Olivia was very rude. We wanted to order two coupon deals and she got mad and said we couldn’t even if we did two different transactions each person. She told my husband that she will do it this one time but not ever again. She gave us sauce with cuts in them and they spilled all over the bag. Then she gave my husband soda instead of the Tea. The food is good but that service was all bad and angry for no reason. Owners need to step in if they want any sales.

Looks closed if you don’t actually check the location out. So atmosphere is a no. The food taste seasoned but not fully cooked. This is my experience from last night with a chicken sandwich.

Horrible rude staff. We walked in and were ignored. A Latino man walked in was immediately treated I will be contacting corporate because we immediately left out of suspicion of what they might do to our food disgusting experience never go here

If I could give then a 0 star I would. I ordered online and waited until I got the notification that the food was ready before I went to pick it up. They had no one at the register for about 10 minutes. Finally I got someone's attention, they asked my name and then disappeared. 10 minutes later I managed to grab the managers attention and she told me it wasn't ready. I asked for a refund, she told me to figure it out on the app, turned around, saw a bag with my name on it and didn't even seem to care that my food sat there for 20 minutes getting cold. Not even so much as an apology. I will not be coming back here and I suggest you find a different place to eat.

HORRIBLE SERVICE got burnt chicken and when I called to complain I was met with a hostile and rude attitude refused to remake my order but only offered to remake one piece of chicken as if the whole meals wasn’t ruined … spend almost 20 on a 3 pcs meal for them to act like … I’m not trying to drive all the way back for one piece of chicken not to mention I was assisted by a girl and my receipt says a man’s name when no man assisted me at no moment so they don’t even know who served me I will be taking this issue further for the lack of customer service and lack of ethics

At this Particular Popeyes Chicken on W Highland San Bernardino CA .Mangers & Employee always bad Attitudes and Poor Unacceptable Customer Service . Chicken is never Fresh they always give out chicken that’s been sitting . Avoid this Popeyes Location eat elsewhere your better off Besides Louisiana Fried Chicken is Better anyway hands Down .

I will be contacting corporate about this place.. The employees here are so rude.. I had a coupon on my phone that the kiosk would not take. I stood in front of the cashier waiting without a problem and a man walked up to and asked if I was picking up an order and I told him no I wanted to order and his response was “what? You don’t know how to use a kiosk?” With an awful attitude.. the kiosk would not take my 5 number coupon and it stated on the coupon to go to the cashier.. a lady walked up and said what are you ordering with an awful attitude too! you guys need to train your employees better. They have awful customer service!

The staff of 4/29/25 is completely terrible I'll be making a call to corporate to complain since your employees refuse to answer the phone. I'm makingng this post for the sole purpose of having your manager have evidence that i did all this the night of my order. Took you 45 minutes to even give me my food to me waiting in the parking lot. Didn't have my order correct on multiple items and get to the house to see that the box that I was told had our biskits in only had our chicken. Every side is cold. I'm beyond pissed and will be either getting a remake of this order or a charge back of my card.
