Incredible food at a great price. All you can eat hot pot, sake, wine and saporro with karaoke. Had a great time!
The hot pot is chicken based so delicious. We had the all you can eat, service was fast, and food is amazing.
bussin. excellent food with excellent service. lunch special is lit and dinner is all you can drink. basically it’s awesome and you and your friends should go there
It's all u can eat restaurant. Affordable price and various types of foods. Good place to meet when u want to have a great dinner with your friends.
We drive from Stockton to eat here, well worth it! The service leaves much to be desired but the food, price and quality is excellent!
Great price for all you can eat and drink hot pot and karaoke. Fancy interior, quality cuts of meat, tasty broth.
Love this place! The orange peel chicken is out of this world. Try the calamari as well and being a big group for a private karaoke booth!
Awesome experience. Attentive staff. Makes you feel as if you if we’re not in a pandemic. They still take the precautions and are professional about their work.
This place is excellent! Really great expensive ingredients in the AYCE menu, decent service, a good step above other hot pot places.
I traveled from Texas to San Francisco for a visit and I tried this place. This place is amazing compared to any Hot Pot place in Houston, Texas. The broth and the meats/seafood are extraordinary! Very fast service to0! Plus, the price was just right.😉
Great place to go with friends and family. All you can eat and drink for a reasonable price. The hot pot is tasty, the meats and veggies were good and the dumplings were delicious. You will walk in and waddle out.
Bring $40 per person and live your best life. Great food . All you can eat and drink. Beer, wine, sake sodas and guava drinks are all included.
Staff were very attentive and eager to please!
Love eating here, they're very direct, which is a cultural thing, and the food is all you can eat so the menu options are smaller than other places BUT still quite a few options. Also came here for my birthday and got to do karaoke and hot pot which was so so fun 🤗🤗
The Real Authentic Chinese [Local patrons only (except me) that’s how you know it is legit.] must have a Q Code reader to order, super efficient. Fast Medium Spicy 🌶 is hot. Comes with the adjustable catering flame built-into the inverted Asian Temple style Base/support. Lobster crab pork FRESH Vegetables vermicelli (glass noodles) seriously go there.
Simply put, this hot pot place is incredible. The service is incredibly fast, and efficient. The booths are set up well and the ingredients were well-prepared and grouped in logical order. I highly recommend this hot pot place!!
All you can eat & drink Hot Pot AND Karaoke?! What more can you ask for!!! This is my favorite place to go in the city for hot pot with large groups of friends and we always have a fun night!
Was a good experience can't complain just wish I knew the sauce in the pot is spicy and I should have use the soy sauce on my left to get rid of the spicy flavor. Good service can't complain, had a lot of food and made my day.
Amazing selection of meats and veggies, cooked appetizers and drinks. All you can eat for dinner is now $32.99, but well worth it!
Great food, nice decoration of the restaurant. Lots of choosers of meat, veget, soup base, and drinks! With the kind of food vs price. It is really cheap
Went there for lunch, overall it was a good experience. Only one waiter was around taking orders. He was not talkative but polite and tried to deliver food quickly. It was mostly help yourself style of hotpot, which is totally okay for us as the food itself is good. Ayce with drinks for less than $22, and no other surcharges, pretty good for the time of pandemic. 夫妻肺片 👍👍👍
From the outside of the restaurant, it looks closed and dirty. Inside, it is clean and large. Tables are really spread out. They don't rush you. They serve with a smile. This is an all you can eat dine-in restaurant. They do take outs. There are about 3-4 choices of broth; mild to spicy. You order from a form which is intensive that includes meats, vegetables, appetizers, noodles, beverages, ice cream, alcohol, seafood, cooked entrees, and other condiments like eggs, mushrooms, wontons, and tofu. There's a separate table of all kinds of spices, vinegars , chopped garlic, and soya sauces where you make your own dipping sauces. You determine the pace of your meal on how fast you cook your ingredients. Portions are large enough for 4 persons. You can ask for smaller portions as not to waste. Thus, you can order a larger variety of ingredients.
Came here for late dinner after trick-or-treating on Halloween night with 5 kids. We all had an amazing experience! We will definitely come back again.
I eat at Grand hot lounge every week, took my friends as well, we love it. Great food and very spacious and nice restaurant. Now they have karaoke rooms, is fun. Price is reasonable. all you can eat. You have to try this place.
