Next Level Burger

Amazing! Expensive! I want to go back in time and eat my meal all over again, it was that good. I will be dreaming about the most amazing, vegan, gluten-free burger tonight. Don't open anywhere near where I live, please. I will be broke and very, very fat... But OMG, so delicious! Oh, I forgot to mention that my server was inviting, kind, and just wonderful! I could make a burger at home, but the experience was also why I loved it so much... 😊

Amazing vegan comfort food! My husband and I are vegan and we dined with two non-vegans/vegetarians who enjoyed it as much as we did.

One of my favorite vegan spots. I've been to the locations in Portland and went to their opening weekend in SF. Amazing selection. Burgers, hot dogs, shakes -- they all taste delicious no matter what you get. Massive 100% plant-based menu focusing on American style food that is hard to beat.

Great place to get burgers in Potrero Hill - this is an all vegan burger chain, but has a decent variety of vegan burgers to choose from. The fries were okay though - nothing to write home about.

I <3 Vegan Milkshakes, it brought me in, plus fair burger price of $7.75, and you simply must upgrade your fries to animal-style.

Really cool vegan plant-based eatery inside whole foods. It feels like a diner and is very clean. They offer lots of different burgers & fried with toppings. They have vegan shakes and desserts. My favorite is the hot fudge brownie sundae. It's delicious and where else can you find vegan hot fudge? Not many places.

Best vegan burgers, fries and shakes in town! They also have gluten-free buns which are almost impossible to find. Amazing service! I order from here usually once a week. It's so addictive 😋

Very good burgers and chicken sandwiches. Everything is vegan so so easy to come in a pick up anything you would like. All non dairy-non. Next time will check out the dairy free milkshake

Vegetarian for 5 years, lover of vegan foods -- This place is consistently incredible. I come/order online once a week and everything is so good and ethically produced. No notes. Staff is so kind its almost unbelievable!

Had a quick dinner and ordered their Farmhouse Caesar. Tomatoes and kale make it taste differently (in a better way) comparing with old school and kind of boring classic Caesar. I liked the service and food was prepared quickly. Thanks to the lady at the counter.

First time ordering from there. Perfection! Just had takeout delivery. Wow!! I’m hooked. Update First time dine in. Still perfect. Messy burger Perfectly messy. So much flavor. Sweet potato fries awesome! The pumpkin spice shake with cookies in it, you gotta try it. So good. Polite service as well. 10 stars

My vegan wife loves this place. The food options are great for her. My kids also find a lot to enjoy, especially the vegan cream shakes.

I’m a pescatarian/ vegetarian so finding this little gem was a nugget. The burgers are very delicious. I’ve had at least 5 different burgers and they all did not disappoint. I especially love the shakes made with coconut milk and other non dairy milks. I love the peanut butter/ Reese shake.

Had the Mean Green Burger, sweet potato fries, and next level nuggets delivered. Everything was tasty.. we especially liked the nuggets, it was juicy and had good flavor and not too soy forward. The mean green burger was very good too! Sometimes it's nice getting a vegan burger that's not trying to imitate meat because veggies are also delicious!

Next Level Burger has been on my Bucket list since visiting Oregon a few years ago. I finally made it and it did not disappoint on entry and exit. Ramzey provided superb customer service. He was extremely helpful in sharing information about the menu, provided service with a smile, and was genuine. The organic vanilla shake was perfect with just the right amount of sweetness. The onion rings were cooked to perfection, and the Spicy Stacked Chicken sandwich was perfect and enough for two servings. I am already anticipating my visit. I can hardly wait to see what’s in store since Next Level purchase Veggie Grill. The customer experience was definitely next level!

Loved this spot! I came here to try their seasonal menu. They also had a wide range of dipping sauces for me to try. I really enjoyed the Chipotle Mayo, Lemon and Garlic Mayo. All the sauces went really well with my crinkle fries. The Gobbler was very good! The stuffing was spot on and went really well with the gravy and cranberry sauce. That flavorful balance of sweet and savory was perfect! The Pumpkin Pie Shake was really thick and tasty. The pumpkin spice flavor really popped and the small bits of pie crust were a perfect edition for both texture and flavor. Definitely will have to get these items again before they stop offering it!

Next Level Burger is doing everything right and more with their limited time seasonal items. I got the gobbler burger, which is a turk'y burger topped with holiday gravy, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. It literally tastes like Thanksgiving dinner in a burger! You can get a single, a double, or the triple which is called the "gobbler wobbler". I went with the double gobbler and it was a good size. Their new Pumpkin Pie Shake is organic and topped with Graham cracker pie crust and fall spices. When I took the first sip I was blown away with how much flavor was in what I thought would just be a simple fall themed fast-food shake. I can't decide if the pie crust or the incredible spicing was my favorite part. When I was in tonight the service was lovely. Anastasia helped us and she was so friendly, went above and beyond, and super helpful about allergen info!

