My first time trying Philz. Ordered the Rosé coffee and absolutely no regrets. It was so creamy, sweet and floral. Really really good! I'm not a big fan of Philz. The customer service was super great. The barista was very friendly and made sure we absolutely loved our drinks. Love this place.

Awesome coffee!! One of my favs in the world. I like the unique taste. This coffee is no standard, this is made with passion. I do love the ones with the mint leave in it. Ever since I tasted it, I prepare my coffee at home like that. But you can't compare it with Philz. I warmly recommend Philz to all those coffee fanatics out there.

Great space set up for remote work, and excellent service. Loved the open and welcoming vibes, too. Coffee is excellent as always.

I tried mint coffee at another location before, and it was bland and not tasty at all. But the mint coffee at this location was absolutely delicious! I finally realized, this is how mint coffee is supposed to taste. I was really impressed. The staff was friendly and made the coffee perfectly. Thanks to them, I’m leaving with a great memory.

Plant-based vegan breakfast sandwich here! Beyond sausage with just egg and it is delicious and well priced around $6 Their coffee is also great!

I love to come for a nice strong cup of coffee, somewhere to sit and do some work. I also love that the music is a little louder than at a usual coffee shop so I can also enjoy that. Great service and everyone is very friendly.😁

I am not sure where my initial review of Philz on Golden Gate is located but it's worth a second review. The location on Golden Gate is near my favorite sandwich spot (Saigon Sandwich). This location is always busy I think because of the Federal building. This location is fast, busy, and energetic. The staff members are all very friendly and customer service oriented. I love coffee shops at this capacity and vibrancy.

Used to love drinking Philz Iced Mint Mojito when I lived in San Francisco. Visiting the city close to a decade later, it’s still pretty amazing. Really enjoyed this delightful drink. Unfortunately, this location is located fairly close to some dangerous blocks within the city.

I came into this café not expecting much. But I ordered the rose coffee and wow. The floral taste was very strong but it was really GOOD that I thought maybe I should have ordered a medium and not a small. I’m looking forward to trying all the flavors there! The store is decorated beautifully and it’s nice and cozy. The store is very spacious and also includes working outlets and wifi! There are plenty of seats for the customers and is nicely air conditioned. The workers were all so very kind :) The only bad thing I would point out is that the bathroom is extremely dirty but other than that, this will be my go-to coffee spot! <3 (BETTER THAN PEET’S IMO)

I don't regret it! :) We had two delicious cold coffees: Mint Mojito and Ice Coffee Rosé. Very tasty and good combination! Also, we ate a croissant with almonds and a blueberry muffin. They offer to heat the food if you want. Both pastries were very good! The service is quick and the line goes fast, so try to decide what you want to order when your time comes. The staff doesn't offer much explanation if you don't know the details. #tip: I noticed it's possible to order via app being at the store and just pick up it at the counter when it's ready. I didn't try yet, but saw many people ordering this way. The store is very spacious with tables, chairs, small sofas, and some armchairs to get comfortable. I liked the experience and would come back easily. The entrance is compatible with wheelchair users and they offer all-gender bathroom.

This is my first time at Philz Coffee. I ordered an Iced Mocha, a Mint Mojito Iced Coffee and a Banana Bread. Great place, great coffee, great service, nice baristas and lots of seating.

I would like to bring this coffee shop to my hometown. I’m in love with Mint Mojito. If you’re going there with your own cup you can get a discount. The atmosphere for this place is amazing, the staff is kind and you can just stay there enjoy a different & funny coffee!

Best coffee I've ever had. Give yourself a minute to wait, and the wait is worth it! I'm rarely in the City, but I always hit Philz as much as possible while I'm here, and take some beans home to hopefully replicate the experience.

Pro: Location/ Taste. This will be a simple review. I ordered the Herbal Mint and it was delicious. I had four of those. The fresh mint was the best.

I had 30 minutes before the Asian Art Museum opened and needed somewhere to hang. Seems like a neighborhood bar as I noticed a few folks greet other with with familiarity. Lots of electrical outlets so I suspect that it gets packed during the workweek. The downside is that when I asked for the code for the restroom but it took forever so I left without getting it. Never had that issue when I’ve asked for the code at the other locations.

Good but 6$ cuppa tea is not good

Between the music, street noise and chatter this is not the most quiet place to work but the excellent Tesora coffee helps make up for it. I appreciate the many outlets they offer to their customers & all the local art over every wall. This Philz draws a long line very quickly however the staff remain friendly and hospitable despite the spikes. Strong security and police presence provides additional feeling of safety despite this being a very inner city neighborhood. Noted for great craft coffee and outlet access

The people were nice to me and the coffee was great the only thing that bothered me was that there was a potential customer that was in line decided to plug in his phone while he waited for his drink and the barista told him that he wasn't allowed to plug in his phone until he paid for his drink. Seemed petty to me since he already ordered his drink.

The last time I got Philz coffee was years ago, maybe like back in 2016? I ordered their classic mint mojito, the only drink I have ever tried and the coffee wasn't as good or high quality as I remembered. The drink also was poorly mixed: all the sugar was at the bottom so towards the end, the drink was very sweet. Overall, the drink was still decent and I would probably come back, but they have definitely started cutting corners to save on coffee now that it's more corporate. Customer service was good and the vibe was very chic and trendy.

Nice coffee shop with friendly staff and delicious ice coffee with mojito. Clean bathroom near UN plaza if you ever need it.

Great place to chill and use laptop or have casual get together with friends. Urban alchemy keeps homeless at bay and i always have pleasant interactions with all the staff

I love, love, love mint Mojito iced coffee; so refreshingly wonderful! And I'm having as many as I can as I don't get Philz where I'm from. Spacious venue with reasonable amount of seating area. Staff are pretty friendly and helpful. The surrounding neighbourhood feels a bit rough though.

I’m not sure it’s because I had high expectations for everything because it was for the first time in 4 years visiting the States or it was just a mediocre coffee house… Mint mojito coffee (hot) - Weak tasting coffee. No aroma. I was expecting something really refreshing or a bit festive as it says “mint mojito” coffee. Not my liking. I don’t know what all the fuss is about… Such a shame. Cashier was really friendly and sweet, the vibe at the coffee house was quite nice though. Note: takes a while to get your coffee

Ordered a hot Mocha Tesoro, tasted more like hot cocoa watered way down with a lot of sugar (ordered medium sweet) it was way too sweet, couldn’t even finish the drink. I can’t even imagine what sweet would be like. Virtually no taste or aroma or richness of any coffee. Perhaps a straight cup of coffee would have been better, fancy recipe didn’t taste fancy at all. And it was pretty pricey for two cups of coffee with tip, like that of a meal. Sorry Won’t be coming back.

Ordered a hot Mocha Tesoro, tasted more like hot cocoa watered way down with a lot of sugar (ordered medium sweet) it was way too sweet, couldn’t even finish the drink. I can’t even imagine what sweet would be like. Virtually no taste or aroma or richness of any coffee. Perhaps a straight cup of coffee would have been better, fancy recipe didn’t taste fancy at all.
