Sister to Phở 90 Degree. Same excellent quality of food. You can get anything from the menu of Phở 90 Degree plus many rice dishes.
The pork spring rolls with that little crunchy roll inside and the peanut sauce!!!!!!!!!! I think it's #3 on the appetizer list.
This is the earliest place in Vietnam Town and I have dinner here for every night
I love the Korean Beef bbq. It's soo good! The pho soup dishes are really good too. They are open late so it's perfect for late night cravings.
We came in a group of ten people ordering different dishes. Fast and friendly services. We enjoyed everything dish we ordered. Everything was delish and fresh. Strongly recommend. Love their buy three get one promotion. Will try their hot pots next time.
I'm not sure what authentic Vietnamese food is supposed to taste like, so I can't comment with respect to that but I liked everything I had here. My wife and I had some egg rolls, the chicken pho and a combination plate of rice, pork and grilled shrimp. Everything tasted really good and they offer really good amount of food for the price.

I had my doubts about this place, but boy was I wrong! Due to the lower rating, I wasn't quite sure if it would be up my my standards for Vietnamese food. But a group of us came here for a late lunch this past Sunday, and there were plenty of tables for us. We were a group of 10. They have quite an extensive menu, and since it was a rainy day, I decided to try their pho. My "usual" is Pho Tai Chin, this time I added Bo Vien for $1 extra and fresh noodles. It came out hot and the beef was tender and pink, just how I like it. Fresh Noodles were smooth and perfect. The service is typical for a Vietnamese restaurant, so maybe that's why the lower ratings. And to help out the server, remember your order by number to make sure you get what you ordered and not someone else's dish. The other people in our group also order some pho and rice and bun dishes, all of which were very satisfied. I'd definitely come back again!
This is our favorite pho place in san jose. My daughter and wife love it. Staff are friendly and the food is good never had a complaint. The people who say they had cold pho are lying. I've been here 30+ times and it's always been piping hot. Eggrolls are great. All around great meal.
When talking about broken rice or "cơm tấm", there are 2 most well-known restaurant chains in this bay area: "Cơm tấm Thanh" and "Cơm tấm Thiên Hương". Both offer superb taste and authenticity. However, each has its own downfall. Thanh is affordable but portion is meh. Thiên Hương is the complete opposite: hella expensive but portion is quite huge. This is where "Cơm 90 degree" comes in! Affordable but the portion is simply MONSTROUS for its price! Of course, its taste aren't supreme like the 2 kings mentioned above but still authentic enough to warrant my approval. Their phở is ok. But they're best known for their rice as the name suggests (That's why there's "Phở 90 degree" right next to it!). All in all, if you're looking for big, affordable broken rice dishes that are easy on your wallet, look no further than Cơm 90 degree!! That place is always crowded even though their customer services are slow and questionable sometimes... well, that's to be expected since they seem understaffed to me (a tactic often used by owners to cut labor cost). If you're a com tam guru like me, you'll appreciate this place like I do! Again, as a reminder, set your expectations low since mediocre customer service has been a recurring theme to this restaurant!! Otherwise, the rice dishes here are excellent!
One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants to eat at. Food is great here. Place is nice too.
Very yummy Grilled pork and Shrimp cake over broken rice. All staffs are friendly. Thank you for stay open until midnight!
This place has great food! It is my favorite spot for Com Tam! They make it so well

Service was spotty at best. Food was decent.
Delicious food and friendly staffs, generous portion.
The service is weird in a bad way. Sometimes, waiters/waitresses take a very long time to arrive and finally take your order + don’t give cups of water or menus for some time afterwards too. •Food is decent and sizes/prices are reasonable •Interior is amazing

Typical polite and efficient service. The Pho Bò Bê Thui is a curious combination. Bê Thui is smoked veal, served with a savory dipping sauce. It is good by itself. The Pho Bò is tasty by itself - the noodle cooked al dente, broth fragrant and savory. But pairing these two good dishes leaves me puzzled. Their combined taste doesn't work for me. The Com Tôm Càng Kho Tâù is a pretty good dish. The prawns are large, with creamy tomalley in their heads. The sauce is savory but just a tad too sweet for me. What I don't understand about this restaurant is the decor. It's a Vietnamese restaurant, but its murals are gigantic pictures of Venice, Italy. Why? Anyway, the good food and the nice service will bring me back the next time I'm in the neighborhood.
This is a pretty good restaurant with a fairly large menu. The pho is good, though not the best I've had.

Can't believe this place got 3+ stars, over rated!! We been to this restaurant a few years ago and the pho was good. Went back over the weekend and the pho was not good at all. The soup was warm and the herbs were dry. The service was terrible and unfriendly. The waitress didn't wear a mask and was annoyed when we asked the same question twice! Asked for water and didn't serve it until we asked again! Once the food is served, they never come by to check if the customers need anything or how the food taste!
I gave them 1 star because foods okay! They have nothing special but the most important that you need to be careful when you order to Togo, you must check your items to make sure they do the right one. I ordered shaken beef with rice( this order costly) but my husband likes this and only this but when I came to pick up (trust them without checking), they actually gave me wrong order fish with rice. People order specific items for a reason and they don’t have time to drive back and do the exchange, and happened 2 times from this place. My husband ended up not eating it!
Came here with 3 other friends Thursday night, not busy AT ALL and the food was flavorless, one of the pho orders chicken had HAIR on it! When we went up to pay they tried charging us extra sides and the cashier was confused and wasn’t even sure if it was our order. Such a nice place but food was not good & service was slow. Save your money folks
