It was our first time visiting this mall and the pizza place. The pizza place had a really nice laid back environment and had music playing from back in the day which brought back good memories. The staff was extremely friendly. The store did have seating inside the restaurant which was nice. We ordered some pasta and pizza for the family. We got one pizza with black olive and mushrooms. Another pizza with jalapenos and chicken. Both of the pizzas were freshly made and tasted good. The crust was good too, not too thin, but had a nice crunch. We also got the fettuccine pasta with cheese and black olives with red sauce. The kiddo couldn't finish it and enjoyed it. The Greek salad was yummy and crispy.
Met the owner while she was helping run the line. She was fantastic and had very good leadership skills in communicating with her team and customers. We were impressed with the food and the price point, and efficiency of this team. 10/10 would come back again. Loved meeting you and your team Brandy!
The place is cozy, the customer service was excellent, and as this is my first time trying White Shroom Pizza, it tastes delicious! The flavors were fresh and the toasted touch made it perfect. There is a 100% to come back here and if you are allergic to some ingredients, they have options!
Super good food, and really huge portions. They cooked it really well which melted the cheese to be so stringy and yummy. I was advised to just do a build your own bowl and it was great! :) The service was amazing, the staff were all so friendly, helpful and so lovely! 1000/10, i'd recommend. I'd come back! 😊
Visiting San Antonio and ran across this place. I got the Brick Pizza (their version of a supreme) and it was generously topped. They are also one of the few places I found that has Pepsi Zero at the fountain. The staff was so friendly too! My only criticism is that the crust is a little bland, but the char from the oven helps with that.
This pizza has a good taste. For some the crust may have a small after taste but nothing to be concerned about. Cheese is good along with the sauce. This would be a glorified Subway pizza but better quality. Give it a shot!
Very tasty pizza!!! Friendly crew made me smile 😊 there's something about the Urban Bricks experience that simply sets it apart. I really loved this, thank you!!
There is something for every pizza lover at this hot spot. Swing by and try this Urban Pizza how you like it. Got to sample several slices among friends!

Quick pizza fired in the brick oven so it smacks! Couple of nice brews on tap, and a cool little back patio that makes you forget you're in a mall.
If downtown and by the Alamo I truly recommend this place. Food to order, fresh ingredients and served piping hot and tasty

Margarita pizza was delicious, and the buffalo wings were amazing! Excellent flavors.
Stopped in while exploring the area. Was looking specifically for brick oven pizza but I’d already done a lot of walking and figured this was the closest to it. I like that they offer personal sized pies as well as a half personal size. They also have “build your own” service which is cool. The woman who took my order was friendly and the prices are reasonable. I got a margarita with pepperoni, roasted garlic, and sliced tomatoes. I would’ve liked it to be cooked a little longer but it was still tasty nonetheless and the size was perfect. Good pit stop when you’re feeling hungry and trying to be conservative with your spending.
Tasty pizza, wings, and deserts alongside fast, friendly service. I like the variety of options and the build-your-own pizza. Had the Firebird and Buffalo wings. They also have draft/can beer options which is perfect for pizza and wings! Nice uplifting atmosphere and welcoming owners, def a must try in downtown/River center mall area.

First time with my girl and we loved it! Pizza was cooked perfectly and the crust was just right. Wings were so juicy and had good amount of meat on them. Jerry took care of us and had a very upbeat attitude which made the experience even better. The only area of opportunity was that the pizzas had very little toppings compared to the pictures they had. If it had more toppings then it would get a 5 star, but overall experience was good.

In town and this place was close so we went by to pick up some lunch. For 2 adults and 1 toddler (youngest has a host of food allergies and due to the high possibility of cross contamination plus how busy it was, we didn’t try getting anything for him here), we got a large (14 inches) with 2 toppings and a 10” with just cheese. No sauce on either as ALL their sauces contain onion and garlic. Not bad and good size. The crust is good; nothing soggy or overall hard but could be chewier. Despite no sauce, it was well seasoned. I wonder how salty it would be if we had sauce on the pizzas. There was a slight wait for the order since there was a line, but not terrible. Staff was nice and attentive. The biggest complaint goes back to contamination. They used the same pizza cutter for ALL the pizzas. We had the only vegetarian pizzas that came out while there and the lady kept on using the same red handled pizza cutter. I saw a spotless green-handled cutter in a tipped over cup next to the cutting and packing station, which I assume are meant for meatless pies. Good thing I didn’t order anything for the youngest! Also, considering how I paid $4 extra for 2 toppings, I felt they were a bit stingy with it. I forgot to take a picture of the whole pizza before half was eaten by hubby, but just imagine the other side had the same sprinkling of toppings. My impression? Pretty decent - not to mention convenient… but has room for improvement. As for value… $6.50 for the 10”, cheese only pizza was pretty reasonable. But the 14” with a smattering of toppings was not worth $16.50.

Tastes ok. But a little pricey fir a baby pizza
Wouldn’t recommend, sorry. I came about 30 minutes before close but he was already starting to pack up the food and refused to make the order. Everything was still out and the oven was still on, but okay. Oddly enough they were still accepting Uber Eats orders, so I placed one and had it delivered. They accepted the order. Hence the 2 stars. I chose the half pepperoni and sausage pizza, & half million dollar pasta. The pizza was as described 3 slices. They were about the size of the palm of my hand. If I didn’t see the brick oven with my eyes I would have thought it was microwave pizza. Both the pizza and pasta were bland. They lack seasoning/ flavor. I liked the containers though so that’s something!

I spent $25 for a vegan pizza and I got one with the crust completely burnt. Asked them to replace it and they just said that it happens because the crust isn't covered with sauce all the way to the edge.... Um... no! You weren't paying attention and burnt it! Only reason to come is because of the non-existent vegan options elsewhere.

Place was absolutely disgusting. The two men in the front were fine but that’s expected from mall pizza. My boyfriend and I stopped in for some pizza and got 2 drinks. I got a Pepsi zero from the fountain but it tasted bad, flat yet foamy. Like there was soap making it white. So I emptied it out and got Mountain Dew instead but it was flat too and tasted weird. And that’s when I saw black stuff floating in my drink. I told my boyfriend (who was drinking the white agave vanilla drink ) and he had black stuff in his drink too. He talked to the guy in the front who gave him a singular bottled Pepsi zero. That would be fine if it wasn’t expired. The bottle didn’t have a sizzle when I opened it so I check the date, oct 16th 2025. (As you can see in the photo, I poured it into the trash) The pizza crust wasn’t bad, the rest just tasted old. Like biting into a peice of moldy bread. I wanna hope the “white” stuff in the marina sauce was seasoning or Alfredo mixed in….. but it was sour and had a weird consistency. Worst experience I’ve ever had, this made south park mall pizza look good.
if i could give 0 stars i would. i opened my pizza box to find a massacre of what could've once been a pizza. when i tried to suck it up and eat it anyways, I realized that someone burnt this thing to an absolute crisp. it smells terrible, it tastes terrible, i tried to call and ask to have it fixed but none of their phone numbers work. and then i realized they didn't give me a salad dressing, so burnt pizza and dry salad it is. thanks urban bricks, for absolutely nothing. setting my money on fire and watching it burn would've been a more enjoyable experience.

Cashier complained when I didn't tip at the Square payment at the food truck. Gave dirty look. I was worried he was in charge of our food. Burnt the pizza crust black when the food came out. Bad people I don't recommend.
