Had not been to this McD's for some time. But since was on tight budget was really pleased with quality and speed at which food was brought to table. Noted that drive through was really busy, yet the few indoor guests were served quickly. Store remains very clean. Fries still the best.

Always a good experience! I stopped at the one on Rio Rancho Road by the 71 for breakfast and I was in and out in 5 minutes at the drive thru! I haven't been served that fast in a long time. It reminded me of McDonald's in the 70's in Chicago when they had the fastest service in town!

Place is pretty busy at lunch time but moves quickly. The place use to be clean, but now the tables are always dirty. Food is always fresh. Only one time the fries were a little too crunchy for me. But the cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets are always fresh and tender.

This Mcdonalds is not 24 hrs. Several times i had come between 330 am and 4am and they have told me is close. And when i havd order thru differents delivery app they have canvel mu otdrr because the sydtrm doen and thry cannoy acceot orders ot the orders are noy coming thru the app. So is it 24hr restaursnt or no?

Got myself a meal deal and a coffee (dinner than coffee in the morning) and my boyfriend the Minecraft Happy Meal and the food was stellar. This is the standard I expect for any McDonalds I go to. This was the Crack in Crackdonalds that I needed. I'm not from the area and my expectations have been exceeded. Service was actually friendly and they made my coffee (with 3x extra caramel, WHICH WASNT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE) PERFECTLY! Most McDonalds barely add 1 more instead of 3 more and I was beyond happy for the entirety of my day.

The food tasted good. It also tasted fresh. It's hard to get any service here , during the evening. It was not crowded. The Cashier was too busy gossiping with her coworkers. The bathrooms are locked here. You need to ask for the code. Good luck getting friendly, helpful service. It seemed like the workers, were all hiding in back. Or Just busy with the drive thru!

We stopped at this location anytime we want to eat McDonald's, the Customer service with every manager and staff member is always great. My special request is always fullfil. The restrooms and the entire dining area are always clean, plus a great selection of music( nothing crazy or loud).

I enjoy going to this site. Employees are courteous and friendly. The food is fresh the place is clean. It's exceptionally clean when Michael is working. He keeps the entire area clean. He cleans tables with a spray bottle not just with a moist rag. He sweeps floors, mops, serves food, and takes orders. He does it all. I ask for his name today because I wanted him to know what a great job he's doing and for him to be acknowledged for the great job he does.

Very fast drive thru service!

This is an excellent McDonald’s—clean, efficient, and staffed with friendly, helpful employees. We came here specifically for dinner and to give our kids a place to play and burn off some energy, and the play place was outstanding. It’s easily the best play area we’ve experienced at a fast-food restaurant. The dining area was spotless and very well maintained. One thing that really sets this location apart is the self-serve soda station. Many McDonald’s have removed theirs, so it was a nice bonus to be able to refill our own drinks. The food was exactly what you want from McDonald’s, and our order was completely correct. We especially loved the Deluxe McCrispy chicken sandwich and the McCrispy tenders—both were fresh, flavorful, and something we would absolutely order again. Overall, this location goes above and beyond compared to other McDonald’s, and we’ll definitely be back.

This McDonald’s is a model McDonald’s and every other McDonald’s should be like this! The staff cares and they make the absolute best frappes. Unfortunately, I could not stop drinking them and now I am fat so be careful lol. Seriously even at 2 o’clock in the morning the staff is ready to make sure you get out of there quick and you don’t hate your meal. It’s not normally the case for late fast food. It’s really nice to get something at 2 o’clock in the morning and it’s still piping hot. did I mention how good those chocolate chip frappes are? Did somebody say extra chocolate chip and caramels with a shot of espresso? I’ve said enough.

The food was good, and the service was good. I just wish their menu was easier to see. It's far from the the order desk and the font is I possible to read. One of the monitors was around the corner from the desk. I tried to lean over to see it, but couldn't. The menu should be visible to people as they stand in line, so they could be ready to order when they get to the desk. Otherwise you just hold up the line. So I just ordered from memory. If there's anything new on the menu, I wouldn't know. Ridiculous.

