in a group of eight or ten friends, but no more…

I ordered some food to go a waffle pancakes eggs ham and an omelet. The manager insisted I get a combo for the eggs ham and pancakes and a biscuit. I didn't wanna argue so I agreed. He proceeded to add gravy to my order even when I told him no gravy. He took it off gave me my total $38.69, and told me he needed 15 minutes....cool. I came back checked my food with him telling me it was all there and noticed I didnt get my waffle. I asked him about it and he argued me down saying I didn't ask for waffle but pancakes on both orders. Not wanting to be difficult I accepted my order as correct (my mistake) and drove home. Ince there the order was almost completely wrong no hash browns no eggs omelette was cold. Not returning to this restaurant nope nope nope...wasted almost 40$

I had a terrible time, the waitress who served us played on her phone in the corner as well as half the employees in the kitchen. When we got drinks I asked for sweet tea and received unsweet tea. My friend got brown red velvet pancakes With no frosting or anything on top. Just plain brown red velvet pancakes. He also was supposed to receive 2 eggs, 2 sausage, and 2 bacon but he only received one of each. He also got cold and hard hash browns. My "food" (the picture) as you can see didn't even have cooked cheese. It was only warm from the food underneath it. What were we to do ask them to remake it? If we did I'm sure we would have had our food spit in. Im sure as hell never going back. This review is about as unorganized as the staff, who might i add, had no problem with screaming out cuss words like it was counting to 10. I'm so disoppinted.

Worst IHOP Experience Ever – Never Again! I usually don't leave reviews, but this experience was just unacceptable. This was by far the worst service I've ever received at any restaurant. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with indifference and rudeness. We waited far too long to be seated, and once we finally sat down, it took forever for someone to take our order. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, poorly prepared, and missing items we specifically asked for. We tried to politely speak to the server, but they acted like they didn’t care at all. No apology, no solution, just attitude. The manager was no help either — completely dismissive. IHOP is supposed to be a place for families and good comfort food, but this location clearly doesn’t care about customers. We left disappointed, hungry, and frustrated. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! My husband and I went to this location for lunch before I had to go home to get some sleep before work. We’ve been to this location many times in the past and the service was great. NOT THIS TIME! There were hardly any customers so we were seated right away. However, we sat in our booth for almost ten minutes and no one ever acknowledged us. No water, no ‘I’ll be with you in just a moment.’ When we asked to speak with a manager, she couldn’t have cared less! If they were crowded we could understand but it was empty! I guess they didn’t want our money today, or ever again.

I have many things to say i dont know where to even start. I stopped going when i went into the restaurant and was told they had no pancakes!!! Ihop, literally call themselves the INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES. PANCAKES, its in your name. How do you run out of pancakes at a pancake house? Thats when i decided to not come back, its been a few months and decided to revisit because Ive been coming to this Ihop for years. I came back only to figure out that things have gotten worse than when i was coming before and lately it has been an extremely horrid experience. A few weeks ago i went and they ran out of steak tips. How do you run out of steak tips when its one of the most requested items in the menu? Its been happening for several weeks now. This isnt the first time i go and they dont have them. For this just remove them from the menu in its entirety. I went again and was told they didnt have coffee. How in the world does a breakfast place run out of coffee?? Im trying to understand how a restaurant that is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year is "out of stock" on their main items?????? Anyways, Ihop truly lost me as a customer forever when i witnessed the worse thing a dining customer could ever witness. I visited ihop on Tuesday Sept. 16 and there was a man in a long sleeve blue shirt with white little dots who was walking all around the restaurant and then he went into the area where the servers grab the food from the cooks, he reached in what seems to be some type of refridgerator or cooler and pulled out a bucket that contained some fruit in it. That wasnt the issue. The issue was that he pointed out a label the fruit container had and he told im guessing the manager on duty to change the label FOR THE EXPIRED FOOD INSTEAD OF THROWING IT OUT. That is not only disgusting but it is also unethical on his behalf and it not only tarnishes the integrity of the food but it can and will make diners extremley sick. Upon witnessing this i know that if he does that with the fruit, he is also doing it with other foods they have stored. This just lets me know that he is willing to put in jeoporady the health of ihops customers just to save a buck on food cost and that is not something im willing to stay quiet about. I learned his name is David Martinez and he is the District Manager. Knowing this, i can only imagine how many stores he has under his care and is operating in the same way. Ive already told my close friends and family who visit this ihop not to go because of the expired food being kept instead of thrown out. I will also make sure i find out what other stores he is looking over to also notify everyone. I dont want any of them getting sick. Ive worked in restaurants all my life. Ive taken tests to learn about how to properly store food and what i witnessed him doing is not in any of the food handling trainings. Im sure it hasnt changed. So whoever owns Ihop just now that this indivudual who is your district manager David Martinez is not following proper food handling protocol. Ihop you have disappointed me with the people you have running and managing your stores. Id give a zero star but google wont let me. Ihop do better

Waited 15 minutes to be seated and I was the only one at the front counter and then another 15 minutes without talking to a server.There was no more than 20 customers in the restaurant.I end up leaving without ordering

I ordered eggs over medium and ice water with my meal. I received neither. After asking for eggs again the waiter brought my eggs. I tested them. They were runny. I told him they were not medium. He proceeded to argue with me for 5 minutes saying that they were medium. I said that I didn't like them and wanted to send them back.. He continued to argue with me instructing me that I need to order medium well next time. I said there is no such thing. He said I've been doing this for 26 years. He eventually took them back. The manager then brought me eggs. But they were hard fried. I told her that She explained what he said about ordering correctly next time and to order medium well. I asked her to just take them off my bill. She did. She also took off my coffee.

