Possibly the best coffee in San Antonio. The pistachio is my favorite, but they know what they’re doing with all of it. No burnt taste covered up by too much sugar. Start here, enjoy your coffee, then shop at lovely Huebner Oaks. You won’t spend a better day.

This is probably one of the best coffee shops I've ever been to in my life yet alone in San Antonio. They have amazing flavor and they really care about making your drink right that they will instantly remake it if you don't like it. I don't think I've ever had a bad drink here and they have fresh delicious pastries as well. All the syrups are made in house and delicious! The owner and the staff are very nice. They should open another one! My favorites in no particular order are their cookie butter latte, butterscotch latte, banana latte, And the green matcha latte

We had such an amazing experience. Jamal was incredible, made us feel comfortable about our drinks since he mentioned how we can ask for them to personalize it if it doesn't fit our tastes. The vibes, the staff and the service was great, one of the best coffees I tried too, 100% recommend this place🫶🏻

First time visiting this coffee shop and fell in love! Already can’t wait to go back next weekend to try another flavor latte. This spot is so aesthetically pleasing- love the accent walls and plants! The coffee was AMAZING! We had the Horchata latte and vanilla honey latte as well as a berry danish. Staff were so friendly, helpful, patient and gave me a sample of the horchata milk to try! There was a long line which was a sign of how amazing this place is, line moved quickly. Update- We have been back multiple times and have tried so many different hot and cold lattes and they are all delicious! The line continues to grow each time we visit which is a blessing for their business!

Number One best coffee shop in SA! ❤️😊😁❤️ Best service. I accidentally ordered my drink iced, but wanted hot. They remade it. They are so nice and the coffee is the best quality. So good. The staff is the best! I got the salted butterscotch latte, so good!

Early Bird Coffee has put down roots after years of slinging top-tier espresso out of their food truck by REI. Now with a very cool new setup that fits them perfectly. Huebner Oaks Center has had its highs and lows, but with iconic brands like REI, Old Navy, and now Trader Joe’s having just opened, I expect this place to be hopping! Early Bird Coffee is tucked in the back with lots of free, easy parking, chill patio, and a clean modern vibe inside that feels both Euro and San Antonio at the same time. The baristas know their craft… the cappuccino was smooth and not too wet out to dry. The blueberry scone hit that sweet spot (literally): just enough flavor, not a sugar bomb. Staff is super friendly, service is quick, and they even brought my order right to the table. It’s awesome to see them land in a spot that feels like home. Early Bird’s officially my go-to coffee fix in northwest San Antonio.

We first tried this place a couple of months ago, and CANNOT stop coming. The service here is amazing, they always ask if you like your drink and offer to add anything you’d like to make it how you’d want it. Super kind staff, amazing coffee and matcha. My favorite is the lavender matcha, and we also love how strong the lattes are here!

Lovely coffee shop with an amazing selection, I knew I wanted to try the strawberry match latte with horchata milk and the cinnamon croissant. My friend got the regular matcha latte and a cinnamon roll. The order came out quickly and we stayed for hours chatting and working.i would go there daily if I could just to try the entire menu. Highly recommend it!

They have some great selection, the drinks that I ordered were the mixed berry Matcha and a horchata chai and they were great. The mixed berry Matcha was so interesting cause the hits of the berry and it had a great balance of sweet and earthy flavors. I ordered 2 danishes, an egg and berry danish the egg danish was seasoned quite well, it was a little heavy on the seasoning but great flavor none the less, and the berry was just the right amount of sweet with the flavor of the bread. :) Was a little pricy but the sizes and flavors were worth it. Love to try more stuff on their menu next time.

Very cute coffee shop. It was our first time there and it was busy, but they service was amazing and fast. The staff were friendly and made you feel welcomed. The vibes were great. We had an iced pistachio latte, iced hazelnut latte along with a chocolate croissant and a berry cream danish.

Great place for high quality bright green Matcha. Flavors were perfectly balanced and smooth. I got the matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla syrup. First sip and “a whole new world!” song started playing 😂 my husband got the strawberry matcha with horchata milk and he loved it so much too! 1000 out of 10! We need one in Boerne!

Want REAL coffee made well... GO HERE! Great pastries. Fantastic coffee made exceptionally well. I watched them measure, weigh and tamp down their espresso... They know what they're doing. And they expect you to let them know if you're not happy with your drink because they'll fix it. So...a REAL COFFEE SHOP. I will go out of my way to go here because the experience is just so enjoyable. Inside and outside seating. Very popular place, but they make the drinks quick. You won't wait that long. Worth the wait, regardless. They have all the milks. Kind and appreciative staff. Two unisex bathrooms. Check them out. Best in the area.

What a sweet coffee shop! Love the ambiance and the touches of pink everywhere ...reminds me of a modern Italian coffeehouse. Lots of seating inside and outside plus the outside has umbrellas and lots of shade. We ordered a caramel and vanilla latte and a Chocolate Cake roissant and Berry Danish. Delish! Attention to detail is where it's at at this place:)

Had a great experience at Early Bird this morning! My friends and I were visiting the area on vacation and decided to stop in, and I’m so glad we did. The service was incredible from the moment we walked in. The staff gave us great recommendations for their popular coffees and matchas, and everything we tried was absolutely amazing. I had the horchata latte and it was delicious. We also tried the honey mango matcha, honeycomb matcha, strawberry matcha, vanilla matcha, and lavender matcha. Every single one was a 10/10! The location was so cute too. I only wish we lived closer so I could be a regular. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I can’t rave enough about this shop. I’ve been going here for years. Their matcha is sublime and pairs well with every flavor I’ve tried. The owner and their workers truly care about the drinks they’re producing and the community. They make suggestions to improve your drinks and it’s never failed to do so. Side note: It’s a true testament to how wonderful early bird is as when their AC was out a few weeks ago, there was STILL a ten-person line and packed shop on a san antonio summer afternoon. Always worth the wait and the drive🤍

The presentation was beautiful, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The coffee shop also offers a great selection of beverages, as seen on their well-organized menu board. The iced coffee I had was refreshing and complemented the dessert perfectly. The seating area is comfortable, with patrons enjoying conversations or working on laptops, making it a great spot for both relaxation and productivity.
