I had the Chicken Khao Soi at Nute’s, and it was fantastic. The broth had just the right consistency—not too thick or too watery—making it perfectly balanced. It had a mild spiciness that kept it from being too rich, which I really enjoyed. I also ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen and Okra, and everything was delicious. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the staff remained polite and attentive. I went on a Friday at 6 PM, and the line was quite long, so I recommend visiting during off-peak hours for a shorter wait. I would definitely return when I get the chance!
Had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Located in a prime busy Street filled with many other competitive restaurants which were all filled with people. I put my name on the waiting list, I was a party of one, so it only took me about 25 minutes to get seated. There were larger parties, who waited a bit longer. The place was clean, cute small and cozy. The service was great, and our server was amazing. 🤩 Did a thorough job with cleaning each table in between customers. I narrowed it down to the curry and the Ramen, I ordered the curry and it was delicious. 😋
Every dish was 👌🏽…. This spot is a gem, and it best of everything. Yakisoba, drunken noodles, karage, gyoza, all of it was so flavorful and just delicious!
The Larb pork belly lettuce wraps were phenomenal. Great tangy citrus and crispy pork. The curry noodles with chicken and crispy noodles on top was also a winner. Very strong ginger flavor at first and then the sweet coconut curry flavor, and the crispy noodles on top balanced out the soft noodles in the curry. Not too spicy! Def a new favorite for me!
Little, cute and delicious Thai food. Really enjoyed their khao soi and red curry. They only have walk in’s and the place is small so expect some wait (30mins) on the weekends. But prices were reasonable and service staff was friendly.
The food has that authentic homemade taste, staff super friendly. Outdoor seating with heaters when it’s chilly. Really love it, will be coming back! I wish they served lunch during the weekdays, I would be here all the time!
The wait staff is friendly and the business is family run by what seems like a man and a bunch of little grandmas. The portion sizes were just right. I got the khao soi gai, and it was phenomenal--so tasty and the perfect amount of spicy. My boyfriend says, the pad thai was "10 out of 10"!
TOP NOTCH🫡. My friend take me here 2018. Since now this is My FAVORITE SPOT on Ramen. Thank you for serving one of the best Ramen. Wish you all the best and GOD bless 😊👏🏼

Just moved to the neighborhood and Nute’s was high on the recommendations from friends. It’s an unassuming little place with no visible signage for its name. But you walk in, our your name on the list and then wait to be called for a table. On a Friday night, our wait was not long at all — maybe 15 minutes — great for a walk in! We ordered the salad appetizer and the corn. Both were excellent. We wanted the cucumber salad but it was out that evening. For dinner we ordered the Khao Soi and the Tonkatsu Ramen, spicy. The Khao Soi had a delightful heat and was very good. The ramen was less spicy but still had excellent flavor with the broth. The portion of ramen was so big I had to ask for a to-go container! Had a great first meal there and will definitely be back!
I had the Khao Soi Gai today, the perfect soup on a cold evening. The first spoonful took me back to my time in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I'm excited to continue trying the rest of the things in their menu, The crispy pork belly Tonkatsu is God as are the mushroom fries and corn tempura.
I finally found gluten free ramen in SF and it's delicious and worth waiting for!! Super knowledgeable staff and it was easy to sub in gluten free rice noodles, sub out the soy marinated egg and something else I forgot. They added bok Choy to replace those items and it was so so good. Cozy tiny spot. Can be a wait as they don't take reservations. You put your name on the list and then wait close by. Would be nice if they took phone numbers and sent a text when your table was ready so you could go have a drink down the street while waiting.
It’s small, so expect a wait, but worth it. The food here is fantastic. The Thai dishes are good but kind of average. It’s the Japanese and fusion dishes that will blow your mind. The karage is some of the best I’ve had (and I’ve had excellent karage in Tokyo), gyoza is great and anything they tempura is usually fab. Very cool place and highly recommended.
Great neighborhood, Thai and Japanese noodle joint. They have ramen varieties, yakisoba and Pad See Ew and interesting appetizers. Definitely try the the ennoki mushroom fries with the sweet and sour dipping sauce. Their chicken wings stood out too. They were crispy and tossed in a soy Sichuan peppercorn sauce and served with a lemon wedge and micro greens. Chicken Kaarage was juicy and tasty; marinated, fried to perfection, and served with a mayo based dipping sauce. Shoyu ramen was flavorful. The dining area is small but they do a lot of takeout orders.

Let's go nuts over Nute's. I must have walked by dozen times not realizing that we have hidden gem in this neighborhood, then somehow I found my way in and sampled. The Thai cuisine influenced dishes are certainly a nice change up from what Corteland has to offer. The pork belly salad wrap gets my high marks, the karage was scrumptious and the Thai curry over noodles wasn't what I was expecting but the flavors worked. The place is kinda cute once you are inside and feels warm and welcoming. From the outside you don't get that initial impression... Go check it out
Spicy Miso Ramen misses the mark in terms of authentic Japanese, flavor of broth consists mostly of jalapeño and lacks depth. Thai food may be the better option at this dual country kitchen. Will be back to try the Thai noodle soups. Smartly designed, pan-Southeast / East Asian interior.
The apps were good, the ramen wasn’t, it was like a broth, there was no body to either one. Should have read the reviews and ordered the Thai soup instead.
I'm a big time noodle fan, and this place it's not bad. Not bad at all. Tonkatsu ramen has this very thick broth that resembles the chicken broth from Mensho. The crispy chashu is surprisingly good because it turned fat around the meat into a crunchy texture. However, the noodle is sub par. Seems like they used cheap supermarket variety ramen. Drunken noodle was the highlight of my meal. Spicy and oh so good! Portion of a bit small compared to what you get in a Thai restaurant. Corn tempura was also very good. They just give you soy sauce as dipping sauce. But it tastes good without it. The place is small, not many table. So could get busy, come early.
Delicious food and great service. The food was worth waiting for but it's quite a wait. Housemade gyoza had a nice thin wrapper and flavorful filling. The khao soy was also very flavorful and the spices and textures were perfectly nuanced in the generous sized portion.

Ordered the special of the day - okra with crispy fried rice as an app and the fried noodle at my main. The okra was very flavorful but it literally came with 8 grains of rice. I didn’t expect a whole serving of rice but it was extreme how little rice came in the box. Noodles were excellent and served hot - great portion size.

The food was excellent — we had the Drunkin’ Noodle and Khao Soi, and both were flavorful and authentic. I’ve been looking for a Khao Soi in the U.S. that comes close to what I had in Thailand, and this definitely fits the bill. The only frustration was the $18 per-person minimum, which we weren’t told about until after ordering. As a couple, we usually like to share an appetizer and an entrée when we go out, so this policy felt restrictive — especially since we were the only ones in the restaurant when we arrived. Still, the food quality makes it worth a visit — just be aware of the spending minimum before you go. Food: 5/5. Restaurant policy: 0/5 for lack of transparency and an unjustified minimum spend.
Food was lacking in flavor; it was okay but I’m not sure if I’d go again. The green curry noodles were very oily — I wouldn’t recommend them.
used to think the ramen here was fire but it was very mids. maybe other items are higher quality. edit: i also got a horrible burn on the roof of my mouth here from the chicken karaage took two weeks to heal.