All you can eat hot pot with good quality ingredients. Go with a group of at least 4 for best results . Standard all you can eat strategies apply, getting the server's attention is hard after the initial order so order as much as you think you can eat at the start. They will charge you for waste, so be prepared to eat what you order. Knowing a little Chinese can be helpful for interpreting the menu, but not required.
Bruh this is the best hot pot place ive been to. Their Cucumber salad is fresh and tasty and their green onion pancake is ALWAYS light, flaky and crispy. The broths are perfect, food is always great. Service is good as well.
Yummy food with many selections, loved their broth and sauce!! Wow.. great price for ayce and drinks including beer 🍻.. specially in San Francisco where all cost is high! 👍 Fast service... not slow at all👌 Great job, keep up with your food and service!! We will come back and already recommended to family anf friends 😎
As a Vancouver (best city for authentic Chinese food) native, you gotta trust me when I say this is what true hot pot is like. The king oyster mushrooms are sliced thinly to perfection, the bean curb roll offerings are generous, they give you lots of the leafy part of napa cabbages, and when you need more item you simply wave down the waiters instead of writing it down on paper with your other orders. The best part? The unlimited free drinks and chicken feet!
They just move to new location on Geary St between 6&7th Ave. which pretty close to my house. Inside, they might just renovate. It's clean and modern style. The food is great! They have a lot of choices and the price is very reasonable!! I went there for lunch and I got all you can eat and all you can drink only $23.99/person. The service is good as well. Definitely come back!!
Best hotpot in town . Hands down u get your money's worth... Good appetizers and fire broths. Everything was fresh too. They have 2 locations this one is more laid back. Have to get walnut shrimp and green onion pancakes
The place might be slightly dated however, the service is awesome, the food is great, drink all you want such as sake /beer etc. My family is from Hong Kong and all servers spoke Cantonese/English and I’m pretty sure they spoke mandarin too. I went to little sheep first and they forgot to mentioned they only have all you can eat on Tuesday only. Grand Hot pot lounge might is all you can eat everyday. Might not be fancy, but you’re not being charged for the extra fanciness, service was awesome, down to earth, no wait, and and they even have karaoke rooms!!! $28 bucks a person. A+++
Showed up for the lunch all you can eat hot pot experience and left stuffed and appeased. Plenty of seating, the service is quick and there is also a set of serving areas to get other items not offered on the menu. 18.99 for lunch all you can eat Hot Pot that opens at 11am. There are tons of foods offered for any palette. They have many different types of soups offered. All of the soups are very flavourful that you can enjoy with your meal. Definitely worth a trip to experience.
Great selection, AYCE lunch is $21.99 dinner is $28.99, includes all the meat and vegetables as appetizers you want, along with any soda, tea, boba from the drink fridge, and dessert, many ice creams and a mango yogurt. A wonderful value for the price!
I like this place. It is like in China. They have good choices of food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Delicious vanilla ice cream.
Awesome broths used, beef was alright though selection of veggies and GREEN ONION PANCAKES and canned drinks (HERBAL TEA!) make this experience awesome. Went during lunch, around $19 per person
Nice restaurant. Has karaoke rooms and all you can eat Hot Pot. The broths we're very flavorful. I will go again thanks to the food. The service could have been a little better. Overall a great spot to eat with upbeat atmosphere.
Grand hot pot has been our goto hot pot place in the city for years now. Pre pandemic we would come here weekly for their great flavors and amazing price. Now that I no longer live in the city in glad to visit whenever I can. Some stands outs are the lamb shoulder , tripe , shrimp paste , and scallop. Recommend for anyone looking for some authentic hot pot and are in the city.
Awesome all you can eat hotpot with all you can drink sake. The meat and veggies quality was surprisingly good for an all you can eat place. And they have private karaoke rooms! Our group had a fantastic party time singing and eating simultaneously.
Some of the best meats. .. all the hot pots and ayce places. This by far is the best.. meats look fresh and the drinks.. wow!!
Good fast service and delicious broth. Highly recommend the hot pot and green onion pancakes

Too exciting about the food and forgot to take any photos😅 It is one of the best spicy hotpot I had in SF, highly recommend😊
A good value. If you have enough people, request a private room so you can stay and eat for longer. Order a lot at once because service can be slow.
Great for big groups and delicious, but they totally brought out a different order. No problem since it's all you can eat, but it was a little puzzling.
All you need from a hotpot place. Good all you can eat with a good price. Their Menu is HUGE. Only downside is little to no service.
Very cheap all you can eat & drink & sing hotpot/karaoke place. The service is lacking here but really cheap and good value.