I'm not a fan of Mc Donald's. I only came here because I was picking up something at Lowe's that shares the parking lot. That said, they got my order correct and the wait wasn't too long. The 4 stars is only for the service. You know what you're getting into at McDonald's. If you like it, this is a nice drive thru. I didn't go inside so I can only review the drive thru.

This location is slightly understaffed, but the workers there are working their tails off. The cleanliness could be improved slightly, and the restrooms are still vandalized despite the locks on the restroom doors, but the food prep and the order accuracy is good.

Made a big order, was asked to pull over to the side while the order was ready. Usually at other McDonald's, they take forever, but the staff was very quick and even repeated the order for us to make sure we had everything.

I ordered off the app and they forgot my apples in the happy meal. Mcdonalds always seem to miss something when I order off the app. They did everything else right. And the food tasted pretty good. Today they were out of Medium cups but posted about it which was nice.

Saturday around 2p ordered the big Mac with 20pc nuggets and 2 regular hamburgers. Food was fresh and on point. Lol I wish this type of freshness was at all mcds lol So idk if it was the crew members that were scheduled or if they were new but it was fresh

I would say that for a McDonald's establishment; this location is above average in all criteria. Rather large indoor playground for children; sanctioned off from the rest of the normal seating area. Keeps the cafe relatively insulated from the children's noise. Bathrooms seemed to be up kept somewhat regularly. All employees I dealt with exhibited satisfactory competence levels. Keep up the mc-work

I like to come to this location for late-night snacks. I always try to arrive before midnight when they shut down the ice cream machine but if it's already shut down I order some sweet tea and French fries. Considering they have 1 person running the entire place late at night, the food is reliably hot and fresh.

Typical McDonald's. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don't. We didn't have hardly any interaction with the staff so it's difficult to rate the service. We order on the app and at the kiosk. Everything was fine. The dining room was clean which is nice.

Typical McD & they still have a fountain that many have removed so this place is better than those but they have the restroom on lock down! Which is a pain but I'll still be back

Fast here! Nice workers and i love the table service.The only reason for 2 stars less is not McDonald's but the location. It used to nice in this area. Now I had someone harassing me outside for money and then again when I was leaving. The person looked like he was drunk or on something but a little scary.

Food was just thrown together and put in bag side ways the breakfast sandwiches were a mess and it was hard to eat it without getting messy. The kiosk didn't print out my receipt and they treated me like getting one was a big deal.

My initial review identified this particular McDonald's as one of the cleanest, fastest, and most efficient McDonalds in Southern California. However, using my McDonald's app to place an "In-Store" order, it was NEVER delivered to my table, and the staff wouldn't even apologize! HORRIBLE service. I am now reconsidering ever eating in-store here again. UPDATE: on subsequent visits, the staff was very helpful and pleasant, and table service with the app has been speedy -- what a turnaround!

Had to wait for the fries and they were cold and seemed aged. Although I know this happens from time to time I cannot wrap my head around the wait time.

The food is always delicious and made exactly how I order it. The Play Place inside the restaurant is big, and the kids love it. The service is good, but I do find myself being sent to the drive-thru waiting areas every time I go there. The location is usually fairly busy, though, and I don't find myself having to wait too long for the food. I can certainly recommend this particular location if you need that Mc' D fix.

Food was hot. It's usually clean when we visit. I do, have a problem with the bathrooms. The bathroom in the play area should be open for kids. It is the worst having a small child that needs the restroom. Either you wait in line or try to get an employees attention to open the bathroom. It is an inconvenience when you have multiple or small children!!! The staff could also use a class in customer service!!

Food was great. Cashier was so nice and patient! However they use the play area as a break room. Other workers came in multiple times, one listening to a loud sermon. I didn't mind that. But the other listening to loud reels, super loud! And ignored us when we wanted to ask about the bathroom in the area (it's closed and not in use- no sign either) so disappointed. Mostly that the play area for KIDS and their parents is being used as a break room for the workers, wouldn't have minded if they weren't so loud..

They forgot the cookies I ordered. I already left the pick up window when I realized it was not in the bag. Only the drive thru window was opened. I have to go back and wait in the drive thru line. When I got the cookies, they didn’t even say sorry. Just $&@##&.

