Brown Sugar with Pearls is $8.25! More expensive than Baskin Robbins coffee smoothies. I think it's the reusable container that was added to the price. I'll come back to try their food snacks.

Sub par service unfortunately, power went out while waiting in the dining area waited about 30 minutes for drinks only size options are large, no alternative dairy options! They add milk regardless of what you order. First time would consider giving it another try one day, especially the avocado smoothie! Had Java cookie crumble boba and coconut blended drink with my sister and she didn’t seem to mind at all. I really like the name of this place personally, no bathroom but plenty of seating area that was very chic and cool from the blaring ac, I did appreciate the effort though.

I came here before but I am not such a big fan of their drinks. Since the store has been recently upgraded I decided to stopped by one day before 4th of July. My friends and I really liked the interior decors. The lift really brings out a more welcoming vibrant atmosphere. They offers Snacks and various other Entrees. My favorite was their Thai Beef Salad. The drinks sucks big time!! They are watered down, tasteless, lacking flavors and definitely need a lot of room for improvement. Horrible Service!!!🤢🤢They need to offer costumers a restroom and a better AC system since it’s summer and it can get very hot and stuffy.

Used to love this place, but it is STUFFY in there. They never have any AC on, and the food definitely reflects on that. The boba drinks taste warm and watered down. I used to enjoy the Thai Beef Salad, but it definitely lacks lately. The spring rolls were okay. I do recommend their beignets!

lot of bugs especially more towards the kitchen.. makes me wonder what is going on possibly back there. and most of my drinks was ice, i really think both of these issues should be addressed. other than that food and drinks are really good

Store isn't professional service, she does a bussiness, but she said, "she hates somebody ask for restroom, but I am as a customer, and of course I have bought two items of drink". She is very very bad attitude for customer. If she always keep this way of selling, no body come here, I think. I have very bad experience at here. I strongly recomen store's boss should train again a staff.

I ordered a crepe, I tried to ask the lady for a refund or if they can give me a new one, she was Very rude and just said “ no I can’t fix it” then hung up. Totally unprofessional., I usually get this crepe and it always has a lot of ice cream, it has less than a scoop and was like 8$. Also I asked for peanut butter and didn’t get it either.

Below average Jasmine Milk Tea. Asked for without ice. Got charged 4.95 for Tea. $1.00 for no ice and $0.50 for Large(they only have large size cups). Total close to $7.00 Will not be going ever again. Also, the cup was not filled to the rim (the pic is after couple sips to taste for the review). 👎👎👎

If you tell me this is what your cappuccino made of I won’t buy it. It just sour black beans with tap water,no milk or cream anything. Except nothing like cappuccino and they use tape water directly,it takes very sour. Make me sick. And I asked for 6 pieces beignet,they give me 12 off course charged for 12.Very rude people there,I gave her tips because I used to giving tips but I should not to. I say thank you all the time,they ignore you all the time

7 dollar coffee, and they didn’t even fill the cup. The size of the cup was pretty small to begin with, utterly disappointed and will never be back. Not to mention the coffee was so bitter.

Horrible service. That old lady was cranky and gave me alot of attitude. She was aggressive towards me. I grabbed a straw and didnt think much of it and she snatched it out of my hand aggressively telling me i shouldve asked permission. I understand i was wrong for grabbing a straw without asking but there was no need for aggression.