Great place for big groups to enjoy hot pot. All you can eat and drink at a not too expensive price.
Our go-to place for hot pot with large groups. Such a variety of fresh ingredients. Cooked items are decent - green onion pancakes - yum! Two kinds of stock to cook in and they have the divided pots so you can have both. AYCE but order most of your items the first round because they get busy and waiting times for 2nd or 3rd rounds seem to get longer and longer.
AYCE BBQ is always a challenge for someone of smaller stature and stomach capacity such as myself, so I don't enjoy them too much. That said, this place is totally worth it for the price and the quality of the food. Good, tasty broths paired with the usual and unusual suspects, such as lamb, lobster balls, fish, tofu, even sashimi, all for a reasonable price, will have you coming out of this place needing a wheelbarrow.
Fresh and delicious ingredients for both meat and vegetarian hot pot. Their "mild" broth can actually be very spicy but oh so flavorful!... The bathrooms need to be a lot cleaner and better maintained tho.
Great place to have hot pot. Meats are always fresh as well veggies. Plenty of different ingredients to mix up your favorite dipping sauce. Fair price as well.
Think this place is known for their hotpot, especially the Tuesday all you can eat special. Did come a Tuesday but tried their cooked dishes instead! Got the Singapore curry noodles, egg rolls, lamb skewered, and a pork stir fry. Everything was delicious - exceeded my expectations for a Chinese restaurant. The pork stir fry was on the spicier side, more oily, and with lotus and pickled carrots - a very traditional Chinese dish...so have to be adventurous to try it. All other dishes were amazing and would recommend ordering, especially the Singapore noodles! I attempted to order pineapple fried rice, but this item needs to be preordered since they don't always carry/buy fresh pineapples. Found them on groupon and will be going back for more Singapore noodles and other new dishes!
Food is always very good. It's all you can eat/drink, and the price is really good, $29 for dinner. If you leave hungry it's certainly your own fault!
Great food especially for the price....includes beer, wine, and dessert. All you can eat for 26.99 per person. It's great, but be careful of the spicy soup it's muy caliente! But ohh sooooo good! Great time.👍👋
Great place for large groups, birthday dinners especially. Food is good hotpot, nothing special, but still a place worth going to if you like that style of food.
I've been to Grand Hot Pot Lounge before during lunch hours, it was very solemn and pleasant. The waiter and waitress we're on time about bringing me my food and condiments and anything extra that I may need. But.. if you go at night and it's crowded you might not get what you ordered to be at your table. Hot Pot gives you a variety of raw meats and vegetables that you cook on your own by filling out a menu paper that has all the ingredients you want for your meal. Sometimes they forget to bring out what's on the paper that you marked. But in all, you will leave there fat and happy.
- Food quality may not be great, but I'm talking about all-you-can-eat restaurant. - There are lots of kind you can eat including unlimited drinks (soft drinks, beer, sake, etc). - Vegetarian option's available if you choose to. - Servers are kind and responsive. (Maybe because it wasn't as crowded?) - Price was about right (~$35 including tax/tip) Overall it was a good experience.
The portions are big and you can get your drinks yourself from a fridge (ie., coke, diet coke, sprite, chrysanthemum tea, herbal tea, Hawaiian apple juice, Hawaiian Guava juice, grass jelly). I always over eat when I go here so order wisely. Also they expanded their list of soup base. Tried the Tom Yum and it was surprisingly good
Interesting concept of karaoke and hotpot. Glad this survived the pandemic. I personally feel the two don't go together though and it's better to keep them as separate things. Good spread for hotpot. Mandarin Song choices were not the most updated and some songs couldn't not be selected despite being on the list
All you can eat, drink, and sing karaoke for under $50??? Sign me up 🖐️ the food was pretty good and song selection decent as well. The only thing that could've been better was the service. One of the waiters was quite rude and when they were closing, came in our room and just turned off the karaoke without saying a word. I would've appreciated a heads up that we had 5 minutes left or something, just felt very rushed and a weird ending to what was a very fun experience overall.