The frozen yogurt and shake machines are always down. Majority of the time I use the drive thru I'm asked to pull into some waiting spot to wait for someone to bring my order. There's been a few times when I received very good service but more bad than good. Now I go to the Mcd's on Lonehill and Route 66. I can't believe their minimum wage is $20/hr. If you can't complete a simple request your compensation should reflect the same. Extra shredded lettuce and I get no lettuce. See photo.

How is it that about every other night this McDonald’s system is always down? And then placing and order through the app they don’t tell you systems are down and don’t find out until your order is trying to be picked up and then it’s been over a month and I STILL have not been refunded my $30.

Been coming here for years, recently every visit the service or the food has be on a decline. Nuggets are not fully cooked and have cold spots or very hard to chew. The french fries are not crisp or colder brown, just very soggy and have been left in the warmer. Recent worker we had help us just looked sad and didn't even look at us. From a food service worker to another, management needs to be kicked into gear or need to get new staff that is there to work. You're there to create an experience not a paycheck.

The last 3 times I've been to this location, food was VERY cold and my burger looked like someone stepped on it. I've been coming here for over 19 years. I understand that everyone is short staffed but I'd be willing to wait longer for food that is hot and not mangled. So frustrated with this location!

Horrible experience. I went through the Drive-Thru and they said they were only accepting cash which is fine I get that sometimes the machines can go down but write it down somewhere so people don't go in and get stuck in the drive thru. Second when I went to pay for the food they would not accept the McDonald's app coupon and the excuse was the machine was down. Fine I get it but customer service should be something standard right? Maybe just adjust the price? It was only 4 dollars but I let it go. Then when I handed them my money and the employee handed me my change back he did not give me a receipt. I then asked him for one and he denied me the receipt because the system was down. When I asked to speak to the manager they denied to speak to me and said they could write the order for me so I agreed but asked them to write the managers name on the bottom. As you can see in the picture which is not a legal receipt all they would give me was her first name and when I asked for he last name they yelled at me saying no they can't and threw the receipt at me. Service is great. I tried the chicken deluxe sandwich. This sunks if you do know what I mean. I don't recommend it to anyone it is a horrible sandwich. Breaded chicken with mayo lettuce and tomatoes. There is just one ingredient left out; where is the flavor?? Save your money. This sandwich is a waste. Trash is the word.

If you don't mind not getting all your change this is the place to go. I ordered a hash brown and sausage biscuit. Paid with cash and the kid at the window short changed me. 2 cents if they didn't have the pennies I would have understood but to just keep them with no explanation that's a whole different story. Just ask is what I'm saying. Changing the fry grease would be a big help as well. Hash browns tasted a lot rancid.

Very very disappointing experience. I was pushed out the drive through like an animal. I asked for a cup of water and I was told to go park. FOR A CUP OF WATER. ASHLEY, the person who helped me, made me feel very very rushed and at the same time very unpleasant and undervalued. She told me, next time you want water, order it in the speaker. She then began to talk about me on her headset. Its very apparent that her drive through time is more important than my business. I dont blame her as much as the manager who oversees her work performance and the overall satisfaction of the customer. I think the manager needs to go back and learn the importance of customer service and word of mouth.

Went through the drive through, they told me it was CASH ONLY. I had cash so it was okay. Then I handed them $10 for 2, 2 for $3.25s. Should have been roughly $7-8. They gave me a dollar and a few Pennies back in change. When I asked to see me receipt the employee told me they don’t give receipts when it’s cash only! Very unhappy with not being able to see how much I paid for my meal and how much change I was supposed to be given back. Chicken sandwiches were cold and stale. Ice cream machine wasn’t working. This morning I ordered threw my McDonald's app and it took the 10 minutes to get me my vanilla sugar free latte and a large mocha frappe. I had to call them and the manager said he had just gotten my order when in my side it showed it had been 10 minutes. The worst part was that the latte was not made properly. The frappe was really watery, not only that they didn't have large cups for the latte and they gave me a small and medium cup. The service was horrible.

