Pizza was pretty darn good! I fell short of my PhD in Beerology ..but I was able to get a quick sip of what’s on tap. Definitely a must try. The fact the bowling alley was right next to it was a plus. Kid friendly too!
Excellent food. Excellent service. This is what was left of my veggie pizza before I annihilated it. All the ingredients were fresh, and the crust was crispy and chewy.
For true pie perfection... -after they put all your toppings on, have them put a small amt. of cheese on top and then do a light olive oil brushing on top of that.... Lastly ask them for a double bake through the oven. You're welcome. See pic for perfect pie.

Great place to unwind after a long midterm, or intensive project. Plus if you join the mug club you get an awesome mug the hold extra beer and a cool shirt. They normally have a pretty good beer selection and I'm always happy with the rotating beers. Prices are fair as far as normal san Diego brewery prices go. I go pretty frequently so I would recommend going to anyone looking for pizza and beer.
This is one of my staple foods while attending sdsu. They serve thin crust pizza which is much more health than vinnys pizza that is also on campus. I am kind of a normal pizza person, but really havent had any complaints about my food. The ordering process allows you to choose what you want, where it will be freshly made with fresh ingredients. It is around 10 dollars for a 6 slice 10 inch pizza with charges for other toppings, but it is worth it. There are also fountain drinks, chocolate milk, salads, and chicken wings, but I dont generally get that kind of stuff when I go to a pizzeria. Not quite sure about their prices but around 2, 4, 2, and 5 dollars respectively.
The staff helped me with creating an event for incoming students on campus. The food was on time, pizza was hot, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you for making the event such a success!

Pizza is great and so are the salads. I just tried the Gluten-Free crust today and it was really tasty, my friend said she wouldn't have know it was gluten free if I hadn't told her. They usually have a decent selection of craft beers, but they are over priced and as far as I have ever seen, there is no happy hour. ever. Other downside is that unless you are on campus (or popping off the trolly stop on campus) its not that convenient to get to.
Plenty of pizza options and the food is usually out quick. Definitely good pizza, but doesn't really stand out from the crowd(which is hard to do as a pizza joint, to be fair). A lot of students work there, and there's a service that lets you pay to play your own music from a predetermined library which is pretty cool(I have a friend who has played prog metal more than a few times).

This place is a great place to get a bite to eat on campus! It’s so nice that it’s connected to the bowling alley as well. Most the time the food is really good, especially as a gluten free student (HIGHLY recommended the gluten free crust it’s delicious). I did notice a few weeks into the semester that the Cauliflower crust seemed to have changed and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it as it it is very airy and often doesn’t seem fully cooked. The service here is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Management seems friendly but some of the student workers are honestly just rude. Don’t get me wrong, some of them are also really great! A few things I noticed that did need to be addressed is that when there’s an allergy order I notice the workers change gloves but don’t wash their hands first… this is something that should always be done when changing gloves…regardless of an allergy order or not. I also have seen a student wearing upwards of 10 bracelets and watched one drag in the sauce… a bit unsanitary. Though, none of this is the worst I’ve ever seen and I’d still say i’m comfortable eating here. One other thing is that often the pizza is assembled extremely sloppily, basically like stuff was just piled onto it. I also asked for light pepperoni and received a pizza almost completely covered in it.Being on a college campus, the prices are a bit outrageous but the food is typically really good.
Good place to get beer, pizza and kick back. The staff are pretty new, so expect delays and okay customer service. The $5 (+tax) Oggie's beers are definatly worth the lines.

Editing my review! College students are not the best employees so in saying that, the employees who are not students are pretty awesome. Managers and bartenders are way cooler! Just order at the bar if you want good service. Employees SUCK, line of ppl and employees are too busy with themselves
The pizza isn't groundbreaking. Everyone will say it's amazing, and great for college campuses. It's also great to throw out when the pizza isn't good. The pizzas that I've tried are decent, they're not like an actual pizza place. 10/10 I'd barely recommend.

