We decided to try this place. I got the potatoe & my husband got the 2 meat plate with green beans & potatoes with cheese & bacon. He thought the chicken (white meat, which he does not normally eat) was very moist & after he out their seasoning on it, he liked it as well as the green beans. The potatoes lacked flavor. My stuffed potato was pretty good, it's kinda hard to me up. It was not busy at all which was great for us=no wait. There was a drive thru which almost had us thinking about not going in but the smell from the smoker drew us in. One thing was different than i was used to isbthat their chopped meat is a mixture of 3 different meats, not just beef. My husband doesn't care about going back...I probably will though.

my wife told me about this place. I'm not a fan of Texas BBQ, I just don't care for BBQ especially the sauce. I got the turkey. I was ok, I've had better. my wife got the brisket and sausage, the sausage was really good and the sweet corn was amazing. I won't come back it's just not my thing. but some of it was good. the mac not so much. (I'm from NJ).

Food is good as always but only come to THIS location if you like spice rub. They use a lot of it. I prefer the location at 7915 W Loop 1604 N Ste 101 where the paprika & chili powder isn’t as overpowering. Food is still great though!

The food was good. The buttered potatoes needed seasoning, the brisket was very juicy, the sausage was dry but flavorful. The spice seasoning at the table was very good but very salty. The heat levels were nice. The beans were interesting in a good way. The service was fast and friendly. Food was ready in about 5 minutes after ordering.

First time eating here and it will be the last. The cost of the food doesn't equal the portion. Brisket and sausage were dry. Chopped Brisket and pork ribs were better but not something I'd come back for. Of the sides we got, (creamed corn, green beans, coleslaw, and buttered potatoes) we did not like the potatoes the most. Potatoes were swimming in margarine and not butter. It's obvious that everything was reheated and not made in the location. If you like cafeteria food, this is the spot for you.

The advertising works. We went to try the burnt ends. The parking lot on the 410 and Military drive location was empty. 6 employees were standing inside leaning on counters. One employee offered good service. We ordered the three meat plate. It’s is commercialized bar b que. Not my forte, but had to try it to find out.We paid over $30 for three meat plate and drink.

Got a small family bbq pack. Menu says $67.99 they charged $77.99. Apparently if you get brisket it's extra. They should make that noticeable on the menu. Bread was hard, onions were dry & no good.

Ordered Smokey Mo's BBQ today through Uber Eats for me and my wife. We got the 3-meat plate (brisket, burnt ends, pork ribs), added a quarter pound of sausage, and a sweet tea. The total came out to over $30, which we were okay with since we expected a decent portion and some quality BBQ. We even compared the prices to ordering in person and saw it was about the same, so we figured we'd just save the trip. When it arrived, we were honestly shocked by how little food there was for the price—and not in a good way. The portions were very underwhelming. The mac and cheese was basic, the burnt ends were dry, and the brisket came in such a tiny amount I couldn’t even form an opinion on it. The pork ribs were decent but nothing memorable, and the sausage didn’t seem like a full quarter pound either. Even the sweet tea was just okay. For over $30, this felt like a huge letdown. The food was average at best, and the portions were not worth the price. Definitely expected more from a BBQ spot with this kind of pricing.

Pickles and onions in same container and looks like somebody threw them up pickles are torn to crap.... But I guess they don't know what putting pickles and onions together will do ... Meat was great but sides and condiments horrible

Delivery Guru here. Ive order food from all over the world and have it delivered. I don't rate off of temperature or time. Strictly off packing, presentation, quality and flavor. I came to Texas for the culture the guns and the bbq. Let me tell you. I would never order delivery from them agian. The brisket was wet, not from cooking but from sitting in water all day, and it tasted boiled not smoked. I also didn't get the portion of ordered. It was heavily underweight ( i ordered 1/3 lb amd got 1/8th). The pork belly burnt ends. The flavor was there but it was like chewing jerky. It reminded me of Jack's beef jerky. It was also under weight ( 1/2 lb amd I got 1/4 lb) The coleslaw was fresh and crunchy but lacked flavor. No sweetness nor saltiness it was just there. The potato salad was very basic. It wasn't terrible but it didn't stand out. Overall I'd rate this delivery a 2 out of 10 stars 🌟. UPDATE. I finished my plate. ( as I always promise.) It left me more disappointed and sad than my father is in me. Again this isn't dine in! This is delivery. A restraunt is only as good when someone isn't looking.

If I could put no stars I definitely would. 1st the 20.00 plate was not worth it. The brisket meat was so hard and tough. It remind me of Bill Miller's brisket.🥴 2nd the cream corn was burned, and 3rd the bread was stale. The pickles were not pickles. They're the fake pickles. The ribs had no meat on them and whatever little meat it had it was dry. No flavor. Never again overpriced and very small portions. I'm just going to stick with Blanco barbecue the best.
