⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Found my new favorite coffee stop right off Potranco with Cajun Coffee Shack. It’s not just a coffee truck — it’s the place people line up for, starting 5 AM and going strong until the traffic flow calms. From the moment I pulled up, you could tell this was something different. The owner was amazing — passionate, welcoming, and genuinely excited to chat and serve. Seeing customers wrap around the parking lot onto Potranco confirmed I was far from the only one who starts their morning grind here. They do way more than just coffee. Their menu is vast, creative, and flavorful. I’d be doing a disservice by not shouting out all the options they offer. True disrupters in the coffee game. ☕🔥

I love this place. Staff is always really kind, the drinks have all been really good so far, and I appreciate that they have military discount. I usually get the iced matcha latte with strawberry cold foam or the iced chai tea latte with vanilla cold foam.

I stopped by The Cajun Coffee Shack today and tried their coffee. It was fantastic! The flavor was rich, smooth, and had that perfect kick I needed to start my day. The shop has a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff were super friendly and quick with service. Definitely one of the better spots I’ve visited for coffee, and I’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great coffee and a relaxed atmosphere.

Best chai latte on the west side of town! They have several milk alternatives and lots of sugar free sweetener options for those that need. They always have soy milk when lots of other places will run out. When they are busy on the weekends, they open the 2nd lane for ordering. It is all drive through, so no order ahead option, but they are very efficient with some people outside taking orders and some inside preparing drinks. There are some small bite type options as well. There is a rewards system where you get $3 off for every 10 points earned. When they aren't too busy, I also will use my own cup!

New to the area so our first time trying. Owners are wonderful. We ordered the Oatmeal cookie and snickers coffee..absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back on a more routine basis. I highly recommend!

Best coffee in SA!! Been going here since they first opened, and love having it with my weekend breakfast! Pictured are fall drinks with pumpkin, but they have so many other options to choose from. From the originals like aloha mocha and butter pecan iced or hot lattes to seasonal personal faves like the pumpkin trifle and scrooge, they are all amazing!

Already wrote a review but I just wanted to add that the medium is not like Starbucks Grande.. they are big and well worth the price. Secondly customer service was good, not that I had a complicated order but it's nice to be helped with good energy in general.

It was our first time and it was an amazing experience! The lady who took our order was very kind, and helped us choose our drinks and they were SO GOOD! Plus the service was extremely fast and all of the people were amazing. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! We are going again as well as posting to our wife and community page! I also love that they offer a military and first responder discount! Thank you guys again!

Im just a americano coffee drinker and its very good. My wife has tried a variety of coffees and loves them all. They also have a large variety of sugar free choices. My only complaint is when I pay 3.25 for my coffee they suggest a 3 dollar tip. I know its optional but when your doing things quickly at a drive thru its difficult to input the custom option.

Was excited to try a new place and got one of the seasonal drinks the Matcha strawberry cheesecake pic below and it literally just tasted like sweet milk. I thought maybe because it was a seasonal so I just got a regular Matcha with vanilla and it literally still was just milk. A little disappointing, but the service is great. Maybe change the Matcha recipe not sure how y’all make it, but it did not taste like anything but milk.

Good but expensive. 20 oz king cake. With non dairy and their special cream is nearly $10. Which is not bad every now and then but coming here every day starts adding up.

We have come here a few times but this last time they 100% messed up our order. I requested a sugar free vanilla frappe with sugar free s'more syrup and keto whipped cream. My child is diabetic and her glucose levels went dangerously high. We didn't have this issue the previous 2 times and we were excited to have found a place that offers different sugar free syrups. The employees truly need to pay attention as not everyone who asks for a sugar free drink is on a keto diet but also many have health issues that put them at risk for mistakes. I am not sure I feel comfortable taking my child here again.

Went this morning to get a coffee, realize that they were closed, saw girls their workers rolled down my window to ask him a question and they looked at me like I was stupid. I love their coffees and lattes, but their service with those girls are shitty. They should conduct himself accordingly maybe we trained them to be friendly to their customers and polite love their drinks, but make sure I’ll tell everybody about their service with those girls

I had a very disappointing and unacceptable experience today. I clearly ordered my drink with lactose-free milk because I’m lactose intolerant. While I was waiting, I saw the employee preparing my drink with regular whole milk instead. When I politely mentioned it, the staff acted irritated and dismissive instead of correcting their mistake.. This is not a small issue — using the wrong milk can make me seriously sick. The lack of care and the rude attitude from the employees were extremely unprofessional. I expect better attention and respect for customers’ health and requests.. I hope management takes this seriously and trains the staff to follow orders properly and treat customers with basic courtesy.