Although it was clean (only reason for the 2 stars), the food was gross. Im pretty upset about eating here. Make sure to save your money and avoid this place at all costs. Pizza was uncooked, toppings weren't fresh, and what pizza place doesn't know how to slice a pizza correctly? Never eating here again.
Ordered a pizza from the QR code on our lane at the bowling alley next door. The QR code is supposed to make it easy and fast and tells them which lane to deliver the pizza. It sucked. Pizza came after 45 minutes and was room temperature like it had been sitting out for about 20 minutes before they brought it. Also specified in the order to supply napkins which they didn’t. Wish there was a way to get a refund for my tip because the workers didn’t deserve it. The pizza was not terrible just cold. I bet it’s pretty good hot. Order #15051.
Pizza is great! The wings are great too! We went to sit outside in the patio area, which wasn't supposed to be closed for a whole hour and a half. The employee began to drag chairs together and put everything away. He was making so much noise it became un comfortable to be out there. We were there with two other customers. They got up and left. We stayed and tried to enjoy our pizza, but he was being pretty obnoxious with the dragging of chairs. As soon as we got up to leave he took our chairs and put them away, closed the patio, and turned off the lights. It wasn't even close to being closing time. A couple tried to walk out to sit outside and he told them it was closed. I'm not sure if he was just trying to leave early or didn't want to deal with cleaning up outside later. But it was really uncomfortable and rude. I'm not coming back.

I’ve been coming to Oggi’s since this fall semester started and always appreciated the value and consistency. But today I was shocked to be charged $9.99 for a salad that used to cost $3.99. My usual order, which used to total around $15.08, came out to $21.72. That’s a steep and sudden increase with no explanation or noticeable change in quality. This is extremely disappointing an increase of $6 to a salad with no reason, ridiculous price for a salad this equals to an increase of 150.38%.
Food is ok, Workers are terrible everyone should be fired. Won’t take my order being the only one in line. I’ve worked customer service before and that is the laziest performance by workers I’ve ever seen. How hard is it to put marinara on the pizza then take somebody’s order. They are also not wearing hats which is unsanitary. This 5 person line I am looking at has not moved in the past 10 minutes.

I usually love this place but the girl working today, 10/27/25 @2:20pm was so rude. She wasn’t smiling at anybody and didn’t speak a word when people asked for a plate or a water cup or ranch. She just mean mugged me when I asked for ranch and I genuinely have no idea why. Sorry but the customer service today was not good.
NOT NEURO-DIVERGENT FRIENDLY, Unlike other bars including several in Hillcrest that are. The reason this place has one star is because of how the staff made me feel. I was standing up for 25 minutes ready to close out while the bar tender blaintly ignored me and had conversations with the peope who seemed a little more relaxed. Thats fine and good, but when you finish the conversation after I have been waiting on you during that conversation. When I have been patient with you AND YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT! That is why I am here. I will change my review when you see to it that your staff who worked on the day this review was made and ended her shift just an hour ago before this was written(For any management that sees this check the cameras if you have them). You will immediately see what really went down. Because I guarentee you what they say and what shows up on the cameras are two completely different things and if they can't be mature and take responsibility you might want to consider replacing them with more compassionate staff WHO HAVE actual humanity. I am not going back for the "Anti-social behavior scene!" Get back to me when you resolve this right, and fairly and I will change this review. AGAIN **DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE AUTISTIC/NEURO-DIVERGENT!** PS its now turning 9pm and this is when they are now suppose to be closing. Noticed they were already getting ready to close when I left, like now over an hour ago, the last edit was an hour after. People making comments about them closing early and getting away with it! 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😥😥😥😰😰😰! Wow they weren't kidding, thought they closed at 8pm!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Mediocre overpriced pizza but forced to go because it's one of the closest food spots on campus. Service is rude and takes forever 99% of the time. Closes before displayed closing time on a whim and whenever the employees think they can get away with it. Was literally told they were closed by a woman simultaneously making a pizza right in front of me. Absurd.
