My experience here at Wingstop is always a great experience. The staff here in San Carlos is always friendly and have a positive attitude. Franklin along with his co-workers are always welcoming and they make my experience here a treasure. I will continue to dine here at Wingstop, San Carlos. Very clean restaurant, excellent service, friendly and qualified staff, good music, the flavor is wonderful because the product feels super fresh and I would return to be with my friends or my family. I thought this restaurant was the best. They gave me several options to choose from and I loved the mango habanero and lemon pepper flavors.

I really enjoy visiting this store because every time I've come, they've treated me kindly. They have great customer service, and the food is very good. I especially like the sauce and how they prepare the potatoes; they're very, very good. I highly recommend it. Excellent service.

Good late night fast food. Great fries, cool soda machine. Boneless wings tend to be over-sauced and bone-in wings aren't that large, but great flavors and good selection. Combos are a great way to sample. If picking up for a party, make sure to order long ahead.

Service was iffy, the wings were good but not the best I’ve had from this chain. The amount of Parmesan cheese on my wings was really lacking with none on an entire side. Dirty tables and surfaces (par for the course) but overall tolerable. This chain could be great if they simply paid a bit more attention to the functions of basic restaurant operation.

I am a huge wings fan and besides being pretty much the only place that serves a ton of different flavors, this place is open till midnight for the post-dinner dinner! They're fast and usually always busy no matter when you go. Good quality.

Wingstop is a staple go to whenever I want wings. Lemon pepper, mango habanero, Korean BBQ, and hot are my favorite. I like their fries too. The seasoning is different from other fries. The only drawback with wingstop is often when they get really busy the service tapers off. It makes sense, it's just unfortunate.

Interestingly, their Original Recipe wings are pretty bad, and I say this as someone who really loves buffalo wings. They're all vinegar and heat and no flavor whatsoever. That said, their other stuff is pretty good. The lemon pepper wings are good and the fries are actually killer for some reason.

First visit to Wingstop, I dined in. I didn't get the bone-in chicken wings and just wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the meat. I tried three of the sauces. Some were flavorful but nothing extraordinary. A lot of people rave about Wingstop so I was looking forward to a great experience. It was a meal, but nothing special. The person at the counter had some communication issues and had difficulties during the ordering process. While it's certainly a step up from McDonald's, it's fast food none the less. I may try the bone in wings next time, if there is one.

But the sides are a bit disappointing. The baked beans tasted a bit like beer and the potato salad didn't meet my expectations. They also can be a bit slow during lunch hour. Maybe I should order from the app and just pick it up.

I don’t understand the hype people have for this place! I just didn’t like it. Wings are typical and nothing special. Overpriced and the place is overrated I’d say. Wouldn’t go there again. First and last time. If you are curious like me, go for it, try it and see for yourself!

The employees lied that they closed today of all days and it want 11:25 pm. I ordered in and the gave it to go. Asked the cashier and she spoke in Spanish to the cooks to try to make us a lie. Funny thing is I speak Spanish fluently

The chicken was great and our order taker was pleasant, however, I could not understand anything she said, which then took forever to ask a menu question and place our very simple order. I think English speaking should be a requirement in our area. Not sure if I'll return, which disappoints 😔

What used to be a great spot has devolved into one of the saddest meals I have ever had. Half of my wings had little to no sauce, the service was downright rude, and the food took forever to come out and was cold even when I got it.. You'd have a better experience going to McDonalds and eating in the car, especially for the price. Only reason it isn't 1 star is that it's edible, which isn't a bar that should have to be brought up.

To add insult to injury there was barely any cheese on it even though I ordered cheese fries. I brought it up to the worker and asked if 1) this was a normal portion of fires and 2) ifI can get a little more cheese to cover the fries but they charged me extra for the cheese. I mean all in all I spent over $22 and I feel like I got robbed. I'd highly advise to visit another location instead of the San Carlos one if it's convenient for you. (The receipt doesn't show the charge for the extra cheese since I got it separately after the initial order)

I ordered 3 pieces of lemon pepper and 3 pieces of Hawaiian flavor to go. When I got my order all 6 pieces of chicken were lemon pepper and they were so salty that I could not eat them. I did not want to throw my chicken away, so instead I had to remove top layer from every piece so I can consume it.