I just left drive through and I got my kids McDoubles the ones we got had one meat in it no napkins I can store a male who said he’s manager picks up tell him he said well bring food back very rude he hung up on me! I would like corporate to reach out to me

Slowest and worst McDonald’s experience of my life. Waited over 20 minutes just to be given the wrong order. We eventually had to ask them about it at which point they finally made it. When they gave us the “correct” order it was still missing things. At no point did the crew apologize for the wait or mistakes. During our wait five other customers asked for refunds since they also were waiting for 15-20 minutes for their orders. Not coming here again.

This place is the absolute worse. They never get anything correct. If you order on door dash. The order is either wrong, missing something, cold etc. The franchise owners should be embarrassed.

Came here a little bit after 9pm. Ordered on my phone with the app and came to pick up. The sign says dinning room open till 10 but no doors are open. Wish we could just go somewhere else but already paid and couldn’t cancel. Ended up waiting another 20 min in the drive through line to get my food. Total time spend to get my food was over half hour. Ridiculous! If I have 30 min to spare I wouldn’t go to fast food!

The employees here cant tell the difference between a large size french fries, and a small size french fries. I ordered a large size and they filled it partially. What a ripoff!

I ordered two big mac combos, neither came with lettuce on them, one of them had one pickle, the other had two, and one had a hair stuck between the cheese and the bun. They didn't include straws for the drinks or the ketchup I asked for. This is the third time we've ordered from this McDonald's and it's the third time they've screwed it up. Update 1-15-19: They're still unable to get orders correct based on my experience. I just went through and ordered two big Mac combos with extra pickles. We got no pickles and no straws for our drinks.

So I try not to judge hard. It is mcdonald's In All. But when you mess up a double hamburger not once but twice. Come on your employees need to pay attention. It's not that hard

Came through the drive thru for an Oreo McFlurry with fudge. We left the drive thru with an unmixed McFlurry, automatically ridiculous. We go back , and the same burly lady tells us, “Uhhh we mix it upon request.” ???? I’m sorry, immediately no. After reminding her we got a McFlurry and not a sundae, she cut us off and just said to pull through. Get better workers.

I ordered food from McDonald's online last night but I have a big truck and I parked the truck on the street in front and went to get the food and they refused to give me the food and are telling me that you can take it from the drive through and where should I bring the car from? The night crew are absolutely horrible. They shut things down at the most random hours. Can't do deliveries because apparently they're counting out the register but they'll still take cash and I'm not sure how that affects the register seeing as how orders are done through Uber or other apps weird. They're rude, they're dismissive, they are the most unprofessional lot I've ever encountered. The fact they're making 18 to $20 an hour it just horrific considering they don't deserve it. That's not saying that McDonald's workers don't deserve it I'm just saying this particular crew does not

I have been coming here since I was a little kid and I can confidently say this McDonald’s is pretty much terrible all around. From consistently cold or stale fries to employees not knowing extremely basic customer service, this McDonald’s hits every bad experience check mark. Since I live down the street this is pretty much the only McDonald’s I ever go to and they’ve singe handedly convinced me to just never eat at any McDonald’s again. I’ve gone here for breakfast and I’ve also visited late at night, it’s not a specific shift crew that’s bad, it’s all of them. At that point the only people to blame are the owners and the general manager. They should just be ashamed lol. Good thing they’re close to the exits of two major freeways otherwise their place would’ve been closed a long time ago.

The drive-through line was super long at 830pm and all the way to the street so we parked and went inside. Order for some chicken nuggets took over 20 mins. On my way out, I noticed every single trash can (inside and outside) were overflowing with trash. The entrance mat was so dirty and nasty…made me wish I had gone to another McDonald’s instead. This one isn’t maintained like it should.

Said order was complete when it wasn’t and then the kid at the window, blamed on his manager. Got home and rest of order was wrong. Sent an email to the email address on receipt but no return reply.

When purchasing food today my bill was 9.73 my change was supposed to be 10.27 but the cashier said I can only give u back 10.25 due to no more pennys will be made. Yours is the only place to do that. Even though it's only 2 cents u shouldn't not give me less. If there are no pennys u should just charge 9.75 or 9.70 for my purchase since im giving u my full amount and your not giving me my full amount in change. You could also give me 5 cents if u can't give me 2 cents. Your corporation is huge you could afford to do that. Why would u make customers not get their full payment? Im going to notify corporate office, not happy right now.

