Great k- BBQ, the wait is long so try to call in to join the wait list before, we waited about an hour to get seated but definitely worth it, the food was good, music was great and our waitress Cristine had a contagious smile throughout the night! She made some recommendations and were all worth trying. Only downside is parking, especially on a weekend.

Had a great experience here! The food was excellent. The Bulgogi and Cajun shrimp were definitely my favorites. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared. Ian, the manager, went above and beyond, he was extremely attentive not just with our table but with everyone in the restaurant. He made sure our drinks were always full, our food came out perfect, and his positive attitude really stood out. Overall, amazing service and a great dining experience. Will come back again.

Korean AYCE with table grill it yourself meat options and endless made to order appetizers at 1 hour and 30 minute time limit. The food was good - loved the galbi and beef belly, the atmosphere was overstimulated with blasting Kpop music and neon lights. The service was excellent. Overall a great AYCE option

This is one of the best kobq restaurants l've ever try! Food is amazing, service is great. The place has a good vibe, they also have a balcony so you can also get a table outside, which is great! Shout out to Wendy for always being a great server! We highly recommend this place!

I was very uncomfortable and irritated initially. It was my birthday, I’ve waiting for a long time, then another group of guests got table first. This alone would deserve 1 star from customer point of view. Y’all don’t even have reservations (I did called in, and your team said so) - and then other guests get to sit first while other people have to wait? Y’all food is always excellent and to the point. I love the place, but the way I was treated was not fair. I rated 5 stars, as the server David is really good. He took care of the table, noticed that our gas was out, drink was out, brought us the sauce and oil to dip, etc, while he trains the other server. I didn’t have to ask. Impressive guy.

My server Yailyn was awesome! Super helpful in suggesting meats, great cook too! I was greeted promptly and sat down quickly. The food came out in a timely manner and the meat was fresh and delicious. The brisket, beef belly and baby octopus was the food I stuffed my face with. Definitely coming back! ~$40 per person all you can eat. It was delicious, but keep in mind most of the meat is unseasoned. It takes a bit of intuition to cook the meat properly. I'd go for the thick cuts exclusively, stay away from the sliced meat, leave that for hot pot. Definitely get the glass noodles, delicious and pairs excellently with the meat. Go with friends, but by yourself if you're ravenous. Excellent wait staff and great vibe. Music was loud though and was mostly tik tok music. 5/5, 9/10, tailor your expectations and do a Lil research

The service and atmosphere is quite incredible here. The best seats are outside during the evening overlooking the rest of the plaza, though I would avoid that during summer days due to the heat. The bulgogi and ribs were delicious, and there's plenty of side dishes to pick from. Definitely a must try if you want a really cool place to have a beer and some meat!

It was so comfortable our server assisted and made us feel welcome. The food was amazing It was a great atmosphere, our server Josh was not only incredibly helpful, but attentive to the tables needs and overall made our night that much better. It's our first time at Hongdae 33 BBQ. My daughter really wanted to try this all-you-can-eat spot in Chinatown. The meats are high quality, and the service is super quick even though it was a busy Friday night. Our server, Tien, was so sweet and on top of everything. But, we thought the side dishes, kimchi soup, and corn cheese were pretty bland for the premium price. Also, there was no Wi-Fi for customers, especially when it is known that the cell service (AT&T & T-Mobile) was terrible inside.

The food was ok, can’t really enjoy time with friends or family because you’re timed. An hour and a half is what you have to eat and get out. The waiters rush you to make sure you get out within the time frame. We were sat at 7:20ish (on a Saturday) and our time would be up close to 9 but by 8:30 we were rushed and there wasn’t even anyone waiting to be seated. I gave the atmosphere a four because we were with friends so our atmosphere was good just rushed.

We were expecting more small side dishes as we’ve gone to a previous Korean bbq all you can eat about 10/12 small side dishes & four selections of desserts included with the price. Here they only offer pineapple as dessert-bummer. We also sat next to a couple in which they were super close to us, feeling very cramped. The waitress was nice, but then she disappeared for a while and we had to ask another waiter & the walking manager for service so that kinda sucked. Service can definitely be improved. The food was not bad, and the music was fun to hear. We did have to wait more than 30 min., but we understood that part. That was our personal experience.

Been here since 2024, and it's a regular stable for me every 4 months or so. Food is always the best but the service is always mediocre for such a busy place. Let's start with the food first: fantastic selection, premium and regular food with decent portion (overfilled with a lot of selections such as the sliced beef and veggies). Always seasoned well and never had one complain. The service is a bad reflection of the place. They start out always attentive, but when it comes to what you order, they ALWAYS bring out missing food, wrong items, or not bring it at all. Countless times since I've dined, countless mentions of "Hey you forgot this" or "this is not what we ordered". Until the 5th time I just accepted it. I'm not someone who complains about the small things, but this last time has pulled my string. It was a special event for 2, and it took my last patience for this type of behavior. They forgot food, brought out wrong one, and even forgot our sides until the very end. Then we have to wave them down for everything. All of the plates arrived at the same time as well, and we had to rush to grill it. Before, it's the thin slice first then the thicker slices, but now they just push whatever out. Then when we mention missing food, they said we never order or that it was lost. Then when we tried to order, they ran to the opposite side to attend to someone else. So disorganized and inattentive. Like at least wait for another minute before hastily leaving. Our bill came out, and the ticket was shorter than a Dollar Tree receipt. No wonder we never got our food. They need to hire more, or have clear section for such a busy place. Why is my server constantly running from one corner to another without a care for attentiveness. They're ACTIVELY being rushed by the seer amount of workload, which makes bad service. Come on now. I hope service will improve, because I love the place, but I wouldn't want to not tip everyone after a good meal. Also, lower the music next time please. We literally had to shout for our orders. Interior remained the same since 2024, which is kinda sad.

Let’s start with, I don’t usually write reviews but I had to this time, We arrived approximately 15 minutes before 11:00 PM. Upon arrival, a man we assumed was a manager (based on attire differing from the server/bartender uniform) informed us that last call for food and drinks would be at 11:20 PM, giving us adequate time to order. Additionally, their online hours state that the restaurant closes at 12:00 AM, which further supported our understanding that we were within an acceptable time frame to dine. However, when our server approached the table, she immediately stated—without greeting or introduction—that the kitchen was closing in five minutes. We explained what the manager had told us, and she responded that last call was actually at 11:00. Wanting to be respectful, we asked if we could place our full order at once, and she agreed. While dining, the service felt rushed and unwelcoming. Plates were dropped at the table abruptly, and the server walked away without checking in. Later, I realized an item I had ordered—a pancake—never arrived. By this point, we had already been cashed out despite still eating. When I brought it to her attention, she said it may have gone to another table, but since the kitchen was closed, nothing could be done—even though I had already paid for it. Despite the experience, I still tipped 20% on a $104 bill. I completely understand that we arrived close to closing and that staff want to go home—we work in the service industry ourselves. That said, this level of service was disappointing and inconsistent with our previous visits, which is the only reason we returned. Unfortunately, this experience has left a bad taste and would make me highly encourage any new or incoming clientele to seriously consider this before deciding to dine here.
