Delicious pizza! Will definitely go again when I'm in the area! They were remodeling wen we were there so very limited seating options. Still delicious! We enjoyed the outdoor seating.

One of very finest of Pizza experience I have had is over at Bibo’s . We got pizza by the slice and ordered Mediterranean, house of slice , pesto spinach and garlic chicken. The house of slice was delicious and juicy you would not feel all the heavy cheese as you eat it. Pesto Spinach was a surprise very interesting and tasty. Mediterranean and Garlic Chicken were good but not above the other mentioned . Overall a great spot for NY style pizza.

My 100% to go place for amazing slices! Solid choice of NY pizzas with really good combinations of components, huge sizes and warm homey ambiance of this place make me come back over and over again. Special pleasure is to watch how their cooks work on dough and all the crew works as a one organism. Also the place is cool to watch any games! Screens, flavorful pizza and beer there’s no football fan that can ignore it(:

We visit here every Friday. They sell by the slice for under five dollars for a huge slice which is enough for a meal for one person. It’s thinner crust which is crispy and fluffy, not greasy. Ingredients look fresh and taste great. Extra toppings are only $.25 each Salads are 5 to 8 dollars They also have beers on tap - up to 10 good beers and several wine selections. Lots of people seem to visit. Great atmosphere. Employees are hard-working. Indoor and outdoor seating. I’m not usually a pizza eater but this place is amazing.

Pretty solid slices but the dough could be better. It’s crispy but feel like it could be a bit more pull apart? Anyway quite solid for being in South Bay. I love the entire cloves of garlic in the meatball slice though!

If you're for delicious New York style pizza, this is the place to go. Whether you dine inside or outside, there's a lot of TVs to watch sports games. In addition, you have a wide range of beer selection on tap and in bottle cans. This place is family friendly because I see a lot of families here and there was a Little League baseball team celebrating outside as well. However, I do have two problems. For one, the main menu is high up on the wall close to the ceiling is really difficult to read, especially if you're short. Secondly, the Caesar salad or garden fresh salad are for one person only under appetizers.

Bibo's NY Pizza is a solid choice for a quick and casual pizza fix. It's located conveniently in a strip mall with plenty of parking, which is a major win in San Jose. Inside, the vibe is chill and family-friendly. They've got a few arcade games, and there are TV screens tuned to sports. I was seated immediately, and the service was fast throughout my visit. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, with the covered patio being a nice option for enjoying a slice al fresco. Of course, the star of the show is the pizza. They offer pizza by the slice, which is perfect for trying different combinations or grabbing a quick bite. You can choose from their pre-made slices or design your own custom masterpiece. I went with a classic pepperoni slice and a white pie slice with ricotta, mozzarella, and fresh basil. The pepperoni slice was the real winner. The crust was exactly what you'd expect from a New York-style pizza: thin, crispy, and hand-tossed to perfection. The cheese was fresh and melted beautifully, and the pepperoni itself delivered that perfect balance of salty, savory, and slightly sweet flavors. It was a symphony in every bite! The white pie slice was decent. The ricotta and mozzarella were fresh, but overall it lacked the punch of the pepperoni. Maybe a drizzle of olive oil or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes would have taken it up a notch. Overall, Bibo's NY Pizza is a 4-star experience. It's a great spot for a casual meal with something for everyone. With its friendly atmosphere, fast service, and delicious (especially the pepperoni!) pizza by the slice, Bibo's is a solid option for a satisfying and fun pizza experience.

Being that my friend ordered and picked up the food. I'm unable to rate the Service and Atmosphere. This is my 1st time trying the pizza place. Although the looks are not very inviting, I will have to say the pizza was pretty good. May I also add I am not the type of person who likes to try new things but I'm glad I did. Looking at others photos I do see that they have gotten a little stingy on the ingredients.

I walked in to a 3/4 full house, “this was my first time in” I asked the girl behind the counter if we should be seated or do we order first? (Order first) I asked her a lot of questions,some she wasn’t sure off, I think she might be a new employee. She immediately got help, possibly from the owner “not sure” who was also super nice. I then ordered a XL 1/2 Bibo’s Garlic chicken “comes with a white sauce” and a 1/2 Combo. I asked if I could also have white sauce on the combo side? (No problem) and 2 drinks. Side note: they serve beer on tap and also have a soda dispensing machine, pinball machines and lots of large screen tv’s. Now for the best part: the Pie The chicken garlic was on the salty side however the ingredients are top notch. They use whole roasted garlic cloves, sliced red onions, chicken and the dough is without a doubt home made “no going to the freezer to get the box here” wifey and I both picked up on a buttery flavor also “not sure if it was the dough or possibly the sauce?” Very good. The Combo has fresh Mushrooms, green peppers, black olives and pepperoni “the cheese on the pie is excellent, good quality. The Combo is also a bit on the salty side but not as pronounced as the Chicken garlic. Overall this place is solid in the 4 star area. Will I be back? “Darn tooting I’ll be back”
