Very disappointed in the staff. A worker named "Mariah" did not allow me into the facility because I had a service animal. I already contacted corporate. I will never eat at Del Taco again.

If you go inside you are expected to self serve with Kiosk and they only take drive through orders and fill them while a walk in is ignored... Less labor cost to DelTaco and poor service too customers with continuous price raises. And no napkins given either.

This place really sucked. Waited inside to be the only person in line for 40 minutes. Cancel my order due to the place being so disgusting inside. I wouldn't want to eat their let alone use the restroom there. Employees are very rude all the gentlemen working. Places very disgusting inside needs to be clean

Ordered online for myself and went to go pick it up. When I got there early in the morning I assumed their lobby was closed. So I used the drive thru. Manger with the glasses was very rude and told me in a crude way that I needed to go into the lobby. I apologized and asked for sauce and she then did an exaggerated sigh and made a what I could only describe as an annoyed face at my question. Food is good but I won’t be returning.

Once again, I paid for extra cheese on my green burritos, got none.. beans were dry like they were yesterday's leftovers, and maybe a half a teaspoon of green sauce.. ordered 3 chicken tacos, 1 was good with right right amount of cheese, the other 2 had barley any sauce and like 6 strands of cheese, then to top it off I ordered a Quesadilla and never got it... was gonna go back, but of course, there was no recipe in the bag!!!!

Today is 03/3/2025 at 11:00 P.M. This is the worst, most horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The night manager Jamie ( if that is her real name) and the whole nighttime crew there are very unprofessional. They should not have a job they are basically stealing their hours doing nothing beneficial. Definitely find another place. Don't support this Del taco location. They treat customers poorly, and they have no respect.

One night, me and my family went to this Del Taco with 4 coupons to get dinner. The lady at the drive thru told us that it was one coupon per car. CAR! Like, girl we don't got 4 cars. It's midnight for heavens sake, we just wanted our chicken burritos, and burgers and go home. The manager Jamie also said that she couldn't give employees names 🙄. She was overall just rude. I wouldn't come again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT NIGHT. Jamie and her co worker don't want to work. I had 4 separate orders. No one else was in line in the drive thru. She said she could only take 1 cupon per car per day. ALL THE OTHER DEL TACOS TOOK MORE THAN 1 CUPON!!! THEY ARE STEALING FROM CORPORATE. THEY WERE NOT WORKING AND ON COMPANY TIME. Good day to all reviews, so today January 24, 2025 @ 3p.m I purchased a meal for lunch, one hour later I went back to get a refill at the gentleman behind the counter named Marcus was truly very rude and unprofessional, but it’s very discussing to know how Del Taco is willing to employ individuals like Mr. Marcos. I love Del Taco, but today left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m not sure if I’ll continue supporting the franchise.

Terrible customer service for the front counter. I couldn’t get the name of the worker on the register because she refused to tell me. But the manager named Jamie argued with me for having to go pee. Even though I was a paying customer.

I don't know if it's the employees who are lazy and don't stock the containers with lettuce and cheese (what's my fault? 🤷🏻‍♀️) or if the owner asks them to put a little food in the tacos, the truth is that all my tacos were like this, I bought to go so I couldn't tell them to their faces the bad service they give, but it is 100% sure I'll never go back.
