Solo bebimos pox. Brindan una cata de Pox donde te explican cómo beberlo, cómo se elabora y tienen coctelería. También venden alimentos pero no los probamos. El ambiente está muy tranquilo y tienen una tienda de souvernis muy linda. El Pox es de calidad. Buen servicio. El Pox de chocolate está delicioso 😋

Buen lugar para tomar unas cervezas artesas y un guacamole riquisimo. Su propia cerveza es una IPA que esta muy buena

Agradable espacio para beber y comer, la especialidad de la casa es el pox, destilado tradicional de los Altos de Chiapas, además cuentan con coctelería y cervezas artesanales de productores locales. Para comer tienen variedad de platillos, complementa la experiencia el jardín y los corredores de la vieja edificación en que se aloja La espirituosa.

Came with the free tour for pox tastings which was great. Afterwards we stayed to look around, they have a lot of art and other products made from local artists. We bought 2 beautiful small ceramic cups but honestly we couldn’t taken way more if we had place in our suitcase, everything was really cute. The girl who did the pox tasting and worked at the counter was super cute and kind!

Yes, go here. As far as I know it is one of the only places selling real Pox (posh) that has at least 70% corn alcohol. This is not a tourist trap. There is a wonderful young lady working there who is from the South but also lived in a bordertown near Arizona. She speaks impeccable English and is a knowledgeable trusted source. In fact everyone working there was so nice and really interested in seeing that you are taken care of and happy. They offer tastings (free) and even cooking classes (for a charge) given by the owner and I heard positive reviews. There is a fusion restaurant as part of the complex sadly we were not able to try. We actually came back on another evening for drinks and so glad we did. The same lady was there and she entertained us with information and recommendations. Unfortunately they close at  8pm but we absolutely had a memorable comfortable enjoyable short time there soaking  in the atmosphere and  the alcohol, drinks. The real reason we came back is they served Mead, a honey based drink similar to beer but more like a cider to give a brutal  description to such a delicate historical drink. What I learned was they actually make this here as well as other beers. The Mead was an insanely incredible drink. Very subtle but intensely well crafted and tasting almost like a fine champagne or a very mild cider for the upper class. If you appreciate different things, you will really enjoy this. It is amazingly refreshing, polished and enjoyable. If for nothing else, you must not miss this on your trip to Chiapas. Now my daughter really loved the hibiscus posh we tasted on our first trip here. So we had to come back for this. She chose to get it in a cocktail and the cocktail was absolutely out of this world. Not only was it an art form to see, it was an art form in composition containing multiple infusions as well as the white posh and the hibiscus posh. It's dangerously drinkable.  And I see this is well described in previous reviews and in the pictures but I will continue to add my positive recommendation for this drink. I don't want to sound like an advertisement and you can see I have reviews from all over the place and I don't advertise anything but just to let you know they have a full stocked selection of pox and beers. Trust me, I would have bought a lot but we were starting our vacation and there was no way I was schlepping around tons of alcohol with me in a suitcase... Anyway, full recommendation 100%. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food but I wouldn't doubt it's amazing. All I can say is if you really want an amazing experience and wonderful hosts and to be able to taste and experience and learn about the local alcohol in a comfortable safe low/no pressure environment you really shouldn't miss this place.

Came here twice. First time with walking tour, and came back again to try some pox based cocktail. Esteban is our server and he was super friendly, made recommendation for me to try the Pink pox tonic, made with corn based pox blanco, citrus and Jamaica infused pox. The drink is super smooth although it’s super strong as well. I didn’t feel it until the end of the last few sip and was a bit tipsy after lol. Highly recommend checking out this join when you visit SanCris.

Omg the cocktails here were DIVINE. The pink pox tonic (hibiscus dream 🌺) and xaman (chocolate heaven 🍫) are a must. They were really fairly priced too! We also had a pox tasting here and loved every artisanal flavour. You can buy multiple sized bottles, the small ones being great if you're travelling around.

As part of the free walking tour in Chiapas, there was a tasting of 4 free samples of Pox, guided by Sofia. She explained everything very nicely, so we really enjoyed it😊 The restaurant is good, has a nice garden to sit and they have vegetarian tacos 🌮 chocolate pox ice cream was nice and 150 Pesos for the whole menu is a good price 👍🏻😊

This place is extremely cozy everyone is very nice, they sell awesome shirts and cute canvas bags. The owner was very friendly and let us taste some of their alcoholic beverages (called Poxna ) which I highly recommend. i got some stickers for only $15 pesos each, very cool.

Quite delicious dishes. I had pasta with meat. It was pretty good and I also had chocolate pox ice cream. It's not highly recommend but worth to try. Prices are reasonable and the garden is pretty nice where you sit

The place is very good for lunch, they have many options from Mexican food to Iraqi food The place also offer cooking lessons (not everyday, depends on the availability of Sofi) The experience with Sofi was really nice, it was 2 hours of food, drinks and fun 🤩

Amazing little spot. Beyond craft beers and local liquors from Chiapas, it's also a very well curated artsy shop. Sofi, the owner, is really cool and makes you feel at home.

We just found out why this place is the darling of locals. We know the heritage it carries that mesmerized us is a local pride.

Al terminar el “Free walking tour” nos llevaron aquí a darnos una cata de Posh muy rica, entretenida y variada. Las chicas son muy amables y atentas. Aceptan VISA y Amex.

Siempre ricas sus cervezas artesanales, sus papas con jamón serrano a los 3 quesos súper recomendados, su tabbule está delicioso, cada día me gusta más su comida y sus opciones de cerveza.

Awesome free pox tasting. The cacao was my favourite followed by the normal one. The hibiscus one was ok. I ended up purchasing from Poxcheria as i equally enjoyed the tasting there and it was significantly more affordable. I also purchased 2 x cigars ($40 each) - one cacao and the other vanilla though I've not tried those yet. Returned for the menu del dia - the hibiscus drink was nice as was the appetiser, however the tamales was slightly dry and the sauces were ok. The ice cream with choc dessert was small though nice. The service was fab throughout especially from the past who conducted the pox tasting.

Compré un pox muy caro, de 250 pesos la botella, tampoco es de muy buena calidad que digamos pero al turismo extranjero le hacen creer otra cosa. y la persona que me cobró un chavo con cabello teñido super mala actitud y me cobró un porcentaje por pagar con tarjeta sin avisarme, no me di cuenta hasta que me dio el total. La verdad que no le llega ni a los talones a la POSHERIA, está muy por encima el cual también es de maíz.