Over worked and rude Staff. Placed an order over the phone arrived after the agreed time. 3 staff members say the order isn't in. They go back and checked, confirmed again. Its not there. Decided to sit in. And someone walks over and asks if the order was placed and brings out a bag of food looking all sloppy and fallen over. The staff wants to know if we want to place a new order or bring out whats there in the bag. 🙄 Explained what happened to the manager and placed a new order. The guy at the register starts yelling and pointing at me creates a scene and walks out. Stacey was the only nice person along with the lady manager Marty !! Food was awesome as usual But staff needs better training.

Our waitress was so rude. She’d ask a question and walk off immediately after. She made two mistakes with our order and expected us to still pay for it along with what we actually wanted. She was not willing to listen just rude overall.

Went in around 10:20, we were one of 3 groups waiting in the lobby. Restaurant was maybe 1/3 full. We walked out at about 11:00 with no one having come to the host stand and at least 4 groups having walked out after their meal.

I placed an order online and they submitted an item without me knowing. I called and spoke to the manager and she gave me a remake. On the a couple weeks later. I called in my remake order and found that the manager didn't put the whole order for remake, so I tried to add on what wasn't put on and was told they couldn't take orders over the phone. So I go in to pick up the order and they see super nice. But they were seating a group in front of me and a man walked in after me. They totally looked over me and helped the man. Definitely wont be getting anything from this place again..

Meal took too long and was cold comming out. Tried to talk to management she brushed us off and had server mediate our complaints

So me and my friends came in at 1:24AM and the restaurant was pretty empty like 3-6 people plus 4 of us, we got a table things seemed to be going well we got our drinks fast then we ordered our food at 1:36AM the lady said 10-15mins and itll be right out so we waited and didn’t complain then we started to get impatient since it was 2:40AM and mind you none of us got our food yet then we decided to ask where our food is we didn’t order nothing big just basic full stack of pancakes and nothing else it took 1 hour and a half to get our food im really disappointed since my friend had to be home at 2:30AM and now I can’t go out with my friend for 5 weeks because of this I am really really disappointed about this DO BETTER.

Came here for new years for my first mea, places was livley not alot of people which was great there was cops in the line as well as another family. We waited 20 min before they even got out names. After another 10 min we left because they would not sit anyone down. Instead they served some teenagers that walked in and sat down. Would not come back or roccomend. Ihop cant even get it right 1st day of the new year

They wouldn't even serve the COPS here – what a joke. We drove 15 minutes to this IHOP after the first one we tried was packed. Walked in and there were literally only two tables with people eating, but like 10 of us standing around waiting – including two police officers in uniform and a family of six that got there before us. Stood there for over 30 minutes and nobody said a word to us. Finally the cops asked what was going on, the owner comes out, takes their names, and says “10 more minutes, you’re next.” Not even five minutes later, a big group of eight walks in, goes straight past everybody waiting, sits down at an empty booth like they own the place, and the server runs over with waters and starts taking their order. Meanwhile the rest of us are still just standing there like idiots. The family in front of us was pissed, the cops got a call and had to leave without ever getting seated, and after almost an hour of this nonsense we just walked out too. I’ve never seen anything this ridiculous at an IHOP. Prioritizing people who cut the line over customers (and cops!) who’ve been waiting forever is insane. Management clearly doesn’t care. Zero stars if I could, we won’t be back.

I had the worst experience ever KIMBERLY at first was a good server and then she was falling asleep on us, forget what we ordered and then took over 30 ish minutes on our order and said the machine wasn’t working we understood and still stayed. Then we we are paying out she doesn’t know who’s order is who and is FALLING ASLEEP again I tried to be understanding till she said my friend bill was $39 and my friend only had pancakes combo and a drink that’s when I lost it the girl was on something

Cannot comment on the food. After waiting 30 minutes, still no food ready. Easy orders, just the eggs and pancakes. We decided to leave, but still got charged for the coffees we had during the wait. Server was pleasant, it wasn't her fault. Found out the manager was the only one cooking.

Went here yesterday with a group of friends including my fiance around 10-11 pm. Lady behind us got served right away. Waitress brought us our food and it looked like it was sitting out for sometime. Pancakes were soggy and it just did not taste right. We immediately knew something was off. Despite the food being left out we still ate because we were hungry. Biggest regret of that night, I ended up throwing up the following morning with a headache. All friends have complaints of nausea including my fiance. Nearly missed work due to feeling ill. Never going to this location again. One of our friends did say they saw one of the lady’s adjusting her clothing near her Crotch area.