Perfect for a large group. We were a group of 10 and made a reservation for 5:45 on a Thursday night. We had three bowls of soup. One spicy, one mild, and one half and half. We had thought the half and half was a mid point in spiciness but it was actually a pot with half spicy and half mild broth. Next time we’d just order three of the half n half. It was easiest for one person to do all of the ordering and we got a spread of meats, noodles, and veggies. We were happy with how quickly everything came out and the broth was quickly hot enough to start cooking. Make sure you order the sesame balls! A member of our group was in white and the staff brought out an apron to help them from staining their shirt. We all laughed when he told us his children don’t spill on themselves! The self serve drink fridge, variety of sauces, and self serve ice cream were all great. All you can eat and all you can drink for $45 each. We all left super full. One thing to note is they have moved locations so the photos in the red room are of the old space. Make sure you navigate to the new location!
Delicious all you can eat hotpot! They do one big big hot pot in the middle of the table for sharing. Very reasonably priced. The only thing I wish was that they had a build your own sauce bar since I was not a fan of the premade sauces. Meal included drinks and ice cream!
The 17.99 AYCE lunch is a great bargain, because the menu not only includes hot pot items, but drinks, desserts, and appetizers as well. Because the place usually isn’t too crowded during lunchtime, you can definitely get a seat without much wait. The restaurant is dimly lit, with a karaoke machine on the main floor blaring music, and a wall of decorative masks opposing it. The high ceilings make the room seem massive, though noise surprisingly won’t carry far. Among the better appetizers are salmon sashimi and 小笼包, which are good considering that the establishment is for hot pot. Most of the meats are extremely flavorful even without sauce, and you get pretty good sizes as well. There is no sauce bar/mix your own sauce station, but they do have a few sauces at the table.
Fresh food and fast service. The price is pretty reasonable for all you can eat. The salmon sashmi and oysters, which can only be ordered once per person, are definitely a nice touch.
This place has legit hot pot. It’s set inside a large banquet hall. It seems very authentic

Read all! The food is so good! I tried almost everytype of beef and all are delicious. Chicken also taste good. My fav is fatty beef. Tender, fresh, soft, and worth with the price of $26/ person for AYCE. Be aware that they still charge Tax(8.63%) and service charge fee(15%). Another price rate for dinner time. They have fresh foods, and good ice cream(vanilla and matcha my fav) I am satisfied with the food but i am not satisfied with the service. The Chinese boy seemed very inpatient and not good to communicate. When I ask something, he just want me to rush and order. We didn’t communicate well and not frequently but the 15% unavoidable service fee is quite a lot for the provided service.
Pretty good all can eat hot pot place in SF. Food is decent and lunch price is 25.99$. I always go here for hot pot because it is pretty affordable.

Food is good. All you can eat so the price is reasonable. The staffs are slow and not very attractive to customers.
It's hotpot so you are your own chef. The items here are not bad and the quality of the items are pretty good. Supreme beef and and lamb was pretty good. Veggies were ok and crisp. For the money, ayce with drinks, it's a great deal for hotpot. I would skip the frozen dumplings the lobster balls. The abalone balls, chicken knuckles, spicy mouthwatering chicken, fish cakes were surprisingly good. The only thing I didn't really like was that it was hard to tell at first who worked here. We sat down for 15mins before anyone helped us because we didn't know who to wave down. The guy with the glasses is the friendliest and the most helpful here.
Why did you all change the menu and make a lot of the menu self-serve? The sea food and other meat products sitting out makes it feel incredibly unsanitary and makes me question eating it. The selection also seems smaller as far as the veggies go. Please go back to how things used to be done...
The staff is very kind, and the food was good, but unfortunately the service fell a bit short. Many things we ordered were just never brought, and it wasn't really addressed well when we brought it up. The ice cream is a disappointing self-serve out of tubs, and the table lacked sauce variety. You'll definitely fill up with the all you can eat, but you may be disappointed in the variety.
Food is good but the place seems understaffed. It takes a while to get what you order. They forgot my order several times and I had to reorder. Sometimes they'll bring part of my order and the rest of the stuff never shows up. There is a 2 hour limit which they did enforce on my table which I didn't think was fair since they kept forgetting our order and service was slow. We ordered the spicy broth and the non spicy but when we asked for a refill, they used the same Jon spicy broth for both sides so the spicy side was diluted. We asked them to add spice back into the broth and they never did it despite multiple requests. Overall, I would say I'd go back but I would be smarter about ordering. I think they deliberately work slower or "forget" your order so you can't eat your money's worth.