We have ordered here plenty of the times over the years, and it seems the service is declining. My mom order a Sausage McGriddle this morning, and made sure to specifically say "Just the sausage. No egg or cheese." The McGriddle they put in the bag only had just the two pancake buns and no sausage in it. 😑

McDonald's let me place a mobile order at just before 9:00 and when I got over there they were closed! In this day and age you think that if a 24 hours McDonald's was going to be closed on New Year's Eve that the app would tell you so and wouldn't let you place an order! Had I known they were going to be closed I wouldn't have gotten dressed and left the house since I'm 80 years old and it was raining! This McDonald's has still not opened up their self-service drink area and you have to throw away your cup and go to the counter and ask for a refill so it's trash going into the landfill that doesn't need to be going there! When I zero out my points I will not be returning to McDonald's again this owner owns one on arrow highway in Covina and one on Alaosta and Azusa. I've called to ask why they're self-service drinks are not available like everybody else in the area they're competitors El Pollo Loco Boston market habit Burger AMC theaters In-N-Out Burger all have self-service fountain open for the public! Today I heard on the news at McDonald's is going to get rid of their self-service drink bar and may charge you for refills. Today is May 31st 2024. If this happens I will never return to McDonald's again! They say their reason is for consistency but the real reason is to put a few more pennies in their pocket! Remember last summer you could get any drink for a dollar. Now they're special for a large drink is $1.49! Check out the new McDonald's straws they're so thin they bend when you try to push it through the cap of a large drink. When you order online they have straws as an option but it doesn't say anything about napkins. Today July 2nd 2024 I got a large fry and a drink the inside the restaurant closes at 10:00 now so I pulled over to eat my fries and they hadn't given me any napkins! On the mobile order it didn't offer me a place to say yes or no for napkins!😩👎😩👎 Napkins should be given with every order of fries and if they're not going to give you napkins they should ask if you're not getting fries but to not give vacuums when you're ordering food is ridiculous especially when there's no place on the mobile app to ask for napkins as there is with other fast food establishments!

For whatever reason one of the ladies who works in the early morning (pre 5am) doesn’t answer the speaker . There have been a couple times where I show up and no one is answering the speaker box and I’m unable to get the Mobil order I already payed for . It’s incredibly frustrating and even more frustrating when I seee that same worker is in the window when I’m leaving the shopping center . I have a co worker who has the same issue at the same McDonald’s .

Mcdonald's food is not even food at all. They're chicken nuggets, have 0 chicken. It starts off as a powder. I recommend that Nobody ever eats at mcdonald's let alone any fast food. Trust me when I say people that it's not food.There's no nutritional value in anything.It's a bunch of junk that makes us sick. Test it yourself, Order a burger and let it sit anywhere in the bag for at least a week.... You will see that It looks the same as the day you ordered it seven days later. There's nothing right about that. When something sits at long, it should be molded.It shouldn't be gross.It should start to smell.... But what do I know right?Through your homework people.

Service at night is not it. Not only did we get soggy fries they were also half full. Asked for easy ice and instead got a drink k with a full cup of ice. No napkins order was wrong,was passing through and decided to stop by and I regret stopping. I would give this McDonald's no stars if I could. Disappointed

Date 09.19.25 Time 08:27P I returned to the McDonald's to get my correct order , they were not apologetic at all and simply made the order without much interaction, I understand I should double check the order since they get it wrong often so that part it is my fault, my advice don't forget to double check your order and don't expect Friendly staff. If you do not want to make a return trip for the proper order. 1 star service zero if optional.

We drove to this McDonald to get a happy meal for my daughter as we get in line and waited over 20 mins to come to the window n we are told the system is down n we can’t sell any food. Common sense and good customer service would’ve been if somebody came outside and let customers know the system is down so we don’t wait in line just to be told that n I had to drive away with no food for my daughter. They had 2 cars waiting to get the food so did they get it for free since the system is down. Good customer service would have been to still serve the customer already in line when the system when down. Unacceptable customer service
