Food was delicious, customer service was great the young lady at the front new the menue, made some recommendations and offered us the new sauce that they will be adding to the menú.
As a Peruvian, I give this a genuine stamp of approval!! I brought my parents here for a proper taste test and this is genuine pollo a la brasa! We also loved the chaufa! Delicious and authentic—we will be back!
So yummy and the staff is always nice!! Definitely try the extra sauces. The drinks were crazy good too. I wish they were open later and had more salad options.
Great new fast casual Peruvian spot, never mind the negative reviews here they just can’t handle the salt or flavor. It’s on point, def get a pollo a la brasa to start, duh. The chicha morada and passionfruit lemonade also hit. Plantains weren’t the best but not bad. Overall great new addition to SF!
Delicious new chicken spot. Serving size is plentiful. The chicken is tender and crispy at the same time. Their fried rice is classic takeout style flavor. Their chicken sandwich on brioche bun is muy rico!!

Wow the chicken tenders and dipping sauces are very good. The side items like the rice and french fries are also tasty. This is a unique restaurant and happy they are here in SF.
Obsessed! The chicken with the sauce is SO good. I love that there are healthy options you can pair it with such as salad or veggies. The sangria is really delicious and strong too… I was feeling it after 2 of them. Highly recommend!
I recently discovered Brasa Bros, and I’m so glad I did! The chicken is incredibly flavorful, juicy, and cooked to perfection. You can really taste the quality and care they put into their food. On top of that, the service is excellent—everyone is friendly and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. This place is new, but it already feels like a hidden gem. Highly recommend Brasa Bros if you’re looking for delicious rotisserie chicken and great service!

The chicken was pretty solid. I spent $22 dollars for a half chicken, which came with two sides. Chicken was very flavorful. The slaw could use some work.
The chicken is maybe a bit dry, but the sauces are great.

Recommend! Extremely friendly, helpful and quick service, great vibe with fun music and lively decor, beautiful mural outside, indoor/outdoor seating, good ventilation inside. Loved the extremely juicy chicken tenders w/ fried rice. Rotisserie chicken and french fries were dry but the chicken is free range, which is a plus! Great drinks menu - delicious passion fruit lemonade + inca kola! will try the leche asada dessert next time

3.5 stars for a misleading menu and manager not owning up to menu mistake and honoring a bulk order. The menu states the featured items come with chicken and 2 sides. A single tender is listed under SIDES on the menu, but they charged me an additional $5.95/ea. on orders that had added it. When I asked about it upon pick up, they said it’s not a “side.” I said they chose 1 side and tender, so now those orders are missing 1 of 2 sides that comes with the order. I asked to add a side on each of those orders and manager said he can’t, but gave me an extra fries in the end. Also If you don’t want the sauce it comes with, they won’t switch to a diff sauce unless you pay $2.50 for each. The chicken was just okay, needed some sort of hot sauce. I probably won’t come back here.

Super nice staff but the food just isn’t up to standards considering how basic it is + the price. Sauces are great but $2.5 for an extra sauce is bonkers. Tenders and fries are extremely mid. A lot of their budget went to marketing but they should focus on perfecting the basics. Passion fruit lemonade is fire though!
I’ve eaten here several times now and every time I got the fried rice togo, it would always have a taste of soap or detergent. Please check your quality. I’m not the only one that could taste the soapiness in the fried rice.
Half chicken is 22 bucks plus each sauce is 2.50. I ended up paying 33 bucks including tip for some chicken. The sauce is not worth 2.50. The food is good but not like the real Peruvian spots on the east coast and definitely not worth 33 bucks.

I loved Limon so I really want to like Brasa Bros, but there are just some oddities about the menu. The big one is the way they treat the sides especially around vegetables. You can't swap salad for the cole slaw with the tenders combos, even though everything that comes with your choice of sides would consider both a side. But weirdly, you can swap the fries for salad. They also don't have any hot vegetable options at all, which is a big bummer because the vegetable side from Limon was one of my favorites. Finally, they are always out of jasmine rice, only having fried rice. These are things that wouldn't be hard to fix and would make a big difference in my enjoyment of Brasa Bros.

This restaurants has nothing from Peru besides the name , im peruvian and his "chicke" has 1/10 flavor from a Peruvian chicken ( pollo a la braza ) do youraelf a favor and dont spend your money here. First and last time I come here what a disappointment.
Pollo a la Brasa is one of Peru's best dishes, and in Peru, it is the best ever. I wouldn't call this pollo a la brasa, but a crossover between Pollo Loco and Pollo Supremo level. The leche asada was one of the worst ever; no taste, but just full of sugar and no taste, period. The arroz chaufa was super greasy and had no flavor. The salad was good, and the plantains were very good. I'm not coming back.
Rating solely on food. I hosted a fried chicken contest. Someone brought the chicken tenders from Brasa Bros. The other fried chicken available was Jollibee, Lucky’s, and Kukje. This was one was at the bottom of the list (for me). The chicken was dry and not as crispy. The only redeeming quality was the sauces it came with. Hoping I just got a dry tender and it’s not all like that 🤞🏼

Maybe the music is too loud but messed up my order, slow service, had to get something else made and I said, “ok I’ll be right back to pick it up” and they didn’t make my order and had refunded me. Now I won’t have that money for a couple of days and don’t get to eat. Never going there again- super disappointing and overpriced for what looks like fast food. Better off at Apollo Campero or other local Peruvian spots.
Walked down here at suggestion of Mayor Lurie. Wish I could review higher. Not a warm and fuzzy place. Staff not especially friendly, perhaps language barrier. Not getting good vibes. Space age modern with austere furnishings.I was doing takeout so did not test chair/table eating. Clasico Brasa including whole chicken nicely chopped ,fries, sauces and a very nice looking s green salad which i have not tried. 35.79 $$ Chicken was dry !!! which means it goes into the compost. Take out food often suffers this fate. I was hoping this might be different. Fries were soggy. I wont repeat but give it a try.We can all help the mayor resurrect san francisco!!
Not sure what they teach in restaurant hygiene now a days, but for the love of all and mighty..was your hands. Don’t go here if you plan on getting sick. I confronted / spoke to the “manager” When i told asked him if he washed he hands before going back to the kitchen. He gave no response, because he didn’t wash his hands. I wouldn’t have ask but prior I noticed him engage in a conversation with a friend and i thought he was on break, ( his hands all over the counter as he was leaning on it. Guessing on break ) I was surprised when he went back in the kitchen and was handling the customers food. Mind you, zero washing of the hands. I told him thats not right..this guy played the dumbest move of all. “Uh i don’t touch my face” its your job to set an example to the employees. Guess the bar is pretty low. My guess is, he ends up being the owner. I would not be surprised if the place shuts down, when people start getting sick of contaminated food. I ordered fries... I am apposed to throwing away food, but in this case because they were handling by dirty hands. Straight to the trash bin. Food safety is compromised. I placed my own order at kiosk. The only pleasant person there was the female worker. She offered me ketchup and had a positive approach towards customers.
Here’s an updated version including that detail: --- I visited Peruvian Rottiseri on Thursday around 8pm, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The food was not good and did not meet expectations at all. What made things worse was the cashier rounding up the price without asking for my consent. That is completely unacceptable. Customers should always be informed and agree before any price adjustments are made. On top of that, the customer service was poor. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, which made the entire visit frustrating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.
