This is by far my favorite Starbucks to visit. I normally visit before 7:45am weekdays, even with a long line, I am never there for over 5 mins in the drive thru. The associates are extremely friendly even when I cant determine what to order. I appreciate their phenomenal customer service, product knowledge, and promptness!

I always come to this Starbucks & today was just a good day I wanted to try something different with my brown shaken espresso & get it in a frappe. The very lovely lady taking my order helped me went through all the options with me . Very sweet and amazing I didn’t catch her name but she had a lot of great body art. The drink also came out amazing I was very satisfied thank you Starbucks & to the very sweet girl taking orders and at the window you are doing an amazing job thank you so much ! As you can tell it was delicious 😋

This place was amazing! I never seen the place where an extra employee is designated to hand out all the customers drinks and food. I also really like how they decorated the place. They were so nice they didn't give you any bad attitude like some snotty-nosed Starbucks. If you come here often enough they actually get to know you and it's pretty cool.... And at the end the gentlemanopen the door for my daughter and I!! Hands down best service in San Antonio or any Starbucks I've ever been to. No way any Starbucks can compete to this!!!

Starbucks with the best interior for sitting, unlike the ones that seem to discourage anyone from staying. The only negative is that the music is too loud and complete trash. It is just awful to listen to and isn’t relaxing at all.

The parking lot is always busy. It’s worth the wait in the drive thru, it’s pretty fast. Nice little chill spot. Would recommend to visit. Drinks taste like the typical Starbucks.

I got an iced shaken espresso and it was mostly ice. I couldn’t even stir it because the cup was so packed. This photo was taken after some of the ice had melted too.

I’ve never had a major issue with this store until today. I went through drive thru to order a basic eggnog chai which through a mobile order would have come out to 5.90 but they were charging me 7.09 because they claimed they didn’t have the button so had to place the order as an eggnog latte then adding chai to it. I showed them the app if I ordered an “eggnog chai” directly to this store the price was cheaper and they refused to honor it. Told me to place the order and go back in line to wait (even though they had my drink right in front me) or to just call corporate if I had a problem. So I did call and Irene was nice enough to refund me due to the bad customer service experience.

They CANNOT make customize drinks properly . Had to ask for a remake multiple times . Not the place to go if you like your drink made specifically .

Had the worst experience here today! So, I figured I would rewrite my review since the review I wrote was so long ago. I would NOT recommend this Starbucks at all. The Asian store manger at this store is rude and need better customer service skills. The wait time was long for the car at the window, and I was close to work but needed to be at work, and the employee (guy) refused to let me leave the drive thru! There was a truck behind me and I couldn’t back up. I had to wait in line while they purposely took their sweet time and then when I got up to the window refuse to give me my coffee. I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks at all! Rude employees, nasty drinks that are made wrong , and a drive thru that takes forever that you can’t even go before work because they take TOO long! I hope Starbucks fires that Asian store manager there . She is a nuisance.

I ordered on the app and went through the drive through the other day and they left out my cold foam. So I go back around and they leave out my caramel drizzle on the remake. So today I go in the store to order a caramel macchiato that was 3/4 milk. Same location by the way, as it’s the closest one to my house. What am I even paying for at this point

I ordered a venti and my cup came half filled and when I went to complain they kept me standing and when they finally acknowledged me they said that’s the way it comes. Smh. I have been other location and they fill my drink up all the way