The AYCE hot pot was delicious. We got the half original and half spicy broths. They both had great flavor. The items you can pick to cook in your broth were fresh and were perfectly portioned for my friend and I. Also the price was really affordable for about $28 per person. We didn't get anything from the full menu so I can't comment on that. There were a couple of down sides: 1. The staff wasn't attentive. It was a Monday evening and not busy. The server who sat us and took our order never came back to the see if we wanted or needed anything. Everytime we wanted something after our initial food drop off we had to flag someone down, even if it was just water or more broth. And it wasn't just our table. Others were raising their hands trying to get their attention and even getting up to go get someone. 2. The bathroom was kinda run down. A little dirty, no hooks on the doors, the toilet seats didn't fit the toilets, and a mosquito kept trying to get me while I was handling my business. So all in all I liked the hot pot, however the service and facilities made the experience less enjoyable.
Awesome place to try...probably won't be back unless I am experiencing with others. If you go and are not used to hot pot, get the all you can eat and drink for $25. Get the supreme beer+lamb. Chicken was okay but comes out ram and seemed sketchy. Overall...great experience. But not a typical dining experience and will probably not be a regular here.
Most affordable all you can eat hot pot + drink in San Francisco. Food is okay for the price that you pay since you can not get this price anywhere else in the city. As of July 5,2023- $23.99+tax per person for lunch and $33.99+tax per person for dinner. They do charge a 3% convenience fee for using credit card or if using cash you pay the regular price. They recently moved and the new location is smaller. However, I do like how it is brighter than the old location (dark).
Dinner to celebrate a birthday with friends. Food was decent and the service was good. A little expensive compared to before but that's too be expected

Service is not good. Takes forever to order something. Then incorrect items come. Meat quality is questionable. What looks like Ssices of meat falls apart into strips after entering the pot. I think it's just meat pieces frozen together.
I didn't know hot pot could be messed up so poorly. The hot pot base was the blandest I've ever had and all the sauces were literally watered down. It's so easy to make better hotpot. When you make hotpot yourself you buy a $1 sauce packet and it has sooo much more flavor than the hotpot here. Also the sesame paste had the consistency of sesame oil, but was also less flavorful. The hot sauce had no bite. Sesame paste is also a pretty cheap ingredient; I don't understand why it was so necessary to dilute it with water. It's a shame, because i thought the service and attentiveness was pretty good. They always brought us extra food when we asked and never forgot anything. They weren't stingy with their meat nor their sake (though it was also watered down of course). And the karaoke room in the back was fine, and the selection wasn't bad. They even brought seaweed salad and little things like that. But the food just lacked flavor. An extra 50 cents on the hot pot base is all that was needed. Honestly, I'd recommend you just bring your own hot pot base packet to pour in, and then the place could be great.
Cussed us out when he thought we didn’t understand after we asked questions. First table we got was dirty and they tried moving us onto another table which was dirty, but third time was the charm.
The service wants better, the waiter cannot explain in more detail about food, meat, etc. The wind is blowing in the room.
I went to this restaurant last Saturday. It was all-you-can-eat and price is really nice. However, at least one of the food they provide at that noon is poisons and keep my roommate and I (we only share the same lunch and I drink bottle water) diarrhea for two days. I am writing this review on Monday and diarrhea continues. Not recommend.
The waiter just ingored my party and took them about 1 hour to serve just 1/4 of our order and with the check in tow. The entire restaurant is fithy and felt like they were ignoring my party on purpose. Never coming over here for over price food that I was charged and never received.
Went here with a few clients of mine, and we were treated so poorly. Put in the back corner, the waiter and waitress both ignored us for 10 minutes. And when we finally got our food the waiter literally dropped the bowl of soup down and walked away. No idea why we were treated so badly but I will not be spending my money here again.
i really want to like this place but the 3 times I've been there, the teacups, utensils and plates are all dirty and oily. I learned my lesson the first time but the following 2 times after that, friends decided to have their bday parties there and so I had no choice but to go. and sure enough, the cups/utensils were dirty again.
Waited for half an hour. Place had about 4 other parties there, nowhere near full/busy. Waiter hardly communicated, didn’t explain their ordering structure, muttered something in another language as he walked away. My party of seven just got up and left, went to ipot. Ipot greeter immediately asked if we had been there before, started explaining how to order, thumbs up for ipot.
Food was ok at best. Server forgot so much of what we ordered we had to keep asking to have things brought and it never happened. Very cold inside we asked to shut the front door and were told NO rudely. Closing time said 10p on sign and website yet as we were waiting for uber inside but we were kicked out because the server locked the doors and left. Wasnt impressed at all!