This is our 3rd order and they don't put it in. They always leave something incomplete. The staff are very slow and don't care about you. Be human and stop stealing customers' orders.

Don’t call in to order. Order online instead. When I called in Jennifer took my order and said 3 minutes so I thought it was going to be ready in 3 minutes. When I got there I realized she didn’t even put my order in so I had to reorder and wait a long time. She was rude about it. She was mumbling so I could barely understand what she was saying.

WARNING: disrespectful and savage employee. Two nights ago my wife ordered wings with bufalo flavor, she went to pick up her order to find out that cashier misstook her order for wings barbecue flavor. My wife returned the order and while waitting cook men employee yielded at her so insane that customers shame him. My wife came back so mad and crying. Next day I've tried to contact the owner for my complaint owner never contacted me. Tried several days and no response. This employee needs to be disciplined warned or fired. No Stars deserved for this place for treating customers like animals. So dissapointed of customer service .

A while back ago I ordered food to get delivered. After an hour (which I was told was the wait time), I called to see why my food wasn’t delivered and they said they didn’t have drivers. I was upset that they couldn’t bother to call or email me that so that I wouldn’t be waiting so long so I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. They said I would get a refund in a several days but it’s now been over a month and no refund. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered on-line a Korean chicken sandwich with seasoned fries. The sandwich was literally a burger bun with a piece of chicken SATURATED with the sauce that came with cold sandwich and cold fries. I arrived fifteen minutes after I placed the order, so it shouldn't have been cold. As I was waiting for the two employees to talk casually to one another, I noticed that floor was wet, they apparently just mopped. I couldn't help but to see the girl deep-frying and employees moving around back n' forth; especially, because they didn't have any rubber mats on the floor to prevent an accident. I was really surprised to see that WINGSTOP would put their employees in a dangerous work hazard environment. I've never been a fan of wingstop, this food order was just another reminder why. I am not going to lie though.....their wings are bomb.com! Jus sayn!

He immediately informed they were not taking orders. I told him my order was just for a 6 piece combo. He raised his voice and told me once again that they were closed and couldn't take my order. He muttered an expletive to me and then said something to his fellow coworker. It is unbelievable to employ someone like that. Even though my family and I have closer locations, we have came here for years since we love this location the most. That's the last time I set foot in there knowing they have employees like Jose working there. Also, I called the Redwood City location and they gladly took my order down and had it ready within 20 min.

They no longer have someone to take orders over the phone. It's all automated so it's impossible to order plain wings with sauce on the side without being charged extra for the sauce. You can't order it this way in the app either. This will be the last time we go here.

One complete order was missing, ordered wings well done/crispy but they were like rubber, they forgot to put requested ranch/bleu cheese in the bag, drink and ice machine were both empty so had to leave without drinks. You have to wonder if there is attention to detail on cleanliness and safe food handling given their poor management and lazy employees.

when you order online to pick up at a certain time, you’d expect the order to be done promptly; not earlier nor later. I get in the car to find my order cold picking up a minute after my scheduled time. i’m assuming my order was sitting for an hour judging by the pool of grease already at the bottom of the tray.

She provided no courtesy, graciousness or help. We ended up with wrong order but did not want to deal with her some more. She clearly needs to be fired. Then it took a whole 30 minutes for every person in line to get their orders. The wait was ridiculously long for a weekday visit at 1:30 pm. A whole 30 minutes between ordering time and getting the food. The place was filthy, the workers were not happy to be there. The vending machine had melted ice all over the floor - was just waiting for someone to slip over that wet floor and sue them. Tables were filty, condiment area a mess. The wall sign said they would clean tables but no one came out to clean tables and there was nowhere to toss own trash and to set out the trays. Food was not great either. Chicken sandwich had no trimmings- bread and chicken only. It was unappeling to look at and had a bland taste too. Fries were burned and soggy and was not seasoned. Not worth the meal. Not even value for money. We won't be coming back. If you are inclined to eat chicken, go to another restaurant or maybe even try a different location. This one is a no-go. We were shopping nearby so it was a last minute decision to grab a quick meal here because it took forever.