I can't speak for more! All the foods were wonderful. My whole vegetarian family, including our 3 young kids, LOVED all the foods! Keep it up! We'll surely return to try other items! Everything was just great, including all the friendly staffs' customer services. Thank you very much!!! One suggestion - If a customer would bring their own straw to the restaurant to prevent creating more single-use plastic straw waste, I'd suggest the owner to have some incentive to reward the customer like Starbucks and Peets Coffee model in bringing the customer's own cup. Or make a plastic straw as on-demand that would be a really good business practice to preserve our environment! No more additional carbon footprint in polluting our earth from such preventable petroleum derived product! Thanks for your consideration!

Wow! This place is easily in the top five vegan restaurants I have ever visited. We got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich, Maverick burger, and two shakes (which were thick and creamy and perfect). We are vegan, but I think you could easily impress an omnivore by taking them here for a meal as well. The fully compostable trash and free parking were also a huge plus.

The truffle burger is so good! I don’t like fast food or fake meats so I was surprisingly happy to find out that it was a patty made from beans. But despite the whole wheat bun and bean patty, even my bf who hates veggies loved it - the mushrooms, sauce, cheez and buttered buns rly turned it into an indulgent (but not too heavy) hearty burger that anyone would enjoy. Only downside is it was kinda mushy. Wish there could be some crunch. The fries were disappointing tho - very mushy. More like baked potato wedges. *Went back to try the maverick burger and Cobb salad. Any meat eater would enjoy the maverick - super indulgent and saucey. Cobb salad was good as well but nothing special!

INCREDIBLE vegan burger spot with everything from "meaty" burgers to veggie-ful patties this place is fantastic for every taste preference. We visited several times throughout our trip to try one of everything.. The favorites absolutely being the All-American and the Fried Chicken sandwiches.. No matter what, you obviously have to wash it all down with their insane milkshakes! Haha

I’ve been to the Concord one, which is amazing by the way. The SF NLB doesn’t disappoint, with much more options, like Sundaes and Floats. They have actual seating and waiters, so it is a chill experience. I had the Beyond burger, with small fries and a Soda Float (soy based). The burger isn’t meat, but doesn’t have to to taste delicious and most importantly, good for you. I added Jalapeños and cheese, so get those add ons for sure. Fries you can get baked or fried, and the Float has a Coco or Soy base. Service is awesome, with your table being checked on regularly, and your food coming out at an awesome time

I don't think I've ever wolfed woof down so quickly before. We ordered a burger each, and the crispy fish(less) off the kids menu. Everything was delicious, and reasonably priced. The fish(less) was remarkably fishy-tasting. Highly recommend! Friendly and efficient service too - the only server take care of a full restaurant did a great job getting everyone's orders, food, drinks and checks.

Excited by the menu, disappointed with execution. You order from a kiosk in the downstairs of the Whole Foods, which was confusing/hard since it was my first time. I ordered a signature burger and an Orange Cream shake. The shake had 3 orange segments on the top, and had the taste of pure soy ice cream - no orange. Very disappointing. The burger was delicious! I'll go back for it for sure! Ps. Please put napkins out for customers

Frequent this place. Delicious food in my vegetarian world.. Try their burgers. Full of wholefood employees treat that place as break room or sleep lounge or interview office killing atmosphere without buying anything. Where do these wholefood managers learn to respect, also peaches shushed me when she was doing interview here.

I ordered a Beyond burger. Everything is good except the bun. This is not dough, this is plasticine. Never again

The food was very disappointing. Had the chicken club and the chicken(vegan) was not cook well, also ordered the classic cheeseburger another disappointment, the burger patty was mushy and not flavorful at all. I have to give you for the crinkle fries, and the excellent service from Rose.

Unfortunately, the first thing I noticed was the hair sticking out of my burger. Besides that, they make a passable “burger”. If I wasn’t paying more attention, I wouldn’t have noticed that it wasn’t really meat and cheese. I got the blue bbq burger, and it was actually really good. The bacon tasted pretty close to bacon, which is pretty unbelievable, but the bun was a bit disappointing. We also tried some of the shakes, which were less impressive. The cookies and cream had a strong soy flavor, but the peanut butter one was really good. The price is the real kicker. A $10 - $12 burger and an $8 shake just isn’t justifiable when it’s only okay.

Wasn't a huge fan of the food. Also it's pretty pricey ($38 for two burgers and a fries) for what it is. I think it should be order-up-front instead of table service as well.

This place is a total rip. Very small burgers - slightly bigger than a slider for $11 (5 bites) and small order or fries for $3.50 w less than 10 sticks of SOGGY fries 😂 . Ordered this for dinner and now I must go get some dinner as the intended dinner was really an appetizer. I asked the cashier how big is the size The burger is and she told me that it’s the same size of an impossible burger - total misinformation - it’s nearly half the size!!! My women’s size hand is small just to give you A reference.

It took more than 40 minutes to make a chicken burger with only a piece of pickled cucumber and frozen fat chicken nuggets. The US$14 is still very small. The cooked lunches in the whole food market upstairs are better than the ones here, and the price is cheaper. Ugly 🥲 I ordered a chicken burger and got me a vegetarian chicken? That was even more strange. And forty minutes?
