Flying Insect Infestation. The soda machine appeared to be dirty attracting flies and nats which were also visible in the kitchen. Then with the nats flying around I found the teas were uncovered. I also find it interesting they only mentioned a 30 min wait on orders after I paid for my food? It would be prudent customer service to provide that information before accepting payment.

Dined in. Waited over 30 mins and had to go ask, they never called out my name to say our food was ready. Horrible service

If you want raw food poisoning this is the place to receive it. Grease filled bloody wings are what’s served. Franchise should be closed.

Takes a hour for a sandwich, I tried to talk to someone and no one knows why it takes so long? The app said 20 minutes I ended up finally cancelling my order after waiting an hour and a half for a sandwich 😂

I get it, I came at 12:23 to get food, but when I called was told food would be ready at 12:30… my bf gets out of work at 12:45 so I was trying to have the food picked up when he got out…. when I walked in I paid for the food and they gave me the cups to get the drinks, grabbed my drinks and sat down, 12:25ish still no order but two bags had been placed on the shelf ignored, no one was called out… 12:35 still haven’t been called for my food so 12:40 I walk up to the counter and ask one of the girls, if my order was close to being done, she turned and gave me one of the bags that was sitting there… when I asked her how long it was there she just shrugged and said to be honest I don’t know… my receipt says Raelynne checked me out idk if that’s actually who did but the entire time the girl who checked me out was rude and had an attitude, even after other people would call and she’d hang up she would talk horribly about customers “they’re annoying” this is your job… I used to work at a Wingstop, letting other customers hear how you are after you hang up the phone isn’t a good look for the company… bc idk hw long my food was sitting there by the time I got it and got home it was cold… I only live 8 min away so it shouldn’t have been that cold… have you ever had cold or reheated Wingstop, yeah not good, I’ll speak to the manager in the morning…

Order was delivered with fries at the bottom of the bag and very cold. Container of wings open and ranch dressing over EVERYTHING in the bag. Called and spoke with management. Was told they would resend the order correctly. 2 hrs later and still no delivery. Call back and management said they were so busy they forgot. $39 waisted, and no attempt to rectify the matter

Ordered sauced wings. Got wings no flavor tasting like cardboard. Callled to have my order remade and was greeted with a very rude manager Check your food before you leave. They blame it on the customer here.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I drove all the way there and gave me a BIG bag and seemed they put all my order inside and when I got home from 25 wings and a sandwich I ordered they gave me just 9 wings and all the dips. FOR REAL??????? I think the personal are incompetent, disorganized and don’t know how to count! That big bag for 9 wings of my entire order, plus I ordered corn and a sandwich and nothing! NEVER AGAIN.

Where to start? Woefully inaccurate pick up times? Forgotten wings? Avoidance? Being treated like a theif? Food handling with unclean hands? Ordered online, this location doesn't let you pay with a card in advance (just a gift card). My order was supposed to be ready at 6:37 but they don't start until you pay. I arrived prior to 6:30 but didn't make it through the line until 6:47. Received food at 7:03. Whatever. They seal bags to discourage from looking inside I guess? Get home and realize oh almost half of my 75 wings are missing. I call and they say, "Bring it back in and we will remake it." So after I snatched the fries away from my hungry kids and tromped back (20 minute drive so 40 minutes of drive time and 10+ minutes in line again) I get there and no one wants to talk to us because they know we have a problem. All three chashiers found something else to do that wasn't handling the epic line for a while. Sure tbe people behind me appreciated that! After explaining what happened and what we were instructed to do, the cashier who pulled the short straw goes and talks to the manager. Manager has her open every single container and count everything. Sauce got everywhere. She was a cashier and she did not wash her hands. She handled all our food with her dirty hands and I thought nothing of it because they were going to remake right? Because by this point my gross wings and sad, sad fries have been sitting out for over an hour. Yeah they just tried to get us to take those nasty wings they'd handled with unclean hands and give us the ones that were missing. Of course, that wasn't going to fly. So after another chat with the manager who never came to speak with us the chashier said they'd remake it. Two hours after I was supposed to pick up my order originally I can finally eat it!