First timer hot pot eater! Yes I know! My husband and I decided to give it a try and see what Hot pot is about. First to start, the waiter took about 10min to knowledge us that we were ready to order. (The place was empty, no rush hour!)We asked for help trying to understand how to order, but the waiter just told us to choose one of each item, and left. There was no other explanation. We ended up just ordering what we knew on knowledge of Chinese food. They brought the meats and vegetables. The service sucks because they never brought us more shrimp, meat, or vegetables. Hey this is all you can eat place. They ignore us the whole time. Another one is that they charged us for a child, hey my baby didn't even eat none of the food, he is a baby!!! Which it sucks! We really hope to go to a better place with better service!!!!!!!! And for our hot pot experience to get better!
Worst dining experience ever. Watered down broth basically hot water. It is all you can eat but that isn't really something that's posted anywhere. The appetizers were good, but the main event the broth was disgusting not even passable. There is no condiment bar, and staff is very rude. I'd rather pay more and eat better. Just not a good overall vibe. Skip this place.
It was a dreadful experience for me and my friend. We were so excited to try out this buffet. They offer so many selections, but when we got there the outside was so dirty. We still decided to give it a try. We opened the door and there were so many clutter. Inside was dead. You look up in the second floor and you’ll see a lot of boxes and clutters as well. I’m sorry to say this but I dont understand how they manage to make a hot pot base taste so horribly—tasted like soap. The smell of this place was also unappetizing. It smelled like dust and something else. Then I decided to just have some ice cream. That was a bad idea too. As I was going to get an ice cream I noticed the scooper was extremely dirty. They are just very unsanitary that the scooper appeared to be never have been cleaned. It was moldy and the bowl it was placed has visible markings that the water has been evaporating and had been seating there for quiet some time (Dayssssss) Although the server was extremely kind and lovely. She was the only good thing that enlightened me about this place. Overall, this place is not cheap , unsanitary and the food is dreadful. 😖 Won’t be coming back again.
Worst place I have ever seen. Dead flies in the dip sauce on every fking table and the waiters refused to give us unopened sauce. We have to eat hot pot without sauce that is unacceptable. And also the attitude of every employee in this restaurant is awful the first time we asked them to change our sauce they gives us a supercilious look and we were forced to leave after 60 mins arrived the time limit is 90mins and they changed their hours without change the hours on menu. They also made us pay our bill and tips before we finish our food.Overall don’t go to this place unless you are Masochism
Couple years ago this place was great. But someone in my family is still suffering from major food poisoning and it has been several days now. We think it’s from the open jars of condiments lying around on every table which is super unhygienic especially during Covid. Hygiene standards overall are low. Tables are sticky and dirty. Condiments in open sticky jars with spoons in them that don’t look like they ever get cleaned - definitely don’t get changed out from one party to another.
Terrible experience today,i supposed to enjoy the Dine in with my friends for my Birthday treat. Waiter is so rude not very pleasant assisting me and my friends. Our fist time experience here and the last. The Room we are in is not that clean the microphone is working but not how it's supposed to be my expectation did not achieved. I am so disapponted but since were there we give a try. And thats the last.
Food is good and different with good appetizers like xiao ling bao and scallion pancakes; hotpot ingredients like lobster balls but the terrible service totally negates the experience. You should have two sets of chopsticks, one for handling and cooking raw meat and one for eating with, also little wire baskets to catch loose items. They did not have the baskets, we had to ask multiple times for the extra chopsticks, rice, extra bowls for the rice because they told us to use the the original bowls on the table for the sauces, drinks, anything you might need to you had to track down a server. The bill was wrong even though we told them we had two seniors. The staff behind the counter in the back was not very professional. No one really greets you when you enter (there's no one staffing the hostess station). When we went to pay they claimed the credit was declined when the receipt stated the charge machine was off line (meaning they needed to plug it back in!) forcing us to pay with cash. I dine out frequently including hot pot restaurants. We will not be back given the disorganized service (actually lack of service). Their reservation policy for large groups is outrageous - a $200 deposit which is not refundable no matter how much notice you give them for cancellation (I was trying to book for 40-50 people 6 weeks in the future - surely two weeks notice is enough time to get a refund on a deposit). I'm surprised another reviewer said no deposit required. Dragon Beaux has much better ambience and service.
The location is not correct on Google. They have moved to 4134 Geary Blvd. Food was good. However, we had some leftovers, and they said we couldn't take them with us. I asked what they do with them, and the owner said they throw them away. I think it's very wasteful and for that practice alone we will not be returning even though they have good food.
