Great service and delicious food! The man who took my order was helpful, friendly and patient. Fast and friendly delivery! Great crust in the pizzas in the big box dinner! Yum! Thank you Pizza Hut!!!

They were friendly and helpful. I had ordered at another store by mistake and realized when I was there. They told me I could place an order and they would start right on it for me. For being a busy Friday night that was nice of them.

This is the best pizzahut around. They have never messed up my order and everything comes out hot, fresh, and in a timely manner. I give extra credit for their attention to detail, I always do custom ordered items and they are on it. Thank you to the staff at this location, you all are doing a great job. ♡

Ordering process by mobile app was easy. The Detroit style pizza was very delicious! Loved the crispy crust and the sauce on top of the cheese with cup pepperoni. Very different as we have never experienced eating a pizza like this. I highly recommend it!

Ordering process by mobile app was easy. The Detroit style pizza was very delicious! Loved the crispy crust and the sauce on top of the cheese with cup pepperoni. Very different as we have never experienced eating a pizza like this. I highly recommend it!

The delivery was good, quick and contactless, but the seal on the box was open, and the pizza was kind of "mushy" but the taste was good, maybe a little more cheese to "hold it together" would have worked.

Pizza was ready for pickup when I arrived. Topping were good and plenty. Serve was also good.

The new cheesy crust pizza has me craving more and best wings. Sauce is not free but still worth it.

There doesn't seem to be any customer related problems here. Been eating from here for the past two months and have had no qualms. Pizzas come ready and fresh everytime. They are a little slow sometimes, but I've also seen them carry out fours large bags of pizza once. That one guy, Mike, deserves a raise.

Rating for counter service take out only. Standard Pizza Hut menu and chicken wings prepared consistently as ordered. An extra "Service fee" is tacked on to your order price so the advertised prices are NOT the full price before tax. This is deceptive but once you are aware of it you can decide if their prices are a good deal. Use Web ordering for discounts. Parking at this location, either in shopping center parking lot or on street, can be difficult at busy times. No seating except at a few tables outside for your carry out order. Chairs inside just for while you wait for your food. Masks required inside during pandemic.

My pizzas were not hot and they were smashed and the cheese was stuck to the cardboard box. My cheese I paid extra for was missing. I called to complain and all I got was a 30% credit for a future order which I never received

I saw one of the young gentleman who was refilled the topping...after he throw away the bag in the trash can... his hand touch the stuff in the trash... he had gloves on but after that he continued but the rest of the topping away... and then started making pizza with the same gloves... I was looking at him and he him touched trash can + put the rest of the toppings away + touch computer making labels + back making pizza with the dirty gloves...

I don't think anyone needs to recommend Pizza Hut to anyone. I Think everyone knows about pizza hut and we know it is s a quick way to get pizza when your hungry.

My partner and I have been ordering from Pizza hut for years. We always try to get wings when we can afford it since we love them so much. You used to give 2 sauces per order of wings so when I came home with one blue cheese and one ranch my SO thought I had gotten one of each for free. It caused a fight. Your being cheap about your sauces started a fight. You make billions, put 2 sauce packets in the wing orders man.

I always like Pizza Hut ! But this time the stuff crust was crunchy , over cook . A waste of money Kids couldn’t eat it ! I won’t go back to Pizza Hut .

The pizza crust was too dry. The large pizza itself, although the toppings were good, was not in any way worth the 19$ we paid, for a meal for three people. Dominos is a far better value. In addition, by the time we paid for tip $6, california fee $3, tax $4-5, and delivery fee we were over 56$ for to large pizzas! I can order out Chinese take-out for $23 and have enough for more than 2 meals for 3 adults.

