This was a decent little burger spot. I had a pretty tasty burger and fries here while in town for business. It was pretty quick to order and get food. The service was friendly and helpful. If you want a pretty decent burger give this place a try.

The food at every Hippo Burger I've visited is always good, especially the burgers. I don't really care for their fries because I like my fries on the crispy side, and there's just are not crispy. As far as the service, once you order your food they really don't bother you too much. They bring it to your table fast. It's never really crowded in there the times that I've gone to this location. Lastly, they could do better about cleaning the tables off because each time I've gone in there and sat at a table, it just hasn't been cleaned.

Pretty decent burger but too pricey for what it is in my opinion. I got the #2 which is just a cheeseburger and the sign said $9 and I thought that was the total but it ended up being that for just the burger and with fries and drink it was $17. Definitely wasn’t worth that.

I call in my orders and they are fast. There burgers are freshly made and onion rings are amazing. There service is very friendly.

So upset with today’s services. Hippo burger has my been my number one go to, but after today and the food that was served really disappointed me. My children didn’t even want to eat their hot dogs they were too over cooked for them and everything was just falling apart, buns were too hard and on top of that I had to take back my burger since it wasn’t made correctly. It’s was definitely a rainy day. Soooo upset. I also understand about inflammation in prices but the price I paid for the kids meals was totally not worth it.

The food was delicious here and it was calm inside but the service could have been better. We literally had no service, and we had to ask for items ourselves and we paid for everything in silence while the cashier just looked at us and waited for our answer without saying anything.

Good place for food but the order on my food was done wrong after i placed a call for my lunch brake added chili to my burger and i got charged more and was not added to my burger other than that burger is pretty good

I wanted to get some fast food, so I didn’t have to cook, but I didn’t want the typical fast food hamburger joints. I thought that this would be the perfect spot to go to get a thick fresh burger. It was not! Over done meat on the burger, made it so dry with absolutely no flavor. Chicken sandwich was the same, dry and way overcooked. The onion rings were burnt, dark in color and so crispy they just fell apart into crumbs. I also ordered two vanilla milk shakes thinking they have to be good, but way to sweet. I wound up throwing all the food away, because otherwise, it would’ve defeated my whole purpose of going there if I had to go a second time and argue about my food.I will never go back. For $40.30 you would think you would get quality food.

If I could give no stars I would. There's a reason this location is always EMPTY. I waited 4 minutes for them to even answer the speaker last night.. I ordered just 1 sandwich. I was the only 1 in the drive thru. From the time I finally got to order to the time I got my burger it took them another 17 min to make it. so 21 mins to get 1 sandwich is crazy with NO ONE ELSE THERE.
