I’ve honestly been coming here for over 2 years now. It quickly became my go to spot for Drinks/Food, vibes and overall a friendly great Staff/Management. Staff behind the bar care about the drinks they put out and Management appreciates feedback, what more could you ask for. There’s plenty of coffee spots in SA but there’s only one TANDEM, and you’ll definitely see why when you visit here and why I keep coming back.

Great spot to relax and grab a drink or a quick bite. Tandem offers coffee, beer as well as sandwiches, sweets and more. Great place to come with your kids and pets as there is plenty of outdoor seating. Service is always great and friendly!

Small business that is doing a great job! The two owners help with set up, breakdown, are always there to help their vendors when there’s vendor markets or really those that need a help. For karaoke they show support to towards that vendor and always allow people to continue to grow their own businesses while there. The coffee is one of my favorites but the best in my opinion is Como La Flor - they make homemade syrups which is another thing that makes this place special, they share local art - and that goes straight to the artist. Truly an amazing business model that builds community and passion- if you haven’t been then you need to go!

Stopped in to grab a Mexican vanilla latte. Really good. They have way more on the menu than coffee. Will definitely go back to try some food. Really cool indoor and outdoor space, and they have various types of live entertainment. Great service.

First time at this coffee shop.Nice,relaxed atmosphere. Great service,young lady at shop was very kind and helpful. Had to drag my family out after two hours of hanging out,playing table games and enjoying awesome coffee, and cold beer... Grilled PB&J was delicious!!

Ana Bruja - Khayos

Super chill place to go. Go when there's a live band playing. Sometimes they have vendors outside. They now have outdoor area covered to provide some shade. Drinks are also moderately priced. Just come out and chill especially in the cooler months. The sky looks great.

Great place to hang out with friends for coffee or beer. It has a Gen X meets Millennial kind of vibe. You can bring your family and kids during the day and come out for a good time at night. Board games, sofas, and outdoor seating with amazing music plus comedy nights makes this a chill place to hang out. Employees are friendly, food is good, and they can even add CBD to your coffee.

They have a wide selection of beers but don't service liquor so no mixed drinks. Outdoor seating was nice but wish it was a better view of the river since it is right next to it but I would return. They had a DJ out front were they were having a vendor market and an acoustic singer in the back both were playing great music. It's a chill place to sit and have drink I would definitely return.

RESTROOMS ARE FILTHY w dirty toilets and nats!! We went Saturday 11/29 about 12pm and there was a bartender busy behind the bar and one guy setting up an event. The place was a vibe but would not return with dirty restrooms.. I mean the sink was about to fall off the wall. Also ordered a empanada it was good but because they were mislabeled I didn’t get the one I wanted.

I only visited for coffee and lunch to-go, so my review is irrelevant regarding alcohol and events. This seems like a cool spot for those things. I got an iced latte that wasn't very good. I guess I'm not a fan of the Dark Matter coffee beans. But the Cubano sandwich was delicious. It was pressed like a panini. All the sandwiches are premade. I like how large this location is, with many seating options, including outside options. When I visited it was very warm inside so I got my food to go.

We were visiting the area and stopped by between 10 am and 12 pm and ordered a cup of house drip. Unfortunately, none was available, which surprised us given the time of day and that it’s listed on the website menu. We tried an Americano instead. While you may enjoy it, it just wasn’t our cup of coffee. There is very loud music playing before noon so this may not be the best place if you’re looking for a quiet spot to work or relax in the morning. The walls are covered in art, some of which includes polarizing political messaging, which is not diverse or inclusive for all views. Seating is mismatched and casual, with games and knickknacks throughout. We considered the women’s bathrooms being unsafe because as far as we could tell 2 of the 3 bathroom stalls would not lock. The stall that did lock was dark and brooding because the light in that stall was out. We would say the bathrooms did not feel like a safe space and made us feel insecure and uncomfortable. The bathrooms have a dive bar bathroom feel and need attention pronto! Customer service was very basic and transactional. The order was taken and provided without much interaction. While that’s fine, it didn’t leave a particularly welcoming impression nor did we feel compelled to tip. There is a tip jar and we don't think we should feel obliged to drop anything in the tip jar unless we at least get a smile and a warm welcoming greeting. Overall, we would rate this around 2 stars due to the inaccurate menu, the art brings to light America’s political squabbling, tepid customer service, and bathroom issues.

In my search for an area to study I found this location, I was extremely disappointed with the taste of the coffee and the service. I didn’t fully understand the menu considering it was my first time coming here and explained that to the cashier/barista. I wanted an ice coffee and saw the “iced coffee flight” so I obviously went with that choice. to my shock i was given a coffee sampler plate for just me. I feel it is the responsibility of the staff to educate it’s customers on the products they sell. to make matters worse the coffee wasn’t even good, it was over priced and had a very mediocre if not gross taste. upon leaving I was approximately 20 feet from the door when a worker tried to hold it open creating that awkward run to not be rude. I said “it’s okay you don’t have to hold it” and the response was “I have to hold it”. In my opinion that defeats the purpose of holding the door and the intention behind it. I will never come back to this restaurant and will never recommend it to anyone. the opposite actually, I will share my poor experience with anyone who ask's. Very disappointing and the worst part of it all was the coffee wasn’t even good?
