What a great meal! We took my dad and sister for lunch for their birthday and it was so good! We shared the king crab and they’re good with serving you what quantity you want (1lb minimum) and their garlic noodles were really good too! Everything was eaten and they got us refills on water, sodas and beers. We will be back and they were friendly and helpful and overall a great experience!

Food was great, cooked perfectly, and fresh. Really like that you pick your seasoning and spice level. The fried calamari was on point of in that it was not in thick batter... It was lightly crisp and flavourful. There was just not enough! Wanted more of the calimari!!! Service was on point and several people came by to talk with us. Loved the sincere good bye and come back again. It was an pleasure to feel that they appreciate us dining there. Will definitely come back and eat!!!

I came here a few weeks ago with a healthy craving for some boiled seafood. I left here feeling completely satisfied with my meal. The flavor was perfect. We went with the house special sauce and had it low spice, which was amazing. I highly reccomend eating here if you're ever in the mood for some amazing seafood. This is way better than Louisiana, I've been working out there for 12 years.

It's beside a small plaza. They offer fresh seafood with the Cajun style! I ordered the shrimp bucket with extra sausage and corn! One can choose the headless shrimp with extra cost. The staff told me they are out of the live crawfish during the season but the frozen ones are available all the time. The base is tasty with the pub style base of the cajon, garlic butter and lemon pepper. One thing to mention is that it was super hot when food was delivered to you. There would be mint candy after the meal to eliminate some heavy smell. They are playing sports games on TV, which might be a good choice for watching games together.

The oysters were fresh but no saltine crackers. The shrimp gumbo was OK. The catfish and fries basket...the fish was way overdone fries were good. The shrimp po'boy was strange.....the sandwich was half shrimp (excellent) the other half was fish......way overdone. Service was attentive and atmosphere fun. We won't be back 😌

The food here is really good we got a show put on by the employees to work after work Twork while work Twork Twork Twork but to say the least I do enjoy the shrimp and the crab and all the different things I have to offer except that gumbo unless you really like bacon don’t order it

Good food and great service. For the price point the food could be better. The Cajun seasoning is not so Cajun, had way too much celery salt that it was overpowering. The crabs were over cooked and the fresh crawfish was definitely not fresh. Other than that it was actually pretty good.

I visited the Crab Pub location on El Cajon Boulevard on Saturday and had a disappointing experience due to unprofessional behavior from several staff members. Although we arrived near last seating, customer service should not have been affected. The food we received was not prepared with the flavor requested and appeared to be leftovers from the kitchen closing. After our meal, kitchen and front-of-house staff gathered at the front of the restaurant drinking beer and socializing, which felt inappropriate. Due to the poor service, we did not leave a tip, and staff members were overheard discussing our table in Spanish. Our server, Vivian, remained professional. I have always loved this restaurant, which makes this experience especially disappointing. After reaching out to the company regarding this matter, I have received no response.

I was just at this restaurant with my entire family. We ordered plenty of food and one of the items we ordered was the - calamari basket, which on their menu it reflects that all baskets include Cajun fries for $15. When the order came out this basket only had a couple of pieces of calamari that were burnt fried and NO FRIES. We asked the waiter (a white tall male) to replace the calamari and to please bring out the missing items - the fries. This waiter was RUDE, he indicated that the menu had changed and that the fries no longer were being included. (keep in mind that the menu we had in our hands did not reflect that Information). We requested for them to follow what the menu reflected-but he did not and stated “ I AM NOT GIVING YOU ANYTHING ELSE , UNLESS YOU PAY EXTRA, THAT MENU IS WRONG AND WE ARE GETTING NEW ONES TOMORROW”. At no time were we given this information prior to ordering. The waiter then just took the basket and replaced it with a new set of again BURNT calamari no fries. The smell and the look of it was horrible. This waiter was rude, and not even willing to fix the problem. He should be FIRED and or take additional customer service training. And to add the bathrooms in this restaurant where disgusting! There was an awful smell and toilet paper all over the ground including old dried urine on the ground.

been here a couple times and it always satisfies my seafood boil cravings. Everything comes out in a timely manner , flavor is consistent (with the exception of their spice !) service is quick . Not much to complain about . But my last time coming , I believe I came in on a tuesday night around 9ish, and as I'm eating I HEAR NAIL CUTTERS . A younger Hispanic lady with a crab pub shirt , who wasn't originally there prior to walked in and sat there talking to the other guy server while cutting her nails . If they do that in front of customers , I can only imagine what they do behind closed doors . Yuck !

Y'all thought y'all was gon get away from my review huh? I ordered catfish. The FIRST time, I got soap. The SECOND time by mistake. Y'all don't allow people to review and I see why. Food was complete trash. Did y'all marinate the fish in Dawn dish detergent?

POOR customer service , got the 1lb king crab plus the 1lb shrimp combo , spent $95 before tax. in return I got 1lb of shrimp and what was supposed to be 1lb of king crab legs turned out to be only 4 tiny crab legs. The server just did not care about anything and just put this annoyed face when I told him about the service. I would definitely not come back here.