Terrible service walked in said hi to the lady working behind the desk and she ignored us, we chalked it off as she didnt hear me, but as we stand at the counter making eye contact with all the employees trying to get service for around 8 minutes or so we begun to feel as if we were bothering them. As we stood around awkwardly for another 2 minutes as we conversed amongst ourselves we decided this wasn't the place to eat, good thing tho because we ened up at shakeys down the street it was wonderful

I ordered a pizza for my son and somehow they forgot to put cheese on my pizza. I called they said they would give me a credit. I called to redeem it and they told me that I had no credit. So not only was I out a pizza for my son I was also lied too..... last time I shop here. Papa johns just gained a new customer

I did not get my pizza and worst I got charged and my Moses’s not returned to my card check my bank account the charge stands? Stealing is part of your policy? Past three weeks?

They mess up the order very often. Either wrong crust or flavor or topping. They normally try to correct it and apologize. This time not even that. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get correct order, manager didn't even say sorry.

Try not to burn the items and make sure the bread sticks come with their sauce. Also my driver smashed my whole order and then dropped it when he got to my porch. Please ask them to be more careful.

We ordered pizza lover without bell pepper. Pizza doesn’t have very little toppings so I complained to the store and was told that the way it is; nothing they can do. Sad!

The chinese guy with glasses did not wash his hands after serving my pizza. I saw him picking his nose and he did not wash his hands. He went to touch my pizza after. Yuck! He is the manager of Pizza Hut but he is very dirty. After he picked his nose, he went to talked to a co-worker and picked up pizza. Never even washed his hands!

Holy smokes! Pizza hut use to by far be the best pizza around in the 90s and early 2000s. Now its literally garbage. Will never be a customer of theirs again...this future sucks so bad on endless levels! Everything is poison, tasteless and corporate greed. What a shame.

We ordered three pizzas and 1 cheesy breadsticks. After ordering the pizzas, we realized there is a promotion running for 2 large premium pizzas for $25. We spoke with the store manager to ask for price adjustment but she said “too bad - you should’ve known about the promotion before ordering”. I called the call center and they said to speak with the owner because “we don’t care about your order” lol Never ordering from this store again. 0/5 stars. Pizza Hut is great in general. But never again from these guys. Horrible

Pizza hut quality is not the same as it used to be.... I remember in the 90s Pizza hut was the best in quality from all fast food pizza. Now the quality seems low it doesnt even taste the same. It almost seems like they put cheaper quality ingredients!! The problem is the price hasnt come down its still the highest but the quality has gone down

Since the fees are crazy high I expect better service than what we've experienced, at least!

First we don't like pizza Hut, but we had a guest that does, and since we live in walk-in distance, we called in the order & we picked it up. The guy that answered the phone was nice and gave us the specials. We took 1 special: 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings, each pizza $9.99. Also ordered a mini cheese pizza $6 and 6pc chicken wings. We got to Pizza Hut and they tell us our bill is $45?? When we asked why, some woman there got rude and would NOT adjust the price and said there was no special, and each pizzas is $17.99 that's the price. Pizza Hut, you have nasty food, aside from that invest in proper training for your employees, your customer service is horrible!!! You have a guy giving wrong information over the phone. Then you gave a very rude woman immediately with attitude as if we were at fault. The honorable thing to do would have been to honor the sales price at $9.99 each, but instead you have an ignorant woman with an attitude arguing with us. We walked away that's fine, but you will never again have our business!!! It's not the money, it's The principal.

I paid 60 for an order. 1 pizza and 16 piece of lemon pepper wings. Never showed up and when I called, they said it was pick up only and charged me extra for delivery. When my delivery got here it was absent of ranch and they said I never ordered it. I sent it back and they refused to give me the part I paid in cash back and they called me drunk. I'm offended at this establishment. They should be ashamed of themselves. When I asked for a supervisor they said they didn't have any and hung up. They wouldn't answer my phone call after or give me their names. Disrespectful employees with bad habits.

ordered using app, supposedly it was a "deal" for pi day where you buy one large pizza and get one free so ordered stuffed crust ($3.00 extra for crust, fair enough) and the "free" pizza was to be a pan pizza which apparently is $2.00 extra so altogether two one toppings pizzas cost just shy of $30. WOW and the free pizza didnt even have the correcr crust smh
